I liked that it was close to the boardwalk and casinos but I didn't like that it was on a back street right by houses and close to the highway. The room was nice, clean and free from odors. I didn't like that they didn't have a trashcan in the bathroom, the bed was kinda lopsided, lack of electrical outlets, the ice machine was not close to my room and the couch in the lobby was stained. Staff was friendly. We missed breakfast but the coffee was ok. I would probably stay there again.

The room was nice, only issue was that it wasn't clean when I arrived for check-in. But I was a little early so that may have been why. Staff is very kind and they what they can to make things go well for you. Completely recommend.

Due to renovations not being completed at the time of our stay, it was still nice and clean. Cold air, beds clean and comfortable. Had good hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, waffles (already mixed, had to put on the griddle yourself), grits, oatmeal, cereal, milk, muffins, pastries, fruit, apple juice, orange juice and hot coffee. Much better than a continental breakfast. Was directly across from I20 and actual street faced small quiet residential housing neighborhood. Close driving distance to all casinos and boardwalk for shopping. Hopefully when we come back, the renovations will be complete.

Im telling you now… DO NOT GO OFF THE PHOTOS! I was quite disappointed because I was expecting the hotel to loom like it does in the photos but unfortunately it doesnt. Even the location is somewhat of a disappointment. But the rooms was surprisingly nice. They were clean. Nice sheets. A fridge and microwave. And clean bathroom and floors. And it was quiet. No loud music so its a peaceful area. And breakfast was A1.

We booked a room here because we were traveling late at night and needed a place to sleep before continuing our drive in the morning. We didn't make it in until about 11:45 pm on a Friday night. Upon arriving, finding a parking spot was exceedingly difficult because about a third of the parking spaces were occupied by rolls of carpet, bed frames, and other miscellaneous signs of current renovation. That should have been our warning, but we were exhausted and just wanted a place to sleep. Starting at 6 am Saturday morning, we were woken up to the sounds of the room directly above us being worked on. After three hours of constant banging and slamming, some of which loud and heavy enough to literally shake our hotel room, we just got up and left. If you're going to have renovations done, don't rent out the rooms underneath them. And if you're gonna do it anyway, don't start at 6 am on a Saturday. EDIT: The cost of our room was later refunded.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, not a big fancy hotel but good for the price.

It’s clear the owner Hires in minimum wage employees and then overworks them… Customer service used to be an art now it’s whatchoo want. To paying customers I have never stayed at a comfort inn of this disheveled quality The Baseboard in the entire room is full of mold… The shower is marble but it’s filthy The ceiling paint is falling off and is covered with mold The paint is falling off the doors Speaking of doors. As a former door installer … I understand the mechanics of adjusting a door… All of the room doors in every room have a spring hinge that closes to fast In addition to that all of them must be uneven because you can hear doors slamming closed throughout the hotel It literally takes maybe 20 minutes to fix a door like that According to Google maps this was a quality inn but when I got here it was a comfort inn The name of the hotel should be don’t drop in The owner is using a good name to run a dump Oh and in closing. The Partridge family called and they want their rugs back after you clean the stink out of.

I hate being lied to. Booked 2 rooms @1:00 pm & showed up @1:15 pm. Was told they had no rooms available until 3pm. You liar! There's 6 cars in the whole lot! What has housekeeping been doing since I know they started cleaning @ 9am. Pull that lie on some dummy who doesn't stay in rooms almost half of every week! I am a diamond member of choice and wyndham.

This hotel has a lot of problems. Let’s start with in the room I stayed in was filthy. I took picture of how bad it was blow dryer broken, no hot water, tub had to disinfect before using it, the chair in the room was so stained that we didn’t dare to use it, the the carpet was filthy, racks were broken, the sink was cracked and the faucet on and off came off in your hand. They are rating this hotel at a 7.6 that is so not true. Stay someplace else we asked to be moved they said they were full because of the concert. But they wouldn’t fix the problems or clean the room. Will pay more to have something clean and safe. The people at the desk were nice and smiled but didn’t correct the problems.

Stay away. Ive been a choice member for a few years and this is my 1st bad experience. We had 2 nights booked but I could only stomach one night. Staff was extremely nice but the hotel was too nasty. Tub was dirty, pillow cases had stains, water damage in bathroom ceiling, tub dirty and it had a bag of water with mildew hanging where your clothes go. This place was so dirty I was scared to take my shoes off. We left and checked into comfort inn on financial center, this one not close to casino but worth the 10 minute drive.

Decent location if you're driving or getting a Lyft but not walking distance to anything. Price was decent but could have been better. Housekeeping did not come to our room and did not replenish towels. Upon returning to the room notified the front desk and they informed me housekeeping did go. Front desk informed I'd need to come downstairs to get towels if needed. Friendly staff decent rooms.

Had a wonderful time. Nice room. There was a minor mistake with how long we were supposed to be staying, however, we got it figured out. Overall a nice experience.

