First room tub filthy not drained! Second room no towels for all three of us. Really nice staff. Great customer service!

We were here for a large group luncheon. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!

If you like walking through a wad of hair to use the restroom this is the place. Bathtub was dirty, I’m guessing they took the day off from cleaning this bathroom. Front desk was understanding but of little help unless we want them to clean the room tomorrow ‘at some point’…umm well yeah. Overall the hotel is lackluster for the pricing!

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Horrible front desk service. Cannot believe how proud they are to be by the stadium. One night $450. Room has dead bugs. Stains were all over the bedding. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and just all around nasty. Woke up to not sure what noises from the hotel. Would highly never recommend coming here!

By far was one of the most poorly managed Hiltons we have stayed at. We had to park down the street a block over in an unsecured parking garage due to valet being full. They were allowing others to use the valet at the hotel that were Not staying at the hotel but walking across the street for the game. Even after the game, and many left the valet parking, we were still told it was full. Our room in the west wing had a perfect view of the valet parking. There were only a couple of cars left on the top and many vacant spots on lower floors. After we checked out this morning, walked down the block to get our car. There sat our 2022 Camaro with fresh dents down the passenger side. If we knew we would have to park that far and leave our car unsupervised, we would’ve canceled and stayed somewhere else. On top of that we had to pay to get our car out of the parking garage. The parking was the biggest issue because my car was damaged and it was not practical to have to park so far away. I can nitpick this place all day… read the other reviews. The rooms were not up to par for the price you pay. The executive lounge was closed both days we stayed, that is supposed to be perk to book those rooms. So basically you are paying to be across from Busch stadium. We definitely will not stay here again nor invest in their Grand Vacations membership we have scheduled to purchase. These reviews that are pretty accurate say it all and yet the problems have not been addressed.

Waited in line for valet parking for an hour. Hotel ran out of parking. Staff did not bother to make it known until hotel entry was reached. Employees refused to let us use carts to take luggage to room. Waited a half an hour for elevator and finally had to take stairs 6 floors. Feces and vomit on stairwells. Room is filthy as we found urine on toilet and hair in bath/shower. When we returned to hotel from ball park there was a line out the door because of elevators AGAIN. Another 6 story climb on the filthy stairs STILL laden in feces, vomit and now empty bottles with cigarettes in them. $300 to be treated poorly, exposure to feces, vomit and a night in a filthy room not worth $10. Shame on you Hilton for allowing this dump to use your name.

I would stay here Every Time I travel to St. Louis and the 30 minutes surrounding area because they made it so easy. Only 2 small city blocks of easy walking to the National Park of the gateway Arch. Highly Recommended and extremely impressed.

The staff at the bar and restaurant are absolutely incredible people. Genci, Trish, Chris, and David are amazing servers/managers and absolutely wholesome, polite, wonderful people. They are a gift to the hotel to keep on staff and will treat customers very well. 10/10! Made my visit!

Remove the racist manager William Winchester he is the worst manager and person I've came in contact with. Very unprofessional.

The front desk people are very rude. The night manager was as well. The security people, valet were wonderful. And very helpful. They are very understaffed as everyone is. But then maybe they need to not book so many rooms. The hotel was packed. They always have their hand out for a tip. Especially the man in the restaurant while he yells at other people to work harder. Don’t bother asking anyone for touring information they don’t have time for that. When you call from your room to request something or let them know that something is not right in your room, and you will, you will be greeted by very nice helpful people. They try to accommodate you but unfortunately they usually had to transfer our calls to someone not helpful. Our window leaked, we had a 24 inch puddle on the window sill. We didn’t have a refrigerator, I was not aware that I had to request a room with one. The bathroom was not very clean. Someone’s belly ring was left on our counter. The shower didn’t work, they had to call maintenance who made sure we knew he was the only one working and we pulled him away from another job. The lobby is great. Plenty of seating and very comfortable to visit with your group. Unfortunately all of these problems could be avoided if they had more staff because I am pretty sure these folks are exhausted. I don’t see that situation changing anytime soon. However, they still need better attitudes. I am good tipper if the person is helpful and friendly.

It took three tries for a room where our key worked and it had been cleaned (kind of, not obviously gross). Little to no customer service anywhere, period. Only exception was one server in Imo's who seemed to enjoy people a little. Hot was cold and cold was hot on our shower and maintenance acted like I couldn't read. Top floor restaurant is an awesome concept but if you have kids, no matter the time of day, you really aren't welcome and its filthy so you better go at dark so you can't see. Thank goodness our TV works and the Olympics are on!

It needs an upgrade. Air conditioning wasn't cool enough. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Pistachio shells on floor. Furniture and doors are in bad shape. For the price, it needs to be better. The convenience of it so close to ball park is great, but paid over $300 a night and wasn't worth it at all. Hilton, do better!

Really good views, of the ball park and the arch! Directly across the street from Busch stadium! Starbucks, pool, restaurant, pizza parlor, bars are all open. They’ll ask about room cleaning but no one came. We seen a manager cleaning up rooms. Rooftop is closed off with your key. Ps. Hooters there has horrible service and the T. G. I. Friday’s is closed. Book ahead for the arch. Budweiser tour still closed as of April 25, 2021. Zoo is worth the money and the aquarium is really small!

