Loved the staff! so wonderful can't wait to stay again they are all so helpful 🥰

Checked in on December 8, 2021 @ 6pm and was put in room 168 which feature 1 queen bed w/ a nice little patio looking out to the pool/ courtyard. This courtyard is conveniently located near numerous of shopping & restaurants. The hotel even offered an on-site enterprise car rental as well as the courtyard bistro (which serves Starbucks). The bistro here was really limited unlike most courtyards I stayed at in the past and only offered select drinks with 0 food options. As Marriott usually isn’t my go to, I couldn’t had been more pleased with how well this stay went. The entire stay was amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Great location and check in desk gave us outstanding service. She explained every detail the hotel had to offer. She also called to make sure our room was to our satisfaction. The room itself was decorated very tasteful and modern. The king bed was so comfortable. Would definitely come back or stay at other Courtyards in the future.

Called the hotel repeatedly for 10 minutes before someone would answer. Was told they had a shuttle service that would come pick up at the Las Vegas airport. 43 minutes later! And not that it was just 43 minutes until someone came to pick me up, I repeatedly called for 25 minutes straight with NO ANSWER! … I wish I could change my reservations now as I am totally upset, aggravated, and annoyed beyond belief right now. I ask the driver what the deal was and he said he does a daily run at 330 and didn’t get told about me until then… 15 minutes after I had already called… & I asked him if hotel was crazy busy since no one would answer the phone, he said no, and that a couple other guest complained about the same thing of no one answering the phones. If I can help it, I won’t be staying in a Marriott for a very long while unless someone contacts me personally to make this right.

We stayed four days the week of July 16th. The beds are very comfortable and the front desk staff was amazing. Whenever I call for extra towels, or to have the room cleaned, it was done in a timely manner. If I ever go back to Vegas, I would definitely stay again. But I wish they offered free breakfast.

I stayed at your hotel the weekend of June 23 and the weekend of June 30. During both stays I had various issues with Rick at your front desk. Although he was pleasant anything I asked for did not get done. The weekend of June 23 I asked for extra towels and did not get any until I had to ask later that evening. By the way your evening gentleman who runs the desk is AMAZING! The weekend of June 30 I asked for my room to be clean and it took over 2 hours before Rick did anyth…ing or lack thereof. I finally had to go ask housekeeping myself to get my room cleaned. I asked housekeeping if they were notified by the front desk and they said no. Later in the stay I once again asked Rick for extra towels. Did I receive them? NO! I am beyond frustrated with Rick and his lackadaisical approach to customer service. Your hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a good location. I'm disappointed because I was looking for a hotel to stay at over the weekends throughout the Backstreet Boys residency. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My favorite place to stay. I usually stay across the street Marriott. Great service here.
We like the free breakfast so next booking back to free breakfast.
But this place is a great back.
