It is in better condition since they remodeled it. Its a lot cleaner but they dony provide toilet paper. I thought that was wrong after the amont of money I paid!

Clean, cozy rooms. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Well the lady at the front desk was polite and processed everything fairly quick but that's where the pros stopped. The place looks run down but I've seen worse. The microwave is broke so we asked if we could get a replacement insteed of switching rooms we were told it couldnt be done until 3 days from now. The room has one towel so we asked for a few more but apparntly their "isnt anymore, even in the empty rooms". Not sure who dropped the ball on being prepaired for the weekend but what hotel with over 100 rooms didn't have towels? Ive stayed here before and it was good enough to exstend my stay for a while. Not so sure this time around.

Great location in the middle of town. Management is great. The Front desk service is even better.

Please save your time and money and stay somewhere else. I dislike leaving poor reviews for establishments, but this place was not sanitary whatsoever. Upon entering, the elevator was broken and the smell was unbearable. Room numbers were missing and people were sleeping in the stairwells. The room itself had the TV and lights left on, a stained bedspread and couch cushions, no shower curtain, no soap or towels, the toilet had not been cleaned from the previous guest, stains on the inside and outside of the fridge and hair of all sorts in the bathroom. Not to mention, "Thug Life" written on the mirror. We thought it was going to be a great place to stay for a night, however, we were not aware of the extremely unsanitary situations.

Bunch of druggies hanging out in the hall. Broken elevator. Broken entrance door. Needles in the parking lot. 10, 000 cigarette butts on the ground. Ect.

Great place. Great Staff. Safe and Clean.

Didn't go in used the parking lot for an event next door. Outside renovations looked nice.

For the price not bad… but my main issue was the front desk office hours are very short… place needs to be updated… one night there was no hot water… you get one set of towels and you have to supply your own tp… also they had a towl tied to the shower head and it just looks nasty… Wi-Fi is spotty… and losts of the people drink and smoke…

On a trip to Mardi Gras from Las Vegas. Stayed over here In Baton Rouge for a night. This was the most expensive place we stayed. Cute quaint hotels all over this country, and this one, at double the price, and was FILTHY. The people fight all hours of the night. Weirdos walling about… but worst of all, as I woke up, I killed a BED BUG THAT CRAWLED PAST MY FACE. I was only asleep for 5 hours, so of course I was no longer able to sleep, and had to pack up and leave.

It was very convenient for my needs. The kitchenette was what I needed. The only thing was no toiletries in the room. But I enjoyed the stay.

Room had bed bugs and they kicked me out with no refund. Prostitution and drugs everywhere.

This hotel needs ALOT OF WORK. Im not exaggerating. It is nothing less of disgusting. The housekeeepers need to be trained on how to clean. I toured a room that the manager said he signed of on, and that it was clean. The sofa in the room had a bra under the pillow cushion, there was an empty box of condoms under the bed, a dead roach under the sink and hair in the tub and on the toilet. The sheets and mattress were severely stained, so were the towels. I heard bad things but heard they were under new management, and did some upgrading but its really nasty. Not to mention the staff is rude. The elevator is broken and the door to the stairwell is broken. I cant believe they wont buy a door handle to fix It. They dont like you to point out the areas that offend you as a guest. The new manager is nice but he doesn't seem to follow up with his staff about the work they do. Lots of constant loitering outside. Uncontrolled. I took a picture of the bedding, I wish I could post it to show yall how bad it was.

I told the staff downstairs our walls had ants crawling on them and they said it was my fault for not telling them in the morning so I continue to stay another night and I woke up covered in bed bug bites! To further my investigation to ensure it wasn’t something I did, I lift the mattress to find a dead bed bug! This place is disgusting! If you are looking for a hygienic place, this isn’t the place! I want my money back and some! They charged me 10$ because the key THEY gave me didn’t work to my room for some reason and they said they had a extra charge to combat a situation we have no control over?

It's not a place you would to bring your family. Now if you was to go alone on business. That's a spot to go, other than that. No I wouldn't go back there. The room wasn't clean and we had get our own toilet paper and the elevator wasn't working and I'm handicapped and had to walk up the stairs.