Most of the guest services employees and concierges would be the only reason to recommend this hotel.
I booked a room with free breakfast and paid a little more for it. When I checked in, they said I did not have free breakfast and that was only for gold members and I would have to purchase breakfast-$10 for the “bread and fruit of the day” was one of the choices.
The parking choices were $45 per day to valet on site or $30 per day and you go find your own parking somewhere downtown.
The pool was big and the hot tub was big, but was always cold because there was always a hose of freezing water running in the hot tub.
While we were in the pool area, a security person (? ) came in and told me to get rid of my Diet Coke or she would be banned from the pool because no drinks are allowed in there. There are no signs or any type of listed or posted rule about this and I was literally sitting next to a vending machine. When I didnt jump right up (because my kids were gathering their things so we could leave), she got very angry and told me I had to get out. I told her I was just waiting for my kids to get their stuff. Almost everyone that worked there was kind and helpful, except this pool lady and the check in lady who looked down her nose at my request for free breakfast because I was not a “gold” member.
I think most of the staff did their best trying to accommodate guests and requests during a time when their city is still recovering from shutdown!

These are two pictures I snapped from the elevator. I really expected things to be so much better considering it is a Hilton. The lobby looks great, the rooms, and the rest of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Especially the West side. I paid a good price for my room and was really disappointed in the quality. Shocked actually. Hopefully others will have a better experience in the future. I for one, will not be back.

The staff were prompt and kind upon check in. The room though was not the best. There was a used bar of soap in the shower which I found gross. Especially with them stating the room had been thoroughly cleaned due to Covid. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and falling down. There was also a lack of information in regards to the hotel, TV guide, restaurant information, amenities, etc. The overall hotel and location were nice, our room though not so much. Due to the room condition, I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

What a horrible hotel that treat black people terrible. They follow black people and are very ignorant to black people. The tall sick older white guy yells at black people too.

Our suite and view was beyond what we expected. Customer Service was beyond amazing. Whatever we asked for, they were able to provide and beyond. The food was amazing. We travel a lot but we will definitely be back to visit this hotel.

The hotel is very nice in appearance both on the exterior and the lobby. The room however is lacking in amenities and is very dated. The popcorn ceiling was pealing off and most if not all the furniture was dinged up and scratched. The king bed had dirty linens with some small blood stains on the sheets. At this price I would have expected the quality of the room to be better. Also plan to pay for parking or valet for an additional fee.

Attended a conference and stayed 2 nights. The hotel staff was very helpful all around. Room was clean and comfortable. The meeting space was well laid-out and easy to navigate as well. Only ding would be the wait staff in the Market Bistro and Bar wasn't exactly stellar. On the first night I waited for 15 minutes after being sat for a server to even talk to me, and ultimately no one did so I ended up ordering in my room. I could understand if it was really busy, but it wasn't. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed there for a Def Leppard Journey concert at Busch Stadium… We paid $325 a night for an executive room that was the same size if not smaller than a Super 8 or Motel 6 room. It was definitely not worth the money as far as the room goes. The reason we got the room here was because of his proximity do the ballpark and therefore we didn't have to worry about traffic to and from the stadium for the concert. The executive breakfast and Lounge area was nice. The bathroom was not very big at all barely had room to turn around. It also cost us $40 a night for valet parking that was open to the public to come in without being noticed or I could walk a block and a half for $27 a night for public parking. The front desk staff leaves must be desired. I guess I just expected more from a hotel with the Hilton name on it. This is one mistake that I probably will not make again. I also had to call in to get my Hilton Honors points credited to my account because it did not show that I had stayed there even after a week.

We have stayed here twice with mixed reviews. The breakfast staff, bar staff, and valet are great. The check in process while configured for Hilton Honors doesn’t really acknowledge it and has been less than warm. All of my rooms have had something not cleaned or stocked correctly. They handle it quickly but I would prefer to see it addressed right the first time. Also, the east tower elevators can be slow because of sharing one with a bar at the top.

Lobby is clean, gentleman who checked us in was friendly and polite. We were told, however, that our room was not ready because there were too many people checking in at once and they would call us when it was ready. Check in is at 4. That's makes me think that the rooms should all be ready at 4. We are here for a concert. Obviously the hotel knows based on the number of reservations how many rooms it needs to have clean to accommodate the guests that have reserved them. Impatiently waiting now in the lobby while everyone else that was checking in behind us are now being given room keys and directions to the elevator. I dont see anyone else being given the same apology we were given and told their room was not ready. You are a major corporation and the hotel attached to the venue that the concert is being held at. I expected better.

The facility is top notch, and the ballpark is a short walk across the street. We had a late dinner downstairs in the Market St. Bistro and even at 11 and right after a busy post game rush, service was great as well as the food. Room service (Nick) was awesome and friendly for breakfast next day. Excellent experience and worth a visit.

