Overall Staff is fine! It only takes 1 or 2 bad apples to spoil the bunch and I tell you the weekend staff Avanti and Miranda are HORRIBLE! Avanti, is a supervisor but she has HORRIBLE customer skills! This is not from one/two interactions this is several and she SUCKS EVERYTIME.

Location was perfect for me, traffic at mid-day can be tough. Rooms new, clean, great condition. Kitchenette well-equipped and functional. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful whenever you need them! Breakfast well-run and delicious. Overall, great!

One of my favorite hotels across the country. This location is average compared to the others, but still a great place to stay. Alothough consider the Holiday inn behind it, they have better breakfast.

We stopped on our way home from Texas. We have stayed at many Home2's across the country but this did not live up to the expectations. Hallways had trash overflowing. Floors had not been vacuumed. Stuff on the floors, in places, looked like crushed peanuts. Not good for anyone (or pets) with allergies to be around. Our room was ok. The floors in our room had not been cleaned. Pillows on beds were crumpled up & looked as if someone had been sleeping on them. Overall, got the job done for the night but would not return to this Home2.

They sent some unintelligent rude individual in there who didn't speak a word to us and just walked out with no explanation as to how the issue would be resolved. Shortly after we got a phone call from the front desk telling us our acct was just charged a 250$ fee for having more than 4 people in our room. There was no trying to resolve that issue bc the front desk personnel laughed in our faces when we were upset. We also had the pleasure of finding a bug crawling across our bed, the sheets hadn't been changed in the bed, and someone left their old used do-rag in one of the beds. Biggest disappointment for my 9 year olds birthday.

Excellent location near plenty of venues. Rooms are great for extended stays and the service was polite and not intrusive.

Okay, on Saturday July 7, 2018 the two women at the desk (after 7PM) … Worst service since I been here. I asked for one thing and received something different. Went to the front desk and they had no clean blanket… WHAT! People on the top floor acting a fool and they told me when they went up there it was no noise like I'm making it up and I know damn well they didn't go up there because the noise NEVER STOPPED! Stay your butts off the cell phones and do your job!

The hotel was wonderful. Rome were spacious and clean. Hotel amenities were nice.

The hotel is very new and has clean, large, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection leave some to desire. The pool is nice and clean and the gym is up to date.

Loved it. Check in was quiet and the front desk clerk Miranda was awesome she was sweet and handled check in great. Room was awesome better than what we stayed in for honey moon. Loved the kitchen area all areas. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was nice overall. It's located just off Siegen Lane and just 5 mins from the mall and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Not a fan of the "hot" breakfast. It was lacking anything other than the waffle making station. The rooms were nice, but there obviously wasn't any sound proofing. Heavy footsteps and door slams could be heard down the entire hallway and inside the rooms.

I've stayed at a few Home2 Suites over the past couple years. This was by far the least impressive, especially the breakfast. Home2 has pretty specific branding but there was always limited, generic selections for sandwiches. Fruit bowl wasn't filled even really in the mornings. Everything else was replenished very infrequently. This was consistent over the 5 days I stayed there. Just felt like someone was cutting corners. Even the floor in the hotel room kitchen was slippery with shoes on. Disappointing.

Great place for business travel. FedEx, OfficeMax nearby. Local restaurants nearby. Free parking. Clean rooms. Great staff.

Have really enjoyed my stay at Home2 properties. This one was no exception. Send to be a new property. Nice, clean environment. The rooms are great. Almost have a full kitchen. Space is well used. I encourage you to consider them. Breakfasts are not the best, but they're average for a Hilton property. Like a Hampton inn… You don't stay there for the breakfast… They're awful.

The best hotel I've ever visited. This location is close to i10 and most of the more popular restaurants Baton Rouge has to offer. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

This has been a really horrible hotel to stay at from moment one. I pulled into the hotel following the arrows marked on the ground. I was totally disrespected by the General Manager Jeanette. She first rudely yelled at me to move my car and I told her I was checking in. Then when I went back outside to talk with her she refused to lower her window. I believe this was race based as a woman of color this white manager refused to lower her window. It was a bright day at 4 pm in the afternoon. She refused to tell me her name until I took a picture of her license plate. That was just at the beginning of my stay. Problems with the hotel — The security key card process did not work and has not worked in the two different stays that I have been there before. Secondly the entire wall of my hotel room (by the bed side) did not work, so I could not plug in my laptop, or cell phone, The lights/lamps did not work. The response was they would get to it tomorrow. Finally my coffee pot was not working — the pot did not have a lid and when I complained they did not have a plan to replace the coffee pot. I did not have any shower gel or conditioner. This place has a great location but has failed miserably on so many points. But the single biggest problem was the way the general manager Jeanette treated me.

