Sign says breakfast is 6am — 9:30am. At 8:15 (with all 75 rooms full according to the clerk who checked us in the night before) there were no more eggs or sausage & enough waffle batter to make 1 batch. We asked the blonde, female “manager “ if she would please put out more food. She declined to do so. When we explained that there were a lot of people looking for food, we were told “breakfast starts at 6:30 and y’all need to come down as soon as you can”. Really? I guess that’s customer service at it’s finest! I WILL say the bed was very comfortable & the room was clean, however this experience put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Thank you for kicking out the manchild over his tantrum regarding eggs and sausage. It's time to stop catering to people who behave atrociously.

When I walked down to the front desk and asked for towels, I informed the front desk clerk that there weren’t enough towels in my room to accommodate everyone, she laughed in my face! Who does that? That’s what you call a great place to stay? Negative.

Great room service an the employees I love it an the amazing breakfast.

I was double charged for one room and after 2 days have not received a call back or my money back. The manager best call me back in the morning.

I had the great pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus in Jonesboro, AR. For a couple of days and it was wonderful. It was the day before and day of Thanksgiving. That is a particularly busy travel time and that meant the management and staff had to work the busy holiday. And the were fantastic. Always friendly whether getting us checked in or the really impressive complimentary breakfast. The hotel has a fitness center. A really nice looking pool, but it is located outdoors. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast. The hotel also offers a washer and dryer which is a great option when you have to spend multiple weeks on the road. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Again, a big thanks to the staff and management for making my stay through the Thanksgiving Holiday so cool. All the best.

Excellent play to stay. Roxy at the desk was a pleasure to talk to, the hotel is very nice and well-maintained, in the pool is refreshing. The hot breakfast is exactly that and the food is delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

I am only giving a four star ratings due to the fact of the technical issues that I experience while in the hotel. After my first night here at 5 a. M. The fire smoke detector went off due to low battery, contacted the front desk she came up remove the battery hopefully knowing that does not fix the issue I go down for breakfast come back up it's been about 45 minutes and it is still beeping and I contact her again she comes up, she tells me that she is not maintenance then takes me down to the lobby switches me to a new room I go to my new room the door is completely jammed shut she forgot that that room has not been open and she can't get into it either. Finally got into my server room at 6: 45 in the morning to go back to bed due to a smoke alarm issue and someone not knowing how to replace a battery. Other than that the rooms are amazing and the breakfast was very adequate.

My room had been recently remodeled; very nice except they kept same stained carpet. Room was clean tho. Amenities great. Excellent breakfast. I did not use exercise room or pool so cannot comment. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff and great breakfast. However, our room was disgusting! The carpet on the floor was sticky/crunchy and the tile floor in the bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned! It left black all over a towel when I used it to wipe up water on the floor, when we first got into the room. Left us wondering what else hadn't been cleaned in the room!

We loved breakfast with bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and omelets, waffles, and cereals. Coffee and juices were great. The desk clerk was helpful in giving directions too. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and air conditioner cold. Nothing we needed was not at this hotel, and we were very pleased. Will come back here again and again when we visit my daughter in college.

It was wonderful. The staff where awesome won't find a better option for the price. Would have gave it 5 stars but it seemed to be newly renovated and the quality was less than acceptable and somewhat unfinished. Would stay there again.

I wasn't very happy with the size of the pillows other than that it was wonderful for our quick visit. They were very generous with a complimentary soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. The staff was more than happy to bring me extra towels and blankets. I would recommend this place to someone who is traveling and needing a comfortable place to stay.

Being from the area, I have known this facility to exist under several different names… Wilson Inn being the oldest I can recall. However, I think they have gotten it right this time. Check in was a breeze. The lobby was clean and bright, though it did seem a bit sterile. All of that changed when you turned the corner into the lounge area. It was warm and inviting with a variety of seating options. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom seemed small for the size of the room, but it was nicely trimmed and the toiletries were of nice quality. The only complaint I really had was the slowness of the elevator. But honestly, if that is my only compliant… there really isn't a complaint at all. If I ever need to stay in Jonesboro again, I will not think twice about staying here again!

Amazing! We had to travel through the night and stopped there at 1 in the morning and the hotel and staff were great! Good breakfast, nice staff, super comfy room (we had the king suite) Definitely recommend!

Room was excellent with the exception there was no coffee pot for the coffee machine. The breakfast was well presented and very tasty. The only main problem we encountered is the elevator was broken half of the time we were staying there. There were two elevators, one was out of order and the other worked only half of the time.

I stay in 50-75 hotels throughout the year. This was decent but not worth the $119 in my opinion mostly because of cleanliness, in particular the floors. Hallway and room floors were stained and had a grimy feeling. If you stay here I would encourage you to bring some shower shoes (cheap flip flops) I would've hated it if I had to walk around barefoot. The bed, breakfast, gym, etc… was all pretty decent but they need to step up their floor cleaning game. ***as I walked out, another guest, whom I don't know, asked about my room and was looking for the same response, he was highly disappointed in the floor, which prompted this review.

