Fun environment with decent food at the cafe. Better parking than going down to Vegas. Nice assortment of games. The only real downfall is it smells like cigarettes every where inside but what can you expect in Vegas, I suppose.

Just so everyone is clear, its whatever they charge per night PLUS $100! 40 of which you dont get back. Biggest ripoff I've ever seen. What a joke! So I was charged 41.00 last night at check in and then at 3 am this morning I was charged an additional 30 bucks. Front desk said they don't know why I am complaining as they could have charged me 100, even though there is no room damage. They are not holding your card info in the event of damage, they are charging you however they seem fit and then reimbursing you sometime in the near or maybe distant future. Who knows. This is common thievery.

I love going to the fiesta. The employees are always great and it's kept very nice and clean. We really enjoy the movie theater there. The popcorn is awesome and the drinks are mixed perfect. And the best part is all movies are only $8.00 NOW! BEST MOVIE DEAL IN TOWN!

Stopped, gambled and stayed the night in my semi for decades when traveling through Henderson. But now with the new GM truckers are no longer allowed to sleep in there trucks on property. But you can park, go in and eat and gamble. But can’t rest in you truck. All they want is your money and to hell with your rest. After you’re done spending money in the casino and restaurants you must ether rent a room or leave. Way to go Fiesta/Station Casinos. I won’t darken any of your casinos again.

Mistakenly booked Fiesta Rancho instead of Fiesta Henderson. Renee from reservations was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She was able to cancel one reservation and book a new one at the correct hotel in a matter of minutes while getting the approval not to charge me a cancellation fee. I’m very grateful and appreciate her assistance. We love staying at the station casino chains. They are affordable, clean and great customer service. Thank you!

Fiesta is fantastic. Brian at the front desk. Bill, Wahed and Rachael at the craps area. The the dealers Rick, Robert and Orville are great. Fuego… super steakhouse… will be back!

Love Fiesta! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Drove past the Strip to the Fiesta to spend the 3 hours before our flight. Never a disappointment! 👍🏻🍾🏆

This was a clean hotel and casino. Has lots to choose from. Gaming area is great. Has lot of food to choose from for those picky eater. Has a large area for parking easy off and on to the freeway. The cocktail server did not come around after other people said no to not wanting any drinks. Bar tender was great. He and she were very friendly and was understanding how to make mix drinks.

Convenient for locals. Slots, race book, Starbucks, Regal Theatre, etc. Never too busy. Have been going for years, always have friendly service. I've been to their sit down restaurants and the quick food court options. Always good food and service.

Rooms are super tiny and resort fees aren’t worth the stay. The pictures online are far more appealing than the hotel in real life. There are no refrigerators in the rooms but are available for a daily $10 fee. Smoking is allowed everywhere so not ideal for pregnant women. Pool is much smaller in person and only goes to 4 or 5ft. There was ample parking areas though.

Does she has does a decent place to go gamble, but they aren't big on hosting players or paying attention to those who go through thousands at a time. It happened to me my husband wants. You must have lost well over $5, 000 there and they were unable to comp him a night there. They said they weren't paying attention and he should have used his card. Well that makes sense, it was clear that he was playing a lot. Kept yelling checks play… It's not like it wasn't noticeable. I feel like because they have the rewards card they ignore those players that may not understand how that works. Overall though the casinos decent and the rooms are pretty good too. Worth going to if you're not looking for something high-end and you're not a high roller.

She was very friendly. Subway was great too. Room seemed clean and comfortable. Just before bedtime though the hallway reeked of weed which I can't stand. Morning was fine until I went to Starbucks where I was discriminated against by a very rude lady. I honestly felt that this woman would have harmed me if she could of. I will continue to look for a hotel that I can regularly stay at and enjoy.

Love this locals casino. Great drinks friendly service. Great selection of slots and video poker. The restaurants are very nice too. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to check out an RV show and stayed for lunch at the food court! Had a great lunch at Fatburger! Service was quick and the employees were super nice! The Fiesta is always clean and well kept. It's nice to be at a place where the employees are smiling and courteous.

Awesome people. Says at the front desk on a sign that you can check in at 3:00 but they let us check in early. I am guessing that it was because my daughter explained that my husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Either way it was really nice of them to let us check in early. Would definitely recommend this place.

The dealers and pit bosses have treated my 93-year old Grandmother like family. I take her here to play blackjack every Saturday. If we miss a week, they call to see if she's okay. No joke. They are a "Mom and Pop" shop in a world where they no longer exist. We have much love for these folks.

Great and courteous service. Arrived to stay for a while and had reasonable and well mannered staff. The buffet was great ans tasting. The rooms were elegant and modern as well. Seemed flawless other then some improvements needed to cleaning products.

Very welcoming atmosphere! The cocktail servers were very friendly and prompt. The band that was playing was fun and interacted with the crowd! They have a great selection of slots and food as well! Great experience!

