The TownesPlace Suites by Marriott Las Vegas, Henderson Nevada is a wonderful place to stay. My family was coming in to town to celebrate a special occasion. When we arrived there was wine, flowers and a card on the table waiting for us it was beautiful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good.

Hotel management is very lackluster with it comes to making sure employees have the resources, materials, and supplies to do their job.
• Never a set schedule constantly changes and demand they be first
• Failing to provide gloves to protect housekeepers for coming into contact with unwanted liquids or items throughout most of my employment
• With breaking “mop sticks” shorting my equipment of housekeepers. Only 5 sticks had to be shared between 8 or 9 housekeeping staff. Just recently they FINALLY managed to purchase more to equipment staff
• Not ordering proper items that adhere to the MARRIOTT BRAND STANDARDS. Always complaining that our rooms had to be perfect due to audit at any time. But refused to order more conditioner and shampoo for the shower wall dispensers, because they wanted to get rid of the old small bottles to “save money”
• Complaining about budgets and that the housekeepers need to be faster on their minutes when cleaning rooms. But expects us to download an app on our phones (which per policy we are not even supposed to have on us) to report any maintenance issues on the app “Quore” this takes up our times and when I did it. They chief engineer would get upset with me and tell me he already knew of the issue but lacks the proper supplies to perform the work. (apparently no budget for light bulbs and paint.

Clean room. Courteous staff. Great location.

Kitchenettes, large rooms, well-kept. Definitely a good place to stay in the Las Vegas area. Just keep in mind that you are quite the distance from the Strip, so don't plan any walking excursions to get there!

Great Hotel. Friendly Staff and the neighborhood was amazing. Wouldn’t have mind staying a couple more days.

Great location, great staff. We had to stay a few weeks due to our house being sold. I was recommended by a fellow friend about how great the hotel was, equipped with a kitchen. The staff went above and beyond for us, we also had our dog with us and they treated her as there own every morning we left to work. Staff cleans well with the pet rooms and respected our schedule and cleaned when we requested. When it came time to leave we were saddened we loved the staff and the place. I would reccomend here to anyone! They truly care about who walks in the doors. They go above and beyond in all aspects.

I would give it a zero star honestly. I will say it was nice at first and the employees were friendly but once it was time for us to extend our stay the employee working that day told us we couldn't stay there anymore. We had a previous room before but had to leave cause we were gonna do a different hotel but couldn't so we went back here got a room then tried to extend and they said no because we "destroyed" the place. It's 5 adults and 4 emotional support dogs that don't tear up anything except cardboard and toys, plus we forgot a pillow that means the world to us and they told us that nothing was left behind. They've been living to us a lot so you cant trust them.

Honestly, the hotel was pretty nice. The toilet in the room made a terrible squeal every 45 minutes that made it so my wife couldn't sleep for more than those 45 minutes at a time. I told katie at the front desk and she fixed it right away!

A Fantastic hotel in a very good location! We had an excellent stay and I was counting on that anyways, being it a Marriott. Then we were greeted by Karla who went above and beyond expected and made our stay a very pleasant stay. We had an unusual request and Karla made it happen somehow (Thanks Karla! ), and it only got better after that. We stayed there two nights, and we will be returning for sure when we are back in the area. Wish every hotel was like that!

Excellent Hotel nice staff clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location especially if you have family in Henderson or are doing anything on Lake Mead. Also not bad if you want to head downtown or to the strip. Excellent place to stay if you want to get out of the Smoky casino hotels.

This is a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here for a week back in April and it was nice and quiet. The 2 bedroom suite is nice and cute. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The little kitchen in the room came in very handy. This will probably be our hotel for future stays as well.

What can I say all the Marriot TownePlace Suites or any of the Marriott Suites are the best value in the nicest rooms for your money. Most of them have laundry facilities gyms and very nice pools and spas they also have breakfast and the morning with eggs pancakes sausages bacon good coffee juices Etc I recommend any of the Marriott hotels suites anybody traveling or Extended Stay.

Extremely nice staff, went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Very clean and roomy. Definitely worth staying there.

My stay has been fantastic. The room is very nice and we'll appointed, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous, and the location is Central to everything I want to so.

Nice and cozy hotel located in Henderson. Staff is super friendly and rooms are well equipped. They are also pet friendly.

Spacious Suite with nice kitchen. Close to shopping center with lots of variety of restaurants, banks and grocery stores. Green Valley Resort 10 minutes away.

Great place! Amazing staff. Decent breakfast and cookies later in the day. Good coffee. Nice pool. Great suites!

Very nice hotel. No issues, we were only there one night but we will be returning in June as it made enough of an impression on us.

My parents in law came to visit us from California and there room was veary nice and staff was amazing we too my little one swimming.

Clean and quiet at night. Good gym with free weights and cardio machines. Great place to stay.

They removed the pull out couches so you cannot sleep more than two people now. The new luggage carts don’t hold half of what they used to and after 30 seconds using the new carts, my ice chest slipped off and fell on the ground spilling all my stuff. You need two hands for the carts so good luck to parents holding kids, ppl in wheelchairs or using canes. You will feel my pain. Probably my last stay without the extra hide a bed. Adios.

Great staff, nice rooms, great location in Henderson. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was like our own little apartment. We're going back next week and even though we'll have a smaller room, we are still looking forward to it. Plenty of parking but you are your own bellhop so be prepared.

Very friendly staff! Greeted very friendly by everyone we met. Kids loved the pool.

Love this place! The staff is super friendly! The amenities are fantastic! Stoves in your room. Gas grills by the pool. Perfect for business trips.

