I don't understand your policy no one checks in until 2pm. Some people need check in early and go to bed and leave early am before breakfast. I stayed here before it was ok for age of building. I was upset you turned us way. But know I am so happy you did. I went across the street, they welcome us to come check in. Place is gorgeous, new fresh totally clean everywhere no chips no dirty walls. Thank you.

It's a fine place to stay for a couple nights if you know you'll be busy during the day. The whole place has a funky smell, like they're trying to cover up previous smoking in the rooms. My room was clean enough and the AC worked well so I was comfortable during my stay. Their key system is a bit old so the keys will deactivate if put anywhere near your phone or debit/credit cards, which can be a bit annoying.

Travelling down from the north, and we chose to stay at this convenient location Days Inn. Staff was great and check in was a breeze. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and so fantastic for the price. Breakfast was better than I thought it would be when it comes to variety. Pool was clean and so relaxing. They sure do put in work to run this hotel smoothly because I had zero issues. Not sure if I'll be traveling this way again but would recommend this to others!

The price was good. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The rooms seemed clean except for the floors. Not thinking, went around bare foot and within minutes the bottoms of our feet were black. Yuck! Continental breakfast was tasty.

Had cockroaches in my room the first night I visited. The only solution they could offer was moving me down the hall to another room. Only good for short visits.

To begin, the price was right & rooms were clean. The pool was under maitenence during our stay, but that was no worry because we live by the ocean and were there to see family. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The woman in the kitchen area was so nice and helpful! I would stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast is surprisingly good given the low price you pay for your stay. Would be a five star, but the receptionist was impatient with me regarding my booking. That wasn't very inviting, but not a big deal. What's great though, is that you get your very own traffic light allowing you to turn left onto Rangeline when you're leaving. That's a godsend.

The beds were soft, the pillows were fluffy and comfortable, the breakfast they offered was warm and fresh. The receptionist was friendly when we came in lastnight. It had an atmosphere of home. All around, I had an amazing stay. And I recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay the night.

Great place! Friendly, clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good. Hot and cold stuff. Fresh! Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the patio space. Could have used a larger vanity counter area for all our things but other than that a GREAT stay.

I bought my room online. I later called the hotel early in the day to confirm my stay. After a very long day, I arrived only to be told that my room would be double what I had paid initially so my room would now be over 200 dollars and there was nothing they could do. They would not honor my online price. This was explained to me that it was due to the fact that I lived more than 60 miles out of Joplin… Neither the online site made me aware of this (the hotels fault for not telling them) and the hotel didn’t tell me this when I called earlier in the day (definitely their fault) but they were pleased to tell me “they usually ask. ” What a joke. Big two thumbs down for customer service. Will not return.

Great little place. Clean and comfy. Got it for $49 total through Priceline express deal. Three towels is a nice little extra. Fluffy pillows, great lighting, nice bathroom, nice floors, great coffee. Can hardly wait for breakfast in the morning :). Helpful and courteous staff. Overall very pleased.

Very nice room especially for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

They remodeled recently and did a good job. It was always clean before. Real good free breakfast in the mornings. Some Days Inn hotels are hit and miss. Don't worry about this one, it's a winner!

Chris at check-in was amazing. Explained everything, while training another employee and making sure I was comfortable. Very respectful, I even told him how difficult is to find people like him around. Very pleased with the ample room and bathroom. The rooms have balcony with chairs and a table. Very convenient for the family and pets. There are dog bags station. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at Days Inn Joplin. Easy access from freeway. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower faucet operation (hot/cold) seemed backward to me, but that's minor. Reasonable rates.

One Queen sized bed, Smoking Room and a balcony! Outdoor​pool only. Pet Friendly. Awesome Breakfast! VERY NICE STAFF! Close to Highway 44 and Casino's! Definitely would return here again if I'm ever in Joplin Area.

We stayed here several times in the last 5 years. It was remodeled some in the last 1-2 years and looks better. The service was poor this time and the front desk staff seemed inexperienced and apathetic. We couldn't reach the front desk 2 nights in a row to ask for a wake-up call. Other requests were made for service but were never fulfilled. The breakfast buffet was always good but lacking this time. They ran out of gravy supplies and good make gravy for the biscuits. Apparently they couldn't keep track of their supplies.

