This is a very good hotel and the bar/rest is great. Enjoyed my stay.

Clean Hotel and Great Service!

The room was very clean and well maintained. There air-conditioning worked great. The only complaint was that the pool was very cold. Still the daughter got a 1/2 hour swim time in.

Quiet and nice rooms. Very and helpful staff and they suggested several places to eat dinner. Chose Club 609 and it was excellent as well!

Nice place to stay! The bar and restaurant were comfortable!

Front Desk clerk great could ask for anything better, I will give them a 5. They gave me call king double suites room is fabulous, room look like it was designed for a cup, quiet as it kept I'm a VIP.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the guest area in lobby is top-notch. Lets hope the beds are comfy!

Nice clean rooms and most definitely a great location. Currently under some kind of renovation and a bit older hotel. But, friendly service and clean rooms. Will do for this guy.

We stayed and the Joplin, Missouri Hampton Inn and the lady working the desk was wonderful (didn't catch her name). She offered us enough water for the entire family and even grabbed some milk for my son. The AC downstairs didn't work so it was hot but it worked in the rooms just fine. Our room had a barn door for the bathroom which didn't lock and I wasn't fond of that. The closet was just a curtain which is fine. The room was updated and very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and updated.

I was blown away by the midwest hospitality here. Never have seen anything like it. They sent a cake to my room for my birthday! What genuine people. Thank you Lori and all your fine staff.

Ate at the new restaurant. Great food selection and very high quality food. Server seemed new and was not really knowledgeable with the menu but she did a great job getting answers for us on menu questions and she did a great job serving our larger group. Very good menu and very happy with the whole dining experience!

Breakfast was hot every morning and provided a good selection. Room was large enough and bed was comfortable. Kids liked having a variety of cable channels and the outdoor pool. Used the workout room daily. Nice place and friendly staff.

Wow I was very impressed the moment I walked in! Very clean, modern and comfortable, completely updated! Very peaceful atmosphere. I love the decor! The staff is super nice here and very helpful. The concierge suggested a restaurant and he was spot on it was excellent! Would highly recommend staying here!

The front desk receptionist was very nice and attentive. The rooms were very clean. This is a fairly new hotel. We have already booked another stay at this hotel for our return trip home.

I have to be the lone wolf. I stay at Holiday Inns all over the country from the midwest to the west and Pacific northwest coast. I have never been charged extra for a additional adult or breakfast. I booked a double bed with 3 adults no children no pets for one night as we are on business. I call the motel directly they send me to reservations. Never before has this been done. Then I tell them 1 queen double three adults they ask me do you want breakfast? What! Yes we want breakfast well sir that will be a additional $25 charge. Wth Then they charge me another $10 for the other adult. B. S. Nice motel but fair warning to others.

We had the best visit for the night! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly clean comfortable and accommodating! Thank you Joplin MO for a restful night.

This is a very nice hotel with complementary cookies at the front desk and a good breakfast. Lobby public seating is nice if you need a place to conveniently sit and chat outside of the small but comfortable rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Overall a good experience and I recommend.

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool area was nice. Only critiques I can say bad was pool room was very loud. Sound just traveled through it made it hard to talk to the person next to you. Would be nice if it had free breakfast or at least maybe free for the kids. All and all though, it was a good place.

Excellent hotel in great proximity to a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I ate at the Route 66 restaurant in the hotel, I was not disappointed! I had the vegetarian pot stickers (not a vegetarian but they sounded like a good choice, they were! ) and the Trout Almandine. The bartender Veronica did a job well done.

I called room service, and asked for cocaine and strippers… I received neither, but everything else was top notch!

An amazing place to stay, the hotel staff are nice and considerate to help you with any needs you may have while there. The front office manager is one of the nicest people I've ever met she consistently goes out of her way to help you find the best place to eat around Joplin or the best place to do your shopping for whatever you need.

Very nice and clean. It is brand new and kind of hard to find but not bad. Good food and in a good location.

