The room wasn't cleaned well after the previous occupants, but the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a jacuzzi tub, which was great. The staff was courteous.

Was there for a slot tournament. Staff is friendly. Drinks delivered promptly. Clean and comfortable environment.

Everyone was very friendly, our room was clean and nice. Loved the casino. The atmosphere was great!

Staff at check in and out were very friendly and professional. The carpet in the room was BEYOND needing to be replaced. The walls had stains and OLD wall paper. The glass in the bathroom had soap splashes, the trashcan was rusted out with water and trash in it when we checked in. The marble wall trim had not been dusted in many years. Bedding was clean and bathroom was for the most part clean. That is why I gave a 3 star. I noticed a lot of the employees stand around and talk to each other and the guests for WAAAY too long. Maybe they employee too many people.

We booked late so we had to get a smoking room. The bathroom walls were dirty, there was maybe dried up smoke residue dripping down the walls that I'm sure could have been wiped clean. The wall paper was coming off. A few light bulbs didn't work or were flickering. The shower was dirty also, there was strands of hair on the walls in the shower area. It was just gross. The towels had black tire marks on them like a cart ran them over but they were still placed in the room for use. We had somewhere to be so when we left out for the day we complained to the front desk and asked if our room can be cleaned upon our return… it wasn't clean when we got back. So we cut our visit short and got a refund because we weren't staying there another night.

When I made the reservations I specifically asked that it be notated that my arrival would be late. In fact it would be in the am hours of the following day but I just wanted to be able to check in immediately. Upon arrival, my reservation had been canceled and my account charged $55. After an extensive conversation, they finally agreed to give me a room. I ended up having to leave around 1 that afternoon to go on an emergency run for my work. I called to inform them that I would miss check out time due to the fact that my job called me to run to North Carolina. They said I could not pay for another day nor could they hold my room until I got back. They said my belongings would be in lost and found. Not okay at all. After being transferred 4 times I finally got someone in charge. They let me keep the room for another night. I sent my sibling to get my things and when I returned to town they would not let me book a room across the street at horseshoe until I checked out of roadhouse. Roadhouse charged me for smoking in a non smoking room but would not let me back in to verify. They said it wasnt me it was my sibling (who doesnt smoke) that came to retrieve my belongings. I tried to rectify the situation but received nothing but attitudes from all and had to pay a grand total of $116.49. Horrible customer service. No more roadhouse for me or anyone I know.

I was in the first room on the bottom floor. Wanted a king bed for 2 nights but all they had were double beds. They offered their handicap room which is more spacious instead. Very nice and roomy. There is a $100 refundable deposit upon checkout but upon ch3ckin in was told I was charged a $55 fee for checking in late. In the subsequent 12 hour period my card was ran 8 more times for a $100 deposit and also $16.49 resort fee that wasn't due until check out. I had to turn my card off just to keep my account from being overdrafted. Customer Service at hotel desk is horrible. Attitudes everywhere. When I informed them of paying for another night due to my job holding me past checkout time, I was told I could not keep the same room another night and I could retrieve my belongings from lost and found. Never again will I stay here nor advise anyone else to.

This hotel is amazing! First of they pet friendly! & did I mention every room comes with a jacuzzi tub. I went with my girlfriend ️‍ on a Thursday. We had a blast! Horseshoe & Goldstrike is literally right next door if you want too experience a bigger casino.

They have a DJ on Sunday evenings and it's a good time. Good place to shoot some pool and have a few beers. They have beer pong tables. Cool casino; it's a nice change of pace.

We requested a two hour early check in, but had to wait a hour after regular check in before we got our room. Then had to change rooms because the curtains were torn, the bed sheets were dirty, & the lamp shade was torn up. Was not told there was a 100.00 dollar deposit when we made our reservation. The rooms are not what you see in the pictures. In the pictures they are clean fresh looking rooms, but they are not. They have worn out beds, nasty carpets, dirty showers, & the furniture is all scratch up. We will not be staying here again.

I've stayed at Tunica Roadhouse several times and have always had EXCELLENT experiences. The staff is amazing and very helpful. It's one of my favorite places to go!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was quiet, and you could get the rooms completely dark for daytime sleeping;followed by night gambling. Effect location and friendly very helpful staff.

We drove over 2 hours they canceled my reservation when I got there had to beg for my room I reserved then they said their was a problem with my card wouldn't let us stay after driving late in the night no matter the amount cash is not good enough they did nothing to help left my husband daughter and self. To take another 2 plus hour ride back home this place WAS one of the best places to stay they were less then helpful to put it nicely.

