The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I booked my room online, and when I checked in they had given me the wrong room. They were able to fix it; however my room did smell like cigarette smoke. My room was also missing the TV remoteness but the front desk was very accommodating. I was not really impressed with their breakfast, there were not many options. However it was not a bad experience.

Didn't like the price for what I got. Stayed 2 nights, room was nice and updated, but I woke up with some sort of bug bites on my shoulder. Breakfast was great. Service was ok. It was mediocre.

Friendly service. Clean rooms. VERY comfortable beds! The bathrooms need to be updated though… 4 stars because of the bathrooms. (They were clean just… not as luxurious as I had hoped! )

If I could give less than one star I would. I wish I could attach pictures of the mold down the walls, blood on the shower curtains and hair dryer, the fact the beds are tiny baby full sized not queen as advertised. I wouldn’t even let my kids take their shoes off. After speaking with the only good part of the hotel — the night staff — I got a different room. We woke up to ants. In the beds… They were “locked out” of the kitchen in the morning and were actually sending people across the street to get food. At another hotel. The advertised indoor pool has apparently been under repair for 5 months now. So that was also closed. And by far not near enough parking for half the rooms.

For the price this is a good hotel. Beds are comfortable, room size is nice, staff is friendly and there's allot of food options nearby. Don't count on eating breakfast at this hotel, it is beyond gross. Stayed at the best western for 5 days veggie trying baymont… wish I would've stayed here from the beginning. The only thing that BW had better was breakfast and it's new updates, I'd rested save the 40 bucks and have breakfast 5min walk to waffle house.

We stayed on the second floor. The floor in our room slumped and you could feel the entire wing shake as the elevator ran between floors. We did notify the front desk as we left that there was structural issues. I hope they get it fixed before the entire floor collapse.

Thinking about staying here? DONT DO IT! This was the worst experience we have ever had in a hotel room. The website says it has adjoining rooms as well as rooms with Jacuzzis. NOT! We were traveling with 6 people and looking forward to the indoor pool. It was out of order. Every vending machine (snacks and soda) were out of order. There were coffee pots in the room but only decaf was available. There was a card in the rooms stating to contact the front desk if you forgot anything such as toothbrushes or toothpaste. They had neither. Free breakfast consisted of bread And cold packaged flavorless pastries and muffins. And now, after leaving, I'm reading reviews from 2 weeks ago saying they had bedbugs! Omg! If we got bedbugs this is going further than just a bad review! This place needs to be closed down. They don't even deserve ONE star! More like NEGATIVE 5! I will be contacting Wyndham Rewards about our HORRIBLE experience!

My husband & I pulled in late last night and we're skeptical of the stay because of the reviews but our experience was quite the opposite. The beds we're comfortable and the room (especially bathroom) was fresh, clean & well appointed. Coffee maker, hairdryer, flatscreen TV, nice work space & plenty of electric outlets. The breakfast was Continental with clean stocked choices & a separate dining room. No waffle iron but pkged & ready for toaster. Very pleasant staff. I have added it to our Good Pic List.

For the price this room is not bad it was clean and comfortable. Although the website says there is an indoor pool that they have recently switched to an outside pool and that was a disappointment. This site also has a policy where the locals have to pay a $200 deposit on the rooms. Had a double charge on our account. Which we were not able to get taken care of before our stay ended. We are currently still working with the management to fix this double charge. The management on site was trying to be very helpful throughout this mishap. They did have to bring this up to a higher manager who did not stay in contact with us. Overall I'm very disappointed and I will not be going back I will find another place to stay.

The front desk girl Amber was a sweetheart and very helpful. That being said the rooms were awful. The blowdryer didn't work, toilet seat was broken not to mention you can't sit to owe without the paper roll stabbing you. There was no TV remote and the phone didn't even work. The topper of us refusing to stay night was when we found the giant rat/roach trap in the corner. You get what you pay for I guess.

They recently made it where you can't smoke in the rooms anymore. They have done a ton of renovating the past 6 months and If they'd get that sketchy elevator fixed, everything would be perfect.

Is being updated and is very overdue. Wasps were in our room window dead and not cleaned. Ppl were nice.

I wished I would have paid for another hotel nearby. The rooms were very gross. My room for example had this nasty pink-ish color on the walls. The information we receive is the opposite of what this hotel offered. We were told that there was a hot breakfast which would have saved us time for our funeral we had to go to. The food was skrinked wrapped which obviously means it's days old. The bathroom floor was nasty. At least the shower had hot water cause that was about the only thing they had going for them. I hope no one stays here after reading this.

Good clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Staff is very friendly and rooms are affordable. A good convince gas station is near by — — Cum&go serves good meals on the go with a good view of the surrounding areas.

This hotel is great! I'll visit here again.

This place could use a deep cleaning and updates it is being remodeled but it sure seems to be a very slow process.

Clean rooms and beds (someone said they thought there are bed bugs but this is not true or I would have had an allergic reaction if bitten) but the hotel is under remodel and does not have a working pool or a place to sit to eat breakfast (which is basically a toast bar, as some one else mentioned. ) Though we asked for queen needs we were given doubles.

I was glad to find a room when I arrived in Jonesboro at almost midnight last week. The room was fine. I got up 30 minutes before breakfast was to be over and went down to breakfast. I was terribly disappointed. It was all bread. The instant oatmeal packet was slightly appealing, but there was NO HOT WATER! I thought I'd grab a cup of coffee and go out for breakfast, but the coffee was absolutely COLD! I complained at the desk and asked if she could give me any type of compensation. She said all she could give me was an apology, and she offered to make some coffee. $103.96 to sleep in a bed for 7 hours, no breakfast, no coffee. The construction continues… I had to step around boxes of sheetrock mud to get to the cold coffee.

