Very nice room. Got very prompt & courteous service when we reported a need to replace a smoke alarm battery. People at front desk where very pleasant & helpful.

A/c worked great in my room Nice and accommodating. Don't like that I ask for no turn down service as I'm out of town and don't want room bothered while at work And housekeeping comes in my room everyday once leave for work. Other than than being annoying it's a nice place to stay with pool. Better breakfast than a muffin or granola bar would be awesome too.

The room was alot nicer and cute than picture online. The staff is friendly. Room was clean and I had the best night sleep! I will stay here again for sure.

Nice priced room for extended stay with family, but they need cleaning staff badly. I would give 4 stars but when they sent a cleaner for the fridge, she only cleaned part of the top then said she couldn't reach the rest. What? Step stool? Room needs a real cleaning, but livable for short term. Updated after being here more than a week, the staff have really been great at making our stay comfortable.

People were super nice. Only issue is in my room was there was a bed bug in there. They did change my room and refunded my money back. I would just check your room as soon as you get there. But other then that had no issues.

This is a good budget friendly hotel that has rooms with kitchenettes. We stayed here and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms are not fancy but they were clean and comfortable.

All I can say is disgusting. If I could rate negative stars I would. This is the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. When we walked in we were immediately hit with the smell of smoke (in a non-smoking room. ) and had to leave. Upon arrival in the new room we were greeted with someone vomiting outside of our room. We had planned a 3 night trip and had to leave this hotel after the first night.

Employees need to bathe. They also need to pay attention to notes on reservations. I asked for a ground floor room… got 3rd floor without explanation. I had to ask for directions to my room rather than bring informed of them when I checked in. Most likely won't stay here again.

Our stay here has been very pleasant. Lori is very friendly and helpful. The staff here are very nice and make sure that we have a comfortable stay.

This hotel was very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They even had a nice scented candle burning in the lobby area throughout the evening. Also very convenient location to grocery stores, highway, shopping, and food.

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Made our stay worth the trip. Would stay here again!

The lady at the front desk was nice. Just the people above us sounded like they were dancing all night. Banging, banging, which kept me up all night. But besides the people above us the hotel, staff, and grab and go breakfast was great. Minus no spoons at breakfast.

Visited here. Rooms were nice, quiet. Hallway a bit cramped. Service seemed average.

This is one of the best places to stay if you need to get away for a few days or several weeks. The rooms are great the staff is very friendly and professional and the grounds of the property is well maintained.

We just get there and no one is at the desk. When she did get there, she didn't seem happy to greet us. We get to the room (all have kitchenettes) we have to ask for ALL the kitchen stuff-dishes, silverware, cookware, toaster, etc. Very unhappy!

Decent but not fantastic. Got a noise complaint about walking normally in the middle of the day in our room. Beds were small and vents yucky but mostly seemed clean and comfortable. Hallways smelled a little odd.

OK if there is not a better place available. No hot tub & the rooms are outdated. Staff is nice. Room was not very clean or equipped.

Found dried dog poop under bed (in a non pet room) went to front desk to complain to the GM who made no attempt to have it cleaned up until next day, only after I contacted the corporate office, which still took a full 2 days to have cleaned up and to get moved to a different room! Corporate office wasn't much help at fixing things either. Took multiple calls to get someone to take care of the situation! They did finally offer us one night on them, would have switched hotels but they claimed they couldn't refund me my money for the remaining days for possibly up to 60 days! Since my experience, I have not heard one good thing from anyone who has stayed at this location. I did hear that GM was fired, still would never go back! Good luck to anyone who chooses to stay there!

Nice enough place. I wish they had a little more than muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal packets for breakfast. Even adding milk and juice would be great.

Staff were polite however I was given a room that was already occupied by another resident. I was given another room. Hotel looks great from the outside but is definitely dated insude. I has to disconnect the fridge during the night due to its load motor. Continental breakfast is coffee and a granola bar and some instant oatmeal.

Newly renovated. Clean rooms. Comfortable bedsbeds.

It was clean and quiet, and at a good rate. Water had to run a bit to get warm, perhaps no one had been in the room in a while. Basic Wi-Fi is a fairly slow, and even more so if you are running more than one device. But go figure, they have a Wi-Fi upgrade for 5 bucks. When they told me that, I knew what I was getting into…

Did not stay because they were overbooked. But front desk helped to find new accomodations.

Room was clean and decently priced. Bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but again, can't complain for the price.

This place sucks. Has slow Wi-Fi but offers faster Wi-Fi for 4.00 a day. The rooms are crappy and the beds are hard. There is no complimentary beverages and no utensils, pots or pans in the kitchens. They don't even give you complimentary soaps. Every night I turn the TV on it has cold case murders playing and only has two electrical plugins. The alarm clocks don't even work and when u snooze or turn off alarm in morning it will adjust the current time. There were roach eggs in the cabinets and blood spots on the mattresses. This place sucks. I don't care if they are remodeling or not.

Stayed for 3 weeks for an Army course, tried to be thrifty and not waste tax dollars. For $68 a day, I could t be happier. Room was clean, hotel staff was friendly, close to shopping and restaurants. Had a little kitchen, fridge was a bit loud, oh well. Overall a pleasant stay for 3 weeks. I'd pay from my own pocket to stay at this hotel.

Eh. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you were desperate. Room smelled, and while it wasn't technically dirty, it somehow didn't seem clean either. The two stars are for the fact that it's pet friendly and there is a lot of great dog walking area, and the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Found a crack pipe do not stay here. Firsy off the lobby felt like it was 80 deg. First room smelled like sewage. Second room I always look for signs of bedbugs 2 yrs @ a 4 star hotel has taught me that every hotel can have bugs. I found a Crack pipe under the mattress, yes that's right a glass pipe with burn marks on the bottom of the bulb. There was a concert in town I did not know about and it was very hard to find anything. Luckily I did find another hotel 30 mins out of town or I would have drove the 4hrs home thought the night and wasted my tickets to Lego land. I was not going to stay there nor will I ever stay at this chain again.

No dishes, silverwear, glasses or pots & pans unless you ask for them and even then it's minimal. I asked and the desk clerk forgot about my request until I went back and asked again then made me wait in the hall 5 minutes while she got them instead of bringing them to me. Once you get them there is nothing to wash them with so I had to use my washcloths from the bathroom. Fridge was noisy and would wake me up. Dog in the next room would bark at 2:00am. Overall not a pleasant stay.