Do not take your family here worst place I have ever paid to stay… The rooms wasn't cleaned. They had mold under the sink and then they had the nerve to charge us for the night… People hunging out and talking loud all day and night loud music just a night mare.

Rooms are horrible. Walls are thin. Always a loud marijuana smell in common areas. Staff is friendly.

My husband and I stayed here a week with our two small children while in transition to closing on our first home. I did not feel safe. There were constant drug deals outside in the parking lot and people hanging around. A couple asked me for a ride to the store while I had my kids, um NO. (And by the way the store is right up the road, you can walk) I was awoken several nights by people running up and down the halls, yelling, sounded like physical abuse going on. One mattress was very springy, the other was ok. Same odd smell I smell in every low end hotel, musty. No smoking hotel but the hallways reek of cigarettes and weed smoke. Elevator broken, no carts for belongings. Check in wasn't pleasant, the lady seemed like she hated her job very much. Uncomfortable place but we made the best out of it that we could. Thankful to have found a place to stay within our budget, where we already shelled out money for a months rent in our previous apartment, and money on our home. So this was our only option. You get what you pay for. I was thankful for the cable, nice TV and Wi-Fi though.

Check in with Angela was wonderful. A very pleasant and refreshing personality.

The hallway stinks, the carpet are always muddy, the sheets and comforters are filthy, the staff is always somewhere laughing and walking and not handling there work.

Absolutely horrid. Broken Elevator, Poor customer service, and weird people who stare at you in the hallway and outside. Trust me, it's a sexual predator's dream but for the average woman it is a hell hole. Go somewhere safer your life might depend on it.

Need your own toilet paper nice rooms though.

Only gets one star for the very nice cleaning lady and night gentlemen. Ok this place was atrocious! Of course it looks great walking into, however first step inside this place — — there was a stench. Then when my family went to check in we were advised to "review" the "only" room available at the time (which turns out wasn't true THANK THE LORDD! ). Our room was on the second floor, one step off the elevator was a pile of trash! Now I understand you have to clean up the room ALTHOUGH I DON'T NEED TO SEE YOUR TRASH. Oh and this room we saw oh man, oh man. Disgusting there was writing on the wall, tile peeling off the floor oh and don't let me tell you about the toilet (disgusting looking stains) ugh ugh! Then after some complaining, all of a sudden a new room was of vacancy. I will admit this room was a big step up from the other ugh room HOWEVER will still had a terrible time, If it wasn't for a deal we took online to book this place my family would've been out of there! Pronto! We stayed two nights and were very glad when they were over. I promise you there are better places in this area to spend your money and time at. Please don't this shelter unless you want a horrible stay. Oh and also they only give you a about 2 towels and two washcloths for the room, want anymore you must beg even if there are 4 people staying in one room. Just letting you know…

The living conditions here at InTown Suites of Baton Rouge are fairly respectable and I haven't had any issues with management. There is a great view looking out towards the highway from the third floor of the front of the building. They provide free access to blazing fast Wi-Fi and the rooms here have all recently been upgraded to 42' flat panel televisions, with access to tons of HD channels.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I would not recommend this place to my dog or worse enemy. The rooms are dirty, they smell, tubs not clean it's just unacceptable.

This hotel really pissed me off. Absolutely horrible customer service, dirty, bugs, wouldn't allow me to upgrade my room unless I had maintenance issues. Don't stay here unless your poor dirty and ignorant, then you'll fit in well.

I appreciated the new HDTV in the room, but I found a dead lizard and roach in my bed the first night… So yea.

They have the best weekly rates you anywhere and location has best access between 2 major highways.

It's old and run down, the elevator is scary to say the least. You have to buy your own toilet paper! And the rooms smell bad not to mention that it's just gross.

Needs better cleaning crew. Wouldn't hurt to use some bleach. If you're planning on staying, you might want to pick up some cleaning supplies.