We was there two nights. The room had a fresh smell of new paint. It was very neat and cleaned. Everything looked brand new. No doubt that we were the first to stay in that room. We will most definitely be back again and again. My most favorite was the jacuzzi that is in the room.

This casino is my favorite. 2nd time coming here, it has a very laid back atmosphere, not overly crowded, very friendly staff, very clean. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for that type of vibe. 5 stars.

A very small casino but still very, very fun! Always have a blast here. There is also a hotel but I've never stayed. Going for just the casino is very much worth it.

Won't go again. Heating system had broken, it wasn't their fault. They asked if we still wanted to stay but also said the rooms had heat. The room was freezing and was miserable the 1st night, 2nd night was better. But. No restaurant on site. Just not a good experience.

The table games and slots are available for week days but can get crowded on the weekend. The employees are nice and personable. They have a good variety of live and canned music. I go next door to their sister resort, the Horseshoe for the food, which also has a good buffet.

We go to Roadhouse every now and then because we love the environment. It's very laid back and casual. Service is always on point. Employees are friendly. I'd recommend this casino to all my friends.

We've stayed with this group the last 4 years and they never disappoint. The staff is extremely pleasant. The hotel is older but not run down. Everyone is eager to please and made us feel important. High five to Larry the Valet, he always greets us like he has known us forever and so eager to please. Casino even let's you win! Although I seem to donate it all back before we left. Great experience! Would highly recommend this establishment!

I thought I fell in love with the Roadhouse the first time I visited, so we went back to make sure. It's official, I love this place! We could have stayed somewhere else (comped room) this last time around but we chose to stay at the Roadhouse again and I am so glad we did! The staff is always nice and polite. Even if they are chatting among themselves, they will stop to address you when you come by. I was a little sad that they didn't welcome us back when we checked in, but that's just me being petty because they really are a great bunch of folks. Yes, the rooms are a little dated and the carpeted ones are likely stained. Aside from that, the rooms are generally clean and spacious. I absolutely love the jetted bath in the middle of the room. If I had to complain about something it would be the tile floor in the bathroom. That floor is a death trap if it gets wet at all (for example, coming out of the shower). I thought I was going to break my neck until I covered the floor with towels. Make sure you bring your own conditioner because the hotel only offers a shampoo/conditioner combination and it's not very good (for me at least). My second complaint is the bed we had this time. It was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. I actually think our bed had a new mattress on it, but it was far too firm for us to enjoy a good nights rest. As for the gaming situation, the slots are hit or miss.

I love to gamble here and stay here. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are heavenly. And if you stop by the Bar, make sure you ask for Sean. He is awesome. Excellent customer service. Always wears a smile and treats all the guest like family.

This casino has the friendliest staff I have ever met. I did not meet one single employee who came across rude, impatient, or unhappy. The rooms are clean, spacious, and also allows dogs. My dog was with me and we stayed in a room with hardwood floors and a tiled bathroom. Best experience I've had at a casino!

We came for a concert next door at horseshoe. The concert was great, the room at the roadhouse was really nice. The housekeeper was so gracious and brought us what we needed.

We had the best time. The room was wonderful the hot tub was so enjoyable. We attended a concert at the horseshoe and then returned to roadhouse. Where we ordered food from the bar which was so delicious. We loved our visit and hope to return very soon.

Nice big room. Clean. But unfortunately Wi-Fi only for an extra charge. Location very poor.

The rooms are outstanding and the service was just as great, we were greeted and offered help having our bags brought to our room, when we offered a tip the attendant was already gone! He was very polite and quick. The gift shop is well stocked with a variety of essentials and souvenirs, parking is easily located and the wait staff were very prompt and helpful!

The service at the tables for drinks was not great and thankfully the dealers at the table were friendly. Going on a Wednesday night was ideal because it was not too crowded and the place seemed practically empty. Overall it was a decent experience.

I love this Casino and Hotel. This is my new place to go in Tunica rooms are a little higher than an average run somewhere else (bed, tv, bath) bit at this Casino Hotel every room is a suite with a jacuzzi tub big enough for two people and a large extra large walk-in shower it's worth the price. The staff is very friendly, and served our drinks without a wait. I used to stay at Gold Strike. I would pay 200 for a room with a jacuzzi and sitting area. Then a they stopped renting those rooms on the weekend unless you are willing to spend thousands of dollars gambling and if you do you might get lucky and be able to rent to the suite and stay here. Now they rent them again but its over priced, and only good thing is the Cafe area to eat, and you walk in it looks like you are in Vegas as you look at the entrance ONLY. I don't stay at the Gold Strike no more. You almost have to be rich to play the gaming tables. If you're an average person making a average income median living of 59, 000 a year or less then you should go to this (Roadhouse Casino). It's just as nice as Gold Strike and you're treated equal. Plus it's a small work to Gold Strike and the Horse Shoe, so you can drink a alcoholic drink and walk to the others without driving. Also here You can rent a VERY nice room with a jacuzzi and the gaming tables are not outrageously expensive, and low enough to pay the tables and not just the slot machines.

