Hotel is pet friendly. Low rates and respectable chain restaurant selection nearby. Rooms were spacious enough but our door did not shut correctly and didn't have pillow cases for all the pillows on the pullout. Would stay again if you have pets otherwise there looked to be better options nearby.

Check-in went smoothly. Room was nice. I called ahead to see if I could check in half an hour early and the guy who answered the call was short with me. No reason to be rude, I am easy to get along with. Thus only 4 stars.

Nice room, very clean. Staff was great and very accommodating. My only complaint is that we had asked for a late check out due to getting there late and wanting to sleep in, only to have housekeeping knocking on our door at 9 to see if we had left yet.

Very accommodating. Asked for specific room location and needs and they did everything that we asked. Was able to rest and prepare for the next day without a struggle. Great place to stay if in the area.

The rooms were nice and roomy, but the manager Claudette was very rude and unprofessional. My family has been traveling back and forward from Memphis TN and it's sad that someone like her in managerial position would be rude when we are patronizing the business. Then she said that she couldn't provide us with corporate office. You will be reported for being rude and others who stayed there complained as well concerning your rude, unprofessional behavior. Not recommendable at all.

Great hotel tucked back off the interstate. Full kitchenette in room. Friendly staff. Close to multiple dining options from fast food to family sit down. Starbucks just up the road.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at y'alls Hotel. Any time we come back to Joplin we will be staying with y'all. Thank you very much. Kenneth and Robin Samples.

All the features of a Candlewood Suites. However, in this one, the Wi-Fi would never connect in my room.

Last minute stop with much of the town booked up. Friendly staff, clean rooms at reasonable rate. Full fridge, stocked kitchen utensils. We had to find the fuse box to turn on the lights.

No Breakfast nice rooms reasonable priced, we are suppose to get room at a rate for friends and family well that didn't work out for us, it is important to have a good breakfast served in the mornings.

Didn't get right room and when finally did the curtains had a substance on it that was reddish brown in color on it. They did clean it and other then that it was good.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very homey. It was a great night sleep and loved the cupboard for snacks.

Was a great place to spend the night. The sign should be placed in front of the Hotel instead of in front of the best western.

Nice and clean rooms. Could've used better blinds to keep the sun out of the window but overall a nice suite.

Rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked. The staff, especially Amanda on the evening shift, went over and above my expectations to make our stay wonderful.

Location is clean, staff is friendly but the only thing that is missing from Candlewood is breakfast.

This place is great! Have stayed twice a year for several years. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Rooms clean and well equipped. Kitchen area includes stove and microwave with full size frig. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Not too shabby, no breakfast if you're into that sort of thing, free laundry and reasonably clean rooms.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Corporate give them a raise. Asap. The price a little high and changing by the hour. Book day's in advance or you will pay. Jason.

Decent place to stay. Some of the furniture is getting tired. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight. Hotel was very nice. Comfortable and quiet, had good Wi-Fi, staff was friendly. Room had a small kitchen and a large bathroom.

Great place for an extended stay. The gym is a little small, so if multiple people, might feel a little crowded, which is typical for hotel, so no complaints here. Rooms were very clean. The kitchenettes were AWESOME. Friendly staff that wanted to serve no matter what!

The hotel is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and the beds are very comfortable. They are just a little pricy though. I have stayed at If He Candlewoods with lower prices and more spacious rooms.

Not a bad hotel. Staff were a little shady but the hotel itself was pretty good codition and maintained well.

When you enter the hotel it reeks of took much air freshener. My question is, what are the trying to hide? The windows in room are filthy inside and out. No hotel service, no fresh linens and you must take out your own trash.

Room was very clean! Morning staff was very pleasant. Only problems was a loud noise from another room and the sheets weren't very soft. (Although I have skin sensitivity problems. The blankets were fine to the other people in the room).

Much better value than similarly priced hotels. Everything is clean and towels and linens are great. Full size fridge with icemaker, dishes and two burners and microwave for cooking. Free laundry and business center. Better than any hotel I've ever stayed at, including some 4 star ones in Las Vegas.

Hotel was great! Arrived for an overnight stay and the night desk clerk, Alicia, took care of my family. I truly felt like a Priority Club Member. Highly recommend this place for a short or long-term stay. 5-Stars!