Was great place to stay, great breakfast, very helpful staff. Only one complaint they still charged my credit card for 2 nites after I talked to the lady at desk and went down and paid cash. Great place for my dog and huge yard for them to run & play.

They were able to get me in at the last minute after major issues with my first hotel (Motel 6). It is a major weekend for events in Joplin and I was greatly appreciative of the staff's assistance. The bed was great and the patio door right out to the van made ta king care of the show dogs easier.

So much nicer than I expected! The room was well taken care of and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are ok with housekeeping randomly walking in after tapping the door with a room key then this is the place for you. Rooms are decent even though my wife and daughter left itching from the beds. Room keys never work like your normal hotel but you better believe the housekeeping lady can walk in easily. Lots of banging throughout the day from careless workers cleaning in the hallway. Somewhat clean restrooms but also you can tell they threw them together quickly. Also expect to hand over your towels and trash yourself as the cleaning crew will ask for it randomly while they walk in and replenish the bare minimum that they give you.

The rooms were clean and looked nice. The breakfest was fresh and they had a variety of options. This was a nice stay for the price.

Overall, the hotel was nice but we weren't completely satisfied with our room — 209. Our room had a very bad smell, musty and even moldy. The smell stemmed from the air conditioner unit, every time it would kick on the smell worsened. This made the room feel unhealthy and I didnt like knowing that my husband, my 1 year old and myself were breathing in that air. I asked the front desk if they could do something about it, even called after we ate dinner to see if it had been cleaned or even disinfected. They indicated it had been but when we got back to our room the smell was no better than when we left. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good.

I love days inn in joplin because they are truly dog friendly… fenced in area with doggie stations for picking up waste. It would be nice if they would offer water stations as well or at least a water hose with bowls. Nice picnic area and many rooms situated on the fenced in area with outdoor furniture for every room. We use them 6 times a year and find the rooms consistently well clean. We have an active Weimar and having a space to throw a ball is priceless! It would be nice to let him be able to cool off in the pool but probably asking too much! We have been there so many times that he know recognizes the place and wants to go straight to the fenced in yard to catch his tennis balls.

Counter staff helpful and friendly. Willing to show me rooms before I made a decision. Met online price plus gave AS A discount. Clean, updated rooms. Very very small. Would be tight fit for 2 or more people. Not room for a family with kids. At least not in my room. Bathroom tiny with a miniature sink that doesn't have room for a woman's cosmetics on the handkerchief-sized counter. Did have a handicap room with a bigger counter but was a very long walk to the lobby. Patio doors lead out to parking. Curtains do a lousy job of keeping lights and sun out of room. Does have flat screen TV but not HD. Has microwave and frig. Room doesn't have a full length mirror. Women won't like that and will be deciding factor about staying here again for me. No indoor pool. Smallest room I've ever stayed in. But clean and nice. Don't know about breakfast. Haven't tried it.

Remodeled rooms, clean, great price. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Nicest Days Inn I've ever been too. I would stay here every time!

The negatives: Even though the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking our room reaked so strongly of stale cigarettes that not even a hookah bar could match it. To their credit when we reported it someone quickly came down with some air freshener to try to remedy the situation but the stuff they used smelled nearly as bad as the smoke. Thankfully it soon dissipated but then the cigarette odor was right back. We smelled like heavy smokers when we left. The only other issue was the cleaning staff seemed unfamiliar with the concept of vacuuming under the bed. There was an assortment of wrappers, bottle caps and unidentifiable small objects under there along with some if the most epic sized dust bunnies I've ever seen. Since the rest of it was clean and we were sleeping on the beds rather then under them this was a minor issue we didn't report. Breakfast was adequate. The muffins were stale though and the OJ was out. They offered sugar-free syrup so that was a plus traveling with 2 diabetics. The only access to the 2nd level is by stairs and one of our party is mobility challenged. Fortunately they were able to give us a room on the ground floor. The positives: The staff was absolutely some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They were so fantastic that I'm giving this place 4 stars rather then the 2 that I'd leave considering the negatives. I really like the layout.