New hotel, loved that the breakfast/lobby area is separate and behind registration and can accommodate several people. The layout of the rooms provided comfort and space and everything you needed including a fridge and microwave. Easy access on and off the interstate.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I had heard not so great things about hotels in the area, but Best Western was amazing! Speedy check-in, clean rooms, and great breakfast. One of the elevators was down, so the other elevator was constantly in use and the Coffee maker at breakfast was broken on the first morning. They did get the coffee maker fixed that day though. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Was in town due to work and chose this hotel. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are tiny, the breakfast is good, and some of the staff is nice. Some of the staff are just plain and simply ghetto. Their conversations are more important than a guest, they will finish talking before acknowledging you. The rooms are clean although very small. Stayed here 5 days and now leaving for a better hotel. Housekeepers walked in claiming they show no one in the room. Guys working on elevators at 7am 2 days in a row loud as hell. No matter. Where you are in the hotel you can here the elevator "bing" at every floor.

This hotel has gone backwards. I've stayed here many times and this time it was terrible for three days. Noise, water in rooms, TV's missing and finally, housekeeping forgot about us during the stay. We were loyal to this hotel but won't be back.

Loud traffic noise on Hwy 63 side of the hotel and smallest bathroom I've ever experienced at any hotel. Bed, pillows and breakfast were decent. Room was a king suite deluxe and was huge! Too bad they didn't add at least 2 feet onto the bathroom the last time they remodeled.

Clean rooms, nice staff, decent breakfast. Only bad thing I've seen so far is the bathroom ceiling leaks through the light. I'm guessing this is when the room above me uses the shower.

So happy with the staff, and can't say enough about how accommodating they were when we needed help with a late check in after the football team stayed longer than expected, and then an issue with the thermostat. The hotel itself smelled like a pool, including the room. It was a little difficult to get past, but we were happy that things appeared clean. The location is quite far from downtown hot spots, but Uber was easy to get, and for about $15 each way, we were happy to opt for being driven instead of taking our car. The staff makes this one rank higher than other local properties where we have stayed for games.

My boyfriend and I went to stay for one night, for the A-State football game coming from St. Louis. The check-in time was 3:00 so we planned to arrive on time, however, after our 4 hour drive, the hotel staff informed us that since the football team stayed the night before and did not check out until late, the rooms would not be ready until 4:00pm. There was alos a line of people behind us with the same experience. So we leave and return at 4:30pm, and the room was still not ready, we waited until 5:00pm to get into our room… thin walls, heavy doors, small rooms, can hear every noise from people talking to walking, and we got a knock on our door from housekeeping at 1:00 IN THE MORNING, and they had the wrong room! We will not go back!

I would like to say that my stay at this hotel was pleasant, but that would be a lie! At check in, I was quoted a higher price than I had booked it for. I was given keys to my room that didn't work, only to find out that other guest were already in that room. We were 'upgraded to a suite; which was definitely NOT A SUITE! I was extremely disappointed in my stay at this hotel! Never again +

Where do I start. The front desk personnel were wonderful. The breakfast lady was great and breakfast was wonderful. However, the poorest housekeeping I have seen. I just hope they changed the sheets. Numerous stains on carpet, bed throw, and some on sofa. Bath wasn't swept. No dusting with many dust bunnies on the AC. Someone's clothes and bag of dirty clothes left in room. That's when I should have left. The next morning I found a hunk of curly red hair on the floor. I am blonde. Someone's Conditioner bottle left in the shower. Bar soup crud left on shower shelf. Drips on the closet mirror. I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This was the worst.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. They have a awesome breakfast scrambled and boiled eggs, omlets, potatoes (with cheese, bacon, onion for toppings) biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, muffins, Danish, fruit Great coffee and 4 different flavors of juice to choose from! The staff is amazing as well. They go out of their way to accommodate guest and make check in simple and even offer cookies.

I presented a voucher for a free night stay but the clerk charged my credit card. Not once but three times. I called for the manger 3 times before I was able to talk to her. Two weeks later my credit card still has not been credited back. I called again this morning, the manager assured me she would issue a credit. I am very disappointed that they would charge my card and multiple times at that. Best Western Corporate looked at my account and vouchers and said all fees are included and there should NOT have been a charge to my credit card.

STAY HERE! We stay at a lot of motels & I'm picky! We were in town a few days on business and this place was grrreat! We had a king suite, the furniture, bedding & towels were nice. There were 2 air cond units and they worked extremely well. There were also lots of lamps with electrical outlets (for chargers). But the folks there really made it great. Mylan, from the front desk, went above and beyond to help with an issue I had (our room had a shower only, not a tub) he was very helpful whenever we needed something, and Mr Jake (the manager) was also, he just saw me sitting on the sofa downstairs (i was resting from a walking exercise) and offered me something to drink! The breakfast was xtra special with the usual, but also, breakfast potatoes, chocolate chips and other options for the waffles, had chocolate milk too! Tangle (the breakfast lady) was very helpful. Carolyn in housekeeping was nice also. Look forward to staying here again.

This was a great hotel to stop at. The only issue I had was that the air conditioning was confusing and even the lady at the front desk didn't know how to work it. Breakfast was great and we were lucky that they started an hour earlier than usual because of some people staying there that had to be up very early.