Traveling across country we only stay with you guys. Nothing beats knowing you’ll be greeted by incredibly nice people and get a great nights sleep in a clean room with comfy beds!

Unpleasant odor in elevators and hallways. The small things that matter: no freezer compartment in the fridge, weird guide on TV that doesn’t work, and how about trying to find the tissues in a white bathroom that are in a white plastic container on an upper white shelf! Bed very comfortable and quiet atmosphere.

Nice hotel, good service. Was up to date and was nice to stay at. Needs glass cups in the rooms versus only cheap paper cups.

We paid $189 for the room with two beds And the rooms were really small. Was told it was a heated pool but it wasn't so warm. They didn't even have a hot tub. For that price they should have a hot tub. Staff wasn't even all that friendly. No free breakfast. I'll think the next time I stop in Joplin I'll find another place to stay. Sorry Holiday Inn.

Nice comfortable lodging with a friendly and efficient staff. Clean facilities and room appointments. Location is convenient to most all points around Joplin and the interstate freeways. This was our second time to stay here and it again did not disappoint.

The rooms were clean and we'll designed. The highlight was the service and attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond normal service to truly make you feel welcome. We will be back when we are in the area.

Did a tour of the new Holiday Inn. It has been open a little over a month. Restaurant came highly rated, rooms all contain mini fridge & microwave. Indoor pool & workout room was above my expectations. It has a very quaint lobby area, with seating abound & a large screen TV. What more can I say than a 5 is well deserved.

Super clean! Check in took a while. We were upgraded due to our rewards status, which is awesome, except we need a handicap accessible room. It took 3 tries to get us an open room. 1st 2 rooms we were assigned were occupied. They made it right with us over that situation. Then at 3:30 a. M. The fire alarms went off. Had to evacuate the building, which wasn't bad, except I had to carry my disabled child from the 4th floor. Overall the hotel was great and the staff was super helpful!

This place was very nice. Opened in 2018 and was the best place I've stayed in a while. Nice restaurant, pool, gym and rooms. Take advantage and find a deal online, you won't be disappointed.

Consistent service from Hampton. The rooms were recently remodeled and look very nice. The hotel staff was fast and friendly. As an honors member, I always request a bottom floor near the exit when booking. This Hampton got it right the first time around and I did not have to ask for another room. Thanks!

First off we always try and stay at a Hampton Inn but if we can't it's La Quinta. With that being said the Joplin Hampton is 5 star. Clean, staff is awesome and very helpful. The sleeping accommodations matter the most to me as I have a very bad back and the mattresses never disappoint. They are always perfect. Second, we are military and Hampton now has a new flat rate for military of 93.00. I couldn't be happier. I realize others are less money but none with the facilities Hampton Inn has to offer.

Just arrived with ten motorcycles. Parking spot was reserved and Lori, the manager came out to greet us. She has the talent to make you feel like you are the long awaited guest in her house. Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere and outdoor swimming pool. We will be back!

Wonderful new big rooms. Felt like home being here for a night. Great staff. Good wonderful. I always stay here when traveling. I went elsewhere once will not do it again.

My stay was great Trish at the front Desk was awesome helped me with copies and was very helpful and friendly also Lori with the kitchen team went out of her way to make me biscuits and gravy I woul certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Joplin.

Overall, it was a very nice experience. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great and there was a good selection (waffles, yogurt, muffins, biscuits and gravy, and more). Could have used a choice of meat but still can't complain, good free breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again. The room cards seemed to work half the time until I discovered that you have to slide them slowly. Some construction going on but didn't affect our stay.

I travel weekly for work. Business travel can be very lonely. The staff at the Hampton Inn Joplin always makes me feel welcomed and at home. The staff is very courteous and attentive. This property offers a home cooked meal each evening. The dishes are always yummy. I always enjoy my visits here. This is a true home away from home.