Stayed there for one night only, July 31, 2017 on my way back to Texas. It was just me (female) ; nice enough room, except for the door. The locking mechanism had no strike plate for the lock to connect with, just the door jam. The latch guard was hanging on by 1 screw! Moved to another room and returned the key to the desk right after I moved to the other room. This room was clean, but it did smell like cigarette smoke, even though they had tried to mask the smell. The bathroom was huge, at least where commode and shower are; only complaint there is there wasn't any place to set or hang clothes besides on the back of the commode. When I checked out the next morning, it took forever to get my receipt; then checking my credit card statement, I was charged Twice for the same night. I called the Days Inn and emailed and asked them about the charge, and was told it was reversed on August 1 and was sent a receipt that showed that and it would take 3 to 10 business days to post on my credit card account. I even emailed Wyndham, the coporate office. Was emailed back that this would be taken care of by the property management team. Ten business days has passed… nothing from Days Inn, nothing from the Wyndham Property Management Team?. So I have disputed the duplicate charge with my credit card company. Oh, they did have a pretty good breakfast, though.

This is the best Day's Inn I've ever stayed in. They recently remodeled and the place looks great. They had a decent continental breakfast as well. My only issue was the rooms doesn't isolate sound super well so when or neighboring room was opened it sounded like they were opening my room.

Service is great. The staff are kind and courtious. The rooms are a good size clean and very comfortable.

The stay was quite enjoyable with a good pool experience while enjoys nice beds and bathrooms, breakfast was unexpected great for a free breakfast. I would stay again if given the option.

This was a very nice and clean place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. There were many food items to choose from. There were fresh fruits, yogurt, bottled water, and waffles and eggs. The room and bathroom was large and clean.

There is one person to staff the entire motel after 6:00pm. That person will literally answer the phone while you are at the counter in mid sentence (this happened twice to me with two different staff). There is no security or monitoring and the tiny "king size" room smells musty and stale because the A/C unit doesn't drain the water out so it sits and festers in your room. There is no elevator to the second floor. My co-worker and I were planning on staying here for a week and packed several bags up the stairs which worked for me because there is no fitness room. There is no business center or printer. The screen door to the patio was torn open upon arrival. There was no drain plug for the bathtub. However, there is a 1½" gap between the bottom of the front door and the floor. The staff appears helpless and unable to fix any problem or guest need like extra towel or pillow, but might answer the phone. The housekeeping staff regularly parks their vehicles in front of the main entrance and exits leaving little if any room for guests to have access to doors for luggage. Room We're moving to a much nicer and secure hotel down the street for the same price.

I stayed at location Joplin days inn. The rooms we ok but the hallways need a makeover as well as the pool. A business office would be nice to have as well as I am inclined to use the pc quite often. Breakfast was great with a variety of stuff to consume so I was not dissapointed. We are being shifted back to a different hotel bit overall it was a nice experience.

It was very clean and updated. Easy check in, great breakfast. For the price I highly recommend. My only complaint was a smoke smell in the bathroom, but that dissipated during the night.

We were on a long trip and stopped in Joplin to rest. It was about 6am Every other hotel we came across said we could pay full price and need to leave at 11am. So … 5 whole hours or be charged for 2 days. We had been driving forhurs and my 4 year old had felk asleep and had an accident. It was a horrible mess; we were tired and he was fussy and needed a bath. We stopped at days inn and a lady named Monica was able to help us. She fixed us up with a room for the price of one day. The rooms were great and service was excellent. Very clean and the brakfast was wonderful. I would def recommend this hotel to tired travelling families.

Great place to stay. Continental breakfast had many many options. Clean room. Nice facilities. Great customer service. Plan to stay there again.

Very nice rooms! Big, and clean! Big tub with shower. Providea hot breakfast. Staff are sweet and helpful! They allow pets! For a fee! Stayed for a week and didn't encounter one problem! Very affordable! Will stay here in each visit! :)

For the price, Days Inn is what you pay for. They provide a hot continental breakfast; however, they couldn't keep up with the demand of all the people who showed and we had to wait for them to refill the food options. The room was very clean and modern looking. There was a microwave and refrigerator provided.