I usually frequented and liked this casino very much, especially for the food and its variety, today I found it with fewer dishes and sombre everything with a few desserts. The attention of the waiters is very cordial, prepare to make a long files.

Went to the coffee shop to have dinner one evening around 5:45. There were many many open tables, but about 20 people waiting to be seated. They asked for our name and gave us a pager, waited for about 10 minutes, nobody was seated, went up and politely asked how long it would be, was told at least 20 minutes. I asked why so long when there was so many empty tables, I was told that "we are severely short-staffed and to deal with it", the cashier looked at the hostess who told me that with the most terrifying look on her face and apologized to me. We left. Other than that situation, everything else was fine up till that visit. The place needs to be overhauled like there other Station casinos have been. And I am a Stations Casino fan BTW.

Great place! Always stayed at Station owned casinos and they never disappoint! Definitely great place for the price. Just a reminder there is a $100 deposit but you can do it with cash not just on your card! If you do the deposit with cash as soon as you give them the keys that you are checking out, let them know you did the deposit with cash. The employee will immediately radio a housekeeper that will check your room and within minutes you will have your deposit back.

This is my family's favorite place to stay when we visit my grandparents. The price is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are a few different choices for food and a nice movie theater. The pool is great for the kids and I love playing the slots here. We've been coming here for years and I hope to come for many more.

Nice rooms, not all have a view. But very clean, with great maid service every day. Quiet at night. The casino seemed a little smoky, but was usually clean. On the smaller side for a resort, but parking was readily available every night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice Casino Floor, clean and friendly staff. Buffet is cheap and mostly better than other local casinos. The food is hot, they have a good range and some other stuff than on other casinos. The bad thing are the fries. You cant keep fries warm at the steamtable. Make fresh ones. People wait for it if they get better food. And shoestring fries need only 3 minutes in the fryer.

It is a small hotel but very nice I would not pay more for another hotel so big party has Byen service there is rich food good prices is perfect for when you travel to Las Vegas 100% recommended the Bufeth is very rich.

Lovely little place to over night on our drive between Reno and Phoenix. Big spa and pool with adjoining outdoor bathrooms that have a shower to rinse off in. Movie theater part of the complex. Buffet adequate but other food options. Lots of parking and freeway close. Small which makes it easy to maneuver around. Rooms comfy and updated. However, if you get a room that accesses an adjoining room, be aware the doors aren't tight and light and TV noise from the adjoining room will come through loud and clear. We were unfortunate enough to have a "neighbor" whose TV played all night the last time we stayed. But our previous stays there have been more restful so we will be back.

Convenient location (near a freeway), ample parking, etc. Not that big a casino but it's enough. Big variety of machines. Also a couple places to eat. Ate at the buffet — been eating there occasionally since I was a kid. Love the place, especially the Mongolian area.

Been coming to this casino for a while. I love the environment though even as a smoker the smoke usually chases me out. Pretty good odds with machines and staff is pretty friendly. Usually head to the bingo room and get some drinks and have a good time. The restrooms seem to be cleaned and always watch the staff cleaning off machines.

Great staff (in general) thus tue 5 stars but don't ask for anything above and beyond your points allow, as I have only been given 1 additional comp (in 4 yrs) that I have requested. Stations properties do not work with each other, from what I can see! Serious issue there, get it fixed.

I go here regularly for food, gambling, movies, etc. Food court is quick. Sit down restaurants give good local choices. Movies is Regal, prices are normal to any free standing theatre. Bingo during the week is not crowded. Easy going crowd. I've only stayed overnight once. Received a "locals" deal. Staff was pleasant. Rooms are sightly dated, but great for the price! I've never had any issues here. Will continue to go back and recommend.

The room reeked of pot. We went back to the registration desk and received no sympathy from the clerk. Ended up having to pay for the room we didn't use. No management available. Very disappointed. Thought about having family stay there for the holidays, but there is no way now. I couldn't believe how rude the staff were. Cant believe house keeping didn't tell the front desk how bad the room stunk. I would never have a guest stay in a room that smelled as bad as this. The worst part was that we were given no options of an out. I know management will not care about this review, but I hope it gives everyone else out there some insight as to what this place has to offer.

The buffet cashier did not acknowledge us in disabled line. She only was helping the main line and allowed high players card guest to harass us. The player threaten us because we had to merge with main line. The casino was fun but hate smoke, guest next to me started to smoke ruined my play time. Need non smoking area to play. We loved the shrimp cocktail but it's gone so no food lure and special grabbers to visit. Just another basic casino.

Clean at a distance but nooks & crannies are dirty. I realize that its hard to keep a big place like that clean, an extra person per floor could take care of that in a decent amount of time. Buffet is pretty good, the gift store is the bomb. Some items nicely priced and some aren't. Haven't been any where else in Hotel.