If only this hotel could get its cleaning staff in order it would be a great place for extended stays. I've been staying for two weeks and in that time dreaded ever taking the do not disturb sign from my door for fear of what I'd come back to find. So far, the housekeeping has thrown away my reusable dishes, taken my laundry money (I'm assuming they thought it was a tip, though I was not checking out), and only done surface cleanings. The sheets have not been changed in two weeks, the bathroom was crying out for a deep cleaning when I got here and has never gotten it (e. G. Other people's hairs in the shower, sink, and around the toilet), and the carpets have not been vacuumed. If it wasn't for this issue I would be so stoked about this hotel — the kitchen is super convenient, the facilities are modern, the bed comfortable, and the location quiet. So, just know before you go…

This hotel made our stay fantastic! we arrived way earlier than expected Ms. Tina was amazing and let us check in early and got us in to an amazing studio room with amazing pillows. Mr. Houston was amazing in helping us the next night with our TV and some questions we had about the area. All around a fantastic stay and will be back!

My family and I stay here for the second time and we LOVE IT, staff are so polite and professional. Hotel is so clean, room was marvelous, the bed is so comfortable. Home away from home.

The toilet was filthy on both sides of the seat. So, it was never cleaned. Most of our towels had hair threaded into it. So, my husband had to go downstairs to get fresh towels. The microwave looked like someones food exploded weeks ago and the refrigerator had hair in it as well. Whoever cleaned room 301 should be fired. In their defense, we didn't make a complaint. I took a few pics and changed my mind. The lighting wasn't much in the bathroom so I couldn't take good pics. It was after midnight and I had to get my children settled in for the night. Thankfully, I always travel with cleaning supplies.

The place is clean they got plenty towels and toiletries and they have shampoo and body wash on the wall in the shower big old jugs breakfast is great clean little spot it's not too big pretty quiet.

Very nice. Staff is friendly for the most part. No cleaning of your room on the weekend just during the week. I docked one start because I could here the neighbors fighting late at night. I called the front desk mutilate times and it was not resolved.

Newer hotel, less than one year. Great staff, good location, large rooms! LA Fitness next door.

Great hospitality and the rooms are amazingly AND CLEAN! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. The complimentary breakfast is quaint and pleasant downstairs with all the other guests in the "living room". Also the 24 hour gym is a big plus for me.

Horrible parking, it fills up too quick from guests double parking and TJ Ribs customers. Front desk says to park on the road now blocked in. Staying at Holiday Inn next time.

Reasonable price and the rooms look pretty nice. Couch is a little uncomfortable but the beds were just fine. Close to The Chimes East which is a great place to try if you're in the area.

The room and the service were fine. The housekeeping was not up to par unfortunately. We've stayed at several Home2 Suites and have always been satisfied with housekeeping till this instance. There were small black hairs all over the bathroom counter, in the soap dish, and in the dish underneath the hand towel that looked like they were from were someone had trimmed their beard or worried their electric take. We were traveling with our two year old and already had him settled for the evening after a long day of travel before I noticed, so I didn't want to ask for a different room nor did I want housekeeping to come up and disturb him so we cleaned it ourselves. But when I got in the shower that evening, I noticed something else. Without trying to sound crude, there was what appeared to be a huge "green mass" from someone's noise stuck on the wall of the shower. I never complain and to be honest, I rarely have reason to, but I did mention all of this to the person at the counter when I checked out and they made a note of it. I actually have a reservation to stay at this hotel in a little over a week on our return trip home. I've not decided yet whether I will cancel that reservation or not.

This hotel has corteous staff amd is located vwry close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is great for dog owners. We were able to easily accommodate our family pet. There is a nice open space to let dogs roam off the leash. We did have one problem of staying next to a room where there was loud music all night. The staff dodo what they could to tey and help and we're very accomodating. If it were not for this inconvenience, our stay would have been perfect.

Fantastic staff! Great breakfast. Not good privacy in the bathroom with sliding barn door… but it's cool looking!

The room overall is okay because the hotel is new. Hate the bathroom door. It is a sliding door with no lock. Not good if you want privacy in the bathroom and have small kids. Also, had a dry cleaning service bag and ticket in closet, however, when me husband went downstairs with items to be cleaned, the staff was very rude and said that they don't know anything about it and that they don't provide the service. Well, why is the dry cleaning service bag and ticket in the room?

Clean, comfortable, pet friendly accommodations with some nice touches like a salt water pool and side track window shades.

Worst place to stay in Baton Rouge. They don't clean the rooms. Dirty showers, they don't pick up the dirty towels. I had to put dirty towels out side my door in the hallway. Had to go ask for clean towels & wash clothes so I could take a shower. People up stairs had children running around all through the night sound like a heard of buffalos. Keeping us awake all night and then had enough nerve to go up on the price. I travel for work all the time and this is the first time I can say that I'm disappointed in Hilton. Never again will I stay here!
