Very unhappy. Called the night before our reservation asked if spa was open was told yes. We get there and its closed could not go swimming because the list was full. We drove 3 hours to stay there and my 11 year old was so excited to go indoor swimming and he wasnt allowed. Half the time no one was even in the pool. I'm sure they had a million no shows and didnt even care to let. Me son so swimming not to mention no breakfast no even to go. All you pay for is a bed to sleep and it was $300 a night so not worth it. Do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Room service is great. Lots of space in the room. Nice and quiet.

Rooms were very clean! Staff was polite and accommodating! The best continental breakfast I have ever had! Bacon was crisp! Yummm! There was tropical fruit & pears in addition to apples, bananas & oranges! Highly recommended!

The spa outside has a nice view.

Did not get the clerks name at the front desk, today is 11/24. I checked in @ 1:00 PM. She was simply fantastic! So kind and understanding given the bad weather outside and the cold and all the people trying to get out of town only to need to get back into their rooms. She was so kind and professional. This place charges your credit card an additional fee of 24.16 when you check in and don't tell you that they do it. Called them and they said it was for incidentals and that they like to have it "just in case". Just in case of what? They already have my card on file for the room if there is a need for any additional fees or room repairs… That's why you have to give them a card when you check in anywhere. They refund your card after a few days if there is nothing they can find to charge you for. I know it is a small amount, this isn't about money, this is about the integrity of a company. How much money have they scammed off of their customers that didn't see this charge and ask for it back? I will definitely be staying somewhere else in Dillon. This place was barely better than a motel 6 and definitely not worth the $165. A half wall and a couch does not make a large room a suite.

We loved the Comfort Suites. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The only issue I could see that needed attention is the breakfast room worker. A pregnant lady with 7 children came in close to the end of the breakfast time to eat and before they could all get their breakfast on their plates, he came in and started taking stuff out. I don't think it would have hurt for him to let them finish filling their plates first. He carried out the bacon and eggs and fruit. I feel he was very rude and inconsiderate. This was on Monday morning the 20th of August. Also the housekeeping lady never took our trash out as we asked. Otherwise, this hotel is wonderful, especially the desk clerks. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we are ever there again.

Great view of the mountains if you get the odd numbered rooms. Very conveniently located next to restaurants and a city market with less than 5 minutes access to I-70. Up on a bluff so no road noise. Standard continental breakfast, nothing spectacular but it is free. Has an indoor pool as well as an indoor and outdoor hot tub that were clean and well maintained. Very friendly front desk and staff. Definitely recommend for the location and price is you're visiting Silverthorne, Dillon, or Frisco.

We have always stayed at Comfort Inns during our travels and always had good, quality clean rooms. Plus always gave great reviews. However, we stayed in Dillon Co and the bathroom was not clean. Hair in tub, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles left on tub, used (very used cause they were dirty) soap bar in tub/shower stall. Then my son and family stayed in room 224 and our granddaughter was going to sleep on pull out couch, and mattress was badly stained (looked like small child had a accident) so she could not use it. I certainly don't like giving this review, but management should address these issues with their help.

This hotel has an indoor and outdoor hot tub as well as a pool that's indoors. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was probably a seven out of ten, but met my expectations. Lot's of good dining options around. Good base camp 4 exploring the ski region of Colorado.

We stayed here a week and a half ago. It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. We had a king suite with a balcony. Loved the balcony and the lay out of the room. But did not know that we would have a adjoining door to the room next door. While it was not a huge problem, the people in the other room sat up until the wee hours of the morning talking. Luckily the AC unit drown out their talking for me. If you're a light sleeper you might want to be aware that the people in that room could easily keep you awake all night. We could also hear dogs barking throughout the building on occasion.

Nice room, big and very clean with comfy bed and huge TV. Took a few minutes for the hot water in the shower to heat up. Very close to shops and restaurants, we walked to dinner. Hot breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.

Friendly service. Good breakfast with a variety of fruit, cereals, bagels, and a few hot items. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub. 2 queen-bed rooms were nice with plenty of space. We'll be staying there again.

Good location in between a number of ski resorts. Had two hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) and an indoor pool which were nice. Our room had a bit of an issue with temperature and was either way too hot or too cold. The window was definitely not insulated properly. The breakfast was pretty standard and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here a number of times whilst working locally, nice hotel and good location. Rooms are well equipped and the TV in my room is a huge 55" unit which is very nice. There is some road noise from the I70 but not enough to disturb a good nights sleep. There is a supermarket close by which is very handy if not going out for an evening meal.

The staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean and roomy. The property was ok but for the $350 weekend price you'd hope for something a bit more updated. Unfortunately it's the be expected during the height of ski season. The only thing I'd warn people about are the thin walls. I'm not sure if it made a difference but we had an adjoining suite with the neighbors. The minute they arrived it felt like they were in the same room. We could hear everything they did; talk, pee, watch TV. They then proceeded to have loud "relations" which was hilarious but not at 2am after a long day for us. Also it would have been embarrassing if we had kids in the room.

Exterior of the building looks nice. Nice views from the rooms, but they are dated (although seemed to be clean). Lacking in attention to detail in my case, e. G. No soap was left in the bathroom and no comforter on the bed (both appeared the next day). Breakfast bar not great.

Pretty good hotel. We stayed in their large suite, which was able to accommodate ten people comfortably. It was a single large room with three beds and two pull-out couches, with a single bathroom. Mini-fridge and microwave as well. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The view was fantastic and the outdoor hot tub was fun, especially in the cold.

Room was nice. Beautiful view. Microwave was from the 80's bit functioned well. Room had a crack in the window that was covered by masking tape, but did not obstruct any views. Mattress was fairly comfortable, but pillows were cheap and flat. No complaints on service. Free breakfast was pretty standard fare. Location can't be beat though, very close to anywhere you want to be in or around Dillon.

The room was great and staff was nice. Parking may be an issue if the hotel is busy but overall it was a great stay.

Very kind and polite staff. I've stayed a few times for work and have felt very comfortable and takin care of. Also right next to different shopping areas.

Pretty good hotel overall. Very clean. There were a lot of options for the provided breakfast and they had waffle makers. The location was great for the skiing resorts and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Would recommend.

A nice facility. Easily accessed from the interstate and our room had good views, but also caught the interstate noise. It was a bit high given the road race that was happening, but still liked it.

The rooms were great, the breakfast was alright as was the customer service.

It was pretty nice. My daughter wanted to swim, but the indoor pool was freezing cold, so we had to stay in the hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was fantastic, and the staff was amazing. My partner and I work for a furniture company doing deliveries. We were stranded in Silverthorne late after the closing of I 70 due to accidents. We had called around a few places were even answering and those that did were either full or had rooms that were outsode of our price range. The comfort suites was right next to where we had parked originally and we decide to wander in and see if they had any rooms available, they did at an excellent price and it was quick and painless to get checked in. The beds were comfortable and the complimentry breakfast in the morning was incredible. 10 for 10 in my book.

The hotel is in good shape. Our room had a broken knob on one drawer and someone blew up a beer in the fridge before us (guests don't be dumb). Everything else was clean, nice, and fresh. We've stayed in newer hotels but the room was still very nice! The bathroom was perfect and made is actually feel safe bathing our daughters in the tub (a first). The lobby, breakfast area, work out room, pool area and grounds were much better maintained than most other hotels I've ever seen. This staff takes pride in what they do! Very friendly staff and helpful! Just a pleasure. We took our family up to stay 2 nights. Two little girls (2 and 4) slept great in the room on a nice and clean sofa sleeper, my wife and I could monitor from our King. Great Wi-Fi, a first (again). We have stayed at other properties in the area, this one we will visit again! Already making January reservations! Thank you for giving our family a great experience!

Stayed there for one night. The towels seemed dirty and not washed properly, since edges are yellow, not white and clean. Same for the blankets, which were yellowish too. And then the second day, I found that I had been bitten by bed bugs, on my back, right arm and both feet. Will definitely not come back.

Great place to stay. Reasonable prices. Really nice to sit in the hot tub outside after a long day of hiking.

Not bad but could be cleaner. Staff were nice, motel lacks the needed maintenance. Has breakfast but food was not the freshest.

A wonderful stay! Hubby and I stayed for two nights, staff was friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard, Restaurants, lake, theatre, and lots of shopping opportunities all with-in close proximity to the hotel. Also a bus will take you around the area. We didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tubs, but saw others enjoying themselves. We would return.

Rooms are a bit old. Really close to Keystone and Brekenridge ski resorts. Right off of I-70 which is extremely beneficial for getting around the mountains. Good price hotel. Doesn't allow pets.

This is a nice hotel, though it is by no means fancy, it is a fine place to stay while skiing. They have an extramural modest gym and pool, with a outdoor and indoor jacuzzi which is nice. They also serve a very limited breakfast, but it is free and is enough to get you ready for your day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, as well. If you are looking to stay in a quick, cheap and easy motel for a day of skiing, mountain biking, or some other activity where you will not spend a lot of time at the hotel, then I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.