Room was well kept, staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was roomy but this also provided ample enough room for children to jump in and splash around like it was just a warm pool. With the freedom fair at the arch and the fireworks being a big draw to the rooftop bar it was hectic in the lobby having inebriated patrons trying to navigate getting up there or being disrespectful while leaving. Parking ramp is diagonal from the hotel, easily accessible, can drive in and out as desired with stub from hotel, but as they state on their website is $27 a night. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, and the executive lounge perks were a nice welcoming for rewards members. Overall a great stay in a great location with great service.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The atmosphere was both homey and luxury based at the same time. The room was larger than normal rooms and quite clean, with an array of baseball themed artwork in the room. Great views of the city, and if you get lucky it has great views of the ballpark. The only real complaint was the slowness of the elevators, but I've seen worse.

The staff is great. The location is good also. But our room had wallpaper peeling off, the vent fan did not work, and there was a bloodstain on one of the mattresses. I was not impressed with the room in general. When you pay this much to stay somewhere I expect much cleaner and newer rooms.

Purchased on Hotwire for $67/night, so very worth it! Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice and comfortable. We stayed in the West Tower so it was a nice, long walk to the front desk. We also had a plaza view, but we could still see part of the Arch which was really cool. Elevators were never over crowded in the West tower and I often saw lines for the main tower located by the front desk area. There is a Starbucks downstairs which is the best part! Would stay again.

WE stayed at the Hilton at the Ballpark to attend a ST. Louis baseball game. I felt the rooms were small for the price and not very clean. The view was fantastic. We did have an issue in the parking garage that the hotel staff said was their Hilton self parking garage, which they charged $27.00 a day. When we got ready to leave, our vehicle had been broken into and the back glass had been completely shattered. We did let the hotel security know about the incident but was told their was nothing they could do since the garage doesn't belong to Hilton. My question is why tell your guest that it is a "Hilton self parking garage" and charge for it if its not Hilton's property. We were told by the Hotel staff the $54.00 dollars that we were charged for parking would be credited back to our account. We were not credited back and when I called to talk to someone in regards to it I was told all Managers were busy. She said I could leave a message. I did and haven't heard back from anyone. I felt the hotel could have done more than just credit back the fee for the parking. We are now out the cost of the room for 2 nights plus some. Very expensive weekend. We also live 6 hours away from St. Louis. Very breezy drive home. Not fun.

The young man at Guest Services was very polite and understood our needs when I asked to switch rooms. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with the beautiful view. The hotel is located in a great area in downtown St Louis however I will admit that I did prefer the Hilton that is just across the street by the arch — If you're going to stay at Hilton, make sure you stay at the one by the arch and get a Corner Room — you won't regret it!

I spent an evening at the three sixty bar and it was awesome! The views are perfect. There wasn't a Cardinals game that night, but itd probably be really cool during games since you can see right into the stadium. The bar has a really swanky atmosphere, but don't feel like you need to look top notch. People we're in a whole array of clothing, just don't look like a slob. All my drinks were really good and I ordered a bunch of different types of cocktails.

Great location. Directly across from the ballpark as the name implies. Super friendly staff. My wife is a Hilton rewards member and they were constantly checking on us to make sure our stay was good. They even gave us a free breakfast voucher. The lobby gets extremely busy before and after games. The elevators are small and somewhat claustrophobic if more than 4 adults ride. Parking is over $40/night.

A very good property to visit. If you're going to a ball game do stay there. I stayed in the West tower and my room looked right into the stadium. Take the Metro Link to the Stadium stop and you're right at the hotel and ball park. What really sets this property apart is its staff. VERY friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying there. Oh, and the Gateway Arc is a very short walk away.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location if you're in town for a game since it's right across the street from the stadium. Great views of downtown, the Arch, etc. There are good restaurants on site. Love the 360 bar on the top floor… Breathtaking views from there! The hotel is within walking distance of lots of other restaurants, the wax museum, the Arch, stores, etc. You just can't beat the location!

Would be 5 stars for location near both the Arch and Busch Stadium, but 0 for maintenance and customer service. Stayed for four nights the end of March. Checked in, room I had checked into online wasn't ready, no big deal just down the hall was just fine. Keys they gave us did not work, digital key on my phone was for wrong room. Go to front desk to reformat all keys, not a polite visit. Go back upstairs and now physical keys work, but digital still not functioning, so back downstairs. No apologies for 2 extra trips to front desk, just an attitude. 2 of our 4 days our room did not get cleaned until after 4:30, with no apologies again, and a fair bit of attitude for asking questions. Every one of our 4 days, the pool, and/or hot tub were closed for a significant amount of time. Even had a problem checking out as my $50 per day resort credit was not honored. Front desk supervisor had to come over and insist to the staff that I was right and give me the $200 credit. I wish the service at this hotel matched the location, but unfortunately it does not.

Excellent hotel. Superb staff! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are in the St. Louis area. Location makes it easy to get around. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was beautiful. Service was wonderful. Valet service was great but way overpriced for overnight stay. Ordered a glass glass to room but never received. Large party next door. Screaming. Loud music. Called to complain. They asked them to stop which they did until 4 am in which they began to get loud again. So not a lot of sleep.

