Only stayed one night, but it was fabulous. 2 adults 2 children in a room with 2 double beds. It was sufficiently spacious, and comfortable. The only down side was that the air con was a bit loud, but I had my ear plugs.
The lady who checked us in on Weds afternoon was absolutely lovely (sorry didn’t catch her name), and very helpful.

Hotel was under renovation, which was fine, however, renovated rooms were left accessable to the public. Also, use of power cord to power microwave and refrigerator was concerning along with the fact I could not deadbolt lock the door.

Currently doing renovation. The motel is close to the highway which can get loud. Reasonably clean, reasonably priced.

Hotel is being renovated. Entire 1st floor is unavailable. Second floor is the only option with no elevator. We are in renovated room. Clean updated room except that old door doesn't open and close properly. Same 19 70's cheap door. No headboard on queen bed. Not impressed. Didn't know it was renovated when booking it.

May2018: Terrible that when we made reservations they did not tell us they were in the process of remodeling. All the first floor rooms were closed off. The 2nd floor was still being worked on where they put us. The smell of new carpet and glue was overwhelming. And all for full price! In their favor they refunded our payment, got us a room at the neighboring motel (FairBridge Inn) which those people gave us a good discount.

Went there for graduation weekend. We had reserved the breakfast room for a graduation party. Sat there for 3 hours watching people be checked in. When we decided to check in at the appropriate check in time we were told our rooms were not ready. We were allowed to pay for our rooms as we waited for them to be ready. After another 45 minutes we realized our rooms were under construction. When we approached the front desk they said they had construction on rooms and were not finished. They were trying to get them out together for us to sleep. We booked our rooms over the phone in February. They had no courtesy to tell call us in advance or while we sat there that they didn't have rooms for us. We reserved 5 rooms. 2 parties stayed at another hotel, while the other three parties traveled home hours away.

They canceled my reservation because they overbooked. I found this out upon my arrival at 1am even though I indicated a late arrival when the reservation was made. They refused to issue a refund until the next morning. Not many options when you have to get up 7am for work. Over $125 to sleep in your car in their parking lot. Parking lot had a nice view. Backseat was a little cramped and if you don't mind getting a crink in your neck, I'd recommend the parking of the Dillon, MT Comfort Inn for your next stay. By Grabthar's Hammer, What a savings!

I was part of a large group who booked at least 6 weeks in advance. I was told a week before that some of our group was called and told that they no longer had rooms because of the good news… renovations have started early. I called after hearing this and re-confirmed my booking. I was told that I was still booked for a double room. The day of arrival, we had some car trouble so I called and explained that we were going to be a late check in but we were on our way. I was told that she noted in the computer and there were no problems with being late. When we arrived around 845pm, we walked up to the front desk and were told that we no longer had a room. My husband asked why, and we were told that they overbooked. I told her that I called around 5pm and said we would be late. She said that she might be able to get my family of 4 into a single room and maybe a roll away. I then told her that I confirmed on Monday that we would have a double room. I said to her that I wondered why I was not told about this when I called earlier and she said, "You're the 4th story I've heard today, I don't know what you want me to do about this. " I told her that I wanted her to fix this … that's what I want her to do about it. She was then able to get us the single room after making a phone call and then when she asked my husband for his card information, he asked if it was going to be the same price and she said yes, why wouldn't it be.

Had a great stay. Staff r very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hot breakfast in am. Definitely would stay again.

We stay here every time we pass through. Have a nice warm soup dinner and large continental breakfast. Check in always pleasant.

We stayed in the Comfort Inn in Idaho Falls, Page Az. And in Dillon Montana. Of the three Idaho Falls was hands down the best for service, breakfast, convenience to the I15 and general atmosphere. Dillon was good but the breakfast provided was the standard hard scrambled eggs and deep fried bacon. Pleasant staff who were helpful with requested info 're the town. Page on the other hand gave us the impression that we were an intrusion that she would have to look after as rapidly as possible. Rooms, beds, pillows and room supplies were of a high quality in all three of the Comfort Inn. However it is the attitude and helpfulness of the staff that make or break a stay in a particular hotel. We would stay in the Comfort Inns in both Idaho Falls and Dillon; however not Page.

