Great beds and rooms are large. AAA rate too.

Everyone is super friendly and the rooms are nice.

Check in was ridiculous slow.
The room smelled like mildew.
and my two kids and two of the friends stayed at the hotel to swim and have a mini sleep over amd they charged me for a party cleaning fee.

Clean comfortable room, rooms were a good size and not to crowded.

Just tried to book a room here to take my granddaughter and a few friends as her 16th birthday is Saturday. Was told we don't allow parties. I said they are not having a party just wanted to enjoy a lil indoor pool fun before going to the movies. Was told we could not even bring a birthday cake to their hotel.

I loved my stay. We were greeted with fresh cookies upon arrival. They had an evening break snack at 5pm. The beds were awesome. I will definitely be staying here every time I'm in this area.

Nice room. We booked for the pool. The hours for the pool are 10 to 10. We got in a late thinking of using the pool before we checked out. I have never seen a pool open at 10 so that gives us 1 hour to swim and get dressed and out of room I Will Never Book Here again. Plus the pool was a light green.

It's an older building. The staff is nice. I found mold growing in several areas of the hotel and in my shower.

I haven't been at the hotel long. My first impressions is poor. As I checked in a younger fella helped me out. As I checked in he kept talking to another employee and listening to another on the phone. As I was done checking in I mentioned late check out that choice members have as an option. I just signed up, but on the app all members have this option up to 2 pm. With the hotels permission of course. He quickly stated it's for diamond only. So, I called the hotline and they said all members with the hotels permission, based on availability. I went back since I needed to book an additional night. I asked again and he got defensive with me. I let it go and walked away. I'm on vacation and not going to argue about hotel policy. Room is clean and nice. Another staff even took a luggage cart downstairs for me. She was super nice. That one employee is making this experience less than great.

A little older look BUT, a good stay, comparable rates, good clean rooms and friendly staff with breakfast and a coffee bar.

My children and I were in Jonesboro for state testing the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The hotel is super nice the pool is warm like the hotel says. Hotel is clean. They also offered a small meal at 6. Out standing! We will stay here again and I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Attended several training classes in the meeting room. Seems clean and the staff seem polite and professional. I have never stayed in a room so I have no input on the rooms.

I applied for a job on my family member's request but remained uninformed for 4 months. In the meantime, HR manager also received my phone call indifferently. Today (03/12/'18), I came to know that Hotel Manager reported to her owner that I did not understand English, could not speak bla bla. Hilarious indeed. Instead of being disappointed, I am happy. God helped me to stay away from such dubious environment. So far, the owners were very friendly & hospitable.

Everything was clean and nice! The indoor pool was a hit with my children since it was January. It was easy to get to and in what seemed like the area where most this a person out of town would want to be close to and do.

Pros: AWESOME location. Great restful night. Great prep for our large group. Cons: Cannot call room to room; must go through main desk. Slight musty smell. My room was clean otherwise.

They don't give military discount. Plus I had a State no sales tax form with me they said I don't need it but they still charged us Taxes. The continental breakfast was awesome. They make omlets to order.

This hotel is great. New building so it looks nice. Room is very clean. Comes with plenty of toiletries. Bed is very comfortable. Offers a free breakfast which is above average.

Very unhappy with this location. The staff didn't seem to be very with it as far as the status of cleaned rooms went and the cleaning staff were very loud once my wife and I arrived in our room. We could hear them yelling at each other up and down the hall. The thing that really topped if off for me was the brown water coming from the shower faucet. I am well aware that if pipes are being worked on, this can definitely happen, but a heads up would have been nice. When I tried to alert the front desk of this happening, the phone I tried to use on the desk wouldn't dial out. There was another one by the bed, but both phones should be in working condition. A hundred and twenty dollars for a room that wasn't ready upon arrival, listening to screaming housekeepers, and brown shower water isn't my kind of a good time.

It's time for an update. The facility does not smell fresh. The carpet and furniture are old, dirty, and outdated. I didn't feel like the room was clean. I went out and purchased disinfectant spray. The lobby was decorated nicely and did not compare to the rooms.

Staff was very helpful, even though our reservation was changed without my knowledge and my room was downgraded from what I had reserved, we had an enjoyable stay. The Continental breakfast was as expected and the facility was clean. The indoor pool looked inviting bit I did not pack a swim suit so I did not use it.