Clean bed, decent bathroom amenities, and quick check in. Heater didn’t put out quite as strong as I’d like. All in all, worth the price I paid.

Room smelled strongly like febreeze. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. It was good for an overnight. Breakfast was a pretty good assortment.

Completely grossed out! BED BUGS I'm a very nice person and don't usually write reviews but let me just tell you what has happened! I get checked in the lady is very nice, I get to my room and start checking the place out. First I find 2 dead roaches, bathroom mirror is filthy, the bathtub had greasy feet print and dirt all over the front of it, the walls even have I don't know what on it. So we crawl in bed. A FREAKING HUGE BED BUG CRAWLS UP ON THE BED! I'm so beyond grossed out and terrified now that I will bring them home! I want a full refund as these are gross encounters I have had!

Got checked in. Went to our room and it smelled musty and wet. Air didnt work Requested a new room and they were happy to get us a new room. Went to that room and it smelled worse than the one before. Looking at the air conditioner it had mold built up on it. I requested to get my money back because I wasn't staying there. They wouldn't give me my money back but I still went somewhere else. It was that bad. I wouldn't stay here.

The staff is AMAZING! Very helpful! Rooms clean smell great! Hot breakfast buffet! This is for sure the place to go for the perfect place! I don't want to leave!

Exactly what I hoped it would be! Simple, pretty clean, great value, decent breakfast AND JUST LIKE THEY ADVERTISE… Which is uncommon:)

My MIL stayed here while she was in town for one night. Overall it was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Despite being right off of I-20, traffic noise was minimal if at all. Good assortment for breakfast, and it was tasty too. :) Her only issues with the room were that an overhead light blew and the TV's volume wasn't working. These things weren't crucial for her, so she left a note for the housekeeper upon checking out. The only real complaint she had was with the couple who arrived in the room above her at 3am and proceeded to have a very loud domestic dispute for nearly an hour.

Booked to capacity!?! Who does that!? Room smelled. The door didn't shut all the way (although after a call to "maintenance") it was able to lock but was still slightly opened, because that's not scary or unsafe in a city you've never been before. No extra towels, pillows or blankets with a room with four women staying. The evening/night front desk clerk could use some more training in customer service (as someone who is in service/customer service industry that saying a lot) her attitude needed adjustment. You get what you pay for. It was cheap, conveniently located near all the casinos and had free breakfast (which was what it was). Only stayed Saturday to Sunday. There's room for improvement. I'd give them a 2 star rating but I want there long enough for a more in-depth perception lol.

The room was very spacious and the bed/pillows were soft. But the room wasn't nearly as clean as it should have been (the note pad on the bedside table still had a water ring from the previous person using it as a coaster, the AC unit smelled musty and was moldy, the sheets had a rip and there were wrappers under the chair in the corner).

Room was nice. Fridge was really loud, and the shower curtain looked like it was about to fall off. However everything else was great. Lights and cameras in the parking lot so I felt safe for my car and the stuff in it.

Great value for the money. Breakfast was awesome. Room had good air conditioning refrigerator and microwave. $51 fixed cost.

The beds were really comfortable, there was a coffee maker in the room. It's very clean and the hotel is close to the casinos​. Easy on ramp to the freeway. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Only bad thing is the water. Take your own bottled water. It's the area, the water just isn't good.

I love this place. It has the fastest Internet I've seen at a hotel.

Horrible. Checked in late night to get some sleep then keep traveling. We asked for a king bed with a pull out couch. When we got to the room there weren't any sheets for the pull out bed. I called the front desk and they wouldn't even bring them up to us. We had to go back down to ask for extra pillows for the pull out bed and they said they "didn't have any extras" my husband had to make them get one from an empty room. Floors were nasty. Heat was turned all the way up when we first walked in and the room was hot! Front desk staff was not very friendly or professional and neglected to answer the phone or open the lobby doors when we came down for pillows and such. Also the coke machine did not work at all.

Check in Friday — Monday. The bathroom was not clean hair in the tub and on the sink. The floor was dirty I left to go buy clean supplies to clean bathroom due to the uncleanness. On the next day I complained to the office the toilet was leaking. They said they will seen someone no one never came. That Sunday the housekeeper ask if I like housekeeping services I said yes, and I also need more towels. I left so they could clean the room came back the room never been touched. Call the front desk they said there no one there to clean to room everyone was gone for the day. This has been the worst hotel stay ever.

Always wonderful home like setting when we visit Shreveport.

The bathroom was filthy urine and hair when you lift the lid refrigerator was filthy floor were not vacuum A TRAVLER NIGHTMARE enough to make you throw up.

