Reviews of St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton 4*
This hotel is amazing! loved the atmosphere. Friendly staff, food was amazing. Will definitely be back next year.
Wonderful hotel with great rooms and AMAZING staff. We had a key card problem and they were amazing getting it handled!
Great hotel and staff, love what they have done to the hotel and would love to stay there again anytime.
Both the Station Grille and the Lounge have menus and tasty eats! The lounge is all ages, nice date night or a fun family evening as well. The light shows are different and at the top of each hour 5-11pm, well designed and entertaining!
Wonderful place to experience St. Louis.
Honestly we were so disappointed. We went to grab shakes after dinner on New Years Eve. It was 2:00 when we arrived (not an overly busy time) We waited an hour for 4 shakes. I checked I. With our server who said she apologized they were very busy. After all the tables around us were sat and served I asked to talk to the manager. Our order was never put in and they couldn’t give me a wait time on how long it would be to finally get our order. We left with three very disappointed children.
Beautiful place lots to do gorgeous venue great food.
Was a really awesome place to go had tons of fun.
My 2nd time here and it’s been beyond bad. My booked room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. The $700 a night room I booked had a disgusting water stain in the ceiling above the bed. I was moved to a lesser room with the assurance that a rollaway bed would be brought up for my kids. No rollaway bed ever showed. I asked for pillows, a blanket and sheets for the couch and was told they’d be right up. Nothing was brought. I called at 11pm about missing items (with my kids trying to sleep) and was told that the shift had just changed and I’d just have to wait and be patient. I waited and nothing. I went downstairs and got nothing but attitude from the front desk. I left with sheets but no blankets as they were somehow “unavailable”. All this while being a Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond member. A lot of good that did me. God help those with no status. Absolutely the worst Hilton experience I’ve had in years.
The ambiance and the staff were all Awesome 😎. Definitely a great place to visit with adults and family as well. Highly recommend 👍🏼
Great, historic landmark in a beautifully restored and some newer parts. Tons of things to do! The only downside was we missed the show in the Grand Hall because of 2 weddings going on there. Still a great little getaway!
Fantastic convention location. Interiors are gorgeous and historical.
Light show was awesome. Great atmosphere.
What a wonderful experience! This building is absolutely beautiful with a rich history. Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. So much to do in a small area and the light shows are a must see.
This hotel is exquisite! We are in LOVE! We came from Indianapolis for a quick getaway, and I’m so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My daughter loved the light show put on in the evening, and my hubby loved the bar lounge. You can tell there was some serious thought put into modernizing this old train station, but yet a lot of the unique original decor pieces still remain. A must stay if you’re downtown St. Louis!
This hotel is gorgeous. From the train station great hall-turned hotel lobby to the stylish, well-appointed rooms, this is a very unique and interesting hotel. The staff here is great. In particular, Carole (who mans the Exec Lounge at night) and Qiana (who mans the Lounge in the morning) are incredible. The only downside here is that they charge you for the alcohol in the Exec Lounge, something I haven't seen at any other Exec Lounge I've been to.
Best anniversary gift. The room was so pretty and quiet. Get the executive suite. Worth it. You're in walking distance to see the St. Louis Blues. Great food of St. Louis. Very Friendly staff. Greeted with a smile.
Opulence without the stuffiness. Massive lobby inviting, organized and clean (must see to understand). Hourly evening laser show, fire and water show, fresh fruit and variety of fresh options at breakfast. Front desk personalities could use a little improvement (maybe hit them at a bad time). Concierge was very nice. Front door greeters great. Cleaning crew friendly.
What a fantastic experience this hotel is! Built into the train station that was once the hub of St. Louis, it is truly a destination. Growing up in St. Louis I saw it go through several changes and heard of its longer ago history. As a visitor at Christmas we decided to stay there and were happily surprised to see how reasonable the rates were. The most stunning feature here is The Grand Hall, a lofty, breathtaking lobby for guests to relax in and enjoy the setting around them. So many wonderful things about this hotel — just go and find out for yourself! Check out special events, too, especially at Christmas.