I would Like to address Anna's review. My name is Jennifer and I am the General Manager for Comfort Suites in Jonesboro AR. When making decisions for this hotel I have to think of all of our guest. The condition of the room when you checked out, there was absolutely no way I could've had someone stay in that room without having the carpet shampooed and the room deep cleaned. Once we shampoo the carpet we have to leave the room unoccupied for at least 24 hours so that it can dry. We have to take into account the cost to have the carpet cleaned and the lost room revenue. If any guest purposely compromises a hotel room there is a fee. If someone smokes or takes something from a room etc… This charge was not an attack on you personally. It is a hotel policy. I strive to be a fair person and would never speak rudely to a guest, but I also have to maintain a clean and sanitary hotel. We have not been a pet friendly in over a year. By law we are required to accept service animals. Every front desk employee is trained to ask when someone checks in with an animal. In the case that a service animal did leave a mess their handler would be charged as well.

My family and I stayed here while we were in Jonesboro, everything was exceptionally clean, and the employees and managers were very helpful and kind! Service you don't see much anymore even the guests were very kind… it all comes from the top. Thank you for a great stay. I recommend this hotel highly!

Do not use this facility, I am sure many others are nice but the owner of this one is a royal pain. They will allow you to book for a birthday party if you rent a room then tell you upon payment you can not use pool or any of its amenities with the facility. The railroads quit using them for the the fact they made to many trips in and out. And the railroad had a contract with them. Bad business!

Clean hotel. Well-managed hotel. Good stay here. Rooms are clean. It's a bit hard to get around to eating places, since Arkansas uses access roads a lot. You have to sometimes take a really circuitous route to get to where you want to go. If you stay here, do yourself a favor, and eat at Murdock's Catfish, which is right down the street. Excellent food!

Rented a suite for the evening, it was decent, well located, Hotel Service was excellent. Bathroom had some over spray on ceiling fixtures, Noticed when in the shower. I would always look at Comfort Suites as a desired place to stay while traveling.

Nice property. Big clean rooms and friendly staff. Price was a bit high for a comfort suites but I think it was because of the proximity to the university. Also this is a dry county so no beer or wine I'm the grocery stores.

So we just recently stayed here over the weekend! The room was nice, great service! My only complain was the pool, it was green, smelled like fish, and the ac must have been out cause it was unbearable! 95 degrees in the pool area! We couldn't even let our daughter swim during the day cause we just couldn't bear to set there with her!

For a hotel in a weird logistical location, the rooms and service were great and the the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and the staff allowed my colleagues and I to use the lobby to work after our conference. Little league baseball teams were there and we didn't hear them at all. Great hotel, poor location.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. The bed is a little soft. I slept well all night it was quite a good place to sleep.

Upon arrival I was immediately treated (less than friendly) by the front desk worker. Her name is Susie and her face matches her attitude, Awful. I would not recommend this hotel as a place to relax or be somewhat treated with respect.

I just got off the phone with them. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. The woman who answered the phone was VERY RUDE told me to hold please. I waited and waited and they hung up. Not a great way to get a good review!

Mold smell, in hall and room. Change your damn filters and old ac units… I bet the past reviews are fake. Now I see spider webs and a crack in the drywall (that must be mold area), now I see mold on the peeling wall paper… It got worse, dirty stained towels, falling vent cover, cleaning lady walked in at 9 even with me yelling go away. And I got charged 147.55.

This hotel is definitely a 1 star in service, cleanliness and staff are not friendly or helpful. This hotel is the worst hotel that we have stayed at, and we are staying at hotels every weekend this summer. It started when I booked in and requested a room on the top floor. No effort was made to see if this can be arranged, I was just told that the hotel is fully booked and I guess I just get what I get. What I did get was kids running up and down the room above me all night. Obviously floors are so thin that you can hear every sound made. Then this morning when I requested late check out I was told that this can not be met as they have over 75 rooms checking out. This does not make sense to me at all. Everybody isn't checking out at the same time? I only needed an extra hour. The attitude of the lady at the front desk needs to be addressed as well. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Then the breakfast area needs to be addressed as well. The trash can was so dirty that I cringed when I had to trow something away. Then when we get back to our room at 9:00am from breakfast we got a note under our door that housekeeping was there and because our do no disturb sign was on (our son was still sleeping) our room was skipped. I'm about 99% sure that when I call my favorite place (front desk) I will be told that we missed housekeeping and our room will not be cleaned today. The hotel smells musty, is not clean and needs work to get it to an acceptable level.
