Was completely shocked out how nice our rooms were for the low price we paid. Very clean, very comfortable … we got a room and ended up with a suite. Staff was amazingly friendly. The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi didn't work well, but that could have been my phone.

Bianca at the front desk was super sweet yesterday. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was fast and easy. Continental breakfast would be better if they put a little bit of fresh fruit on it.

On July 28th at 9:00pm My husband and I reserved a room at microtel Hotel in TUNICA Mississippi we had the worse experience ever by the manager on nights … that refuse to give us his name. He called the Tunica police on us because we complained about a room that smelled horrible because it was a dog room. Because we where talking amongst ourselves quietly about the room situation he took offense to it and asked us to leave at 9:30pm, we had nowhere to go we have been Wyndham Reward members for 8 years and have never been so humiliated he also said" leave because y'all didn't pay anyway" because we used our Wyndham points I would not recommend anyone to stay there the Customer Service was Horrible. I'm still shaking about the entire situation…

I love the staff. They are soo nice and not expensive. But the rooms aren't the cleanest and their not updated.

Clean room. Quite. Very nice. Under 60$. I stayed on a Sunday night. Breakfast was nice, with hot oatmeal or instant grits and butter and toast. Cereal, muffins, and milk juices. Fresh fruit.

I wouldnt DARE stay one night in this place. Before I could book, I was met with the most unprofessional & disrespectful attitudes by staff. Family reunion group booked this hotel so before I did, I called to inquire about group discounts. With NO hesitation a girl named Bianca rudely said they were "sold out". My question was, "are you sure? Because the webite is letting me book. " She then sat quietly as if I didnt ask a question. After listening to her breathe for awhile, she rudely responded, "Hold on". Some snappy guy, named Antonio, picked up and said " How may I help you. " NO name, No title, just unprofessional. He also said they were sold out & when I questioned it he hung up, only after insulting my intelligence & screaming in the phone. I called the reservation number to learn they DID have rooms available. Ide rather pay 10x more at a different hotel than to be treated, talked to, & dismissed like trash. Beware of spending your money here, this place is definitely not worth a penny of mine!

My cousin and I decided to take a last minute trip to Memphis she likes to go to the casinos. She is currently general manager over Days Inn by Wyndham so she used her discount we got 1 room double beds one night, 4 people the room stated it included microwave, iron ironing board coffee maker free breakfast, up on arrival first they ask if she was getting all her rooms stated she had 3, 4 rooms booked, they were cancelled and we were put on the 1st floor when we opened door smelled of marijuana very strong we complained, management states she said she didnt smoke in there, I knew she did I will move you guys I said they must just smoked another employee states that's that loud and laugh manager states I've been trying to get smell out since Friday, now why put a general manager in that room, So they moved us to room 330, pet odor. Very dusty toilet dirty phone broken realized when we tried to call for bleach to clean room, my cousin went to the front desk asked for bleach the young lady said I cant give you the bleach but I can spray for you now I'm thinking at this point manager should be assisting the situation, the young lady says upon entering the room oh it smells good after me cleaning and sanitizing room we've already been moved once, she gives my cousin the bottle and stand there waiting to get it back.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Reserved for 2 nights. When we first arrived, the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and warm. So I thought good so far. But then I walked into our room. Strong musty stale smell. Hard to breathe. Air vents to the air conditioner were built over, causing very poor circulation. No fridge or microwave. The next day when I asked for clean towels, I was felt as if on trial for attempted robbery of towels of which I wouldn’t even purchase as shop towels. All I wanted was to have clean towels. It didn’t matter how many times I showered, I felt filthy. The beds were hard and obviously very old mattresses as you could feel areas of permanent body indentations. Pillows seemed old as well as they were very deflated. When checking out the attendant had an attitude that we were bothering or interrupting him/her. No smile, no thank you, no nothin, except “do you want a copy of your receipt? ” Thought we were getting a great deal, then realized I wouldn’t pay $10 per night! NEVER AGAIN! Beyond disappointed!

Great rates, clean room, vacancy when booked in advanced (about a week), great coverage and fast wireless internet, average breakfast, positive employees, convenient and well lit parking, very quiet 10 minutes from most casinos, it has been a few days since my visit and no bb's (but I will update this review if that changes) and hi-def modern flat-screen in room with HDMI hookups that work; that is the good. Carpet in my room was obviously older and dirty but no visible mold or bad stains, the entire room was very humid in the morning with the a/c running all night long, mattress and comforter were stiff but not entirely uncomfortable, and all the news on TV is Memphis TN horrible violence and nonsense news (just a generic complaint as I realize this hotel has no control over that) ; that is the bad. No ugly (this trip). 4 stars from this guy. I do recommend this hotel to anyone. Pics to come soon.