This is a decent property but its interior is very dated. The rooms have a very bad smell so I've bought some air freshener. The cleanliness is substandard compared to most all places ive lodged in. The cleaning staff that performed the cleaning duties obviously don't pay much attention to detail and miss a lot of filth. I've bought cleaning supplies so that I can make this place somewhat sanitary to stay in. So far the management here has been kind, courteous, and very helpful.

My account was charge twice by crestwood suites even though I paid online and now im having a hard time getting my money refunded to me.

I had a great stay here. This place was perfect for what I needed. It's set up like an extended place, but it's quick and nice like any other hotel. It had a kitchenette and easy parking, the area feels safe, so I was glad I could land it for such a cheap price. The best part about this place is the location. It's so close to everything, you can walk to several restaurants and shopping areas. Most importantly, my room was quiet and the shower was hot. The thing I hate most about hotels is if they're going to be near stuff they're usually on an exit and loud. You'll see what I mean when you get here, it's in a unique positioning behind a shopping center, so there isn't as much late night traffic a you'd expect, which is a great trade off because it's still like I said with in walking distance to several palces and only a short drive from everything else you could possibly want. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Well I'm staying for a week to get my money worth. When I first got in the elevator o thought I would never make it to the top. They only clean rooms once a week, I got a smoking room no ash tray, no trash can any where in the room. The TV is the only nice part. They have a pot, pan, 2 plates, 2cups, and 2 forks spoons and knifes. Microwave was not clean, the fridge was full sized and clean but no ice.

I wish there was a lower rating. Unless you are really down on your luck do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. Let me begin with the limited office hours and overall poor attitude of staff. After all they are here doing you the guest a favor just by showing up to work, right? Now lets discuss the room. No toilet paper, the holder for it was even ripped from the wall. No smoke detector, it was also ripped from the wall and laying on top the fridge. The room has a kitchen so a smoke detector in room would be appropriate. Although there are no cooking utensils or pots or pans. Only two very well used towels are allowed per room and you have to return them to front desk to be issued two more. Did I mention my room is on the first floor and the window to the parking lot was open partially due to the locking mechanism being damaged. Like I said if your down to your last nickel and just need a roof over your head this is the place. Oh yeah, almost forgot the roof over your head may statement may be untrue because the ceiling in the bath room is falling in. Probably not the roof, just poor plumbing in the unit above but you never know. I have pics just cant figure out how to post. Good luck.

I got one more night here thank god. I get there to check in there is no staff. No security guard. Me an my friends had to wait for like an hour untill somebody answer the phone to come check us in. When we get on the elevator. We was scared to ride it. It sounds like its going to break down. Get 2 the second fleer an it smells like smoke/ass. Like ewww. Get to my room an omg it is bad. Smells. Gross. Eww. I say ok you get what you pay for. 285 for 5 day is cheap. Well I wake up the next day with bed bug bits on me an my face broke out. I dont know what the happen. My friend said her room was bad too. She saw roaches in her room but I have not in my room. Room is none smoking but the whole hall an rooms smell like smoke/funk. During the day u hear people and kids walking. Thats normal in hotels. At night its quiet. So that good. Room is big. Cable is basic. A/c an heat works. I will personally never stay here again. Now just remember you get what you pay for. So if you wanna be cheap dont get mad when the room is nasty.

Bring your own toilet paper. Seriously they didnt have any toilet paper in my room and never had any during my stay. I asked the front desk and was told they didnt have any toilet paper till monday When monday came around they still didnt have any toilet paper. When I arrived I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. I finally had to call the motel and when the phone rang someone showed up. I am worried about bed bugs now because I was kind of itchy and I saw several disgusting matteresses thrown away in the dumpster.

I book a room at Crest Wood Suite services was very poor. No extra towels and etc. In to found the staff was sleeping with there clientele in was not working.

I've used crestwood suites before and new they were at the lower-mid-range, but this one was horrible. The interior was pretty worn and dirty and the room smelled musty. There were bugs on the floor and, to my horror, I woke up in the middle of the night with cockroach crawling across my arm. The only thing going for it was that the price was fairly low. Definitely will not ever stay there again.