I play there pretty often, but I play on a very small budget. I have been a rewards member for about 2 yrs and since my play is not that much $ to start with my reward allowance or free play is almost nothing. I never leave there with $ in my pocket, I always lose it back. They should look into making it a little more worth my while or players like me who NEED more incentive to come play, rather than rewarding the players or members with bigger budgets who already have the resources to come play. Or maybe not rather than but as well as. Basically us poor broke players should get more love.

The staff were very good and made us feel right at home. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. And don't forget about the locals price, its great for a quick stay cation.

The movie theater is the main reason why I go. The seats are comfortable even if you are a "husky gentleman" such as myself. The food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes so fresh that you pay for it in line and when it is done cooking someone's runs the food into your theater and gives it to you and quickly walks away not even giving you a chance to tip. And I must admit that the clean factor has and is a big deal for me. I would give them a solid B for cleanliness. That is saying a lot. Nice sound, big screen and is even happy to help you if you have some kind of a condition. ~A.

Fiesta Buffet didn't have the best selection the day I ate there. Although the waiter was awesome and manager checked on me to see if I needed anything. The Mongolian part is fabulous and fresh. Their salad bar is also excellent. This weekend they had a Craft Fair and I got some wonderful jewelry sets and 4 dresses. There was a Makeup blowout vendor. Purchased from them all! Wonderful vendors and great prices!

Everyone is great, happy helpful. Big Ron at the bar is AWESOME! We love the fact that we are able to bring our dog kids, had them in our dog stroller, just need a shady fenced area for these kids, that would make things much nicer for us in order to let them run around a little off the leash, that would make coming back with them more enjoyable. Few things about the room, need better shower head and softer pillows, hurt my neck.

My friends and I enjoyed a very good dinner at the Fiesta's buffet. Plenty of variety and everything was nice n fresh in the salad bar. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. While gambling later, the cocktail service was great. At other places, everyone is always asking where the cocktail waitress is hiding. It was a nice change. All in all, we had a very pleasant evening.

I was at a workshop in Vegas and stayed at the Fiesta Henderson. The first night I got no sleep because the room had no ac and was way to hot. I called the front desk and they said they would have it fixed. They didn't and I got no sleep the second night. Third night I went to the front desk and demanded they correct the problem, give me a different room or refund my card and I would find a new hotel. The front desk clerk told me there would be no refund and they would send a tech to the room. By midnight the tech demanded I be given a new room since he confirmed the ac did not work. Front desk clerk tried to punish me by putting me on the flood with the barking dogs. The tech said no and I was given a room on the fourth floor where a dog ran down the hall and tried to bite me. So needless to say, my stay at the Fiesta was awful. Then the front desk clerk reversed two nights of the hotel service fee for a total credit of about $20. What an insult and poor customer service from the front desk clerk who represents the Fiesta Hotel. As a business man myself, I would have fired the clerk and done every thing possible to retain a customers business and insure their stay was a pleasant one. I will not be back to the Fiesta Hotel and recommend others think twice about staying there.

Very clean room but Drunk people nocking our room at 3am.

The buffet is a huge disappointment. The food is so-so at best but I made the mistake of getting the fried rice. It was all hard and I only found out after trying to take a bite and I felt like I broke my teeth on it. Now I'm dealing with the excruciating pain until I can see a dentist in the morning. Do yourself a favor and pass on the buffet.

The prime rib at fuego will make you want to slap your grandma down, kick her on her way back up and tell your grandpa he's a punk bitch who ain't gonna do shit about it.

Sign outside had rooms for $29.99 but when I went in to get one they were $59.99 and the bitch at the counter was fing rude.

My family and I stayed here over the Halloween weekend and we loved it. The rooms were clean and probably the best station casino that we have ever stayed at. The buffet was sub par but the restaurants more then made up for it.

I come to Vegas once a year and The Fiesta was recommended to me by friends. 4 days of bliss. The staff was top notch. So helpful, friendly and courteous. I want to point out Claudia, Shane and manager Kathy who work in the Cafe. I have a restaurant in Phoenix and I wanted to take these three individuals home with me and let them run it. They are the BEST! I will come back in the winter, for sure.

You must realize to watch out for their bogus fees they will tack on after you reserve. It won't be in your initial pricing that you are quoted to pay for the reservation, but after your stay you will get more charges for services whether you used them or not.

I reserved a room for 2 nights, I decided no to show for the first night for personal reasons, when I talk to front desk they say I loose my room and also my money. And they don't event call to tell me about the cancelation.

They have the strangest cancelation policy. Though it is listed as 48 hours, I was told that 72 hours is their actual policy. I was also told that there has to be 3 days in between my cancel date. Customer service was terrible. I am stuck with a room even though I thought I had enough time to cancel.

It was a nice location and overall decent service but it seemed kind of pricey for the place. Also, I've never seen a place charge that much for Wi-Fi in this day and age.