This hotel is one of my favorite historic hotels in the US. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased. We do get larger rooms on the higher floors. This is an investment that is well worth it. Upgrade! We once got a room with rewards points and it was much smaller than we like and on a lower floor. Still, the grand hall and the light show, plus the overall historic grandeur of the hotel are worth it no matter what the room size is. The valet and front desk get a little backed up during peak check in and check out times but nothing terrible. And they remain friendly and kind at all times. Finally — the bathrooms are great. I’m picky but always happy with the quality of the shower experience. Highly recommend this hotel!
I was so hoping to write a great review for this hotel. I was so excited about staying at this hotel and wanting to report back to the ladies that the Union Station hotel in St. Louis, Missouri was the best location for our Women's Conference. I'm so disheartened and I have only been here for 5 hours. First, the room was not what I was told it would be (much smaller), the refrigerator wasn't getting cold so a different one was brought to my room, I placed the $40.00 worth of expensive restaurant leftovers in the new refrigerator only to find 5 hours later to be hot and not a good hot, I open my curtains to see the nice view I was told that I would have and it's a construction site. I'm an electrician, I see a construction site 5 days a week, I don't want to see one at a hotel that costs $240.00 a night especially when no one said there was construction and that I had a nice view. The pictures on the website for the Union Station Hotel Hilton in St. Louis, Missouri are not accurate.
This hotel is very unique. We were hesitant to stay based on it being an older building. We decided to go with it and we're glad we did. The rooms are updated and comfortable. You didn't get the feel of being in an old building. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is a good middle point for getting out of downtown and quickly to the livelier entertainment districts. We will be staying again. Lost a star for parking. Be careful with parking. Parking yourself in the self park lot is a hefty $27/day. I felt this was a high price for a location that wasn't covered or secure. May have considered another location or researched parking options prior to arrival had we been aware.
Great rooms. Gorgeous hotel. If you're down near the end of guest wins the entertainment from a nearby restaurant's lights/music show can be a little loud. Also, as of spring/summer 2018 a lot of the hotel is under construction so you can't get in and out of the normal exits and the 'mall' area it used to have is being turned in to an aquarium, so there's nothing there now. But over all a good stay. Be sure to check out the model train setup in the Starbucks on the same level as the from desk if you have kids.
Beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast at The Station Grille in the hotel was great and the atmosphere was very nice. We lucked up and ended up staying when the Phillies were in town playing the Cardinals, and a brewery festival was going on in the main area. There was definitely no shortage of activities and entertainment. Definitely staying here on our next trip!
I thought hard about how to rate this place. The management was friendly and did their best to correct the issues I had, but it seems like they're dealing with a lot of lazy employees that just don't care. When I checked in, it took over 20 minutes for a bell hop to show up to hold my bags since I was early. I asked the front desk twice where the hop was and they simply told me to wait "by the arch over there. " Once I got to my room, the AC was broken, the door latch was broken, the cold handle on the sink was broken, the tub faucet was hanging off the wall, and I only had one washcloth. I called and asked to have the AC fixed at least, but nobody came to fix it. A few days later, I got a text from the hotel asking how my stay was and I told them of the broken items. Somebody did then fix the AC and door latch two days after I checked in. The hotel itself is really amazing and beautiful at first glance, but the more you look around, the more you realize how shabby it really is. Doors, trim, and fixtures are completely beat up, rain leaked all over the place and towels were everywhere to catch drops, multiple bathrooms had broken fixtures. Water fountains were broken and just unplugged. That said, the projector display they put on at night in the main lobby is really amazing to see and we enjoyed it several times. Overall the hotel wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't as nice as you'd hope.
Great historic building. These services was great, as were the amenities. There room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that the desk had been given over to a monstrously large TV, making it useless for working. The bar and it's staff were awesome and friendly, as were the wait staff at the restaurant. The only hiccup occurred at check out: a very long line. Thankfully it moved swiftly.
