Great service clean and spacious rooms!

The Front desk evening guy was amazing, Helpful and kind as well as service, Price and quality of food at Rachel’s Kitchen off lobby… There was no question he either couldn’t answer or find out for us, I enjoyed my stay and can’t say enough that this was perfect for Business in Vegas and lil off strip but next door to Sunset Casino so if lil Business/Fun it was still great and remained a quite and Safe refuge from Vegas Night Hustle and right off main interstate next to Airport… GREAT STAY!

I was told I only have a few months to live yesterday. So my loving son Jeremy had already reserved the room for us, so that I could get some real rest & relaxation. He has achieved his goal, I feel great!

Small comfortable hotel, personnel is extremely nice and helpful. Swimming pool is wonderful. I will definitely will come back.

This was a fantastic hotel to bring Corona High School Girls Basketball team. Many thanks for your clean rooms, refreshing pool and refreshment station. We loved our stay!

A very nice clean environment I happen to stay at this location for 2 weeks while on business. Management was very courteous and answered all of my questions. Rooms were always nice, neat, and tidy. This is a great location for shopping and restaurants at walking distance also has a nice outdoor pool and hot tub.

Elegant Hotel. Quiet night sleep. Lots of HBO channels. Too close to Sunset Station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Worst experience ever! My car back windshield got broken in and they stole over $3, 000 in equipment. There was no cameras in the hotel to record this whatsoever and the hotel didn’t care either! Today I received a call from the Hilton hotel manager in Henderson and to add more fuel to the fire he only offer me a complementary night and and advise that next time don’t leave items in my car! of course I told him he can take that night and offer it to whoever is been breaking in that hotel! They been stealing from cars in that hotel already multiple times (an employee told us)! I told the manager that they should tell other guest that the parking lot is not secured! His answer was that if they do that nobody would stay at the hotel! Maybe they also receive a profit on the item stole from the parking lot!

I tried to make a reservation for a direct bill account for a very large municipally utility. We make reservations there regularly. I spoke to a William who stated that he could not find our account. I know we have an account as we just had a large group of personnel stay there LAST WEEK. I was literally in one of the rooms personally. After repeated attempts to find the account, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then auto transferred to their corporate office (who knows where that is) and was asked if I had contacted the hotel directly. I said I was on hold and didn't know how I had been transferred. James tried to transfer me back to this location. I was put on hold again. I hung up, called the Hampton Inn a block away, made my reservations within 2 minutes and was done; Vianey was fantastic. If Hilton corporate is reading this, I will avoid making reservations here at all costs and actually try to deter others within my organization from doing so if I am asked. Please train your people.

This is my "home away from home"! I stay in Vegas a week a month and this place is fabulous! All the first representatives know me and greet me like a friend. I don't mind being away from home when I have this environment in which to stay!

We intended to stay at the sunset station, but ended up going with the Hilton to save a few bucks. Such a better choice! It was a beautiful hotel — clean rooms and grounds, friendly service, comfortable rooms, safe and nice area of town. We didn't even miss continental breakfast (which is hard to come by in Vegas anyways) — they had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and fresh fruit available in the lobby. There are lots of excellent shopping options near by, and only a short distance from the strip. We highly recommend this Hilton!

So far so good. Clean, friendly,,, convenient good food and bar. Parking can be tricky but overall a great location for sightseeing on and off the strip.

Nice hotel, good location, great staff and close to dinning and stores. Like most Garden Inn hotels this one is clean and well maintained. Better TVs and a larger pool and I'd give it 5 stars.

Good hotel. Quiet rooms and good location. Breakfast at the restaurant if you have a coupon is a little weird and restricted. But other than that recommended.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Very clean with a tasty break fast. I worked night shift while in Vegas and this hotel was dark and quiet.

Great, clean hotel. Good price. Restaurant and bar on side. Good location, close to casinos, restaurants. Vegetarian friendly food in hotel. Nothing for Vegans though.

Clean rooms and great staff. The location is next to sunset station casino and hotel with bowling and a movie theater. It is about 15 min from the strip and it's the best amount of distance!

Hotel was clean. Rooms a were also clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions regarding the stay. The breakfast options were above average, though the food itself was average. Access to local attractions and the freeway was easy and travel time to various destinations was good. I would have no problems staying again.

Clean room, nice little restaurant/Starbucks type area. Food was good, room was a little small, but hotel was convenient and kept up.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Many things to do nearby. Shopping is great at The Galleria Mall. Sunset Station Casino is within walking distance. Play pool, get a drink or dinner across the street at Sierra Gold. There is a restaurant inside the hotel but I did not get to experience it.

Update: I'm changing my review to five stars bc the pool appears to be working this morning, restaurant was very good, and restaurant said they would serve until 10 a. M. Hotel is nice and clean, and people are very polite and helpful. I would suggest officially changing breakfast hours, on all signs and instructions at check-in. Overall, I do highly recommend!