Overall nice hotel, food is standard large Hilton. Domestic beer is $6.50. Valet parking is $40/day. Monday check-in to Friday checkout with Valet and no room charges was $733. The east tower has been renovated so it is much more updated than the west tower. The west tower overlooks the ballpark.

The staff was really friendly and the rooms were very nice and reasonably priced. My room was very big and had a great view of the ballpark. It's really close to a lot of food. I was also at an event here, and the conference rooms were nice and they provided good food. Finally, you must go up to the 360 bar at the top and see the entire city, absolutely beautiful. And they have really great food and drinks too.

Pros: Great location. Really nice rooftop bar. Semi decent gym facility, has dumbbells and weighted bars as well as different cardio machines. Has indoor pool. Room was overall clean and comfy. Starbucks in hotel. Cons: Room was kind of small and a far walk from main entrance area. Bedding is not hypoallergenic. No bathrobes/slippers.

It was a nice, modern facility, but a nightmare with a small child in a stroller. We attended an Irish dance competition there last weekend and the way the ballrooms are arranged, there are multiple levels with stairs everywhere. There was a handicap device on one set is stairs, had we been wheelchair bound instead. But it was not easy or convenient to navigate with small children. Not very many family friendly dining opportunities either, unless you want Starbucks 3 meals a day. Not for families, in my opinion.

It's a beautiful clean hotel, great staff! Stopped downstairs to the bar for a quick drink and the bartender Matt H. Did a great job mixing cocktails to our liking with great recommendations and service! Stopped upstairs to the bar for a drink and never got served so decided to go back downstairs where we were welcomed and served promptly. Definitely worth booking!

I visited the rooftop 360 bar with some co-workers and loved it. We went on a Monday evening, so it wasn't so crowded. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, along with the food. I definitely recommend the fries or the margherita flat bread.

Our room was great and the check in was pretty easy and painless. Club 360 was smaller than I thought it'd be but a nice atmosphere. I was disappointed that there wasn't room to dance like we had anticipated after reaching their website and other reviews.

They need to add a negative rating for this web site. I was very upset the way I was treated by the staff. I was getting a room for two friends that are homeless. They are living in their car and needs a place for a few day. I called around to few places and this was the first one to have a room available. The girl behind the desk was very rude to my friends waiting behind me. She said loudly eww they dirty. And pointed and laughed with a house keeper picking up the trash. I turned to look at my friend in tear so we immediately walked out. I've stayed many times for weekend games at the ball park and will never return.

Awesome hotel in great proximity to the ballpark. Can look out over the stadium. Great friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quick check in. The rooftop bar has the best view of the entire city. You can sit up there and watch the game or look over the city and the arch from the sky. Drinks and food at the bar are also reasonable in price. Also a plus is just a short walk from some quality breweries.

Good location next to St. Louis Cardinals ballpark and St. Louis Arch. Beds are comfortable and room is clean. Large LED TV. A/C is only complaint. Has trouble keeping up at night. Breakfast is great with lots of options and is free for higher tier Hilton honors members.

The room s are dated but comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and sheets. The shower was a bit hard to keep flowing through the head. $1.75 water from vending machine. Nice view of the STL Arch on the east. The ballpark to the South and the city to the West. Was not excited about the $17 breakfast buffet. Limited parking downtown forced you to utilize $20 overnight parking. There is a decent gym with good amenities and room temperature water. Overall, it is a decent hotel, I had a 3 night stay for a technology conference.

For $200 a night, too many things went wrong including a sewage backup in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was caked with dust. The beds were nicely made and comfortable. The room was cool in temp which is how I like it. Only downfall was the loudness of the air conditioner when it kicked on. My friend lost alot of sleep because of it. Most staff were nice and attentive.

This hotel is clean and has a nice lobby. The meeting rooms are also very up to date and spacious. However, it is VERY NOISY especially is you want to get a good night's sleep. The stadium is next door and if there's a concert, the music can be heard through the windows. On the weekend, the 360 bar plays loud music until 2:00 am which you can hear all over the East Tower. My suggestion, if you like to party and stay up late — — — stay here.

The room was the most important thing to me, and it was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room was very small, the carpet was filthy, and the bathtub hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The walls were so thin we could hear the pipes creak and moan every time someone turned on a sink or shower in a nearby room, and we could hear our neighboring room hitting snooze on his alarm for hours. The location was convenient, but beware that the club at the stadium will be blasting music loud enough to hear inside your room until 3 am. There is no parking, unless you pay $36 a day for valet. I recommend parking on the street and paying on the app every 2 hours. Location is really the only benefits hotel had.

My husband and I were gifted 3 nights at this hotel for our anniversary weekend which was great because if it was up to us we would've been out of there after the first night. There was only 2 staff members that were not in a bad mood the whole time we were there. As for the valet service just park your own car in the parking deck a block away. I valet my car so that it is easier to get to not so that I have to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to pick it up. Don't get me wrong the view was amazing but that is the only good thing this hotel has going for it. My mother had called to order us a meat/cheese tray, chocolates and a bottle of wine to be delivered to our room as an anniversary gift. The only thing we got was the meat and cheese tray and they charged us for it even though she paid for it ahead of time. They did correct this after we brought it to their attention but we never received the rest of it. I would suggest staying at one of the many other hotels in the area if you are going to St. Louis but if you do stay here make sure you pack your own toilet paper unless you like using sandpaper on your sensitive areas.

