This Henderson Location Radiates Love, Good Prices, Free Breakfast, Awesome.

I requested a receipt be sent twice. Both times the front desk person could not even get my email written down to send it. After being on hold for 15 mins I gave up. Hopefully the night shift is more competent.

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

The Hotel is great. They have happy hour every evening in a piano bar setting, nice clean modern rooms and are at least serving a continental breakfast in the morning with coffee and juices. Definitely a great value.

I will continue to book here. Close to everything and staff are quick, helpful, thoughtful, and courteous. Thank you for making me feel at home!

helpful. When I couldn't make my original reservation they happily switched it for me. I felt valued as a guest and very safe there. They couldn't have been any better! 10 out of 10 stars.

People working here were so nice & pleasant. Every afternoon, someone plays the piano so lovely. This place is walking distance to walmart and other restaurants.

My husband and I were very comfortable here. His family was able to stay here as well. My husband and his Nephew were able to spend time together in the pool!

The stay was nice but nothing spectacular. I didn't find the bed very comfortable and the room was ok. The staff was extremely friendly though. That gives them some points.

The cooler and all the squeaky doors hinges were so annoying and SO LOUD! Couldn't sleep straight through the night from the noise. Breakfast had a lot of options but didn't taste very good. Nip vent in the bathroom (at least maybe was one but didn't work) bathroom couldn't vent after someone used the bathroom and it made the whole room stink. Could have been a better stay if these problems were fixed.

It was a good location right across the parking lot to sunset station. Complimentary water for all guests and live piano music on certain weeknights. Was a pretty nice hotel to stay in for the price.

I am sitting in the room late at night being kept awake by a concert being held next door. They did not provide any adequate warning or tell us when we checked in. Our room is on the side nearest the concert and the sound is very loud. The staff is not helpful and just wants to pass out cheap earplugs. From talking with them it appears that this occurs occasionally without any warning. I would leave in the middle of the night, but have no where else to go. I have stayed at Comfort Inn's all over the US and this is the worst experience I have ever had at one.

Better than I thought. The staff was nice, they had warm cookies and drinks at 7, and the rooms were a lot cleaner than I expected. The only down side was the shower water temperature would insistently get very hot and the bathroom did not have a fan so it was very humid. Will definitely keep this in mind for next time.

It's quiet, near to lots of stores in Henderson. Not a slot machine on the premise which is a good break from the main strip. Overall this is a good family hotel. Breakfast is pretty good as well.

Hotel is always very well take care of. Staff is super friendly and always accommodating. They have a piano night, cookies, and breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Henderson.

Very nice hotel. Very clean rooms. If you like vegas, but not the casino hotels. This is a clean safe place to stay. Pleasant staff.

This was a really nice hotel. Good location, nice room, service was pretty bad though. I was talking to the representative there and she said it would be 80 something dollars and they kept trying to authorize my card to the point where I had to call my credit card company to stop them. I'm pretty sure the employee there was new and didn't know what they were doing so I'll give them a pass on that. The room was really nice and clean, Smelled great bathroom was nice would most definitely stay there again. I rate this hotel a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 :D.

Nice friendly welcome. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. They had some live piano music, for their social night. Which I thought was cool.

Awesome staff! The ladies at the front desk who checked us in were very helpful and friendly. All smiles and left me feeling important and special. Room is very clean, stocked and spacious.

Just like any other standard hotel of the chain. Clean rooms, good breakfast, ample parking. Walls are a little thin, so, you may hear people of they are being loud in the hallway. That’s the only downside, but a good place to stay if you want to be away from the strip. Closer to a lot of restaurants and main roads.

This hotel is one of the jewels in Henderson, a suburb of Las Vegas. Two years ago we stayed there. One again, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good and presented well You will want to take the breakfast hostess home with you. If management reads this. You need new mattresses and pillows:)

Besides the fact that there is an outdoor pool which by the way is not heated there is an outdoor jacuzzi with super powerful Jets. That is heated. Complimentary breakfast from 7 to 10 or 6 to 10 is complete with make yourself your own waffles fruit and other condiments. Starbucks is approximately 4 minutes away down the same street. Sunset casino is directly across the street within walking distance. And palm trees line the outside of the pool. It is a 100% non-smoking establishment. However, there are designated smoking areas outside.

If you are visiting Vegas… Then stay here! A bit away from the strip but nice and quiet… Great pool… Great breakfast and in the late afternoon… A guy plays the piano. Clean and friendly!

Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. We came for a baseball tournament with several teams and were treated greatly. Great place to stay.

The staff is amazing. The Manager was one of the nicest women ever. The continental breakfast is better than most. The room was clean and well taken care of during my stay. The only thing I would take out is the piano player during happy hour. Happy hour was awesome, but the piano made it weird. All in all… I will definitely return.