I was on a road trip and Joplin was the mid point on the journey. I picked the Hampton because it had good reviews and the price was reasonable. It's pretty obvious that the hotel is in an older building, but it's also pretty obvious that a lot of effort was put into keeping it updated. For example, the bathroom had a newer vanity and sink, new tile and commode. The only thing that looked older was the tub. The carpet in the room also looked rather new. The updates made this place quite nice and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the shower had nice pressure — not too much but also not dribbling out. Our room had a fridge and microwave. The only downside to our stay was the (seemingly) hundreds of loud kids that were running around when we arrived. Thankfully, if they were loud after we got into our room, we didn't hear them. Of course, that's something that happens sometimes during hotel stays. The staff was also quite attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a good place to stay. If I find myself in Joplin again, the Hampton will be at the top of my hotel choices list.

We stayed at the Hampton for a baseball tournament a few weeks back. The staff was incredible at this place! They took great care of the team, had nachos waiting for the boys when they got back from the game, and had small signs made with our team name on each of the doors of the rooms. They also constantly checked to make sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were very clean, the breakfasts were good, and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Joplin.

It was a very nice hotel, very clean, amd the staff was friendly. The only downside was the hot breakfast wasn't very hot and a microwave was not available in the dining area to heat it up.

The hotel staff was very helpful and being a Hilton Honors member was nice. The only ding is that the room didn't cool down enough for my wife and I. We do like it cold though.

It's clean and the rooms are nice. However there is only Wi-Fi available and it's beyond horrible, the TVs are almost as bad, they take about 2 minutes between channels. Decent stay but you could probably do better.

It's like every other Hampton Inn I've ever been to: clean and quiet. It was located right off the highway and was easy to get to. They ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Really nice place.

Very bad. I am now in it writing a review because I cannot sleep. Very old building and furniture. Noisy both from outside and inside of the hotel. The king beds in the first floor at least are aweful. The bed is old and uncomfortable. And its too expensive ($109 before tax) for the quality. The only good thing was the nice staff and serving complimentary foods in the lobby. I dont recommend this place to you.

Awesome hotel! The staff (front desk, breakfast employees and housekeeping) were above and beyond with information and bringing a basket full of goodies while we were out. The breakfast was great… such variety and very yummy. The beds were comfy and the hotel was clean. We'll be back!

Nice clean hotel. Great staff, excellent breakfast, very quiet room, couldn't ask for more. Even the elevator was fast. Parking is scarce on one side, but plenty on the other side, with a secure door right by the elevators. One star off for the really bright lights in the parking lot being pointed at the windows. The shades do shut most of the light out, but a pull down blackout shade would have been nice.

Clean hotel within walking distance of Outback Steakhouse. Staff was very friendly. Upon check-in there was complimentary prime rib available from Outback catered. I travel often for work and have never had a bad stay at a Hampton Inn.

The room was nice decent, but way overpriced. I've stayed in downtown Chicago for cheaper. But that is not why they deserve a one star. When paying for my bill, I paid half cash, half credit card. I was told I owed 64.86, and to my surprise, I was charged 137.69. I contacted them, and after being hung up on twice, I finally was able to get through. After about 45 minutes they said I was correct and that the money would be put back into my account. That was 5 days ago. 5 days later, no resolution. I have now spent over 2 hours trying to resolve this and it is still not resolved. Horrible customer service, be weary of staying here.

An associate of mine and myself stayed here for 1 night to volunteer in town and really enjoyed to rooms. The beds were so comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom great. It had a nice fridge, microwave and TV set up. Would love to come back with the kids and vacation. The price was a little high but well worth it. The room was a little humid but thermostat on the wall let us lower temp to desired coolness to relieve this nasty Missouri weather we are having.

Stayed overnight for business. Staff were great. Breakfast was good (gotta love the waffle makers). Bed was very comfy. Only problem I had was with internet access. Don't know if it wasn't included, or if my laptop couldn't find the Wi-Fi connection. Fortunately, they had a computer w/internet connection downstairs that was available. Staff was able to email my receipt later on.
