DO NOT stay at this location. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 pm (which I had to ask if it was ready yet and was told no, but they’d switch me to different a different room). Ok fine. Why didn’t they do that at 4 pm when check-in was supposed to be? Our room was NOT cleaned. I believe they made the beds, changed toilet paper, and that’s it. I had to clean the bathroom and entryway floors. SO GROSS! Then, the alarm clock THAT WASN’T EVEN PLUGGED IN went off at 5:30 am! It would not shut off — but it wasn’t even on as no lights or anything showing the time. I picked it up and set it outside the door. It was STILL GOING OFF! I noticed there wasn’t even a plug on it…. Yeah someone before us obviously had the same issue because the “other end” did have a plug but was clearly ripped I half. I would have had to pull it ridiculously hard to rip a cord in half! I took the alarm clock down to the front desk this morning explaining everything going on …. Even brought them the dirty towel from cleaning their floors, was offered extra towels for my troubles! Then later today my card was ran for another $75…. THEY CHARGED ME FOR DAMAGING PROPERTY! Five dollar alarm clock $75. I was then went down to the front desk to discuss it again they could do about it. Me and you would think with the issues that I’m having contact me or something, maybe offer me a discount on the first night or something… Nope, she turned around and charged me $75 for a $5 alarm clock!

Traveled with two adults and four kids. Pool was closed the entire time. Only one of two elevators worked. We walked into our room and the front half of our lights would not turn on. The front desk did fix for us though! The bottom plate to a lamp laying on top that we fixed. The paper towel holder fell off the wall every time we got a paper towel. The bathtub corners were dirty. The complimentary soap was on the side of the sink on the ground which was sitting in a pile of crap never swept. The breakfast is serve yourself but we just stayed at a home2 suites in okc two weeks ago that served us. The food was not refilled and many things were empty. All are very minor things, but all things together, we are not staying here again. We stay at a home2 suites every where we go, and this is disappointing. You win some, you lose some. We’ll still choose this brand, but not this location! Needs more maintenance and cleaning.

Quiet, friendly, clean, easy to get around, pet friendly, staff we met were kind & courteous. We were in a suite with a separate bedroom.
We were much more comfortable and it was more spacious than Drury where we used to stay. The outdoor space was clean and the grassy area was clean and mowed nicely. We would definitely stay again.

A/C is super load in our suite. Took over an hour to check in no one at front desk then our room hadn’t been cleaned so had to wait another hour. Got to room and a dogs ball was in it and the mirror looked horrible. Asked to be comped and she said no.

Nice spot to land in. Very clean, friendly staff and pretty quiet. I would highly recommend this motel.

Rooms are clean and good sized. Indoor pool is always a plus. Friendly and helpful staff.

I've been here for a week and this place is amazing, the people are so kind and friendly, they greet you every morning and help you with anything you have questions on!

My room was spacious, modern and extremely quiet!

I reserved my room two months ago. Used my credit card to hold the room stating I will pay in cash on my visit.
I paid cash when I checked in. After I left the hotel they charged my credit card again. Of course when I called them there’s no one there to talk to. Watch it!

Terrible customer service! We were here for a Midwest regional presidents cup soccer tournament. This has been one of the worst, if not the worst, hotel experiences I have ever had. Customer service was terrible. First off, most of our team was told that either there wasn’t a room available or the room we reserved was no longer available and had to settle for something different or actually leave the hotel for another one. The “light” room clean service was not done for most of us, if not all of us. Beds weren’t made, heavy traffic areas weren’t vacuumed and towels and linens were not replaced. Any time we had to talk to the front desk, they were rude, cold and not accommodating. I was anticipating staying at a Home 2 Suites because I have always heard how nice they are. Plus, I’ve always had wonderful experiences with Hilton properties. We were told we had to use visitoverlandpark. Com to book our hotel and it was ridiculous! There had to be some sort of communication breakdown or something. As a team, we have never had such issues as we have had with this booking and stay.

Staff and room was awesome. Whoever designed the breakfast area should be fired though. The staff were working at super human speeds but still couldn't keep up with the high demand. Seriously, design/upper management, talk to someone who works there and ask them what you should do to fix that. That was the only complaint though. Will definitely stay again.

I'm honored to be the first review for this brand new hotel. My husband I really like staying here. It's chic, centrally located and who doesn't love brand new? Our room was very spacious and had everything from multiple chargers next to the beds to a dishwasher and full-size fridge. Especially loved the dark gray sofa with fuschia velvet piping. Breakfast was decent, a step up from the usual "free" breakfast at chain hotels (berries, breakfast sandwiches, etc. ). Our only significant disappointment was the bathroom. Beautiful and nice fixtures, but a large person would really struggle. In order to open or close the door, you have to step back next to the toilet on either side. In fact, the door cleared the toilet by half an inch. Really. How can a room be this spacious and the bathroom that confined? :/

Excellent service, nice rooms, and good breakfast. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was a little too small. The room had a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge and freezer. They had free Wi-Fi, and there are washers and dryers available on the main floor. There was lots of breakfast options. The service was excellent. We were there because our apartment had water damage. The staff commented multiple times they were sorry to hear about our situation, and one person even bought my daughter an ice cream bar. I really appreciated their compassion. I highly recommend this place!

This room was absolutely fantastic for the price. Spacious and comfortable and I love the kitchen. They have grills in the patio to use and a fire pit to relax by. Pool was clean and a nice size for young children. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. My only wish was for a little more variety in the breakfast bar. But overall it is a fantastic place to stay!

Nice place, our family stayed there for our Family Reunion. Would stay there again if in the area.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever visited. It’s modern theme was inviting & cheerful. We love the saline pool! No harsh chemicals. This place is now at the top of our favorite list.

Way a great place to stay, very clean, friendly people. The room was very big loved all the amenities.

My first night here, I was immediately impressed because the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the lobby of the hotel was definitely retro and adorable. However, when I entered the elevator it smelled (The smell never went away for the entire week) like wet dog. I stayed on the fourth floor and when I exited off the elevator the floor felt like it had just been mopped, the walls were damp to the touch, and the mirrors were all steamed over… it actually felt like a sauna on the fourth floor. My room, I had to leave on 65° and it really never got cool in the room. I started asking on Monday for someone to address the microwave because it didn’t work and since I would be here on work and purchased food I definitely needed the microwave. I leave tomorrow and the microwave is still not fixed. Someone called me this afternoon about the microwave but I just thought at this point I’ve waited all week it’s a little too late. There is an extremely High-pitched squeal that I’ve let the front desk know about and they told me there was nothing they could do but even with the TV blaring the high pitch squeal from the bathroom fan is so loud that it’s almost more than I can stand and it has caused severe headaches everyday. The breakfast is nasty and very cheap. The tub is filthy and it looks like it has never been clean as long as the hotel has been built.