The staff was incredibly friendly at our late night check in. They were fun and welcoming, and made sure to tell us all about the amenities and gave us cold waters. It was one of the best check in experiences I've had. I would highly recommend this hotel again. It was clean and quiet and breakfast was included.

Was checked in by a very personable clerk, had a wonderful night's rest, a good breakfast and an easy check out. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Just another hotel. Front desk staff was outstanding! But that was really the best part. Bed was not as comfy as I would have hoped. Nice bathroom. A bit noisier than expected. Elevator also makes scary noises. Overall, would probably spend $20 in the future to stay with the Hampton/Hilton family.

The room was so clean you can smell. The front desk guy was so nice that He give my 4 years old a goody bag and we arrived like 11pm. And was everything perfect.

The rooms and amenities are what you would expect for the chain. Big pluses go to the virtually spotless room we had and the nice breakfast in the morning. Also, customer service was fantastic — the man who checked us in on the night of our arrival deserves a raise. Good choice.

Had a great room with 2 queens. Very clean. Very spacious. Continental breakfast was kept filled so there were lots of options. It was a quick stay for us, but I'd definitely return. Pool looked enticing.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I had the room right across from the elevator, and it wasn't as loud as I was afraid. The breakfast was the standard, and I was full. The staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for work. Best of all, no casino to navigate, and I was able to park near my room. Perfect for business guests and families avoiding a casino.

Comfort Inn, Henderson, Nev. Is a top choice in the mid-level lodging category. However, the sound of feet stomping from the floor above, and the marginal breakfast won't let you forget the limitations at this price point. The staff, like the facility, are better than they have to be. Zack, at the front desk, is excellent. Re the facility, the pool has this fantastic little cave structure that kids love. The palm tree landscaping adds to the desert island effect. Sunset Station is next door. Wal Mart & 99 Cent store are across the street. The only thing missing was a bathroom fan — but they do have bathroom mats. (Why are some hotels without those!? ) Use the SUNSET exit off of the 515 Fwy. Use the Sunset Station as your landmark.

Was recommended by my sister. They had enough parking for our moving truck and tow, and were even nice enough to give us a room facing that lot so we could keep an eye on our stuff. Plus breakfast in the morning! Awesome!

On Sunday night there was NO parking. One moving truck was occupying 7 spaces and another truck was in 4 spaces. I advised the clerk that I had to park on the side of the building. She said that I would have to park in a dirt path area near the hotel. There was no lighting and that area would be a theft hazard for my car! The staff needs to make sure these large moving trucks park somewhere appropriate or pave and light more parking spaces. I have stayed at this location regularly since 2012… not anymore!

Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms, good location near Vegas. Affordable prices.

My family and I has spent two weeks here and every day was really good had no issues with anything. Staff is able to work with you on your needs, internet is descent and Breakfast is really good. If you are driving and stooping overnight or looking for a place to hold up for a week this is the place to be.

Beds were hard which is the main reason for this rating. As far as 3 star hotels go this one is a good bet. Breakfast was limited too. Hotel was very clean and doesn't have smoking or pets so great for people looking for a clean room. Staff polite too.

Great location clean rooms easy access to main roads and minutes from the Strip! Free breakfast was included too :-)

We had a good experience here. Our room was clean. The hot breakfast was great. Obviously an indoor pool for the kids would have been nice, but we knew that going in.

Excellent breakfast and pool, clean rooms. We stayed for one night after our flight into Vegas to start our vacation. Sunset Station casino was within walking distance and the area had easy access to shopping and restaurants, and anything we needed for our trip though the area.

Very nice place to stay away from the noise and crowd of the strip. Nice updated rooms. Comfortable. Great helpful friendly staff. Would happily stay here again.

I loved it! I stayed 4 nights in Aug 2015 while attending a convention. This is where I will stay again in 2016 and anytime I am in the area! The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating! It is close to many restaurants and shopping and very reasonable priced! A 5 Star Hotel, in my opinion. The hot breakfast was perfect and the evening happy hour with live entertainment was hands down, the best ever! I highly recommend this Hotel! I travel a lot for business as well as pleasure and have yet to find another hotel that even comes close to the AWESOME experience I had during my stay!

Low-key awesome. Better than the nearby casino hotels for a good rest! 100% cigarette free, fresh linens = great sleep.

The air conditioning units sound like semi trucks. WE got 3.5 hours sleep. The bed was hard as rocks. Best idea? Sleep in your car! Cookies? They made 30 for 300 people. The desk clerk told us he didn't get one either. Really? Comfort Inn? Not for us.