Comfortable, modern, upscale rooms of a good size. The hotel has a bit of a confusing hallway layout but does have good signs. Digital key is nice and very convenient. The ballrooms looked nice, there was a high school prom going on during my stay. This was interesting but I could hear the music from my room, could be an issue if you were looking to sleep before midnight. I did the self park for $27 /night (valet was ~$40) and it was difficult to find the parking lot and navigate from the parking lot to the hotel as the area is under construction and does not have signs. I did not interact with any staff but the front desk looked welcoming. The area is interesting, not many bars/restaurants around. Overall both the hotel and the surrounding area seemed a little empty, and lacked personality and energy.
The architecture of this hotel is phenomenon. I hospitaba there for a wedding and my loved it very much.
This hotel is far from a 4 star hotel. Where do I begin? Understand that most of this is basic for any Hotel of any kind. 1. When we arrived on Friday they had a show that had just ended so the whole lower area was full of wooden crates, machines and tow motors trying to cleanup. A total eye sore, inconveniences your ability to go out the side entrance to the parking lot and noisy. 2. Wi-Fi didn't work, wasn't able to use note pad all weekend. I was told that was normal and that I might need to reboot. That didn't fix the problem either. 3. Closet Doors in our room were on backwards, couldn't access the safe. Had to have maintenance come and fix it. 4. Telephone didn't work because batteries were dead. (Maintenance again) 5. Only one coffee cup insulator for two cups. 6. No stir sticks for coffee creamer. 7. Bathroom sink wouldn't hold water while I was shaving. The maintenance guy told me I needed to pull up the lever behind the faucet as if I was some kind of idiot. He left without fixing it. 8. Left room at 11:00 AM and came back to room at 4:00 pm and it still wasn't made up. We waited in the lobby for 45 more minutes before they finally finished up. They never replaced the coffee creamer that was used and took the only coffee insulator we had leaving us with none. 9. The best part about the hotel is their lobby but they shut it off to all their customers for a private event. What the heck!. 10. When we checked out, we were not even asked how we liked our stay.
This is a totally fun and very comfortable hotel. If you go for a conference, call well ahead for a bellman on checkout day, or do without. Food is good. Valet parking is $40 a day. There is a City parking lot 2 blocks away for $1 a day, no in & out. Doorman can tell you where. You will need exact change or a $1 bill. If you park anywhere on the street or in public parking, remove EVERYTHING from your car or it will be broken into. If you go overtime on a meter, it's something like 80 bucks.
So far, service and staff has been super polite and friendly. While the hotel itself is beautiful and unique with gorgeous decor, it doesn't reflect in the rooms. The rooms (at least the one I was in) are your standard mid-range rooms more suited to a holiday inn than the AAA Four Diamond Hilton this claims to be. Also, if you bring your own car, be prepared for $27/night self-parking in an uncovered lot across the street or $40/night valet.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… An absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. My wife and I stayed here around Thanksgiving in 2017, and there were a lot of families here. Despite that, I never heard excessive noise inside our room. The hotel was going through new construction, but even still, it was not a detrimental thing. The train station area is incredibly cool to witness and we enjoyed it walking through it. Perhaps the best surprise was the mini river walk area located in a different part of the hotel. In there were restaurants and an actual light and fire show. It was a nice addition to an already good experience. The pricing for both the hotel and parking is a higher than I would have liked and I wasn't a fan of the parking lot being across the street. The actual process of getting the parking pass/how to pay for it wasn't that clear at all. You essentially need to go to the hotel front desk, pay it, and then have the pass in your car to come and go. All in all though, it was a worthwhile stay. Recommended!
It has a spectacular lobby. The rest of the hotel let's it down a bit. There's a lot of construction related to the new aquarium being built. The overnight parking situation is alright. You can use your room key to get in and out without being hit with fees every time. The light shows in the lobby at night are cool but short. The outdoor lake is also very nice. This would be much better in warm weather.

Very nice but they could improve a bit their cleanliness and not exaggerate so much to the air conditioner.
It is a very nice place, good atmosphere, excellent service and the spectacular lights shows. Affordable prices.
Great place to stay. This authentic historic train station that was transformed into fabulous hotel. Architecture fans will fall in love. Location is great and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a superb light show that is offered every hour. I loved the vintage trains that are in the back.
