HORRIBLE customer service. After calling the front desk 4 times and speaking with security regarding very loud, rude and inconsiderate people staying next door, they did absolutely nothing. Mind you it’s 11pm and my family is here for a dance competition. My daughter is in tears because all she can here is our neighbors fighting, dropping the F bomb and there kids screaming and crying. Oh did I mentioned we have to be up at 5:30 am for my daughter to compete in her dance competition. What does security do?!?! Absolutely nothing! Might I add my husband physical went to the front desk 2 times! Will never stay here again. This place is a joke. (Adding on to original post) its now midnight and no changes. My daughter and I are still awake listening to all the craziness.

Their Valet damaged my car almost a year ago, brand new vehicle when we went there for a vacation last July and the valet ran our car into a pole damaging the side passenger door. They acted like it was nothing and have still not paid for the damages. One comp ticket for food, that was it. Management and insurance company have failed!

This place is a gem in Henderson. The spa was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The amenities were top notch and the massage was awesome. We took a stroll around the grounds afterward. If you’ve got kids, the poolside beach was impressive. The adult club pool looked like a great place to party. We headed in through the casino and found a vibrant and exciting playing floor. This place had all of the table games and new electronic version, as well as all of the slots you would want, a keno area, a bingo hall, and a pretty impressive sports book. The restaurants had everything from Fatburger to high end steaks, and there was no shortage of bar choices. If you are driving into town, or want to take a trip South off the strip, I recommend this resort and spa highly.

The good the bad and the ugly. The room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. But the TV was frustrating because of an annoying lag that takes forever to change chamnels, and very few channels at that, so don't even bother. They have movies for 12 bucks, but it works like a slow computer in every room for some reason, according to the engineers. They did fix an annoying flickering switch with tape, however. They also made a valance for us out of paper because the drapes did not reach the ceiling and it worked to keep the parking garage lights out of the room at night. And why are there four HUGE king pillows on the queen beds? We had only one robe in the closet. Good thing we didn't have to fight over it because it only fit me. Lol. The ugly was the view of the parking garage.

Green Valley Ranch is definitely one of the nicer off-strip hotels in the Las Vegas area. The hotel casino property has nice facilities for guests and the pool area is beautiful. I have also been to their spa which was really nice as well. There is a movie theater, food court, and several bars and restaurants to choose from inside the hotel. The 'District' open air shopping center is also right next door to the resort and offers even more options for food, shopping and entertainment. This is definitely a nice option if you want to stay clear of the busy strip on your Vegas trip (It is about 15-20 minutes away. ), and is definitely a favorite amongst locals in the area as well.

Went to Pizza Rock — always quality food and service and this visit was no difference. Bill was great for 2 for how full we were. Felt like the whole crew was there to take care of us. One of the best restaurants you'll find in any Station property.

The casino was very nice. It was quieter than most of the others but I like that. All of the standard games were there. Very relaxed setting. The Ambiance was comfortable the roads were luscious. I thoroughly enjoyed the food court. Every kind of meeting you could want was there. The food places were the same as what you would find out on the street. The prices were high. Much higher than I would usually pay. The buffet was very good. The meeting rooms were very comfortable. If you are looking for a place to relax and do some good gambling. This is the place. I highly recommend this. The quiet or atmosphere was much more enjoyable then the loud raucous noise you get at other casinos. Enjoy yourselves. I did.

What a beautiful pool and spa! The fitness room is great and has everything you need for a good work out. The pool was warm, and my masseuse did a wonderful job. I also enjoyed using the steam sauna. They have everything you need, no need to bring anything except your swimsuit. Loved it!

Great and simple design. The atmosphere can be calm and uplifting. Service is good. Didn't try the food. The pool area is great. I especially like Been Valley Ranch because of its nature-like meets modern style structures.

