Perfect for a few nights or days to have enough space to cook, eat, and lounge without feeling like you’re on top of each other. It’s perfect!

The room was clean and the guy at the front desk was very nice. We booked a room for 6 people, 3 adults and 3 children. When we got to the room we realized that there were only 2 towels. We went to the front desk and asked for more and he told us that they had been having "a towel shortage"? He then asked us to follow him as he went to multiple vacant units and removed the towels to give to us. One of the bathrooms doors would not close. It looked like it was out of alignment and the top of the door came in contact with the doorjamb. Not this was really a bother, and actually quite a novelty, but there was a family of skunks living on the hotel grounds! We saw at least 3 different skunks just roaming around.

The rooms here are great. They have everything a person will need including pots and pans, silverware, all the appliances of home. Also, the room is very clean and modern. It's more like an apartment. Highly recommended especially for the price.

The photos suggested that the hotel was better than reality. The fridge was extremely noisy as well as the ventilation.

The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant stay as the hotel staff allowed all the rooms around us (at least four suites and close to 30ish people) to have a block party (noise, music, alcohol, etc) until 4:30am and did absolutley nothing about it. They did not come out to address it, just claimed they would call the rooms. When we went to address the situation at check out, they claimed they couldn't refund a full night without approval from a manager that wasnt present and that they would call us the next day. We never received a call. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, I would not recommend this hotel as "they have no control over their guests" (their words, not mine).

Stayed through Air BnB. Was very nice; loved that there was a kitchen within the suite. The continental breakfast was sucky. Luckily there's a Starbucks within 500 feet of the front entrance. Super clean, all the employees were very kind. I have no complaints other than the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place for an inexpensive weekend away! They allowed me to come early to decorate. Overall great experience!

Poor cover up. Looks great in pictures but once you get in your room you realize the room has just been polished and covered with a fresh coat of paint. Floor was uneven and not sealed and installed properly. Air conditioner was broken in our room and it was 80 degrees. Toilet didn't flush nor was it balanced or screwed into the floor. General plumbing conditions were terrible. You could see that the room was just painted over and nothing on the walls were fixed. We had to leave and get our money refunded because they were booked. It was 90 degrees outside and 80 and humid inside. Overall, poor experience, won't go to another Wyndham branded hotel.

Liked the pillows. There are lots of maintenance issues on the grounds. My room had paint spackle everywhere. The thin floor veneer was not well glued down so the floor made sticky sounds as I walked.

Just came from a planned weekend of R and R there. Staff (Mike), the front desk attendant the next day (cant remember her name but nice smile and really tried to accommodate) and attendant/maid were really nice, friendly and sweet. The room was really big and looked nice when we walked in… but the bath tub shower head had a huge hole behind it, almost as if someone had tried to rip it out of the wall (I have no idea), there were events where music played very loudly for a good portion of the night (to be fair by 11pm the music had stopped), we asked for a comforter for the bed as we had none and none ever was provided, the bed was REALLY uncomfortable and we had no floor/bath mat in the bathroom. We requested an extra set of towels and we got just one of the trio. The breakfast was mediocre, but we did get here half an hour before breakfast time was ending. I may recommend it but I would advise people to take a thick mattress topper, some extra towels and some ear plugs.

Neat and clean rooms, but a lilttle chilly. My area was especially quiet no complaints.

Great peacefull place, but after making my reservation I showed up at front desk. A 50 deposit was ask after paying for the room. My 50 Dollars never return to my card.

Pros: cute home away from home Great staff. Great location, close to just about everything. Cons: smells like smoke, couch was over used so couch cushions were so flat and uncomfortable we didnt use it, and the towels feel luke sand paper.

The room was large and clean. We had a comfortable king bed and our daughter slept on the pull-out couch. There was a kitchenette with srove, microwave and refrigerator.

Nice room but noisy, near major heavy trafficed Street. Had trouble with room key and waited some time for assistance. Not in my top ten hotels for sure.

Live this place! Full kitchen, big rooms, cheap nut youd never know by looking at it. Nice staff. Breakfast is ok.

The Room was disgusting. It was supposedly non smoking but reaked of cigarette smoke everywhere. There were cigarettes under the cushions with dirt and trash. The bathroom counter was covered in dirt and an old screw, and the floor was filthy as well. I turned down the covers of the bed only to find hair in the bed. I called Wyndham and Expedia. They did nothing of course.

Really really amazing! Clean, great service, great staff. They include breakfast which is really good as well.

Fair Price for a Decent suite. Kitchen has full-sized appliances. Fairly Nice staff although, they seem a bit apprehensive? I guess they get Alot of guests who don't stay at hotels much? Anyway, I had NO issues with my stay. Although, it seems they've a cash flow issue? The pool is in what appears to be a permanent state of refurbishment? They started tearing the area apart for repairs and then, that stopped being on the agenda? All in all my stay is fine.

It was an amazing experience other than a few spiders and two centipedes everything else was great! Huge space, my husband and kids loved it!

Great price to stay here. I love the friendly staff and great breakfast.

Get place to stay near so many restaurants and stores in walking distance rooms are great and service was just as great.

Hotel was nice however I have called three different times to try and get a receipt and no one has been there to receive the phone call and there was no answering machine. Very frustrating.

