Great hotel spacious rooms reasonably priced very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The lady at the check in was friendly and even hooked us up with rooms close to who we were here with.

My door was left propped open by the maids, assume… I left at 7:30 for work and returned at 6:00 to an open room.

The room was clean friendly service. Pet friendly with carpet. Carpets need to be cleaned more often. Room rates were high for an average room.

It’s 90 degrees out with high humidity and their pool heater was cranked up! Was actually warmer than the hot tub. Then late into the night, realized the AC wasn’t working. Already too late to switch rooms with 2 small children. Then BEFORE we checked out, before 8am… housekeeping came into the room. There was no knock, just barged in. Not once but twice! Second time was after I explained we were not yet checking out. Noisy bathroom vent did not help the sleeping situation either. Front desk was less than excited to hear our complaints.

The room was very nice. They were doing renovations and that was somewhat inconvenient but other than that everything was great. The breakfast was nice and many choices to choose from. The bed was very nice and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice quaint hotel off of the highway. Seemed to be a very dead area with no viable gas stations (plenty of fast food). Vent in bathroom was absolutely filthy and the ledge behind the couch could stand to be bleached. I would stay here again for the price.

Came for the weekend so kids could enjoy the pool when the weather was rainy and cold. Specifically asked if pool and hot tub were open. Drove 5 hours to find out heater on pool was broken. Had prepaid and couldn’t get a refund. Weekend ruined.

Room was clean… but toilet ran non-stop and shower leaked and squirted everywhere but where it should. Elevator and some area's were not in use due to new flooring being put down. The cost should have been pro — rated due to inconvenience of construction.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Evening clerk was nice and friendly. However, toilet ran all night. Shower head was so bad that my wife had to move the floor afterwards. Breakfast (not the woman's fault serving. She was just trying to do her job) was terrible. And closed 9). When I shared this with the morning clerk (same one as the night before) she was dismissive and told me all the hotels (she's worked at three. Hmmmm) close breakfast at 9. I won't return…

The service was great; the rooms were clean; and the beds and pillows were made for royalty. We would highly recommend this motel.

The room was very spacious, that's really nice when you've got kids with you. It was also very clean which should be normal, but it's not as normal as it should be for hotels. The only complaint would be for the bathroom fan. It was incredibly noisy, but that's just a minor issue.

Breakfast wasnt super great but I guess they never are. It was clean and quiet!

Thought it was going to be a great place till check out paid a hundred Dollar deposit on room said we smoked in it which we DID NOT… didnt Get deposit back so a room the was $83 ended up costing $183. Wouldn't recommend it at all…

Room was noisy. In the morning the person at the desk was rude and condescending and ignored our complaint. Just went back to his computer. Didn't even attempt to apologize.

Good stay. Lobby area nice but rooms need updating. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and it was quiet. Tara (spelling) was very welcoming and helped us finding a room to meet our requirements. She also recommended a couple of restaurants for dinner. We tried one just across the street and it was very good. The hotel breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of items.

The hotel it self was nice. When my wife and I checked in the girl made us feel welcome. The next morning there was a different lady. She called the room with a courtesy call saying that it was 11 minutes till 11:00 that check out is at 11:00. She sounded like she was annoyed that she had to call and I guess remind us. But if I pay 100.00 dollars or more for a room then I paid for that room till check out time. When we went to return our keys and check out she was unfriendly and had an attitude.

The hotel itself was nice, good AC and beds, but as I was just sitting quietly watching TV I got a noisd complaint.

Hard to beat Choice hotels for good prices. This location is well maintained, breakfast is nothing to brag about.

Very friendly service at the lobby. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Pool was clean and well kept. Breakfast was well stocked. Staff was extremely accommodating when we needed an additional room for extra guests on our second night. Great hotel!

The check in service was quick and professional. The room was nice and comfortable. Only complaint was the ac made a buzzing noise occasionally but the room cooled down pretty quick so we didn't have it on for long. Other than that, it's a nice, clean hotel!

Couch had stains on it, walls had water damage, people above us started making noise about 1 am and didnt stop till about 4, when we told the manager the next morning the only thing they said was you should have told us, we could have moved you to a different room but who wants to get up and change rooms at that hour. For the price we paid we could have got a better room at Hampton.

Garbage night time employee. Fat, Greasy, hung-over, and snarky are all excellent describing words of the employee that I had to look around the hotel fifteen minutes to find. Employee was a major ass and made a huge deal out of the most simple issues. I was only going to stay here one night but this man reduced that to zero nights with his nasty attitude.

I stay at comfort inns 50+ nights a year and this is one of the worst ones I have been to. To start the parking lot sucks for parking. After checking in and getting a free upgrade to a suite I went to my room. The room was extremely basic. The a/c made a howling noise. Went to take a shower and water pressure was horrible. Not only that the shower head leaked like crazy. Then at the other hotels my receipt is usually under my door in the morning. This place it was not. I went to go check out and sat at the front desk for over 10 min waiting for someone to check me out at 7am. All I can say is I won't ever be staying at this hotel again.

Loved the stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, decent water pressure in the shower, decent air conditioning, and friendly staff. The morning hot breakfast was good, the pool and spa were comfortable, yet a bit over chlorinated, and the fitness room satisfies the needs for exercise away from home. We will definitely stay again.

The comfort inn is very clean very nice it's a breathe easy place meaning it is 100% none smoking I love it.

The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. AC and Wi-Fi worked very well. The pool and hot tub are indoors and were nice enough, and there were plenty of pool towels available. Hot breakfast options are okay but limited; not a lot of lower carb options.

Love this place stay here every time I'm in town. No problems in the past five years. Breakfast is great. Some people are always complaining. I recommend it highly.

I became stranded over memorial weekend and needed a place to stay. This place was right off the highway so it's not hard to get to. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Price was fair. Front desk clerk was super friendly.

When I travel, I stay at Confort Inns because of consistency. This hotel was terrible. First time I have been disappointed in a Confort Inn. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice. I am a Choice reward member.

A storm just passed through and our ceiling started leaking like a sieve, plus the bathroom has water damage from what looks like a previous leak. We were told they've tried fixing, but there is something about the first floor that they can't find the leak. So we have a bucket at the foot of the bed. Hope the ceiling doesn't fall in on us. (In all fairness they did offer to give us another room. ) We won't be back, and hopefully Choice Privileges will encourage them to fix the problems.

The entire experience at this location was horrible. We couldn't use the water, they were under a boil alert. The gentleman working the front desk advised us not to even shower. Our car was broken into during the night, they broke the back window and stole all our luggage, a pillow, blanket and a BB gun. The gentleman working the front desk that morning acted annoyed and like I was inconveniencing him when I informed him what happened. We called the police and made a report. I called back the next day to discuss what happened with the owner and to request that he refund us our money for that night. He was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a woman who was also rude and accused me of yelling… which I was not… and also called me a liar when I told her that the man at the front said we couldn't shower. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Stay at the Drury or another hotel in that area. The hotel smelled, my sheets smelled like men cologne (so they probably were not changed) and the staff is unprofessional.

Clean fresh sheets quiet. All you can ask for.

Only place I stay when I visit. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, price is reasonable.