The rooms are spacious, the food was good, the beds are comfortable, and everyone learned my name during my stay. I felt welcome while strolling the halls and casino. Even when I sat at a table, the dealers took their time explaining strategies on the games. We stayed for almost a week with two connecting rooms. I loved that place and the area was relaxing for me. I'm definitely going to return.

A fabulous casino, hotel and resort. They provide exceptional service, very nice restaurant's for all tastes and a wonderful spa. The pools are very nice, welcoming with great seating, plenty of shade if you want. The table games and slots are plentiful and video poker is 50 fir a full house on the $1.00 machine. Good poker room and large sports book. Nothing wanting.

Beautiful atmosphere. Love the so many selections of games. Very tasty Buffet. Love the bar in the middle. Very nice atmosphere. Nice place to sit and hang out with friends and talk and enjoy drinks. Haven't stayed at the resort yet. Plan to in the future.

Stayed for one night but had absolutely no problems. Staff is very courteous. The look of the resort is glamorous and kept very clean. It was unfortunate the pool was closed but there was a wedding taking place which was fine. Got to enjoy the spa area which is conveniently located next to the fitness center as well. The casino area had some interesting choices and didn't reek too terribly of cigarettes. Dining was superb especially the buffet for breakfast, food did not disappoint nor did we get sick from it. The rooms, though we didn't have much a view which didn't bug us, we're well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious with a walk in shower and a soaking tub. I even enjoyed the fact you could listen to the TV in the other room from the bathroom with a simple switch. Definitely worth the stay for all the amenities you get. Will be coming here more often.

This hotel appeared nice upon first View, but, I must unfortunately say that in the end it seemed more like a tourist trap. Hidden charges and lack of the most basic amenities outweigh the nice decor and surroundings, unfortunately. Upon checking in, we were presented with a surprise $200 "amenity fee"for use of the spa, gym, and pool, even though we had no intention of using any of those. We were there on business. Not only that, but if I did want to use the gym, I would have been limited to using it between the hours of 6 a. M. And 8 p. M. Most other hotels that I stay at have gym hours that are much longer than that, or even 24 hours. The hotel does not even provide free coffee in the lobby or other such basic amenities that even a Motel 6 provides. The "free" internet was painfully slow, and there was no coverage in certain areas.

Nice off the strip casino hotel. Great dining options. Hanks for steaks, good buffet with nice salad bar, pizza rock and many others including food court. Movie theater inside and cute outdoor shopping/dining area just outside the east doors of the casino. 15 or 20 minutes from strip so not a great option if you want to be on the strip every night, but if you have kids or just need one night on the strip, this is a great choice. This place is right on the cusp of elegant and I definitely recommend it.

Me and my husband stayed here booked a suite for our wedding. Our bridal party also booked rooms here. The staff made a comment to my bridesmaid for not upgrading to a suite to her coworker. I guess they get bonuses for getting upgrades. I was requesting a late check out which they charge your fee no matter what. I expressed I got food poisoning and I booked the suite for multiple nights and asked for the fee to be waived the employee on the phone responded “I’m sorry you feel that way” what the f!? I felt like I was talking to cable company customer service not a so called “resort” The valet was also rude to my sister who was driving an older suburban they didn’t believe that she was staying at the resort. She was just trying to drop off our champagne and breakfast for our bridal party suite. They kept trying to direct her to self park instead of helping her. Booking a resort for such an important event you expect the resort staff to be more than helpful and kind. During these events and stay the staff did not show any empathy or professionalism. I think they really need to review the management, the management is allowing employees to be so rude to guests.

Awesome Bar Tenders! Superb Food! Great views! All in one place… Excellent parking, shopping, and outdoor venues. Perfect "Happy Hour" deals and reasonable prices. Fun events for locals :) very pretty place!