This is a nice hotel in a great location. The interior is very cool, and fairly clean. The only reason that I've given it 3 stars it that the service is below average. The front desk answers phone calls about half the time, and the service is generally slow. We had to call a mechanic to take a hairball out of our shower drain before we could use it. Besides that I have no other issues with this hotel, the stay was enjoyable.
Visit the station Hall transformed into a small lake with bright animation and fireballs in the evening at the time pile. A visit to the Hard Rock Café is necessary.
This hotel took place in the old (French) station of STL.
Loved our room in the original section of the hotel. Loved the grand hall and the light show. Wish we had been informed of the Polar Express special event being hosted prior to making our reservation. Our kid-free getaway was over run with kiddos.
Went for the holiday light show. It was rather amazing, albeit slightly short. The bar tenders seem a little dismissive and definitely favor a specific type. I had to near shout to get their attention, same happened to a woman next to my date and I, so we advised her to do the same, which worked. The beer selection is good, the drinks are decent. Everything is well priced. It's a beautiful venue and I will be sure to visit again.
With all the charm of the old places it is worth visiting. Very good state of conservation and very nice details.
Located at Union Station in Saint Louis, this Hotel offers some interesting architecture inside and out. It appeared they were setting up the Grand Hall for a wedding reception or similar event… It looked really nice. Busch Stadium (Cardinals) and Kiel Center (Blues) are easily within walking distance. (Yes, I know it's not "Kiel" any more… But they haven't paid for MY naming rights and I prefer the historical name. )
Fabulous historic hotel with lots of ambience. When we drove up, valet parking was confusing. Usually the valet meets you at your car and helps you out of your vehicle, but in this case, I had to get out and go ask how it worked. Once inside, the reservations desk was very helpful. Room was decent, although the bathroom could have been cleaner. I'm super picky on bathrooms, so in reality, it wasn't bad. Stopped by the lounge for a couple drinks and the staff were extremely personable. When leaving the next day, the doorman and the valet were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
The hotel was great. Nice big rooms. Great full length mirror. Very nice shower. Both the light a fire shows were very cool. It has a really big lobby/lounge/bar where the light show is, very nice. Very nice staff. The only negative was at check in my staff member was in training and it took forever and kept going in the back and said something about taking a block off. I would say three other people got checked in while I was waiting for her to figure it out.
Historic building to be seen absolutely.
Hotel of character well-starred city center. Excellent reception.
Currently there is work on the back.
This is a nice hotel. I recently visited it while my daughter was the guest staying at the hotel. The rooms are basic, maybe a little small. Still a comfortable place to stay. It is in a great location near many tourist attractions downtown.
The hotel is very elegant. The renovation is impressive. The staff is very attentive.
The service was great, very polite. The room was clean. They take a number from you "in case they need to reach you. " I received a text from them asking about my room and if I was enjoying my stay. I assumed they had meant in case of an emergency so beware if you don't want to receive texts. Other than that I'd stay again.
The hotel was very neat with its updated lobby and connection to Union Station, but that is where the positives about this hotel ended. The staff members are very inhospitable and rude. Also, the rooms themselves are less than adequate. The mattresses are stiff and made it impossible to sleep, the pillows are flat and provide no support, the air system has one vent that blows away from the bed and keeps half of the room cold and the other not, there was extension cords spread all around and shoved into spaces to provided needed power outlets, and the bathroom was slightly unclean with a shower head that barely provided any pressure. For the prices that are charged here you should feel like you're staying in a palace, and that's not what happens at all. Save you money and go stay in a Holiday Inn, it will be nicer and more affordable.
We were traveling with a 3-mo-old and 3-yr-old. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel has a historic feel and a classic train theme throughout. We ate at the hotel restaurant the Station Grille, and my husband said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had. The restaurant want very busy at the time, and the server offered to hold our fussy baby, so we were actually able to eat together. The hotel itself has impressive architecture and expansive halls.
