Very comfortable beds! Super clean and the staff were great. We will definitely return here. You can't beat the price and pets are allowed for a small fee.

Big cool rooms and stocked well. Good breakfast to start the day well worth the money we will be staying again hope to enjoy the indoor pool next time.

This hotel to be quiet frank was disgusting. First of all, there were stains on EVERYTHING. The sheets, even the iron board. The bathroom had filthy tiles and when we woke up we found cockroaches. Would not recommend, even for the cheaper price.

Very nice as far as setting up the reservation. But not good quaility. We used the sink and the water just poured out in the floor. I guess for a cheap hotel it wasn't bad. They didn't even offer to refund anything when notified of the problem.

Clean. Friendly staff. Reasonable amenities. Close to (like waking is faster close) everything a traveler might want or, need. Signs at front desk indicate … Rough regulars. All in all … I'm pleased and would stay here again.

On 5/30/2018, I checked in for what would have been a two day stay. Upon checking in I was initially given RM 122, which is an outdoor room, I opened the door to find it unclean the pillows were without pillow cases and they had yellow stains throughout, the sealant around the base of the tub and toilet was mildewed and black and the furniture was dirty. I returned to the front desk and declined to accept that room at which time I was given RM 133, I walked through the room and the furniture was also dirty the carpet boards (baseboards made of carpet). Were dirty as well as the Selena’s between it and the tiled floors. I am here as a result of a traumatic accident that resulted in my brother being medevac to St Bernard’s and I needed to return to the hospital so On quick visual inspection I reluctantly accepted knowing I and my children would still need somewhere to rest. Upon my return to the room between 10:30 and 11 pm we found the area by the window swarmed with cockroaches some were pregnant! I reported to the deal the attendant did not look surprised nor did he apologize. A couple walked in and he stated he would come to my room and walk with me to inspect a new room. He opened the door to room 132 (right next door) and The same thing roaches crawling from the same spot. The couple that was checked into room 131 was already in the hall complaining about killing three roaches as he proceeded to take me upstairs to room 266.

The rooms in this hotel are nasty not worth the price! Very disappointed! Rented 1 room and asked to be switched because first room was dirty and 2nd room was dirty as well with piss on toilet cigarette butts behind the door ashes and hair everywhere nasty stud on bathroom doors just straight up ridiculous! Also I wouldnt even rate this one star but it wouldnt let me post my review unless I rateded it something also pub hairs all over the lamp shade the from desk was notified an didnt even want to look at the dirty room tha I complained about do not recommend this hotel to noone should be called a motel its by far a hotel.

Very nice worker's but there where cockroaches in are room (6) but we got a full refund.

Was so bad! Pool area spelled so much like chlorine it made your eyes burn! And their pool/arm band system is pretty dumb but other wise a good birthday for my daughter!

Pool was not heated and it was disgusting. The outer line of the pool had mold. Again wasss not heated as advised it stayed freezing even after being in it for awhile. So much chlorine it burned our eyes. Part were you sit at was broken. Limit to pool guest and rules oh and don't forget to return the armband or its $5 per armband. Rules for the pool that you pay for. Pool shouldn't close but it does at 9. Like why would a pool close on a weekend at 9 when people only book for the room). Please don't book here. Room was stale smelling, bed and pillows were extra hard. One pillow had what appeared to be blood on it.

Poor quality of rooms. So much chlorine in the pool that my eyes are still burning AND I didn't even get in the pool! That's just from sitting on the sidelines watching my kids play. The sink in the bathroom keeps filling up but yet they told us that they fixed it. We will NOT be staying here ever again. Beware fellow guest, just because the price is good, doesn't mean your stay will be! Just check out the photos I posted if you want proof.

It was clean and in a convenient place. Absolutely nothing fancy about the place, very little frill and fuss. Pool area was nice, they do have direct tv. Beds are not very comfortable, staff was friendly. Our room was non smoking but who ever cleaned our room smoked and stunk up the place. Breakfast was a huge flop. So if you dont want anything that is got wow and more than average then find another place. But if you dont care about anything more than a bed and TV this is the place.

Great hotel I didn't a lil over three months there from my job had the best view! I love the private little balcony!

Can't get the heater to set right. You are either too cold or too hot. For the amount of money you spend everything should be great.

My husband and I stayed at this motel last year and it was great. So this year on our yearly visit we went back. This visit was a totally different experience. We went in and rented the room and then proceeded to park and carry in our belongings, I went to the sink to wash my hands and their was used soap in the drain and an old cigarette butt on the grate where the overhead light was. I immediately called the front desk to complain. The frint deak clerk came down to inspect it then told ua she would call her manager. After a few minutes she returned and told us we could be moved into a different room and had me go look at it. I went in to look and everything seamed to be ok. Well as the night went on we started to get for our showers and gonto bed, thats when we noticed the hair dryer was extremely dirty and had hair stuck to the sides of it. When we pulled the covers back for bed we found several white pills, so my husband pulled up the blankets and the matress and under that was more pills, food, playing cards and wrappers from sanitary pads. It was a horrible experience. I will not be back there.

Enjoyed my stay. Pet friendly. Nice room friendly staff. Breakfast just ok.