I was just there for the rooftop bar and I was not disappointed. People were dressed business casual on a Tuesday night, the drinks were fairly price and it had a view of Cardinals stadium. Great experience overall and I highly recommend it for out of town business men or women looking for a quiet place to social and take in the views of the city.

Great place to stay if you want to see the city. It's centrally located to most of the destinations. Hotel itself is lovely. Bar on the top floor has terrific view of the city and ball field.

The room was nothing special. My husband is 6'4 and was nearly scrapping his head in the bathroom. Our room was adjourned to another and we could hear them like they were in ours and they were not loud. The distance to the ballpark is awesome but after the game there was a line for the elevators and the stairs were locked. We had to pay $20 to park which seems extreme since we already paid plenty for the night. The staff was nice and helpful and the Starbucks in the lobby is convenient. Needless to say the hotel has a great location but we probably won't stay again.

Perfect hotel for a trip to St. Louis to see the Cardinals play. Literally across the street from the ballpark. Valet parking is very helpful and the restaurant on the lobby floor of the hotel had excellent food and was open late. The 360-degree rooftop bar/restaurant was beautiful and the view is amazing! We will definitely return and will recommend to our friends and family.

The hotel is nice and what you expect from a higher-end hotel in a lower-end city. The real standout, however, was the rooftop bar. It is beautifully modern, had fantastic views of the city, fire pits to stay warm and table service if you don't want to go to the bar for drinks. It is great for groups, and I strongly encourage you and your friends to check out if you are visiting St. Louis and staying here or in the area. I actually stayed at the Hilton down the road and am very glad a group of us decided to check out the rooftop bar!

This hotel is across the street from the ballpark. The rooms a very comfortable, bedding soft, luxurious sheets and comforter. The open style lobby has a large gas fireplace, a bar area and registration area. Within the hotel is a Starbucks, a bistro and a security guards access to the Roof Top Bar. The staffing is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

It was a stay very good all very friendly a very nice view from the room I got. A terrace, very nice, looks all st. Louis … when you come back again here. I hospedare again in this hotel. I loved it.

The staff has been professional and courteous. They always greet you with a smile that deserves the recognition that I always feel welcome and important upon coming in or speaking with the front desk. I had one issue with not receiving my coffee this morning through room service. The way this works is that you place a hang tag on your door to request various breakfast items to be delivered to your room. I just called down to the front desk and spoke with Jasmine, who was kind and apologetic, to explain I was writing this report and wanted to be fair in my assessment. I had my hang tag up at 11:15 pm and the rules state that as long as the hang tag was up by midnight the order would be placed. I received my order of coffee the first morning, but not this morning. She then let me know that it was supposed to be the security guard that is to pick up the hang tags to get the orders in. My assumption is that the guard missed it. Either way, I have one more night here, and I look forward to it, especially my morning coffee.

I attended a conference at the Hilton in Ballpark Villiage and found the building and staff very accomodating and professional. We had a catered lunch that was served promptly. The dessert especially was fantastic. Would recommend for other events or for visiting friend and family.

The hotel is quite beautiful in an amazing location. If I had to say the few things that didn't meet my expectations were simply the rooms were outdated and had an old smell to them. The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive (about $16) for standard buffet staples. But overall, I enjoyed the hotel, great staff, and would stay there again.

We arrived on Saturday 4/9 and only stayed one night. We were helped by the staff with carts because we had quite a few pieces of luggage. I was traveling with 2 adult daughters and a granddaughter. The staff was friendly. I had called the hotel direct for the best price. I was shocked to find out that our friends had paid much less booking online after me. We wanted a queen double room. There were none so they switched my king room for a double full room. Same price. Shocking. The room was clean but not worth $220 before taxes. The elevators were SLOW. We waited at least 6 minutes each time we had to use them. Worse at night when the elevators were also used to get people to the 360 bar room at the top. There was no tissue except 3 pieces shoved into the top of the canister. There were no extra blankets and we weren't going to call because we were tired and ready to sleep. The night before at another hotel we had plush COMFORTERS on the beds. Plus if the staff had to take an elevator to bring us blankets — we couldn't wait that long. Ice was on every other floor so you had to take an elevator to get ice. That's horrible too. The next morning when we wanted to check out my daughter tried to use a rolling cart like we had the day before. She was stopped at the elevator and told she could not use it. So we trucked all the luggage down ourselves and went across the street to the garage. Thanks a lot for all the help in the morning.

Rooms are decent and pretty new, but compared to other hotels of similar quality, the rooms weren't as nice. The bathroom door catches on the toilet, toilet paper is hard to access (under the sink, a little behind the toilet). When we stayed, housekeeping walked in before we checked out (and we still had two hours until checkout). The lobby and restaurant were really nice, but to get to the restaurant you need to go all the way down, have a staff member key you in, then go all the way back up to the top floor. Staff was friendly.