Hotel has seen better days. This hotel is part of the attempted remodel of the Union Station into an upscale mall. The mall redo has been ongoing for several years but still has few stores (and higher prices). The area itself is very rough especially after Ferguson. Don't go outside at night, and don't use self-parking. Meals at the hotel restaurant are overpriced. Hotel employees are accommodating but hard to find the same person twice. I only stayed out of curiousity for the historic building. You can also tour the building without staying in the hotel if you are curious. Lots of other more interesting history in St Louis than this though. The hotel bar does have a cool train whistle to go along with the train theme so there is that.
Stayed two nights during a trip to St. Louis. Oddly enough, this was the cheapest place to stay for what we wanted to see. As soon as you check in, take a seat in the grand room and just look up at the ceiling. It's impressive all by itself, but the lightship indoors is really cool. Parking was expensive at $27 a night, but it was easy to use. Breakfast far exceeded expectations in quality and quantity. Rooms were well equipped and clean. The fire and light show in the pool area at 5, 6, 7, and 8 PM is neat, too. This renovated train station is still under construction as of Summer 2017, so anticipate some renovations in some of the auxiliary facilities.
This is a great hotel. Lots of culture and architecture to view. The executive rooms are beautiful and kept very clean. I had wished that the Main market "Pulman Market" was still up and running looks like a possible remodel. The location was good with lots of things to do not to far away. The downtown trolley system also comes to this hotel! The staff was very polite. The evening show in the main hall and at the back pond are worth seeing once. Overall a great experience!
Amazing. Simply amazing. While we sat waiting for our room to be ready the show came on — The Beatles — and we were very impressed. Our room was nice. Large enough for 4 people with a sofa bed. Great outdoor pool, water and light show behind the hotel kept the kids busy all evening. We will DEFINITELY visit again.
The Hilton is centrally located downtown. They serve excellent food and drinks. The Grand Hall has light shows during the evening, and the staff at the Hilton provides Excellent Customer Service. If you visit the Bar, make sure to ask for Andrew! You won't be disappointed. …
The entire staff went out of their way to assist me. Usually I travel by myself for business and it's easy. This time I was moving my entire life in a huge moving van and car carry with my dog. They accommodate d me and never blinked an eye in helping me find parking in a crowded city. They are amazing at helping me in such a cool historic venue. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.
Not the best hotel we've ever stayed in but nothing to complain about. Clean room, beautiful building (even if parts were still under construction), friendly staff, and great location downtown. Inside a renovated train station, the entire building receives partial cover by the remaining metal structure giving it a very unique atmosphere. The enclosed area contains a pool and a few restaurants, too, making it feel almost like a resort. This place is very kid friendly (and dog friendly! ) so don't expect quiet time at the pool. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
It feels so historic! The amount of work they put into this place to make it so beautiful must have been overwhelming. We caught a few of the light shows and were impressed each time. The location is nice, and the staff were fantastic. Even the breakfast buffet was well done. I'll definitely stay here again when in St. Louis!
Robert is an awesome bartender! He was part of the reason we chose to stay again. His friendly and professional attitude fits the whole atmosphere of the bar. All employees have been helpful and friendly. We love staying here!
This hotel is in an old train station and is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is the old main hall of the station. The rooms are modern and well-appointed. All of the staff we talked to were friendly and professional. All in all we had a fantastic experience at this hotel!
A mostly classy and polite hotel, but they charge for that quality. It's $25/day for parking, the food is pretty pricey, and the rooms are pretty expensive. And while things like the pool and staff are worthy of great praise, there are a few slip ups here and there; there were Cheerios underneath the couch in our room and a band-aid in the shower. The quality of the breakfast buffet was great, but often ran out of items. Overall, it was a 4 star experience, for someone who's a bit more picky than I, they may call it 3 stars.
Staff is really courteous and helpful. Restaurant is really overpriced. Room is well kept.
Absolutely terrible! They told us there was an indoor pool but it it outside and not open yet. When you look on their website it says there is a pool and a picture of what you would think is an indoor pool. We spent 3 hours trying to find another hotel but everything is booked. They say it is kid friendly but not even close. When I asked if I could talk to someone in charge they just played dumb and had the person next to them say they were in charge. The people answering the phones are completely rude and act like we are an inconvenience for them to do their job. This hotel does not have Hilton qualities. I have never written a review prior to this but I don't want anyone to load their kids up promising to go swimming and not be able to when you arrive then to be treated like trash.