Springhill suites across the parking lot have more modern rooms but this hotel is nice overall. Breakfast is just ok but opportunity to work out at gym (free) nearby is really nice. Great location, descent rates.

Most friendly front desk lady ever and cleanest hotel This bed is soooooo comfy.

Comfortable room and good breakfast which made for good quick stay.

Heated pool! Great for fall and winter swimming. Coffee was good and strong enough. Complete breakfast is provided, but if you're really in an extended stay, it's very groundhog's day. My room was in very good condition. Walls are well insulated. I was located next to the elevator and never heard it.

The rooms are set up for extended stay but even just for one night it was nice to have a microwave and dishes. There was a fridge and freezer in the room too that was nice and big. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! If I did complain about anything it would be that the room wasn't very sound proof … people got in late and made a lot of noise in the hallways and in the room above ours. Bring earplugs — mine were able to drown out the noise.

This is a Great place for families, in a quiet neighborhood away from the strip, with a 24/7 gym. The two bedroom suite had three beds for only $161 per night. Amazing value!

It was a very pleasant stay at the town Place suites by Marriott they serve breakfast in the morning it was well worth the price.

Wonderfully spacious, the two separate bedrooms are great. Room was clean and felt great with the heat wave while we were there. Breakfast was good, serving area is a little tight but overall it was a good stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Was passing through Las Vegas on way home to Phoenix. Didn't want the crowds of downtown, so found this Marriott in Henderson. Very modern and laid out. Good place to stay for a short or moderate stay. Breakfast buffet was well done. Several restaurants in walking distance and many others a short drive away. Near the Interstate, but not right on it — it was quiet.

Very comfortable rooms. We had a two bedroom suite which is great when traveling with kids. This room had a kitchenette which is helps save money from not having to eat out as much. There is also a hot breakfast in the mornings, the options are limited but most people should be able to find something to eat. The downside is that the breakfast area is very small and people tend to hoover around, especially if they are waiting for waffles. They block the area and eat around all the food, it's gross and inconsiderate, but not the hotels fault.

We had a room with a full kitchen which was wonderful. Clean and quiet room with lots of amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property appears to be fairly new. Easy on and off the freeway. We would definitely recommend this property.

Room was great, breakfast was nice, the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of driving.

Really enjoyed the place, you get complimentry access to EOS fitness across the street, hotel does have fitness room but its small and good for cardio only, and they serve breakfast from 7-10am every morning. Let's get to the room part, room was pretty spacious with kitchen and refrigerator. Spacious closet.

Rooms are very clean but just a tadbit outdated. The staff is super nice, friendly and more than helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beds are so uncomfortable! Furniture in the room was torn and had writing on it. Front desk needs better training on customer care and service. Negative talk about customer issues that can be heard from the breakfast area. Breakfast attendant and housekeeping staff were very kind and hospitable. I thank them for their professionalism! Won't be staying here ever again. Very disappointed and disgusted!

Very poor experience at this location. Traveled out for CES with a group from my office. We had confirmed reservations. When I arrived to check in at the hotel, I was told that the hotel had double-booked and that we were being moved to the "Gold Strike" casino in Jean, NV (another 30 minutes outside of Vegas). The Gold Strike is a one-star relic on it's best day. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of nowhere adjacent to a prison. Our rooms were dirty and the hotel itself was smoky and generally gross. The GM at the TownePlace Suites apologized and urged me to contact Marriot Customer Care. I sent them my reservation info as they requested. At this point it's been three days and I still haven't heard from anyone. Please think twice before you book here. You could end up in the middle of no-where in Jean, NV.

Nice basic hotel in Henderson. Got a suite room for some extra space for the kids. Check in / out was quick and easy and the staff was always nice.

Check in was fine, very friendly front desk woman, we told them we were in a hurry as check in was at 3, and we had a wedding to go where we had to leave by 4. Came back from the wedding at 11/11:30 at night. The toilet was still running and the bed was as hard as a rock. My boyfriend has scoliosis and cannot sleep on something like that without his back hurting, so I went to the front desk and told the man about the toilet still running and asked if there might be a different room with a softer bed, I was completely willing to pay an upgrade fee if need be. He proceeded to tell me that "all of the beds are basically the same, so no I'm not going to change your room. As for the toilet, the chain probably came off, just open the tank lid and put the chain back on". I was absolutely appalled. This was our vacation, I shouldn't be fixing a leaky toilet! And furthermore, you didn't have to be so rude about the bed! I asked to speak with a manager and was met with, "she doesn't come in until 8 tomorrow. Guess you'll have to deal with it until then! " And a stupid little smirk! Had breakfast in the morning, not bad considering most continentals just include cereal anymore and went to check out. There was no good morning or how was your stay, just a girl that was interested in only getting us away from her table.

Very nice and relatively new hotel. Efficient reception. An extra room was no problem. From our room, we could well see the skyline of Las Vegas. Price / performance is true.

This is a great hotel! From location and price, to modern amenities and customer service. We received a sincere welcome by Josh at the front desk as soon as we arrived. Josh was extremely professional and courteous. He very much went above and beyond to take care of us. The hotel itself is only 6yrs. Old and in great condition. They have a nice pool and over-sized hot tub. Likewise they have a full laundry room for those on extended roadtrips. The hotel is just one exit away from Green Valley Ranch, giving you access to a great outdoor mall with all kinds of eating choices. I am a longtime Marriott member and have traveled all over the country in my career. I must say my experience while at this hotel should be the benchmark for all hotels. Thanks again for a great stay, and you will be my first choice again for an off-strip hotel when visiting Vegas!
