Nice, clean motel! Great Customer service and “better than most” free motel breakfast! I forgot a special bracelet and they found it and held it, so that we could pick it up later on our return trip without any problem! We even were able to help ourselves to an extra cup of coffee to go as we left! Thank you Chrystal for making sure I found my bracelet! Added to a great vacation experience!

Comfortable room, nice amenities and a great selection for breakfast. Close to the freeway. Perfect for our passing through stay. Staff was great!

This is a really nice place, though it isn't a very elegant, expensive place, this is a great hotel for the area. The thing that makes this a 5 star hotel to me is the amazing staff here. Everyone one who works doesn't just treat this like a job that that they HAVE to come to, they treat this as a job they WANT to come to, and you can see it in there actions, charm, and great Montana hospitality. Every time the housekeeper came she left warm towels and mints on the bed, she also left a sweet, heart felt note on the bed that is just so nice. Also when I had a problem with the iron in the room all I had to do was call the front desk 10 o'clock at night I didn't even have to walk down she personally brought me a new one. The staff at this hotel can definitely put a smile on your face and make your stay as fantastic as they can.

Rooms didn't stink and beds were comfy. Breakfast food was decent. Right price.

Not sure why this is a two star hotel, stayed in the Hyatt, Marriott and several other hotels this week on a trip through the area, the service, quality and especially the outstanding customer service go beyond the courtesy offered by the aforementioned establishments, sure the location is average, but everything else is certainly above average. Perfect roadtrip hotel, recommended!

Great room, very comfortable with especially kind staff. With a lot of hotel options in the area FairBridge Inn is definitely a good choice when lodging in the area.

Remodeling 1st floor. No handicapped Rooms in need of repair. Showers old no elevator. Free breakfast ok only. No the worst or best.

My two girls age's 9/12 and I spent a day in Dillon Mt visiting my oldest daughter. We were greeted by a cheerful staff that had a room waiting for us. The rooms were fantastic microwave minnie fridge flat screen TV and a large bathroom. Housekeeping placed handmade hearts with candy and a hand written note welcoming us on each bed. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was Excellent and plentiful fully stocked with fresh fruit and hot breakfast items. We will definitely return in the near future I would highly recommend you stay here.

Everything we decent. Comfy beds. Alright breakfast. Horrible cable TV system though. Takes forever to change channels. Some channels aren't there. And the quality is very poor. Other than that the service was great. Everyone was friendly.

This hotel was great, with the pool and hot tub. However, the walls are not very sound insulated and someone came in to their room at about 1 am. The breakfast was good, except they could have improved on the eggs. Aside from that, this place was great!

Amazing! We got a room for our anniversary with a private jacuzzi hot tub. The room was really nice and the customer service was amazing. There was also a full hot breakfast, I had biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage links. I would definitely recommend this place.

110 % Pleased and extremely impressed with The Fairbridge in every way. Our room was very roomy, apartment size fridge, it's basically a studio apartment the bathroom is huge, the bed is so comfortable. We travel for work and stay at many different motels, throughout the week, and The Fairbridge In Dillon, Mt. Is by far the best most pleasurable place we have stayed. And the front desk clerk amazed us by calling to see if we needed anything, and how our room was? No other hotel that we've stayed has ever done that. If We could give you guys 20 plus stars we would.

I was pleasantly surprised at how excellent this hotel is. The person on the phone when I booked the room was very polite and competent. And when we arrived, I was impressed with how clean the room was, especially the bathroom. Everything in the room was in good repair. As a bonus, we had a small kitchenette in our room, which we did not expect. The free breakfast was decent, with eggs and sausage included on the menu. Lastly, the price was better than competitive. I will make it a point to stay here again if I ever pass through Dillon.

We always stay here when we visit Dillon. The rooms are clean and staff is nice. The continental breakfast is decent.

Staff is great, the hotel is always clean and the rooms are great. The staff always greets with smiles and a friendly hello and the cleaning staff is top of the line. Would recommend anyone to stay here when they are in town.

Wow, wow, wow! These guys are spot on as far as service goes. We stayed there the night before the eclipse. When we checked in, they let us know they are starting breakfast early in the morning, at 3:30am. They knew many of their guests were hitting the road early. We were just blown away by the gesture! The rooms were very clean, comfy beds, and little heart shaped towels and candy on the bed. Big screen TV with HBO, so we didn't have to miss GOT. We checked out the pool area, and the hot tub is a big one and can fit 10 people at least. Thia was a great hotel experience!