The location was perfect! The rooms were a little small and I was unimpressed with the room amenities considering I stayed on the executive level. The reason I gave it 3 stars and not more was due to the service. The communication between the valet, bellhop and the front desk was so poor, somebody should be fired. (Especially after hearing multiple cars were damaged by the valet that night). The frustration could also be seen through the staff as policies were set in place that slowed the process and created more work for the employees; to the extent that some employees were obviously not caring anymore. The only reason I would stay there again would be for the location.

I was there for a football conference this weekend and it was an awesome location! Very close to Ball Park Village and a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The Hilton at the Ballpark is beautiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained, the bar on the top floor is amazing, and the staff are kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Generally stay here when I'm in town for work. West tower is slightly nicer than east and the elevators are much better. The executive lounge is just. About some of the south facing rooms on the 19th floor, I'd avoid them as they start working early and they're quite loud. They also vacuum late at night. The conference rooms are pretty standard for a hotel. They're fine as long as you don't need to have conference calls. Hard to get an entire room covered.

Just ok. It would be nice if they had their own parking. Cost a fortune to park. Outlet in the bathroom didn't work so had to use the blow dryer in the living room. Yes I checked the gfci.

Arriving at the hotel, I met the most friendly valet crew, more than happy to answer any questions I had abut the city. When asked if I would be using valet, or self park, I opted for self park and was told by the concierge that I would be GIVEN a $20 parking voucher. Maybe I'm ignorant, but I didn't question it and assumed that I would be parking free of charge. Before making it to my room, I ventured to Bogarts to grab enough BBQ for dinner that night and to bring back home with me. To my disappointment, there was not a fridge in the room upon my arrival, and I would have to let over $30 of BBQ go to waste. I stayed in the east tower where you can also find the 360 rooftop bar. To get to this bar, you take the elevator from your floor, to the ground level. The ground level is the only place you can access the 26th floor. There is no tracking lights to show you where the elevator is while you're waiting, and no physical buttons inside these elevators that could hold all of 5 people before becoming uncomfortable. The hair dryer was clogged with white dust, which I can't begin to imagine the origins of. If you held it the wrong way, it would turn off. Overall friendliness of the staff I would rate at 10/10. Cleanliness 8/10. Location 9.5/10. Amenities 3/10. Cost 4/10.

Ugh. No alternate choice. Traveling for business. Good food in the bar. Shower head was broke in room. Supposed to get perks with government rates… guest services never told me any of these… had to find out from coworkers… shower head broken in room… beer bottles from previous guests… bathroom door smacked the toilet when it opened. Makes no sense… will not be back here.

Nice, clean room. Great staff that was very attentive. Wi-Fi that actually worked and was fast. It's in a great location although the noise from the street can be a little loud.

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to a Rams game. The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in. The room had a beautiful view of the arch. We visited the 360 bar, which is a little pricy but the food was great and the view was nice. Most of the kitchen closes at 10 but we got the salmon chips and they were delicious. Parking was close and the football stadium was within walking distance. Would definitely use this hotel if I stay in st louis again.

There were so many people going up and down 25 floors (plus the rooftop bar) it made sense to be assigned an elevator car and we never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Having a staff member in the lobby running the elevator is a good idea. The full-sized beds are too small when two adults are sharing; the rooms with two full sized beds could easily be replaced with queen sized beds — maybe move some furniture around and replace the nightstand with a smaller shelf? The staff was very pleasant and efficient — always a plus! Imo's pizza is kid-friendly food (we got carryout) and the Market Bistro is a bit more upscale. The restaurant/bar area is pretty urban decor and I'd like to also see a more casual restaurant in the hotel where one could roll in and not feel underdressed in shorts and a t-shirt, which is my normal summer vacation wardrobe. If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. As was mentioned by others, soundproofing in the rooms is an issue when people are partying. Next time the bathrooms are upgraded, the hotel could add an exhaust fan — people can run it for "white noise" which might help. Attached is my letter wrote to Hilton managers and executives… I received no response from them! Dear Ryan Cantrell of Hilton at St. Louis at the Ballpark and to whom this concerns, I am emailing you to see if you can help me. I love the Hilton hotels I usually never have ANY issues and if I do the staff is pleasing and solves the situation. UNFORTUNATLY The Hilton at the ballpark is a misrepresentation of the HILTON name. I usually stay at the Hilton at the Arch, and I Love it there, I always wanted to stay at the Hilton Ballpark because I heard great things about your rooftop bar. I finally reserved a room at your hotel on Tuesday 10-2-2015 confirmation #***************. 1st problem was when I arrived to my room, there was 2 garment bags in the closet. I called your desk and they said they will handle it. They couldn’t give me a reason why someone’s bags are in the room. I then call back and they said there was a mix up with the room, and asked to give me another room since I was sure someone was going to try to get into this room, The clerk ASSURED me that wouldn’t happen, and the room would be fine. An hour later someone tried to get in the room, I opened the door, and It was the owner of those bags! Why was I Lied too? I told the gentleman that the front desk has his bags, he was upset saying that this wasn’t the first time this happen! What kind of security issues do you have here? I should have checked out after this.