The room they gave us had poop in the toilet. They gave us another room but there were roaches in it. We left as soon as we woke up. Never coming back.

We are staying here for the weekend and as soon as we walk in the room the floors are soaked in whatever cleaner they use to clean the floor. I walk into the small bathroom and there is feces on the bottom of the bathroom door. On the wall next to the bed is what I hope is mud but being as there was feces on the bathroom door, I doubt its mud. I also found a dead cockroach under the table. There was old food (what looked like an old hot dog) under the couch. There was long black hair on the bath tub and the sheets felt stiff and irritated our skin. The TV is awesome. Having a stove, microwave and full fridge is cool but the inside of the fridge was nasty. Old dried specs of food. We have to spend two nights here.

If I could give this hotel less than a 1 star, I would. Disgusting inside and out.

Room had previous guests cups left in cabinets. Had to fiddle with TV to first get picture then again to get sound. Got interrogated when I went to ask for an extra blanket.

This place is a dump! Renovating rooms but renovated rooms are done very poorly and heat doesn't work in some rooms and when they do its just a blowing warm air and your freezing. Housekeeping had to provide extra blankets. Ants in bathrooms, utter filth! When you walk on the floors your socks are black in just minutes. Microwave wasn't working, the sofa in the renovated room was dated from the 90's by its looks and was ripped. Was told after was there for 2 weeks to check out and someone else reserved room. They had nothing available. Left came back to check out and someone else with no reservation checked in. I then confronted manager and she gave a nasty attitude and said I don't have to tell you what I have available. Nasty mean people. Manager was bragging how she fired housekeeping lady and her operations manager who was a sweet heart. This place needs a health dept inspection. Oh did I mention TV didn't work in one room and the other room "main" room it was installed with cables sticking out of the dresser. Not professional at done and shows they don't care much on presentation to guests. Please save your money you work hard for and go some where else even for an extended stay. There were other guests I saw who weren't happy and the other reviews only PROVE my point further! Run away and don't come here. I can't warn you enough and help you save your time and aggravations.

This place is a dump! No amenities, No pool available (yes a green muck whole) No dishes, silverware, cups, glassware, pots or pans. All of with I am paying for. No chest of drawers. No place to put your clothes! The renovation is a joke. The furniture is 25 years old. On the up side you can put your clothes in the empty kitchen cabinets. Michael.

Actually im posting this for the benefit of the owner if they care about this place at all I hope they take the criticism seriously. Mr owner you have a business that is bad and getting worst by the day. I came on a Friday but your place looked like a ghost town when all accommodations were suppose to have no vacancies. Of course I read the reviews before coming but I just couldn't resist. For one thing you have a nice location. You could do wonders for this place. Against all my good judgement I stayed for one night. Mr owner everything on the reviews are true! I see oppurtunity going to waste. No wonder business is bad. Whoever runs this place is doing their worst. It shows years of neglect. Filthy! Unsanitary!

Our television did not work properly and instead of changing our room, they switched out our television, very unprofessional! and my boyfriend carried it in and hooked it up because the only available man there wasn't strong enough to carry it! They didn't offer any money back, coupons, or anything! Not even a damn sorry for the inconvenience! Our shower water got cold after ten minutes showers! I would have left immediately if it wasnt for my boyfriend, who's birthday we were there for! Smh all bad! Never again.

This was the worse experience ever! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to this place to spend their money! I made reservations at 7am the people in guest relations gave me one price and sent me a email for confirmation. When I arrived at Studio 6 they had a price difference of 20 dollars more. I showed the girl my confirmation email and she still did not believe me as if I had made up my own price! I had to then call guest relations and they had to call the girl at the front desk to honor the price because Studio 6 had not updated their prices. Which wasn't my fault or issue! Then the girl called the manager and put me on the phone me and the manager Tasheena Bell then had words because she wasn't trying to own up to the error that Studio 6 had made! She finally said she would honor the price they told me but I had to give the deposit. I hung up and she called back the girl at the desk put her on speaker assuming it was for me and the manager asked Did they leave yet? This lady could care less if we stayed or left! Also I was told that it was a $25 dollar refundable cash deposit but when I checked in they said because of newly renovations it is now 150 refundable deposit. Which made me very furious because I felt these people where trying to get over on me as well as anyone else that came. There was no signs or anything stating about the deposit or did you have to sign anything stating that they had your deposit. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to!

This place is horrible! I had to call the front desk for towels and was told they would call me right back, never heard back I tried to call back nobody answered. Went to take a shower and there was hair and mildew all over! I had to go to the front desk and demand someone come clean. While the teenage boy cleaned the bathroom for 5 minutes and told us to check he only had wiped the toilet down. Had to tell him in detail to clean the shower and explained to clean it as if it was his home. The kitchen area would be great if there wasn't months of nasty crumbs, grease, food residue all over the walls and molding. Absolutely disgusting! We had a coffee maker which wold of been useful if it wasn't broken and if it had been cleaned at least once since it was bought! Owners obviously don't care because they don't have to stay there! DO NOT GO.

Do not stay here! used to be a spencer inn and was great horrid now! place is filthy, I wouldn't even sit down! went to front desk 5 minutes later got a refund and left.