I am in culinary school and my intro to hospitality class toured Union Station to see the interworkings of a large scale hotel. It was a great experience everyone was so helpful and answered all of our questions. The meal we ate in the restaurant was also quite delicious.
“Good Hotel — Great Historic Station converted to Huge Hotel” I would say, one must visit this hotel, if you ever been to St. Louis. What I liked about this hotel is while converting this hotel, they have preserved the OLD structure as is. Room quality is good & with modern amenities. Even though it is in downtown St. Louis, it good & close to Metro station. The Arc is hardly 5-6 station away from this hotel & approachable at any time of day. Hotel staff is helpful in providing all necessary information as & when required.
Fantastic building & service! Hard to find a prettier place! Only complaint is the parking situation which is fine once you figure it out but its not very well marked.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was as expected for the price range. Our two year old loved the train decor. Would definitely stay here again.
Wow! My group was part of a huge 16, 000 student conference called URBANA taking place at the convention center so this place was filled with college students and they handled us all like champs! We got a simple but satisfying warm breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, make-your-own waffle, etc…). Staff was friendly and cooperative especially considering the stress I'd guess they were under.
Incredible hotel. The lobby is beautiful, conference rooms comfortable, staff nice. The layout is a little confusing but the atmosphere it creates is brilliant.
The building was gorgoeous, the room was well furnished, and the staff were very courteous. We reserved the room online at a special rate, which made it better, however parking cost extra, which was the one downside. Good restaurants nearby, and close to the Gateway Arch and downtown St. Louis. We enjoyed our stay very much :)
We ate in the private Link Room associated with the Doubletree at Union station. The food was really good, what you can expect to find in a nice hotel restaurant although we were told the wrong desserts. The service immediately rectified the matter by bringing us three new desserts at no charge. What really stood out was The service. Our server was very attentive as well as very personable without being overly friendly or too formal. I would definitely recommend the Link Room to anyone needing a nice place to get together with a small group.
If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. Stayed at Union station double tree last year, went to my first Cardinals game for my birthday, I was so impressed with the hotel staff, everyone was beyond friendly and helpful and so professional. Ive stayed in lots of upscale hotels in Chicago, Dallas, New York and I honestly can say this was right up there in many ways. The décor and architecture of this old repurposed building is amazing. My family was so happy with our stay we are coming back again in a few weeks to catch another game and stay at Union Station for few nights.
The service provided by security and housekeeping was exceptional! I wasn't even a guest at the hotel. I was downtown for the half marathon and wanted to get in from the cold and use the bathrooms before the race began. A gentlemen from Security and a women from Housekeeping were such a blessing to my friend and I. He allowed us to hang out at the hotel until the race started so we could stay warm and use the bathrooms while we were waiting for the race to begin. He also checked a bag for me so that I could pick it up from the valet after the race. The women from Housekeeping offered to get my friend and I bottled water so that we could stay hydrated for the race. It is obvious management works hard to make sure their staff take care of their guests and even non-guests!
Great staff Amanda housekeeping, Michelle barkeep, Saul waitstaff, Eric front desk. Stayed four days for seminar, all was good. Food good in hotel and also close by. Thanks for a great experience. Spw.

Enjoyed the stay. Cookies are delicious they give you upon check-in and check-out. Everyone was very welcoming and courteous. No complaints.
I've been travelling across the world for several decades, usually on a pretty tight purse. I found the staff courteous and available; room spotless and well appointed; nice garden view from room on first floor; slept wonderfully on cloud-like (but supportive) bed; great breakfast (not included in our booking). Price seemed fair for the accommodations. I'm an adventurous senior who loves to travel by train and the hotel is within walking distance of the Amtrak station.
The staff here is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure the guests are satisfied. One night I wasn't feeling well and I called the front desk at 3AM to ask for some honey or lemon just in a whim and they actually brought me some sliced lemons and a jar of honey for my tea. Another morning the door man brought me coffee while I waited for the shuttle. Any request was promptly responded to. They made my stay in st. Louis very nice. The rooms are also nicely done considering the history and age and the building is beautiful.