I stay thier 1 night every three weeks for over a year and a half. For the first time they require a personal credit card. They promise it will not be charged unless you smoke in the room. They charged my personal card for my stay costing me money saying the money will be back in your account in 3 to 5 business days. I'm sorry they don't want to take care of a good customer. Will find a hotel that wants to take care of a regular customer.

Booked a room (with king bed) online two days prior to my stay. After a 5+ hour drive, arrived at the hotel to be told they did not have a the room I booked available. The desk clerk offered a room with two double beds; however it had not been cleaned. The clerk offered to change the sheets as all the housekeeping staff was gone. Needless to say, we didn't stay there and will not book with Baymont ever again.

So I woke up in the morning hoping to experience this "continental" breakfast but was left disappointed with the packaged breakfast items that were just heated. My bed in my room had a cigarette burn and probably had bed bugs. The sink is not even in the bathroom and one of the lights didn't even work. And the rock hard bed with bugs saddened my life and made me wish I was sleeping on a wet and sticky bench or worse on the streets of New York. The only good thing is that there is a window to watch the happiness of other hotels that comfort you and fill you with jealousy because this hotel SUCKS! I send prayers to those who make the horrid mistake of staying at this prison, please warn others. Thank You.

I used to stay here on business quite a bit when it was new, but this place has gone downhill in the last few years. The pool has been closed for repairs for months. There are other signs around the place indicating other things are "Out of Order" too. The lobby, elevator, and hallways smell like smoke, even though my non-smoking room was OK. There were some rowdy people in the hallway several times after midnight, but I can't blame the hotel for that. My room was decently clean, but the hallways and lobby floor didn't look like it remembered what a mop was. Also, the parking lot is small, and difficult if you have a large vehicle, plus there were two semi trucks taking up half of the spaces last night. Reception girl was nice, if not very speedy. I think she was still training. I might have given them 3 stars, but their skimpy breakfast offering was OUT OF COFFEE by 7:30 in the morning!? No excuse for that! There are several other hotels next door. I think I have given this one my last visit.

Ive been staying here a week now. The rooms have been clean beds very comfy & people very friendly. Im only giving 2 stars because during my stay the dryers in the laundry room been out of order with no signs. So after washing I found myself next door at another motel bribing them for dryer use. The vending don't work on any floor however you can get most things from the front desk. The microwave in my room hasn't worked from day one ive complained 3 times. And last but not least the pool been closed for maintenance my entire stay. If your coming here for 1 or 2 nights on business you'll be fine, Wi-Fi is super fast. Prolonged stay I would look elsewhere.

NEVER EVER stay here! We drove 14 hours to get here. We had two rooms reserved. Non smoking. We checked in 10 at night with 3 children. One of the rooms the bed was not made, it stunk like an ashtray and there were cigarette butts in the toilet. I complained to the front desk and she said you can't complain to me and called the cops who without asking us anything threw us out on the street. No other hotel rooms available.

Very unprofessional! The front desk staff was on her phone talking to one of her friends! Got to the room and we couldnt find the TV remote we preceded to call the front desk to find a solution. We finally changed rooms and the Wi-Fi was not very strong!

The hotel clerks were professional, nice and friendly. The first room had a broken air conditioning unit, so they promptly moved me to a room with air conditioning. The man working the late evening shift spoke with me a few minutes about the area and supplied me with a comb when I asked. The only problem I had was that bottled water was not sold in the vending machines and I had drunk all mine. So bring your own or be prepared to drink it from the tap. But the tap water tasted good.

They have vending machines on each floor but none of them have worked since I've been coming here which is my 4th stay. The laundry facilities are also out of order. The best thing about this place are the beds which are WONDERFUL!

The heat didn't work in our room, jets in jacuzzi barley worked and had housekeeping walk in on us in the jacuzzi on valentine's day.

I wish I could put a lower review. Stayed barely an hour before discovering mold ALL OVER THE WALLS. The owner was very rude and down right hateful. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place stinks. They have an elevator, doesn't work. They have a gym is fake four work out machines none of them work. They have a laundry room doesn't work. They have cereal for breakfast I don't even want to talk about the coffee. They have vending machines on every floor guess what … None of them work! This place is a joke. Stay away!

Only motel with an available room when we went up to visit my son so I really didn't have a choice. The room smelled of mildew. The carpet was damp and the bedding had a very moist feel to it. The air was completely off and when turned on high it barely worked. NONE of the vending machines worked. This is the first review I've ever written and I hate to say i'd give it zero stars but if that was an option I would.

STAY AWAY**** If you are thinking that this hotel would be better than the motels in the area, you couldn't be more wrong. I highly advise to stay away from this place. When I arrived I found the clerk sitting in the lobby in tears spilling her life story to two Jehovah’s Witnesses, of which I had to wait for her finish her current part of her story and to clean her face up prior to her being able to wait on me. My booking mistakenly had smoking reservation on it, so I informed the clerk of the issue and she stated she could not change it, I asked if they had non smoking rooms available and she said yes, so I asked to swap for a non smoking room and she refused. So I get to my room and it smells disgusting, and looked horrible. There was a chair in my room that looked like it had been picked up from a dump, it was heavily stained and had cigarette burns all over it. The vending machines either did not work or were not stocked, the ice machine on my floor had created a huge puddle in the floor, the bathroom in my room was completely disgusting, the whole time I slept I felt like things were crawling on me. I highly advise to stay away, this place is horrible!
