Review of Element Las Vegas Summerlin 3*

Everyone kept commenting about being clean. Black floor, you can't see dirt! My son drop water on the floor (Black Stamp Concrete) and I took the towel and wipe it up the whole towel turn black n black. I started to wears flip-flop. The service is every 3 days before the staff do a full cleaning to safe cost but marketed it as green hotel, smart. :) The staffs at the front desk some are good, but the assistance manager (Brendon) think he owned the place, young group of upper management with no knowledge of family values. He even threaten me about not be able to redeem my point. Like I care to be member of Starwood never benefit me anyway. I have not call Starwood Prefer Guest yet. :) I had issued with my credit card from fraud department, just moved from NY to Summerland and he told me its a felony not paying the bill, I been paying him over $2, 100 USD to dates and my balance was only $300+ UDS, the card was sent to NY address as I asked to sent to the bank is Las Vegas. I told him will catch up the next day with cash he demand I pay in full daily. He had it out to me since the day when I checked in he was asking who gave me a cheaper rate. I made deal with one of his staff and she agreed base on my 15+ nights. He said no one told him while he was the one authorized it. I never had a criminal record and I am Private Equity group manages million of dollars. I been a member of Starwood since 1997 from W, Manhattan while I used to parties and always pay my bills. The book keeper is a puffer on back of the building next my car daily and she drive Chris Rock hater's car. I have 3 little children I don't want anyone smoking next to my stuff. They are not kid friendly b/c they are all young managements, it seem they cater to non kid friendly and should have learn from Las Vegas strip of the 08' financial collapse. Now the entire strip is catering to families to subsidies tourist. Haha. Any hospitality business knows family draw more income look at Disney as tourism designation in US. I been here for almost 3 weeks while waiting for house in Summerland. I am member of Starwood and have been staying in W, Manhattan and wasted ten of thousand in Starwood flagships but flag are still Marriott (I am a Platinum Member there). There are no other extended stay in the are for cooking so we have to choose this one. They are doing good until one day Marriot Residence Inn come to the area and the manage will have to send the enter these management group to Dale Carnegie training course. Lol.