I never share reviews and I’m The easiest going person alive but they truly ruined our vacation and slapped us in the face with how they didn’t resolve our (they’re) problem. Here’s the long story. We requested early check in which was verbally confirmed, we got there at noon, the girl told us the prior guests in our room (only suit left) were given a late check out at 12:30 and would be leaving any minute and they would have cleaning start ASAP and she recommended we wait in the lobby or by the pool (in our street close) because it “wouldn’t be long” we sat around and melted by the pool, kept checking back, waited in the lobby, walked around for 4 AND A HALF HOURS! They told us time and time again it will be ready ASAP we kept asking for a manager to perhaps get us a different room (we paid extra for a suit but would have downgraded to get in a room) but the manager was not there and not one person could do anything!? When no one could find us management we called and were told over the phone we would be in our room no later then 3:00. Finally the last lady we talked to said they approved the prior guests again an even LONGER check out time (knowing we had been there waiting) and didn’t leave until 3:09 PM! So we didn’t get in until 4:30 because they had to clean it for over an hour. So we were floored to hear how “courteous” they were to the prior guests at our expense. We had to cancel our day plans because we weren’t able to get ready.

Very nice Casino and great restaurants. I was very disappointed in the room. The rooms are very nice, but it's the details that make a big difference. The hot water would only come out as a trickle. You could also tell whenever someone flushed the toilet or turned on a shower close to your room, because your water pressure and temperature will change dramatically. I sent a review to the location after they sent me a follow up after my visit. I gave great detail and good candid feedback. I was a little surprised I didn't hear back from anyone either apologizing for some of the inconvenience for thanking me for the honest review.

Tip Top Hotel, has a great casino in it and a crazy pool, great gym.

For those traveling and want a good nightly rate this place is amazing. They have shuttle services to the strip for free which is greatly appreciated. The casino floor is really good with a fairly decent variety available. The only suggestion is that on busy nights they open up more table games as it was getting too crowded. The food at their restaurants was great and the room was super clean and was very pleasant to rest in. Also Douglas was an amazing concierge and helped us out a lot on our trip. Thank you.

I went to an educational and sales presentation in one of the meeting rooms at this resort. My rating is not of the resort overall but of my experience on this occasion for this specific purpose. When I went to the main conference and meeting room area in the resort I looked around for a directory of the rooms and for the event room I was seeking. There was a convention for a different company going on. As I was looking for my event the directory was not obvious anywhere and no signs to direct me to my event. There was not an info desk, and the obvious registration desk, which is probably for the event staff, had no one there. It took me a few minutes to find the small directory sign which was not near the entry of the event area lobby. When I saw the name of the room my event was in I began looking around for it. After a few minutes I found an employee of the resort nd asked where that room was. If it was not for the knowledgeable employee I may have given a two star rating, he saved it. The room was in another section of the resort. The physical accommodations of the resort are great. The room was clean and neat. The resort provided filtered water and ice, and note pads and pens for the event. The restroom was not too far and the signage was obvious from the room exit. I had a good event other than some difficulty in finding my destination in the beginning which was frustrating.

Classic cute clean and has many things to see food, bars cinemas good summer pool with sand pretty you have to see it.

Always have a great time when I come here. This most recent time I played slots. Played bingo. Ate at the sushi bar, which was so good. Also saw a movie. My cousins soon had so much fun in the kids p play area too.

This was a beautiful resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was there for a business conference. Conference rooms were very nice as well as the actual rooms. Casino and restaurants were very lively and fun. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate. Pool, spa, and and event space were amazing. Definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice place. There's a casino, not my thing so I'll let others comment on that. Was here for a convention. Meeting spaces are nice and staff is attentive to cleaning up during brakes, food is quite good. Restaurants around casino are nice, food was good, better than I expected from a casino wherever I ate. I haven't tried the buffet yet. Spa and fitness center employees are friendly and helpful, very nice facility, better than I expected for the size of the resort.

Super quiet Casino, very clean the beautiful gardens, the deluxe rooms. Great variety of trade around and accessible restaurants. A beautiful area to take pictures.