Very misleading front desk. When I showed up in the middle of the night, the front desk attendants seemed like we were bothering them and even took the time to stop and pay for his food delivery in the middle of check in. The first room they put us in looked like just the beds were made and that's it. There were moldy coffee filters in the coffee maker. Trash was still in the cans. Crumbs on the windowsills and the place was very dusty. The parking was to be $20 per night and it was come and go as you please. Received the bill under my door sometime in the middle of our last night and was floored due to having been charged twice per day. Motel 6 would of been an improvement.

Tiny rooms, we're okay in cleanliness, but paper thin walls. In room coffee and cups were not replaced after being used the first day. Beds are hard as rocks and pillows are only 1/2 sized… Like a couch pillow. The in room Internet had a very poor connection quality. The staff was attentive and helpful during our conference and meals. Although sometimes the loud noises from outside the conference room (dishes, singing, shouting) interrupted some of our conference speakers. This was my first stay near a Hilton in a long time. I doubt I will be voluntarily staying at another anytime soon.

My hopes were high. But no. I walked into the room and it smelled like mildew and weed. Not my favorite but whatever. Then my room was broken into within just minutes of arrival while I was out (thankfully I had my laptop with me) — — I came back to my room to find the door ajar. They moved me. The second room had all the problems listed in other reviews, noisy, terrible smells, bathroom is insanely small, the sink was cracked… Really the best though was as I was falling asleep my co-worker texted me that there were BEDBUGS in her room. I don't know about other people but if I hear bedbugs, I think WTF. Disgusting. I ca't wait to check out tomorrow — the AM can not come fast enough. I wish none of my possessions were touching anything.

I've stayed at a number of Hilton hotels, and usually find them to be great. I arrived at this hotel super late, it was oversold, and I was walked to the Hilton at the Arch. I am in NO way upset about being walked, as I know it happens all the time at hotels at night. And, actually, the Hilton at the Arch was much nicer. Like other reviews have stated, the constant frat party and elevator system are annoying. It would be less annoying if the walls and doors had any sort of soundproofing, but they clearly do not. Further, the rooms are nothing to write home about. My bathroom was teeny tiny, and the shower didn't drain (gross! ). Honestly, the best thing about the hotel is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I would stay elsewhere if you have a choice!

The staff was very helpful during my stay. The hotel is very nice and provides a complete experience. It is very nice to be a block away from the arch and ballpark. Great views and helpful staff.

Here for tech conference and internet in the room is horrible. They actually say you will get booted if you use anything other than Internet Explorer or Safari. No chrome or firefox allowed at this hotel! I had horrible water pressure this morning and could barely take a shower. Upon arrival, I had to fight just to carry my own bags up and they would not let me stay parked in the front to take my bags into the room. Everyone swarms around you for tips. Then they would not let me use the luggage cart and said those are for the bellhops only. It is painfully obvious this hotel cares more about the 20 people getting tips than they do about their guests.

I am a Gold and some years a Diamond Hilton Honors member, so it goes without saying, I know the Hilton brand very well. This will be my first negative review of a Hilton property! This hotel has numerous problems. I have stayed here on two different occasions now and this hotel is just plain noisy! First time I stayed was in the West tower. Right accross from the loudest ice maker in the world. It just ran and dumped ice all night long. The elevator noise permeates through the whole building. The airconditioner was not working properly either. They put the temp control about 3 inches below the outlet of the cold air from the air handler! Who designed that. So the thermostat would constantly cycle on and off since the cold air was hitting it directly. I had to wrap my towels around it so my room would at least cool down below 78. I did call maintenance (took over 30 minutes to arrive) and he lowered the default temperature, but I still had to wrap the thermostat with my towels. Absolutely the worst placement of a thermostat I have ever seen in my life. How bout some electrical outlets? There was one, count them, one outlet. The ONLY other outlet was blocked and impossible to get to. Shall I start on the bathroom? The next stay I requested to not even be on a floor with an ice maker. So I am now in the East tower and no ice maker which is good. The room has a very nice desk with a dedicated HDMI/PC/RCA that is hooked in to the TV which is nice. Too bad it doesn't work.

The elevators are absolutely awful. Be prepared to stop on every floor. We went to the rooftop bar (which has a ton of potential). Most of the seating was reserved for parties that never showed up. The bar staff was friendly when you could get them to put down their cell phones and actually wait on you. My girlfriend and I both had steak up on the rooftop bar. Service was lousy and the food was mediocre at best.

Other than the convenience of being in close proximity to the ballpark. I don't have any positive things to say about this. The hallways smelled like beer and throw up, possible from the underage drinkers that we witnessed all night. When we walked in our room there was a really large wet spot that smelled really terrible, maybe someone was trying to clean up vomit. The fire alarm went off at about 10:30, and those of us that don't like to party with underage kids, did not appreciate. There was no fire, turns out the drunks may have accidentally fell into an alarm and used it to pull themselves up. The price of the room was not worth the convenience or the nuisance of all those prom goers. Not only could we hear people outside our doors and rooms next to us, the level we were on "5" we could hear the noise outside as well, which I understand could not be controlled. All in all this was a horrible experience at this hotel and never will recommend to anyone.