Price was high. No USB charging ports. Wall outlets so worn that charger literally fell out. No spare TP roll, nor a place to store one. Biscuits so hard I couldn't cut them with a plastic knife. The Comfort Inn next door has to be better. I won't be back here.

Very nice place, with very friendly staff. They even offered to keep the pool open a little later since we arrived with only ten minutes to spare. The beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was great as well.

The hot tub is a little to hot so I do not feel comfortable letting my 7 year old in it for any amount of time. The rooms are nice but because of the pet policy my allergies would act up and there was pet hair under the sheet on the mattress protector. The AC was pretty loud but the staff is great, it is nicer then other hotels I have stayed in there ans has a better breakfast bar as well it is pretty good food.

Best time ever, they take such good care of you. I will be going back soon. Dillon, MT is such a great small town, everyone is so friendly.

This hotel went way beyond the expectations I had of a "motel". We needed a quick nap stop and glad we picked this hotel. Very very clean. Very helpful staff.

A little bit pricey but it was a pretty nice place. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The main sign is kind of hard to read from the highway exit. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a smaller room with bunk beds. Perfect if you are traveling with kids. No elevator in the building and it didn't appear to be very wheelchair friendly. The building seemed historic but not run down. I would stay there again if I could afford it or it were a special occasion or something. Paid about $150/night for the family suite.

I have stayed at the FairBridge Inn Express multiple times and love it here. Have stayed at Comfort Inn and Best western and will always stay here from now on. Ben, the General Manager is one of the nicest guys that I have met. He is always so friendly and always has a smile on his face when we show up. He will help you with anything he can. A wonderful friendly guy. We always travel with our 2 big labs as well. Very good pet friendly hotel. Jessica is amazing as well, she always has a smile when you walk past the counter or see be in the hallway checking things. The last person we had check us in was Christal, she is new to the front desk and so friendly and sweet. The hotel is always so clean and smells so good when we arrive and walk in the door. Great job on all that you guys do. It is truly amazing what a great team you all make at the FairBridge innn Express Dillon… We look forward to seeing you again the next time we are through. We will stay her on every trip we make through Dillon…

I am writing to this for Mary Cress, my good friend who comes to visit me in Dillon often and has stayed at this hotel for extended stays. She has known Ben Vande Sandt, now manager, since he began working here when it was the Guest House Inn. She says she has never had a bad stay. Ben and his staff gave always been polite, respectful, and gone out of there way to make sure I've had a good stay. I'll be staying here again soon!

Have stayed here at the FairBridge Inn Express for the last couple years and love it here. We have stayed at every hotel here in town and this is for sure the best. Ben The General Manager is awesome. He always knows how to make us feel right at home. He is the main reason we continue to come back every year. All of our family now stays here when traveling through because of the wonderful things we had to say about it. We have stayed in almost every room type and everyone of them is awesome. The Breakfast is amazing, Best I have had and I stay at a lot of hotels because of work. I just stayed here again last night and checked in with Tonya. She is very Friendly and Funny. Jessica always has a smile on her face and is ready to help with any need. Good job at all you do Ben, You are amazing at your job and I know your employees respect you a lot. I love the comments that some people put. Take responsibility for what your animal did and stop trying to make peoples lives miserable just because you are. I hate when people don't take responsibility and try to turn it around on someone else. Don't let that lady bother you Ben, You know what you are doing and you do it well. I highly recommend everyone to stay here at the FairBridge Inn Express in Dillon. See you all again soon!

I just had the most wonderful stay here! I was traveling alone with my seven young kids and a new puppy. We were breaking our trip up. My concierge, Tanya, was amazing! Super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in their suite for extra space and they got us everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place for comfort, cleanliness, and class. Good food and quiet rooms too!

Great hotel. Very clean and Wi-Fi worked great. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time we go through Dillon.

Very nice place to stay. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable, love the fact that it had an apartment size fridge. Also liked that I couldn't hear the neighbors or anyone in the hall. Very quiet. Pool was nice but could be a little warmer. Staff was very friendly. We decided to stay again next month. I recommend to anyone going to the Dillon area.

A no frills hotel. Rooms were nice but nothing to write home about. Room rate isn't very warranted.