Very spacious patio door rooms were updated a couple years ago, not sure about the other part of the building. Room has a mini fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Beds pretty comfortable and I'm picky about that due to back problems. Inspected edges and bindings of mattresses and no bed bug evidence seen. Room was pretty clean, though in the am when we opened the drapes, patio door could use a little attention. In daylight outside of building looked a little run down. Was able to have my dog here though there was an extra $10 charge for him. Nice, large grassy yard with patio door for access from room wit picnic tables, grills, outdoor pool. Warm breakfast starts at 6am with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and pancakes. No waffles though. Total cost for two adults and one dog around $82.

We decided to stay at this hotel on our way home from Kansas City late one evening. We had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are newly remodeled and were extremely clean. Being 9 months pregnant I wanted to soak my feet in the bath tub, and I was very impressed at how clean and shiny the bath tub was. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The TV was a decent size. The beds were comfortable and clean. We did not notice anything that was exceptionally dirty… or see any bugs (a HUGE deal! ). There was a balcony in our room, but we didn't use it. My only complaint is that you can't get the room completely dark. The curtains don't curve around the balcony, so there is some light that seeps in. The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, breakfast tacos, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Definitely worth your money to stay here.

Room was nice enough but the property seems staffed by complete morons, stayed here from earlier today and was assured that the property was a safe place for my vehicle with my belongings and in a matter of a few hours my Jeep has been broken into and they stole my luggage containing my guns and other items of value and when I called the front desk those people were clueless. Never again at Days inn!

Dont listen to justin. I stay here every time I'm in town. Ues the smoke smell is a bit strong near the smoking rooms. But the roomes are clean nice balcony. And big new tvs. Updated bathrooms with tiled floors. Never had an issue here ever. Love the place. Beds are comfy and the Wi-Fi works!

I have been in the Days Inn Joplin for almost a month and the front desk personnel are great and seem to care about their guests. The rooms are nice with either a balcony or patio. The breakfast was good with real scrambled eggs daily and other items. If you are coming to Joplin worth checking out to stay here.

Hotel room was not clean. Beat up furniture. Carpets with food stuck in it. AC was not turned on and was hot and humid. Floor was uneven from poor job laying the new carpet. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but did not smell like it. No security cameras working. Can tell they are in the middle of updating. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

One of the best hotel we stayed at. We rented 5 rooms. We loved it. Got a good night sleep. Big and Clean rooms with a great customer service. Breakfast was excellent. You must check it out first when you are in Joplin, MO.

I would have given this place a higher rating if the front desk clerk had given me a heads up about renovation and had given me an option to choose a room that wasn't right next to the room being renovated. It was a symphony of hammering, drilling, dropping pipes and tools (repeatedly). However, the room was clean, nicely appointed, with crisp, clean sheets and towels. If it had been quiet, I would have given it a full set of stars.

Great value. Friendly and clean place. Usually look for a $50 or less clean bed and shower but this was definitely worth $67. Huge, clean room. Bright white towels. Wonderful breakfast. We will stop again.

I travel several times a year between Oklahoma city and St Louis and I always stay here because the room is clean the staff is cordial and the breakfast is great.

I don't know how this hotel scored a 4! No way! It stinks! I do mean smell wise. Really bad stink throughout the entire hotel. Never again at this location. I won't trash all Days Inn Hotels but this place is really bad. Don't waste your money. 7/12/14 They changed my room n changed my life, lol. This room is way better. Bigger, no smell,. Just much nicer in every way. Please stay in they forward room, not the 300's. So much more nicer.

Room was clean and had a very friendly staff. Comes with breakfast. Other than that pretty basic stay. For 80 dollars I was satisfied with my stay considering the convenient location. As a side note they are renovating rooms at the time of stay. So the rooms will be even nicer than when I stayed the front desk guy informed me that they only work on the rooms until like 3pm so it wasn't a distraction and I didn't hear a thing.