If you are booking for the indoor pool, make sure there are no pool parties scheduled. Those take priority and if your room is adjacent to the pool during a party, rest assured that the sheer numbers of children having used the pool will have you questioning the urine ratio of the water.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel but it clean and has an indoor pool and free breakfast. Its very nice and cheap.

The entire environment is nasty. From the rooms, to the bathroom, to the pool. Gross. Highly recommended not staying here. I came in from out of state for a wedding huge mistake.

Older and well used, friendly staff, some what over priced at $100 a night!

I reserved my 2 rooms 2 months in advance with specifics as to my having a party and needing the party room. Requesting an indoor room due to the cold weather. I was assured I was taken care of. When I checked in I was not given the party room or indoor rooms. I was actually put outside and upstairs. The only thing correct was the adjoining rooms. I will not plan to stay at this facility ever again and will not advise anyone else either.

Well, at first sight the room looked clean… until I went to put drinks in the fridge… someones old left overs where there to greet me. Then when pulling back the bed sheet to inspect the bed there were cheerios beside the bed. Once again not mine. Then there was what I hope was spilled kool-aid all over the sink… the bathroom seemed clean… until I found you guessed it someone else's dirty old washcloth in the shower…

The room is a nice size with a nice TV, but the bathroom has very little water pressure. The beds were clean, the pool was nice.

Staff is very nice and rooms are decent. Only place with inside pool.

I stayed here on and off for over a month, then stayed for 3 consecutive days. At first the staff would not clean our room then it got to the point where they would clean my room and throw away all of my belongings that I left in my room. I thought when you stay over you can leave your things in your room… Then when I made a complaint they brushed it off like it wasnt a problem. I was forced to buy all of the things I lost in this hotel over again. And they didn't even try to help me. Not saying I was expecting a discount on my room but they could have accommodated me some how. Ive lost respect for the people working at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel ever again.

The rooms needs updating, paint was coming off doors and walls, could see light coming in between the door and wall, took two people to lock door. Had room over pool and you can hear everything going on in the pool it echoes plus they let people stay in pool area till 12 am. On top of this the price that was giving to me online is not the price I ended up paying plus found roaches in Bathroom. Needless to say it was not a good experience at all.

It's perfect for the price. The rooms are nice enough, the pool is nice enough (and indoor), the staff is friendly enough. Everything is enough. It's conveniently located on Stadium where you are close to everything in Jonesboro. Nothing is Marriott quality but it's not the Marriott. As for me and my husband, we appreciate their affordable prices and they are our destination of choice almost every time we are in need of a little getaway.

The place is really rundown. The restrooms are so small that only one person can fit. We got this hotel for the indoor pool but the pool area had a toxic chlorine smell. The sheets had some stains on them and the staff was not too friendly.

Was actually better than expected. The room was clean and recently remodeled.

Great experience overall. Very nice indoor pool, but it wasn't heated (in my opinion) like they claim. Still very cold. Good price and quality for budget rooms.

Good location which quite a few businesses, decent rooms, not run-down, stove, fridge and sink, which separate washbasin and microwave, full bath, pool, and respectful housecleaning and receptionists.

Hot shower, clean bed, warm pool. If you're looking for anymore than that keep looking. It's a place to lay your head.

Stayed a few hours at this place and early in the morning I found BED BUGS… STAY AWAY IF U DONT WANNA BE PARANOID BY THE BUG BITES… if I knew how to post pics on here I would… I told the manager my problem and he true to deny that the blood from the sheet was "fresh blood" so I showed him the bites on my arm and the actual bed bug and he called his manager… I got my refund and got out of there at 6 this morning! A couple from Texas had pulled up wen I was leaving and the man got out about to check in… I told him to find somewhere else to check in at cuz this place has bed bugs… yeah I did it… I hope they manager reading this too!

Roach in room, the air worked for 5 min at a time, stuff come missing, our home just burned and we got a room on a saturday for a week… they told us nothing was available for a week butwent back the next day there was… so they got 62.09 plus the 260 the next day, we complained many times about a large dog next Do It barking all the time and nothing was done, asked for a bottom floor for pregnant wife and was ignored.

Sold out. Unable to stay.

While the rooms are nice, I had to speak to 3 different people at the front desk throughout my stay. While one of them was delightful, one gentleman was very rude, and another one made us move our vehicle (a van with a trailer, parked where the first front desk attendant told us to park) so that another guest, who was very vocal about our vehicles location, complained. It was ridiculous that they let an angry man bully three young adults, doing charity work in the area, into moving their vehicle in the middle of the night when there were plenty of spots available. I am unhappy with my stay here.

Rooms were remodeled recently. Pool smelled, was cloudy and was in dire need of chlorine. … I didn't swim. Not my first choice in Jonesboro.

The room was extremely clean! We had everything we needed and plenty of room.

They breakfast was okay; waffles, muffins, cherieos. The pool was great. The owner was bad, I went downstairs to get my card renewd for the week and the owner started yelling and screaming at me to bring all the towles from my room down stares, cuz I had to many. The owner told me that when she went into my room she saw I had to many. Some of those were my towles. She was the worst owner I had ever meet. Then she was talking about my family to other guests. My kid coughs her talking about my family and my room. My sister also slipped from the stairs outside and bruised her back. The water was from the a/c units that drip water. That needed fixing.