Needs more drink server's and my card didn't work in some slots. The staff and food is awesome. Lots of choices of slots machine to play. The best thing is if you are unsure of anything just ask and they are very friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. I have a great time every time I go there.

This resort is absolutely incredible. As a local, I enjoy coming here for their restaurants which are excellent. They also have a movie theater (as do most resorts in Vegas), which is accessible without having to walk through the smoky casino floor (which is unlike most resorts in Vegas). Staff is always friendly and willing to help and can provide great recommendations for lunch or dinner or any other need you may have. I highly recommend this resort during the Christmas holiday since they setup an ice skating rink by their pool and sell Hot Cocoa, Apple Cider, and other holiday eats while you're getting your skate on!

Very convenient stay. There are many items for purchase in your very spacious room. The bathroom had a full-size tub and shower with quality products. The styling is a little outdated, but that may have been intended. Outside of the room the presentation of the resort is excellent. Very clean, except at the casino floor where smoking is permitted. I didn't try the dining options, but it smelled good. Classy place.

This is a resort where I've booked several events. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Catering staff are exceptionally customer oriented. This comes at a cost of course. F&B is not cheap here and no outside food is allowed. AV is also very pricey. Even if you bring your own, you still need to budget for their vendor to supervise any electrical set-up.

Really nice looking casino. Went to the buffet and was really impressed. They have a kids quest with very friendly staff. We left our 4 year old and her 5 year old cousin at the kids quest while we ate and they had a blast for a reasonable price. The kids were able to watch movies play games and play on the jungle gym while we ate. We were able to check on them as much as we wanted and they fed our kids too.

Just got home from a 4 day stay two days ago. Last visit was in 2014, so it has been 3 years between visits This place is a great little gem and is perfect for a resort get away for my wife and I (away from the strip). Staff is friendly in all areas — valet, front desk, casino host, also… Hank's staff treated us like regulars (great food). Rewards are generous and very flexible. The only downside is I feel the video slot variety has not improved and kept up with the times since our last visit. The lobby was updated… just need to keep the gaming entertainment on par.

Personally I must say it is one of the best places off the Strip, recommended in all seasons.

Went to this casino to grab some food and see a movie. We were on time crunch so we had to grab fast food. We got some panda express and it was fresh and delicious. The price wasn't to high compared other locations outside of a casino about a 30cents difference. After that, went to the movies. The screen was nice and clear and sound quality was great. They only have standard chairs and not the comfy recliners. Other then the old movie theater chairs I had a great time.

It has easy access from I-215 and casino is well kept & clean. Large variety of slots and gaming options. Pricing on restaurants and eateries is low to moderate so it's very affordable for locals. There is a lot to do, not only in the casino but in the whole green valley district next to it. Also there's a lot of things to do for kids and the entire family!

Great locals casino! They have good restaurants and buffet has many options. Don't let the fact that it is a bit pricier than Station Casino's other properties deter you. It is money well spent.

We played the table games and the energy level there is quite high. Pit staff was friendly and helpful. Even losing we enjoyed ourselves. Afterward we stopped in at Pizza Rock for their 10:00 pm happy hour. The pizza was excellent and we enjoyed some of the dozens of craft beers available.

This was our second visit to GVR in two years, both times for a business convention. We stayed four nights. The entire facility is elegant, luxurious, comfortable, and beautiful. Very attentive staff. Great food. Nice room. BUT… why does such an upscale resort furnish cheap, rough, single-ply toilet tissue? It makes a very negative statement about the quality standard. I'm surprised to see this in a first-class place. I know that every business has to watch expenses, but this is ridiculous.

