Property manager drives potential customers away as soon as we got out of the car. You would think in staff would be welcoming, especially with so many vacancies on the holiday weekend! I suppose the vacancies are an indicator…

Long story short. They were not very smart in the way they conducted an accusition towards my son and I. Without knowing the lady worked there, she walked into my room with my 5 year old sleeping, on the accusation she smelled smoke. I work for family owned business now, and would never act that way toward paying customers. Overall, a nice place to stay, if you look old enough to not be yelled at I suppose. I'm 30, and having a lady point her finger in my face and tell me I can't have my money back is beyond rediculous.

Fairly cheap considering other locations, and the hot tub and sauna really won this place over for me. Both were very nice and not crowded when I went. The one negative is that the walls are thin if ya get what I mean haha.

This has the feel of an older hotel but you really do have to look for it. In the summer the plants on the outside are extensive and beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean. Good firm mattress and some good pillows. I did not like the old tiny spray shower heads. The soap and shampoo they leave in the room was not good either. A great visit at the best price we were able to find in town.

This place is great! It's clean, relatively inexpensive (we paid $85/night for 3 people in two beds), has a pool and hot tub, and nice people. It has a complimentary breakfast of donuts, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. The hotel itself is pretty, has a great view of mountains, and is right next to a bike path that goes around Dillon lake. It's within walking distance of some food joints too. Overall was a fantastic experience!

For the price it's a nice place. I loved the pool. Only complaint is their breakfast.

The family owners couldn't be nicer; they are always on-premises and ready to help. My queen bed was perfect. The large fridge and microwave let me store milk, berries, and beer and make great oatmeal every morning. Very good coffee is brewed from 6 AM on, and they offer a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, juices, and instant oatmeal (my favorite). There's a really great hot tub and ample heated swimming pool on the first floor inside a large, heated glass enclosure; it made the perfect apres-ski destination every afternoon. It's a short walk to the Dillon Dam Brewery — — don't miss their 3-6 happy hour! They have an ample parking lot and are conveniently located to get anywhere in the Dillon-Silverthorne-Frisco area or to hop onto I-70 to reach any of the I-70 ski resorts. This is now my pick for a solo or 2-person stay in the area. They don't offer any suites with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

This hotel is absolutlu terrible for a three star. The manager is rude and swears whenever something goes wrong. Would mot recommend at all.

The price is good the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The owners that run the hotel are the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's a great location, in between many ski resorts, restaurants & shopping.

Cute place closer to the outlet malls then Keystone Resort. A little expensive for the room quality though. Bathroom fan buzz horribly, our phone didn't work and the room seemed like it seriously needed some updating.

Great ski base for reasonable cost. Breakfast not as complete as at major chains (fruit, bagels, toast, waffles). Great pool and tub. Empty during the day as everyone is out and about. Family owned and managed.

Clean would be the word to describe this place. Cleanliness is very important to me and this one gets it down right. The pool area has big glass windows looking out into the snowy mountains. Definitely a relaxing view.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Hotel is far from soundproof and was woken up by staff members talking since 7am. When asked for a refund since I was unable to get sleep, the purpose of the room, the staff was rude and said too bad and that I should have said something yesterday. How could I possibly predict that I would be woken up by hearing people talk nonstop at the front desk?

Dillon In offers a clean, well kept hotel with comfortable rooms. Having a refrigerator and microwave make it possible to have simple meals without the expense of eating out making a trip to Summit County even better.

Cozy, local place. Nothing fancy, but clean, and very nice couple running the place.

Great rates. Very friendly staff. I left my glasses in the room. When I called the next day the owner said he would send them to me via USPS free of charge!

Also when my toilet got clogged I went to the front desk and asked for someone to unclog it. The only person that came was the manager with a plunger, he made me unclog it myself. Unacceptable! I pay for a relaxing vacation and the manager makes unclog a toilet! Would mot recommend at all.

Excellent place to stay we got stranded there during a snow storm they fit us in even gave us a discounted rate rooms were immaculate had a great homey country feel. We well definitely be back thank you so much.

We traveled to many places and have stayed at many hotels but this one has got to be by far the most safe, cozy and homey feeling hotel ever! It was extremely clean. Pretty decor with a comfy bed and a thick quilt so we were warm. It isn't the most high tech or fancy decor by far and that's why we loved it! It feels like you're at home on a Tuesday night. They were cooking and it smelled delicious! The police came through and knew him by name and just came to visit him. That's always nice to see. The Older Gentlemen was sweet and very polite. My Husband and I were caught in a snow storm passing through the area, determination to get to Tx. The Gentlemen gave us a room during Valentine's and Spring Break, everywhere was full. Then he gave us a great rate. If you are in the area and love this feeling, stop here!

This place was amazing! Great view, great service! Can't wait to go back. Everything you need is in walking distance (almost). One of the best trips I've ever been on.

It was ok but not a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and the halls were dark (kinda creepy) even in the daylight. Two story building with no elevator (not a complaint). Breakfast was practically non existent.

This Hotel is run by the owners who take great pride providing great service. What you get for the price is great the beds were what you would expect in a 200.00 a night hotel and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Service was ok. Rooms were ok. Bathroom had a funny smell, like moldy towels. The toilet didn't flush right. The hallway had a terrible smell, both in the second floor and the main floor. We enjoyed the brewery right next door.

I have been staying at Dillon Inn for past 15 years. nice, clean rooms & great, super friendly staff keep me coming back.

The encountered 3 staff members and they were all very friendly. The room was super clean. It is what it is — — it is not a super fancy 5 star hotel. But for the price I was really impressed.

Great small hotel. Right on the bike trail and walking distance to the Dillon Dam Brewery. Pool is huge! Rooms very nice and clean. I would stay here again.

I have one word to say about this hotel it was Outstanding! For the price it was very clean smelled good owner was very nice the landscape outside is beautiful just need a better shower head would be the only complaint here will definitely come back complaint.

Awful. I agree with the last reviewer the owners are extremely rude. I am not sure what their experience is or the clientele but he treated us like we were going to run off without paying. I was on a State business trip and my CC wouldn't go thru. It was a Godsend as we immediately bolted and stayed elsewhere. The place stinks, the service sucks and overall very shady. So glad we didn't stay here!

The people who own it live there. They are exponentially rude. I own a mechanical contracting company in NC and I told the guy our toilet wasnt bolted to the floor and it moved a lot. When checking out, I asked for a copy of my reciept of my stay and he told me, and I quote, "you were born to complain weren't you? " He also said and I quote, "u broke my toilet. " He also yelled, and I quote again, "I'll charge your card till next sunday for being an a**hole. " We argued, exchanged some choice words, and after coming around the desk and standing eye to eye with me. It got real ugly. If u want a family friendly place, close to the mountain where staff is frieny and helpful, do not choose Dillon Inn. Its 5 miles from keystone, and checkout is promptly at 10am. Hot tub and pool are only open from 3pm — 10pm. Facilities are clean and decent. This is a REAL review from a real patrom om Valentines Day weekend 2013. We are a reasonable, down to earth couple that speaks up when disrespected. Our advice, spend extra and go down the road.

We always stay here when skiing weekends at Keystone. This isn't the Ritz, but if you want a clean, nice hotel room for cheap near the slopes then this is your place. They have free bagels and pastries for breakfast. Why pay $150 a night to stay 0.5 mile from the slopes when you can stay at Dillon Inn for less than $100? In both instances you are driving and Dillon Inn is only 5 minutes more. Plus Keystone parking is free.
