This weekend was the second time going and I had as much fun as the first time. I like the idea of being able to play, have a good time and just walk upstairs to the room. The machines do pay which I love that. The dealers were all friendly and would talk to everyone at the table. They even actually remembered me from the first time I went. My husband even said this will be our new casino place to go to.
Most terrible hotel I've stayed in. Unclean, bed linens uncrisp and very worn. I had a smoking room with no ashtray or trashcan, no refrigerator. It had old run down carpet and an old box T. V… I can see why when I booked the room for $183 a night it said non refundable. The only highlight was the steakhouse. The jacuzzi was an added relief. There were several metal brackets in the bathroom for which I found no purpose. I completely ignored the old dated look. I just expected more! Disappointed and it was my anniversary.

First stayed at this property when it was The Isle of Capri, about 18 years ago. We loved it then. It's still ok. Hotel furnishings are a little dated, but in good shape, and amenities are good. This is not a bad place at all. If your room isn't right give management a chance to fix it. If you treat people with respect, that's what you'll get back. Staff are really friendly. They just were working on opening the pool last week. Property is now supposed to be owned by a investment management company of some sort. They were installing brand new slots on the day we left, taking out some old sizzlin 7's (bummer). I guarantee you things are going to improve. We'll be back soon.