We spent one night at this location. The floors were dirty, after a bath if you walked on the floor you had to wash again because of the dirt. There was only one chair and it was for the desk. There was no way to dress except in the small bath that had the tub and comode. The sink and dressing was open and we had to take our 3 year old out so Papaw could dress. There were 3 adults and one child. We were there on 6-26-2017. The ladies at the desk were very courteous and kind. The breakfast was good. Was very disappointed in the room.

We checked in at 3:45PM then went to my sons ballgames. Its now 10:25PM and we have no towels. Went down to the front desk then called the front desk. They said it would be 5 minutes. 45 minutes later we still have NO towels and no one is answering at the desk. I had to give them one star to add this post… but anyone that has kids that play baseball KNOW how ready they are to shower after coming to the room. Update**I will have to say the young guy at the front desk was very nice and is apparently the ONLY person here. He brought us towels that were still warm. Not sure what the day shift did today but it definitely wasnt preparing rooms. My son went to get the ice bucket to get ice and there was an old bag with melted iced in it. Whoever is in management here should definitely look into their housekeeping.

This had to be one of the WORST places I have ever stayed. I am a very simple, easy to please person but the staff was absolutely horrible with the exception of a few. Ms Ninmah had the worst attitude. Her customer service skills are nonexistent to say the least. Not only did she literally huff and puff in the phone anytime we had to call her which was only for towels and simple questions. She tried to argue about any and everything. We stayed 2 nights and the room was never cleaned when we left and I know to put all personal items away or they can't so I was sure to do so. I found old club crackers under a bed letting me know it hadn't been cleaned properly at all. When I asked why wasn't it cleaned they tried to give me a million excuses and then 3 more ppl came down to complain about the same thing. But I must give credit where its due. Jon or John was GREAT. He listened and fixed the issues that we had when he was there. Very sweet and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to find a better place to grow. Management was very unprofessional and rude as well. I have warned all family and friends to never go here when in the area. Ppl save urself the frustrations. Not worth it.

Very happy with our stay. Staff is extremely courteous and the room is large and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was nice also! Oh — they offer a military discount and it always makes me happy when my husband's service is recognized ☺ The next time that we are coming through, we will be staying again!

Rather clean Hotel, that staff is pleasant and you will often find people socializing in the lounging area. The hotel has a nice atmosphere to it and they offer snacks if you don't want to get out.

Great place, got a government rate that was pretty significant. Some taxes seemed a little ridiculous, like tourism tax. But overall room was nice and clean, breakfast was good. Only complaints were the frozen hard boiled eggs at breakfast and the carpet in the hallway looked pretty horrendous, at least on the 3rd floor. Would recommend.

Avg hotel Nothing special not sure why it was 117 dollars in the middle of Arkansas. Such is life! It's a good clean property with Average accommodations. Just make sure they give you your points or goody bag. Neither one was offered to us. Yes we are platinum members. If your here on business they don't have a desk in every room. Makes it hard to do paperwork with no desk.

Fast friendly check in. The room is small but the bed he's very comfortable. Fairly quiet except for the hallway traffic.

Staff were pleasant. Bed comfortable but bathroom was not cleaned very well. Safety seal on mouthwash was punche'd through when I opened it. Have stayed at much nicer hotels in the area for same price.

I bought rooms for 40 people 5/8 and 5/9. Three of my guests got bed bug bites. One guest had over 30 bites. He had to get creams and pills to stop the itching! This hotel is infected and should avoided.

We were part of a group that played at a soccer tournament in Jonesboro. When we arrived after our games around 6, our rooms weren't ready even though check in is at 3pm. We had a few storms that night and our roof leaked. We had about 1/2 inch standing water when we woke up. We didn't stay for the breakfast. I heard it was good though.

Me and my family had an outstanding stay at Best western plus Jonesboro, Sherry the house keeping lady was "Great" very helpful and accommodating will most definitely be back and will recommend to friends.

Everything was great. Soft, but firm bed. Soft pillows. Good shower. Nice employees, very helpful. Great breakfast. Good value. Would stay here again.

The hotel is fairly new. Approx 3 months old. The overall appearance is very modern. Dark oak furniture. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. However, there are a few kinks that still need to be worked out. My room was missing the table and chairs or maybe a sofa. The elevator is extremely slow. Takes forever for it to move up and down 5 floors. The keyless entry doesn't always work. I had to get a new key 3 separate times in 3 days. Some of the fixtures in the room needs to be anchored better. The ironing board kept falling and the door stop in the bathroom fell off. Towels were clean, bed and pillows fresh. Mini breakfast was OK. Yogurt, waffles, cereal, fruit. Just enough to get you going. The Grab N Go is a nice touch.

My daughter and I had an excellent experience at the Jonesboro Arkansas best western plus. Both of the night host were extremely accommodating and pleasant throughout our stay as well as the morning breakfast attendance which served a full hot bar. Just what the doctor ordered for a 9 1/2 hour drive to come.

This was a very nice, updated, and clean hotel. The room was very nice as well. Breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel in a while. I will definitely be making this hotel a stopping point on our travels through this area.
