This was one of the smoothest trainings I have had. The staff was SO friendly and accommodating, and Dennis, the shuttle driver was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, well kept, delivery was good. If you're looking for a place for a training, or just to stay when you stop over in KC, this is your place!

Good rooms, staff at the reception was NOT very helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! The bathrooms are okay when you initially arrive but the housekeeping is not very good with the cleaning during your stay. Microwave and fridge were working in the room. Overall a good budget stay!

Rooms were very nice. Was here for a professional event. Meeting room was open and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Can't complain about this experience at all.

Frist time here nice service. Food was good, the room excellent. If I visit again I will return.

The general manager works hard to satisfy their customers. I had an issue with my reservation, and he was great to work with. I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel to other travelers as their service is great.

My family and I had a great stay and our room was very clean. We had all the amenities that we needed such as a microwave and fridge. Great staff and housekeeping!

Very good. Cool and refreshing break from the heat of the road. The only restaurant within walking distance was closed. Pool area scores high marks. Getting grandfathered into manager meet & greet was very relaxing with a light snack and cool refreshments available. Only issue in room am quite sure is on punch list. Just a missing escutcheon. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel is updated, rooms are spacious, clean and well organized. Morning breakfast is standard like all Holiday Inns. The staff is very welcoming and polite with all questions and concerns. Great place to stay and is conveniently close to KCI.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars in cause of the 3 am wake up call we got, that we did not order! Fire alarm went off. Fire department showed up with no lights on like they were just going for a drive. They finally figured it out and let use in at 4 am. Customer service was great! Would stay again.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Prompt shuttle service. Good continental breakfast. Near the airport, but not close enough you can hear the planes. No room service and no bar, but there are plenty of things within shuttle range.

Rey was the only great thing about our stay, other than the bed. Also, we got this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was closed for our entire stay. And I can't say it enough. Rey. Was. Awesome. We will be back, thanks for everything Rey! We really appreciate it!

Amazing service! Laquisha, as well as the driver that took us to dinner were so friendly and helpful. It was the best service I have seen anywhere in a very long time. Nice accommodations also, but the staff made it amazing! Thank you!

Had a fab time. We loved our bath in our room. Only wish there was a restaurant so we didn't have to leave. Loved it and will be back. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary.

Pool hot tub broken pool not heated some how charged are room reservation great start of the day rooms smell like cigarettes too bad same on you. Not even a apology from the manager.

I only gave this location three stars because: 1) Our room was on the highway side and so loud I couldn’t sleep. For a newer building they should have invested in better windows. 2) Bed was horrible. Rock hard. The pillows however were so soft your head falls straight thru them. Woke up this morning with the worst back ache. 3) Heating system is extremely loud and hard to control. We have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express Suites and loved the experience which is why I specifically chose this one. Unfortunately now that I know they do not all use the same mattresses I won’t be choosing them again. Yes, it was that bad of a nights sleep.

Front desk man was very nice when we showed up after 12… breakfast was AWESOME they had French vanilla coffee creamer! Shuttle driver is so funny! Easy to joke with! Rooms are very nice and modern! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Nice newer hotel. Fairly close to shopping. Hotel rooms were spacious. Beds could use a little more comfort though. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast, good but nothing spectacular. I would use them again for a stay.

All expected amenities were present. Reasonable prices. Im glad holiday inns are doing energy efficient rooms.

The hotel is nice. Nice rooms. Nice bed. The only problem I had was the staff. Very rude house keepers. Other people I was with mentioned problems with the house keepers as well. She threw out personal items away before check out and was trying to push us out of the room early.

Attended two day training session for work at the conference center here. Looks like a nice new hotel, but the lobby is terribly decorated. Also, if you're looking to rent the conference center for an out of town audience, looks somewhere closer to the city. Those from out of town attending the training were frustrated how far the hotel was from everything.

I love the Holiday Inn. However, my stay was horrible until the last night. I called at 530pm and let the front desk know that the water in my tub wouldn't cut off. I left my hotel room at 600pm. I got back at 930pm and the water was still running. Between 930pm-1100pm I called the front desk 4 times and the problem was not resolved. They told me that they do not have any extra room and that the maintenance guy left at 4pm. So, I had to stay in that room with the water running all night (in which btw it sounds like you are trying to run bath water). So, you tell me how you think my night went.

Opened in 2009, so still pretty new now (2017). A fun ars deco feel with friendly staff; a decent pantry; and close elevators (important to a massage therapist like me). Very close to the airport near I29. Under some construction but still plenty of parking.