From the staff to the architecture this is a really amazing hotel. Everyone was so nice and I can't get over how beautiful this place is. There is a real history here and I believe they have maintained and represent it well. On top of it all, it is a great location.
I recently stayed during volleyball madness, Mardi Gras and Valentine's Day weekend. We used valet, as it's only an extra $7 vs free parking in an unsecured area. Valet staff were very friendly. Check in was a bit backed up, but with several major events, that wasn't an upset. The chocolate chip cookie is so minor, but such a sweet gesture. Staff through out the hotel were great. Our room was the one I'd pre-selected as I'm a HHrewards member and it was very satisfactory. The hotel has a lot to offer in itself. The 3D light show every hour from 5-11 in the main lobby was very neat. You can grab a drink at the bar and watch that for a few minutes before heading out for your evening. The shops inside are very cool. Valet called us a cab not only from the hotel but from our restaurant as we had a hard time grabbing one with all of the events going on. The care center was very friendly when I called to call the call for valet and request a late check. My only complaint was we did stay in our room with the "do not disturb sign" a bit past 11AM, but when we did leave, and took the sign off, house keeping did not make it back around to our room. But, we had plenty of toiletries, towels, etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
The Union Street Station Hotel in St. Louis is beautiful and has a lot to offer. We found ourselves returning to the lobbies spectacular light show every hour. If you get lost in the city, just call and ask for Gary to rescue you with the shuttle. It's now one of my Top 5 Hotels.
Great place to stay my son is 4 and loves trains and the movie Polar Express. Beds comfy, warm cookies were delicious, love the holiday decorations. I can't wait until the full renovations have taken place. We will be back.
I took my 3yr old train loving son on his first Amtrak trip from KC. After an easy walk from the Amtrak station we were greeted with warm cookies and a super clean room. Bonus points for cool train art on the walls. Room, staff, location are all top notch. Thanks for a great trip.
A great stay in a great room. The staff is top notch and incredibly friendly. The Concierge lounge was wonderful and the light show got even better in the main room. This is the only place we stay when we come through St. Louis.
What a really cool way to re-use an unwanted train station. We stayed here for 2 days in August and found the beds to be really comfy, the bathroom was huge and the maids deserve five stars not just for keeping the place spotless but for also being courteous enough to leave extra towels when we asked. The restraint was mostly great. Although the food was tasty and the service great, we were surprised to see that the toast in their breakfast buffet was old and moldy. The pool was fantastic and being so close to downtown allowed us a chance to explore without having to drive anywhere. The only real complaints I have for the place was 1) part of the hotel was being renovated while we were their and 2) the attached shopping mall was half empty.
We planned a family trip to St. Louis with a 5 and 3 year old. We heard the city was kid friendly and we had a great time. We were looking for a kid friendly hotel and stumbled upon Union Station. It ticked all the boxes online. When we arrive the lobby was breathtaking. So much beautiful detail. The staff checked us in, took our bags and was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 days and everyone at the hotel was great. Even my kids wanted to go say "hi" to their favorite staff members when they would see them about. We would recommend and stay here again.

Its a great pleasure for me to write this testimony about how I got my Genital Herpes cured a month ago. I have been reading so many comments of some people who were cured from various diseases by Dr Osime but I never believed them. I was hurt and depressed so I was too curious and wanted to try DR. Osime then I contacted him through his what's app, he assured me 100% that he will heal me, I pleaded with him to help me out. My experience with him was great, he healed me just as he promised. He sent me his medication and ask me to go for a medical check up after two weeks of usage. I agreed with him I took this medication and went for a check up, to my greatest surprise my result was negative, I am really happy that I am cured and healthy again. I have waited for 3weeks to be very sure I was completely healed before writing this testimony. I did another blood test one week ago and it was still Herpes negative. So I guess its time I recommend anyone going through the same pain. You can reach him via what's app +2348077165497 or email Dr. Osimeherbalhome9@gmail. Com.