Nice pleasant enough stay and convenient that conference center is right in hotel. However, a few negatives: elevators took forever, they billed my room for a meal I didn't order and after they took it off my bill still charged my credit card and internet is expensive. Room could also do with some more electric outlets.

Hotel lobby is nice, came at 330 and was told check in was at 400 and I would get a call when my room was ready. I headed to the stadium to grab some food and returned at 500. I never got a call and when I returned they said the room was still not ready. It took another 30 minutes for the room to get ready after speaking to the front desk. There seemed to be no urgency to actually have my room ready despite it being an hour and a half after they said they would immediately have it ready. The room was small and the bathroom was not properly designed. As with other reviews the bathroom door didn't open all the way because it hit the toilet and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The bed looked like it was very messily put together, not unmade, but I could put it together nicer in 1 minute. I definitely expected a lot more than this from a Hilton especially for the price. Elevators are small and are disgusting. At 1000 in the morning for check out the elevators smelled like urine and puke, bars I went to the night prior smelled more appealing. This hotel has a serious quality issue. I don't recommend you stay in it even just for one night. TLDR: Horrible quality from a big name brand. Many guests report rooms not being ready and in bad condition from room keeping. You deserve more for the price and name.

The Hilton system is the worst in America. The reservation individuals lost the original room reservation; the telemarketer could not speak English that was understandable when the problem was addressed over the phone; the hotel itself did not pick up the phone and the line was simply cut-off the first several times I called. The desk help at the hotel was awful. I had several concerns which could not be addressed because the Hilton employee hung-up after only a credit card verification was discussed. The "conference rate" was not provided and the charge was an additional $30 per night for the room. The real question is: "Why stay at Hilton? " The answer is: "You should not. ".

Great hotel but with it being downtown you have to pay for parking. The elevator system in new technology and it seems to work slower then other elevators so be prepared for that other then that nice friendly staff.

Although it's been awhile since our stay here I am just now taking some time to go and write reviews about places I've been. This hotel was a nightmare. We had to pick up a car outside St. Louis (military transfer) and decided to stay the weekend. We picked this hotel because we wanted to be downtown and got a pretty decent deal off one of those websites. You hear Hilton and think that's gotta be a nice hotel. Wrong. We showed up and they had no room ready even though we were there past the time they said we could check in. After waiting and getting the parking fees worked out, we finally got a room in the east tower of the hotel. It was filthy. Looked like all they did was change the sheets because the bathroom was nasty. We also had no toilet paper. We called downstairs and it was such an inconvenience for them to get us some toilet paper. You'd think I asked the guy to give me $1 million dollars. I unfortunately smoked still and every time I went out to smoke I was bothered by everyone coming back in like I had no business being there. I was sometimes the only person besides the staff in the lobby and they'd act like they'd never seen me before when I came back inside. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong. We at some point asked about going to the rooftop to take some pictures as a family and they said it was ok. I had left my camera in the car so they went up without me as I retrieved mine from the car.

My hobby is going to local hotels and getting the nicest room that I can afford. With that being said, I titled my review correctly. This is the first time that I stayed at the Hilton, and I couldn't wait! I arrived by almost 7pm, which should have given them ample time to have my room clean. The location is great due to the scenery, but parking is very difficult if you aren't used to the downtown area. My room was supposed to have a view of the ballpark. I could see the stadium, but not the ballpark. The customer service is spectacular though. I like how the staff talks to me like I am a guest. The bed is perfection. The other furniture is of a inexpensive motel. I don't recall paying a motel rate though. Pieces of the walls are falling off and are in dire need of fixing! The bathroom door would not close all the way. The bathroom still had the previous guest's body soap still wear they put it, their shaving accessories, and shaved hairs on the tub. I took photos and left a note. No microwave, no refrigerator, and only 2 outlets worked. With this being my 1 and only hobby, I rate this Hilton at the Ballpark a 3 out of 5.

Great location, poorly run hotel. General Manager checked me out and the charge was supposed to be payed by another room (so they could get Hilton points). I verified it with him and got a receipt saying my card would be charged $0. Guess what? Surprise! I got charged for the room all along and the other room got charged for it too! Food in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast was very good.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure that breakfast was included with our rooms (we booked 11 rooms). I was told breakfast was included for "each paid guest". Untrue. The staff's response was, "Sorry you were given inaccurate information. " They made no effort to satisfy us. The rooms are VERY SMALL. The bathroom ridiculously so. We were on the side of the hotel facing the ballpark, which meant we were subjected to extremely loud music until 2:30 a. M. Every night. If you want a good night's rest, go elsewhere. The staff are aware of that problem too, but nothing is being done. The rooms were somewhat clean, but room service totally skipped us one day. Since the garbage cans, like the rooms, are tiny, I had to find a place to empty our trash. And to our surprise, we were charged a substantial amount of money for parking upon check out. There are plenty of other hotels in downtown St. Louis that have treated us better than the Hilton. We will not be staying at the Hilton again.
