I was in parking lot to see the fireworks on July 4th. And the Hotel didn't mind all the public. Very nice of them. Awesome in Bossier.
The first night here, there was a party above me — they moved me at 3am because they said they could do nothing about other people. The room they moved me to had no a/c. They moved me again and that room had no a/c abd smelled awful. By now it was nearly 5am so we had no choice but to stay in a room with no a/c. Did not sleep the first night at all. Was told they’d refund my night. Called to speak to the manager, Tora, only she said she called me but did not. I finally went down the desk and spoke to TORA and she said they wouldnt refund my night because they “fixed the issues” but they did not. She was rude. The pool had poop at the bottom the first night as well. (Forgot that part) had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door and housekeeping tried to walk in. My daughter was not dressed! We had to beg for towels. They say no pets but had people going out the back door with pets. Customer service has been called 2 times. Tora has told me I will just have to speak to the general manager but he was “too busy” right now. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? Theyre sign says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Tora says, “but we handled all of your issues” then why am I on day 3 and theyve not even looked at the a/c… which by the way, I got it to come on because I beat the thermostat until it budged and came on. This hotel has gone way down. Customer service here is no better than mcdonald’s. I will personally be contacting an attorney for my refund.