Don't book your convention here! This place is so huge, they're completely unconcerned with individual problems. Our room had intermittent air conditioning, so it was uncomfortably hot. They made nice pretenses to fix it, while also breaking the phone so we couldn't call about it again. When I persisted because I hadn't been able to sleep, their service went from pleasant to uninterested. After waiting all day, making numerous requests, propping the door open to admit cool air from the hall way and being first told there were no other rooms available, and finally being offered a room at 1am. They finally moved me to another room. But the final offense was their attitude about returning my prescription glasses which were left in the room. They either could not or just didn't care about helping me retrieve them. I made the mistake of turning in my key early, so I could not go back to get them. Not only would they not help me do that, they would not connect me with their lost & found. Perhaps they don't have one? Whatever their reasons, they simply did not take care of guest needs. I have had to purchase new glasses. My stay there was uncomfortable and inconvenient.

The only reason this hotel got one star was because I had to give it. I picked this hotel to get married at this past June. When I saw the Piazza staircase I fell in love — I knew I had to get married there. My husband and I had never been at this hotel before then due to us not living in Henderson so the area was out of the way for us, no big deal. We met with the Social Catering Services Manager in June of 2014 (the 6th to be exact) and by June 24 decided to sign with her and start planning our wedding. We planned to get married on June 27 2015 so that gave us a year to get everything together. Over the next ten (10) months — we endlessly worked with this catering manager — who was also the wedding coordinator — meeting with her, emailing, calling — whatever we could do to stay in contact and communicate all our wants for our special day. Towards the end of April I received a email (email, not phone call) from her stating that she had resigned and that another lady would be taking over our ceremony/event — that was on April 23rd. Finally on May 10th, I emailed this 'new' event coordinator due to her never reaching out, introducing herself, getting ahold of me — nothing! I know people get busy, but this is your job — I am the customer — I should never of had to reach out first — I am the one paying thousands of dollars to get married here. We set up a meeting date and time to finalize the plans of the ceremony and reception.

Nothing those people are low life managers and CEO Mr fertitta they could care less about the man that had a heart attack outside the tournament area they did not give him no help they kept going on with the slot tournament his loved ones watched him die right there on the. Floor while they went ahead with the free slot tournaments mr fertitta ceo had no response on this matter he could have cared less wow that man's loved ones watched him die right there on the floor all they wanted to do is get the body out of the place so they wouldn't have to do paperwork ask Him to show you the surveillance video of that dayI watched the whole thing happen they stole a million points off my card because I expose this issue.

I booked this room for my daughter and granddaughter for a dance competition: 1. Can't put their signs on their doors (have you never seen sports competitions?!?!?! ) 2. They gave them a king bed room for 4 people (when a double queen was booked) 3. Pool is outside only and is packed 4. Information given for shuttle bus at airport incorrect 5. No free Wi-Fi! SERIOUSLY! For what you charge with the crappy service we've received so far?! Will rate again once the trip is over. You still have a chance to make this right.

Hotel was crowded due to fight night, arrived with family, stayed in non-smoking room, but was blessed to smell marijuana smoke from the neighoring party ALL NIGHT LONG. After calling front desk, we were told, "it is the fight night. " Than 26 days after we arrive home, the hotel charged my account for "incidentals" and an additional night erroniously. It took multiple phone calls and an extensive period of time to be reimbursed for these charges. I would NEVER stay at this resort again, overpriced, rude staff and horrible customer service.

The atmosphere is amazingly comfortable, not to mention ALL the friendly faces in both the casino and hotel, one of the TOP Las Vegas establishments with the most friendliest staff. Gaming is very nice also, they are one of the only casinos that has Lucky Lucky BJ. If you like poker, this casino has some major bonuses and a nice bad beat! Slots are excellent and they have a great rewards program! Food is not pricey and the quality is excellent.

Quaint, clean, and for the price, very unoffensive. GVR is a great place to stay for a trip, meet up with friends, or even detox for a weekend, if needed. Although it sits fifteen minutes from the strip and doesn't host the usual Sin City nightlife glamours, it does make up for itself in quality in relaxation and harmony. GVR continues to rule itself as a very classy setting in the suburban Henderson area, and even though it is not embellished, it really has a great setup, and offers a wide variety of entertainment for both locals, and those from out of town looking to stay on the down low.
