The service has been great so far. There was a slight issue with our television and they took care of it right away. The pool and fitness center was kept clean and pool noodles for everyone to play with. The staff has been extremely helpful and they were able to give us adjoining rooms next to my parents.

Great staff! The2 ladies at the front desk went over and above to make our stay a great one! The ladies at breakfast was great as well! Very clean and comfortable! Will stay again if ever back in Starkville!

Showing its age but clean and staff was nice and helpful. They were out of several breakfast items on a Monday morning (fresh eggs for example) so rather disappointing. Only decaf coffee in the room. That's a downright crime in my book.

When I come to Starkville, it’s my favorite place to stay. Clean rooms, well cared for lobby, and I think it’s in just the right spot. Look no further for a place to stay.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Very safe & probably less than two miles to campus. Would have gotten 5 stars if the continental breakfast was free. I don’t stay in hotels often, but enjoyed my stay here as well as any hotel I’ve ever been in. The staff was super friendly & if I’m in town for another baseball weekend, I’ll look to book my room here first.

Nice place, room was dusty, main thing I didnt like is the fact on days you checkout, the house keeper came by two hours before checkout time knocking on all doors, not even waiting for anyone to answer, and a lot of the outside doors were messed up so the keycard wouldnt work on them. Also the qater fountains and elevator never looked clean.

Stay there for a night. Very nice staff. Always helpful. Big breakfast. We enjoyed it. Definitely gonna come back.

This is a great hotel within 5 minutes from Mississippi State University. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant are called to order. The accommodations are as expected, clean, updated, and not worn out. The kids loved the indoor pool. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Starkville.

Loved having our military ball here for the 3rd year. All accommodations and staff were great. Definitely can't wait till next year.

Great Friendly restaurant on sight, wonderful after traveling all day. Most quests had left after Big Football Game. Great little business center.

Stayed at numerous hotels and Hilton is always my number one, but this place was the best Hilton. I especially loved the indoor pool and restaurant breakfast.

Nice hotel, but the doors are a little. Thin, you can hear everything going on in the hallway. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff.

We usually have a great experience with this hotel. This visit, our TV didn't work, someone apparently had torn out the power cord to the TV. Had to contact maintenance twice to deal with a tub that was clogged. It was an extremely busy weekend,. Normally it is an extremely quiet and well managed hotel. The cookies are great too! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff and location were both good. TV didn't work when we arrived. Maintenance fixed it. Then the tub wouldn't drain. Maintenance came back and said it was good. Took showers standing in 6" of water. Granted hotel was full due to college move in, however, that should have made them prepare better.

Another business trip. Don't stay if you ever forget things. The front desk is too lazy to do look anywhere not in arms reach if you ask for a tooth brush. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes. Other than that, it's everything I have come to expect from Hilton.

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Joy makes the absolute best mixed drinks we have ever had anywhere. This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to visit our alma mater.

Enjoyed my stay here. Has excellent lobby and bar. Pool is a bit small but whirlpool was good. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Always where I stay in Starkville… Staff is friendly, rooms are always clean, and have never had a bad stay! Also pretty convenient to campus…

Not bad at all. I don't know about everyone else's experience but the staff have bent over backwards for me.

Make sure you all lock your safety locks n the room. Im n bed sleep and someone opens my door with a key. I dont know who that is. How r u going to sell two different people the same room on the same night.

This was the WORST PLACE EVER VERY NASTY EMPLOYEES WITH NASTY ATTITUDES THE HOUSEKEEPER WAS VERY RUDE AND IT WASN'T PLEASANT AT ALL they didn't even have the chain of command up so I can get the number big roaches where everywhere and I just felt gross there the rub had rings and the toilet leaked it was awful never will I send anyone I know there.

The facility was clean, especially for this small, country-ish town, Starkville. The employees were very unfriendly except for the server who served us breakfast (he seemed like a college student) and one of their evening maintenance guy. When we checked in the front desk, the receptionist did not direct us to the elevator to our room or properly greet us. We also requested a late check out which the receptionist confirmed that we were able to check out at 3:00 pm. Then when we got to the room, the thermostat was not working and the maintenance guy tried to help us but was unable to fix it. They gave us an option to either move to another room or comp our breakfast. We decided to just take the comp on the breakfast. The next day, we woke up to get breakfast and went back to the room to get more sleep. At 2:00 PM, the house-keeper knocked very loudly and was telling us to come out of the room. She approached us with a condescending attitude telling us that we needed to leave because we are not allowed to have a late checkout at 3:00 PM. I called the front office and they told us we needed to check out because it did not note that we are checking out at 3:00 PM. They need to learn to communicate with each other and learn appropriate costumer service skills.

We stayed here for a family reunion and had 3 separate instances of LIVE COCKROACHES in our room. The front desk staff never apologized and declined to move us to a new room. What's worse? We were staying with an infant and they still declined! I asked for a full refund and am still waiting for someone from corporate to get back with me. The hotel management never even reached out to me about resolving the issue. Even the housekeepers were horrified. 3 roaches — that's just gross! I am completely dissatisfied with this stay and would not recommend staying here because they won't help you resolve any issues.

I stayed here this January for a vet school interview and I absolutely love it! I cam by myself which was a little scary but the staff here are super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The beds are fantastic and I love the Keurig in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit in the future.

I stayed there a couple of weeks ago, BEAUTIFUL hotel and great staff. I'd strongly recommend it to my friends and family. Especially around game time.