It's right next to a few other casino hotels. I wasn't that impressed compared to what's right next to it. It had a bit of a mountain Lodge feel to it. Casino floor was intimate. Glad I went in at least once but will probably not go back.

I stay here frequently because of reward points and everytime there are issues. Dont bother bringing it to the attention of the staff because nothing will be done. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations and are not clean. We have gotten woken up in the middle of the night from loud and obnoxious people on numerous occasions. There has been dried urine on the toilet seats, sheets have hair on them, their housekeeping needs a course in cleaning.

Beer bottles broken all over parking lot. Trash everywhere and someone had a bowel movement next to my car before I left! Talked to three different employees about how to get to the hotel check in desk before someone told me the correct directions. Housekeepers were handling dirty towels with bare hands and throwing them across the hallway to the floor. Power kept going out the 2 days I was there. Was offered no explanation. Then a note slid under my door explaining that the power would be out for at least 6 hours (after it had already been out for several hours) 20 minutes before power came back and finally stayed on. Not even a free drink at the bar so I could get out of my hotbox of a room. Internet was out so I couldnt do any work. The sheets were nice and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. But after all the bad vastly outweighing the good I can't give a good review. Very frustrating hotel stay.

Luv the Hot Tubs on ground floors! Best beds around. There Grill shut down ladt yr an has not reopened but Horseshoe is 10ft away so no problem. Smoke is not as bad as others. Not a ton of machines but good Penny machines. Great Valet.

I love the hot tubs, but they have a valet/Porter who may or not be on the door… who they isn't you use when checking out. So be prepared to not leave quickly, especially if you need a luggage cart, Porter, or valet retrieval. But a lovely floor, good, quick drinks, ordered right from the machines, with hardly any wait. Great comps, too. They just don't handle hiccups very well, but if you don't happen across any, you'll feel 5 star for sure.

Every room is listed as a smoking room. The room was elegant. The fixtures and marble tiles were amazing. The covers were clean, the floors tidy. But the smokiness almost sent my allergies into outter space. Otherwise I would have given this suite a 5. Have to say 3 because there ARE people in the world who DON'T smoke.

Did not like that there is glass windows in bathroom. No toilet privacy. Would of been nice to get better rewards for dinner and other prizes. The drinks and service was awesome.

How this stays open is beyond comprehension. It's a joke. The entire 2nd floor has nothing on it. It smells. The drinks and gaming is horrible. Waste of time.

We just visited to gamble. We usually like this casino because it's quiet and we can find a table. We did find a table and had a nice time… but some if the slot machines were so loud it was so annoying. Overall a good time.

The location was nice, but the surrounding area is starting to become desolate. As for the rooms, they were gorgeous and we were surprised at how nice they are. The service was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was great at Check-in but when we got to the room there was cleaning supplies left in the bathroom. There was molded food and unfinished alcoholic beverages left in the refrigerator. It was obvious that the room had not been completely cleaned.

Easy to check-in and out, staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and big with a nice hot tub, one of the best hotels in the area. You can go and spend some time under the same casino or the other two that are just right next to it.

It wasn't as nice as we hoped. If you don't smoke then this hotel will be hell on your lungs. Room smells of cigarettes and even people smoking in elevator.

I will definitely come back again and again.

My husband and had been planning a road trip south since we moved to Arkansas in 2001 we final got that chance about 3 month ago and we had the time of our lives won money lost money and ate a lot of good food and the hospitality was great ready to go again.

We just returned from a trip at the Horseshoe casino/hotel. We had always stayed at Gold Strike Casino for the last 10 years. We thought the horseshoe was EXCELLENT. WONDERFULLY comfortable beds, The room was clean the service was excellent. I have stayed at 5 of the hotels in Tunica and Horseshoe is by far the BEST. We were in one of there suites and it also had a fridge which was nice extra to have in the room. The sheets and bedding was out of this world soft and made you just fall back and sleep snugly all night. Loved this place can't believe it took us this long to discover after 10 years of going to tunica. You won't be disappointed with this hotel/casino.