Convenient location, clean room, nice staff. Parking was limited.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I came down here to stay with family. It was disgusting walked in the room smelled like mold, floors were gross, there's something black all over the mirror, something black all in the bathtub, toilet was dirty as all get out, we were tired so went to lay down and the freaking bed sheets had brown marks all over them. Don't know what the hell it is. The walls have holes in them, the paint is chipping, the wall color does not Match up at all there's wires hanging out of the wall, the hair dryer does not work "we called an hour ago and asked for help with that and then 30 minutes later had to call again AND THEY STILL ARE NOT UP HERE. " The cleaning lady was outside a couple doors down with her cart so my brother went to ask for some towels and trash bags, she refused to give him some "said she will be down there in a minute" SHE NEVER CAME STILL HASENT. So not only is the hotel run down and disgusting the people working here all have horrible customer services skills. Will not ever be staying here again and will not ever recommend it to anyone ever. Now I have to go so I can't call the front desk again to see if we can get some towels, trash bags, and get someone up here to fix the hair dryer.

This hotel is NO Good! It doesn't even deserve a 1 star. But in order to post my comments, I will compromise. We stayed over the weekend, the room with 2 queen bed was so small. We checked in it was already late around 9pm, the TV wasn't working properly. We didn't request to change the TV but they promised us to give us another one that's functioning the next morning but NEVER happened even we called them and remind them of their promises. That same morning we saw a dead cricket on one of the bed, dirty used razor by the fridge, dirty washcloth in the office chair. The table lamp was dirty. The light by the sink wasn't working right, it wouldn't turn on. We were still hoping they'd do their job, we went to the waterpark what we came in Shreveport for. We came back to the hotel, the beds were NOT made plus the towels did NOT even make it to the bathroom. They just put them on the bed. We paid $104 first night and $109 second night. Quality Inn hotel doesn't provide quality service, no quality rooms plus the breakfast, the coffee machine wasn't even giving us any coffee but pouring hot water. We did ask for at least some discount of what we paid but they refused to give us any. This hotel is only up for money of course and Not the satisfaction of their customers. I have taken pictures of all those complaints I mentioned especially the dead cricket, dirty washcloth, dirty razor, dirty lamp. I posted them. And hopefully would give some ideas to some customers.

Its a nice, cheaper, hotel, its in the middle of a residential area which is a bit odd, but they were very friendly and even let us go in the pook after hours! Recommended!

It was a nice stay the account unit needed to be updated but it was ok.

Rooms updated very clean and bedding comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive. Next time I am in the Bossier Shreveport Area I will stay again.

I travel for work every week & like to find a value when I can. A work colleague suggested this hotel to me when it was a Comfort Inn. Initally given a second floor room that the door was wide open to find it not made up & a lit cigarette in an ashtray on the desk at 2pm in the afternoon. Then re-assigned to a 1st flr room that smelled of smoke, (it was not a smoking room). I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work? Finally assigned a "suite" for all my trouble. The front office is open all night but call from your room before going to the front office since they lock the doors for safety reasons. This is a hotel in a bad area of town! On 8/8, I left my room at 6 a. M. Returning at 7:05 p. M. As we parked the car, my colleague looked over to see my hotel room door wide open? He walked me to my room to find the room door wide open with my suitcase sitting right by the open door, visible from entry to my room and could easily been stolen since the housekeeping staff leaves at 3pm, this was 4 hours later? Someone had been in my room since new shampoo, conditioner& soap on the vanity but the bed was completely stripped apart with all the pillows, and linens piled on the chair in the room. There was soil on the bare mattress pad and the bathroom floor was still filthy with greasy residue on it. I called the front desk about this & why in 13 hours my room was not cleaned & made up for my evening return from work. Got an apology & asked what I wanted them to do?

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is by far one of the best. Great price. New management taken over has done an awesome job. Tony let us inspect the room before we decided to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed an extra day just because.

Clean as helll. I been outta town a week and a half cross country second cleanest room i've been in goes to show you can't believe everything yu hear or see!

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a wedding we were attending in Louisiana. After an 18 hour drive from Virginia we arrived at 7am the day of check-in. The hotel let us check in early at what they said would be no additional charge. We went to our room and immediately fell asleep. A couple hours later we woke up and looked around the room. It was dirty, paint was peeling, the sockets were held in place with tape, there were cigarette ashes on the floor in a non-smoking room, and the jacuzzi tub we had paid extra for was broken. Since we were in town for 4 days we decided it would better to just find somewhere else to stay. We went to check-out and complain about the lacking quality of the room. We were met with immediate hostility and informed that we had been given a room that was supposed to be closed for repairs, but since we signed the credit card slip at check-in it was our fault, not the hotels. They said we could leave, but only if we paid for the previous night's stay. We hadn't stayed the previous night, in fact our reservation hadn't even technically started yet because it was for that day at 3pm. We asked them to call the manager which they reluctantly did. Sunny told us we could have a discounted rate for the night before, but when they gave us the bill it was for the full amount. My boyfriend went outside to call corporate and the staff called the manager again so I could speak to him.