Nice clean place. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool and hot tub, lobby coffee, tea and iced water. Lobby has plenty of comfortable seating if you want to get out of your room. Good food at Rachel's kitchen. Outside sitting to eat if you want.

The hotel was cozy and clean. I am usually not one to leave reviews for hotels but I had such a great stay that I had to leave a review. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. If you are in the Henderson area for work, I definitely would recommend the Hilton Garden.

Second time at this location. It is pretty standard for the Hilton Garden Inn brand. No complaints. Clean and well maintained.

Location is a little off but the lobby was nice and comfy. Didn't stay in the hotel. Was there for an event. But overall was a great experience for the event.

Spacious regular room. Lots of outlets at the desk and nightstand. Flat screen TV and AC. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortable and clean. I'd stay here again.

Very mediocre by Hilton Garden Inn standards. Room needs serious maintenance; free breakfast at Hampton Inn chain locations better than the free one from the little cafe here; expensive ($240 night) ; staff is not rude but they don't really care that you're here, either which is fairly typical of Las Vegas in general but not normally of Hilton.

Rooms were clean. Location was good. Busy area, but plenty to walk to. Morning breakfast was gone before 8:45 AM. Just a few pastries and apples left.

Very nice hotel. My husband and I loved the attached restaurant, Rachels. We seriously ate there every meal for the 2 days we were there. The ice water in the lobby was a very nice touch too. Staff was friendly. Overall, we had a great stay!

Lovely clean room. Queen bed and shower in bath. Well stocked bathroom supplies. Asked for more shampoo and it was not a problem. Stayed overnight for a show in Vegas. Great location. Staff great. On site restaurant ok for a quick meal. First time here from Australia. Close to our next stop Hoover Dam. Aussies this place is good.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. I stayed here for a manufacture certification training in the conference room here. It is nice too as well as the restaurant attached to the lobby. Plenty of parking here and easily seen from Warm Springs Rd.

A great place to stay just outside of Vegas. Nice parking areas, that are clean and well lit. The staff was friendly, helpful, inviting and accommodating. One gentleman at the desk was particularly helpful, getting us matches and holding my (4 year old) son's attention while we prepared our room for a little birthday surprise. He took a picture of our family all together and even gave the children a popsicle before leaving. It was quiet, well managed and a delight.

Great Hotel. Clean and Modern.

I've stayed here a few times great rooms, very clean, great staff. Only problem I had was being able to get in the gym and the pool area the room keys never work always have to ask staff to open it for you, as well as they don't have the continental breakfast like the other hotels. That's a BIG no no I would stay again because of the friendly staff and cleanliness and location. But, for the price you pay they should offer the containtal breakfast.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. + for having a microwave and a fridge. In a nice area with lots of shopping nearby.

This hotel is excellent. Its located close to the expressways and attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is efficient and friendly.

First of all at check in the front desk was empty. After a couple mins a girl by the name of Samantha comes out from the back room very unprofessional checks us in. I ask for extra blankets and pillows. We went out there was still no extra pillows or blanks so I go down to the front dest which is empty again then a guy comes out from the back room he saids nothing to me I ask if he works there his response am not on the clock. I ask him for the pillows & blanks. I ASK 2xs never got it. At check out I told the girl how bad are stay was and she could careless. Definitely never staying there and Don't recommend at all!

It was my first trip to Vegas and this hotel was the icing on the cake. Everyone at the front desk was always in a good/welcoming mood, day and night. I even arrived a few hours early and the front desk got the house keepers to clean a room early and switch my room to the new clean room. And Milam was very courteous and gave me a few drinks on the house, just to make up for not having any extra tooth brushes. All the floors looks freshly cleaned everyday of my stay. Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to satisfy my every need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Made Reservations (so I thought) even received a confirm # — They manager said they could not get the rate that was posted even after there Central Reservations confirmed price. Talked with 2 different managers and would not give the price that was quoted. Soccer tournament in town so they jacked the prices. What a rotten outfit.

Clean nice hotel. Nothing flashy but comfortable beds, friendly staff… can't go wrong.

Room and front desk service was very nice. Breakfast was a mess plus one of the employees wiped crumbs off the table right into my daughters lap. This particular employee seemed very annoyed with the guests.

Decent hotel. Friendly staff. Beds are kinda uncomfortable.

We spend 4 nights in the hotel we enjoy our staying clean rooms, friendly staff and my kids love the pool nice place HAPPY FAMILY thanks.

Pros: 1. Air conditioner works wonderfully 2. Beds are so soft and comfy 3. Staff are friendly 4. The food is actually pretty good at the breakfast hall 5. Blinds are thick and can be fully closed to really get a nice dark room primed for resting 6. Plenty of plugs to utilize Cons: None that I can think of The Bizarre: 1. Bathroom floor is sprayed with some plastic-esque coating which sticks to your feet after a short period of standing in the bathroom. It's really odd.

I loved our overall stay there! Our room was comfy and the beds were great! We definitely are going to be regulars whenever we choose a hotel again. Customer service is awesome.