Nice hotel with annoying "Smart" features. You have to put your key card in a thing by the door to power on everything. There is also a sensor in the bathroom that activates the vent. The vent stays on for a long time… the breakfast is average to OK. The hotel is clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. The floors are loud though… I was woken up by the person above me at 6:30 AM.

This was the worse stay I have had in years. Beds were harder than the parking lot and the thermostat is more of an on/off switch. At 75 degrees it would never shut off and the room got so cold you had to wear a jacket but set it to 76 and it never would cycle back on and I literally woke up drench in sweat. It wasn't just in one room, we had 3 room rented and all were the same. There are several other hotels in the immediate area and I suggest you pick one of them.

Solid hotel, near the airport, clean room, looks like a newer property. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing remarkable but a good way to start the day. I'd stay here again.

Looks like it was recently renovated. Room was nice, but towels look like they need to be replaced with new. The stay was comfortable.

Location was easy to get to; right off the interstate. Check in and out were easy. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Pool was not clean. Room, lobby and dining area was clean. They also push the green garbage; you have to put you card in a slot in order to get lights on. Low lighting in rooms. It is a fairly new facility and 1 elevator was broke. Holiday inn can do much better than this!

We had a wonderful stay in our very large modern room. Everything was clean and new. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It seemed like a great location to hit worlds of fun and some downtown attractions. Yes we will stay here for our next visit to KC.

This hotel was pretty much exactly what I expected. It was clean and had great amenities. Two things stood out. First the breakfast was so good! There was a wide variety and it actually tasted great. The other thing that stood out was the pool. There was a great set up with the pool and the hot tub, but it was freezing! My toddler refused to get in!

Jake is the Best! If you are looking for great customer service this is the place to be. He is phenomenal and? the rest of the staff was great too! Hotel was just what we needed.

The entire experience was perfect. We had a room block and hosted a corporate event at the hotel. The staff was superb and attentive.

The hotel was modern and clean. The breakfast had many choices and was great tasting. The only negative is they forgot to come back to clean our room when we left for our day. We only stayed a weekend so it wasn't a big deal.

Love Holiday Inn Express's for the accommodations/price. Great decor, amenities, staff, breakfast is pretty good, and they're fairly quiet. The new system this particular location has with a second key card operating the lights is ridiculous. Although they told me about it when I checked in, I wasn't told you ALSO have to turn on the switch in the bathroom after you insert the key card outside of the bathroom. So I took a shower, etc. The next morning in the dark. Someone came to "fix" it immediately after I had left for the day and reported that it was working properly. I was too lazy to move all my things to a new room when I discovered that evening it hadn't been "fixed. " After another shower in the dark the next morning, I discovered what I'd missed. So I had all the lights available on the third day, but I don't even understand the purpose of this system. At the very least, it should be explained clearly upon check in.

Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was super soft. Staff was very friendly.

Beautiful rooms and common areas. Will never earn a better rating until the parking situation is resolved. They don't have anywhere near enough parking and allow people to park against the building curb which seems dangerous in case of fire. Perhaps a but nitpicky, but something to consider if staying here.

The hotel is clean, you feel like home, warm welcome with assistance to get around. I will definitely return to this hotel.

I stay at this hotel about every 2-3 weeks. It's like my home away from home. The staff is very friendly, and everything is always clean. The only thing I would like to see is the breakfast area setup by 6:00 am. I have to be at work by 7:00 and opening at 6:30 doesn't work for me.

I live in hotels all year long and we like to stay at Holiday inn alot. Everything look new and modern. They had a small indoor pool hot tub. We pull a 23 ft trailer and we were able to park with no problem, hotel employees were very helpful, theirs a gas station next door but other then that not much. Beds were nice and new, lcd tv.

Its a new hotel, so I was surprised when I went to go to sleep and you could hear EVERY creak made from the room above mine. Every foot step, movement on the bed, etc. To make it worse, the rooms have a key-card switch, which turns on/off every light in the room, and only leaves you with an outlet behind the night stand or the bathroom outlets to charge or plug in something. I could have left the key-card in and turned the lights off at the lights; however, the bathroom exhaust fan kept kicking on and off every ten minutes. I finally figured out it was because instead of just tying the fan into the bathroom light switch, they put a light sensor in, which was being set off by the night light built into the hair dryer. Since its right next to I-29, you can hear the traffic a little. The parking lot is almost overlit, so it was hard to get the room dark. The pool is quite small, but the spa is good sized and has awesome jets. Past that, very modern, and the beds and rooms are comfortable.
