Mark made THE BEST hurricane. They are even talking about holding a Christmas dinner for guests to accommodate the restaurant closures.

Two days before the hurricane it was my mother-in-law and her best friend, they asked if they had security measures for the case, to be able to look for flights and go to another place where they are safe and they said yes, the day after the hurricane They said they had to leave, they arrived on Thursday 26th and they had paid until Saturday 4th August. Today two old women of 70 and 69 years are in the middle of nowhere, trying to seek refuge from 10 am. Too bad that they first tell them one thing and then another because they don't have electricity or water, being a 5-star hotel. I hope they do at least refund the money paid for those days.

Great bar, very upscale and the bar menu is awesome. Very good food & drinks!

Customer service is amazing. Great local, nice rooms.

Rooms clean, spacious. Needed more than one straight back chair in room, no bellman on duty. Very reasonable rates, two blocks from Bourbon Street. Check in clerk was very helpful and accommodating, actually left her desk and helped these two "old couples" get their luggage to their rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel for a budget!

Hotel was clean. Bed very comfortable. Location is awesome… close to canal and bourbon… valet parking for a fee but its worth it…

Nasty attitude displayed by staff, illiterate sign makers, no management on staff during off hours & favorite word is no.

Staff very accommodating, smiling and friendly. Asks if you need assistance and welcoming. Food was tasty!

The valet parking service was superb (once we got there in the mess that is Mardi Gras traffic) and worth every penny. Room was impeccable.

Hotel and room were great. It’s only 4 years old. We were told by the doorman on several occasions that we had parking until 4:00. Return from the game and a new doorman held our keys claiming we were late after 2:00 and owed $20. Confronted the man who told us 4:00 and he said he made a mistake. Still made us pay to get our keys.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff were excellent, especially my valet attendant whose name I unfortunately did not catch. The only two downsides we the maze like hallways and the overpriced finger foods offered for breakfast. I opted walking a few blocks to get a full breakfast at less cost at the ihop.

The staff was amazing. The bed was so comfortable had wanted to stay it all day. The tub and was also great. The hotel is walking distance to bourbon.

Staff pleasant, atmosphere uplifting, cleaniness (excellent). Encounter an aroma I couldn't get out of my nostrils, Oh! I tell u it drew me to this hotel. Staff keep up the good work! Remember, treat your customers as you would want to be treated because this past wknd guys you exceed in this area.

· I booked for 2 nights as a short getaway break for hubby’s 63rd birthday and they accommodated us for an early check in since our airport arrival was before noon with no place to stay before 4 pm check in time. All my personal requests for a microwave and small fridge has been communicated well. Breakfast included in room rate is a real plus and choices are great. All the hotel Staff from front desk to housekeeping are all awesome and polite, well attentive to our needs. Settled in room 816 with a city view, and on a corner of the high rise building … breathtaking! King bed is soft and comfortable, pillows as well. We have no words to express our appreciation for a very wonderful experience in this Hotel … just a block away from Bourbon Street. It was fun! Thanks again, AC Hotels Marriott. We are sure coming back, no doubt. Hats off to y’all.

Decent room in a good location. Inattentive staff that shows no enthusiasm for their jobs. Room was missing “upgrades” for Marriott Platinum members including bottled water. Room is unassuming with an “upgraded” view of a parking garage. Expected more from a hotel that brands itself as having “upscale rooms”

There was no microwave on this property
The staff was very polite and professional but the property could use some improvements.

First off I want to start off by saying the staff was great Especially Diamond at the front desk loved her spirit she was great. The location was also great near bourbon street which was a plus and the room was a nice cozy modern setting with a comfortable bed and pillows and another plus they had great cable channels the only thing I didn’t really like was that you hear people talking in the hallway The room was nice and clean I’m really picky about what hotels I choose so I was a bit nervous but I was satisfied. Overall our stay was great! We will be back.

My toilet and shower drain was overflowing shortly after I checked in. I couldn't even use my batroom and could barely be in the room. Maintenance had to be called twice and they wouldn't let me switch rooms until my living room was completely flooded.