Ended up snowed in and the staff was awesome during a stressful event. An employee overheard it was a few girls birthday from our group and he got them a surprise cake. A+++for service and a nice place to stay.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. There is not much variety from day to day but they switch between scrambled eggs and bacon and cheese omelets and sausage. Everyday there are biscuits and gravy along with fruit waffles oatmeal cereal hardboiled eggs and yougert. The rooms were also clean.

It was a great place to stay I have stayed at comfort Inns all over and this is one of the best one I have stayed at.

Rooms not that clean. Linens clean though. Kink a like all they do is change the sheets & call it good. Staff was nice. Parking lot Very Well lighted.

Great place to stay. As a Choice reward member we were given a bottle of water and a "treat" each plus a biscuit for our dog. There was soup available (potato-it was good) that night and a typical breakfast the next morning. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the soft pillows. All in all a wonderful experience.

Clean quiet rooms on the outskirts of town. Simple and decently priced.

Super service and very nice rooms.

Comfy beds, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Request a room on the top floor and be curtious to the guests below you, because believe me they can hear you. Every step. Almost complained but decided it wasn't with my time.

Pulled in at midnight. Googled comfort inn. Within minutes we had a reservation, using a military discount we saved some money. Very friendly staff. Rooms clean. Comfortable beds, massaging shower head. Usual hotel breakfast We were offered ice for our cooler on the way out.

Good location, right off the highway. Room was very clean, as were the linens. Service was great.

Nice, but getting older. Vary good location and very bright lit parking lot. No elevator, three stairways that are open. Inside pool. Double room towards the front of the building, king rooms smaller face back of the building. Nice staff, park across the street with Creek and walking trail. Dillon is a smaller town but has all you need.

Really good. Very friendly and clean. Bathroom was a bit small and awkward to use though.

They were awesome! After we had driven all day in the ice and snow. We finally found a hotel. The person at the front desk was named Vicky and was a super nice person! She got us into a room fast. We hadn't eat much all day and she said there was hot soap available to us! Come to find out she working double shift. I think they need to give her a raise! Room was clean and breakfast was good. Great place!

Great staff and great rooms. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay.

Room was mostly clean. The bathtub was missed in the cleaning. The front desk attendants were all kind and polite. The room was smoke free and being in the front near the parking lot was not very noisy. Their was a worker who was walking in the hall late at night and their phone rang very loudly.

The best bed, the best pillows, the best staff, the best place, the cleanest hotel …

Rooms are clean and relatively modern. Located a little off the interstate (close but you can't hear traffic). Breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Good place to stay.

Parking lot is large and convenient for parking trailers.

Every thing was average to sub average. The room was dated, but pretty clean. For the price I can't complain.

I've really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and professional. Also the location is excellent.

They didn't make up room or bring fresh towels or glasses during our two night stay.

What a great place to stay! We had so much fun playing in the pool because we were the only ones in it! Nice clean quiet place to stay quick check in, easy room access, comfortable beds. All around great experience.

They put some overweight couple in the room above us that was doing it all night and stomping around all night. Also the sheets were itchy.

I've stayed here a couple times and will stay again. The hotel is very clean & comfortable; I like the pillows as well. There were two kinds of soup to eat after 5pm that were perfect for me. Also included were two kinds of rolls and crackers. The best thing about this place is the silence! I always forget how soothing it is to not hear sirens and traffic outside my window. Thank you for a a most enjoyable stay!

Very clean. Love the ample pillows. The woman at the front desk was funny and warm. My only problem was a sink that wouldn't drain. Small issue on an otherwise nice stay.