I could go on for a while about why not to book this hotel but I will stick to some Basics. Number one no fridge or microwave in the room I can't remember the last time I was in the room that didn't happen at least a mini refrigerator or microwave this place is out in the Boondocks and there is absolutely no place to eat except the nearby casinos plan to spend $23 so if you're in Memphis you decide to buy a sandwich forget about bringing it back to the room and keeping it from spoiling for midnight snack number two. Towels are hard they didn't break the bank with bothering to get a decent towels and these were like sandpaper on your skin number 3 when I asked for two additional washcloth because there were two people in the room the front desk asked me to bring down the dirty wants to exchange them number 4 no hot breakfast you better be okay with juice and bagels and a few muffins.

When we arrived at hotel they had charged us for 2 more rooms than we had reserved. There were no towels in either of the 4 rooms that we got. The lady at front desk was so rude acting like it was our fought for the room misunderstanding. We have had problems with Wyndham before and said we wouldn't stay there again but thought we would give it another try but never again this time. The lady wouldn't even listen to us she was just right. They even gave one of our rooms away for the first night. No bother to try and make it right with us.

This place has improved since my first initial visit. For the price, the room was extremely comfortable with plenty of amenities! Located very close to Sam's Town Casino which was booked! I really enjoyed my stay there! They even provided free breakfast!

This place was dirty! We were on the first floor and the bathroom vent had WATER dripping out of it on the back of the toilet seat. You could not use the toilet without getting wet! I will NEVER STAY IN THIS MOTEL AGAIN!

Clean, quiet, plenty of hot water, and comfortable beds. Good deal for the price.

The room was nice but the internet was not good at all. They use satellite and it kept going in and out. The staff was very friendly.

It's a nice clean place and comfy their breakfast can be improve maybe add some waffles or sausage other then that my stay was great great service.

The room served its purpose which was to allow us to get some rest. We had 2 dogs which they were able to accommodate. The room was just a little dirty so a star off for that, but it's not enough to get wound up about.

The place is dirty and in need of repairs. I think the management is not doing well. But my room was decent.

This is one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of staying! The whole facility was disgustingly dirty and the rooms looked a if they had not been cleaned in the last decade or so. As soon as we arrived in our room we immediately went to front desk and got a complete set of linens to change the bed. We were offered another room but as we had other members in our group that had rooms as well and their accommodations were no better than ours we chose not to accept the offer. We requested a cancelation of our reservations and a refund as we had just arrived. The front desk staff refused as they saw nothing wrong with the faciity. The whole thing really made our trip a regret instead of a vacation!

This place is a dump! We checked in on 9/08/17 & checked out the same night! We couldn't stay there. The room smelled bad, the toilet was broken & the seat was moving everytime I sat on it. The drink dispenser inside the mini fridge that held can sodas was broken also (not that we put our drinks in there). The room didn't look clean, the hotel had bad patch jobs on the wall, the trim along the wall was coming off & the futon sofa had visible stains on it. And the room could have used a fresh coat of paint. Even when we checked out a few hours later (after having gone to the casinos for a comedy show) the hotel never bothered to ask us why we were checking out the same night we checked in (I guess they're used to it). They didn't ask us about our stay in any way. The pictures were much nicer than the hotel room itself & parts of the pictures didn't even have the same layout in our room as shown. Even the hotel lobby looked nicer than our room. The lobby looked clean & taken care of compared to our room. We'll never stay here again!

They my reservations even after I followed up with them. I arrived at the hotel and was informed my reservation had been. Luckily they had rooms left but they said they had cancelled in the day before. The staff at the front desk on all shifts were very unfriendly and couldn't understand half of what they were saying. Staff needs a review in customer service.

Not to far away from the local casinos. Clean spacious rooms. Very affordable price.

I love this hotel we had two queen plus a window bed, mirrors on the wall above beds. The only reason for the three star I would have loved a microwave or frige but it was marvelous. The receptionists were very friendly and professional.

Terrible place. First of all the whole place smells like cigarettes and weed. Only reason I stayed was because no free cancellation. Employees are not friendly or knowledgeable, they first tried putting my wife and I in a room that was already occupied. On top of that they bring their kids to work and leave them unattended in the lobby and they walk around with inappropriate rap blasting on their phone with out headphones. Free breakfast is a joke too. Worst one I have even seen. Stale cereal and stale bagels. Only decent thing was semi-fresh muffins.

Jennifer the night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Was only planning on staying one night but after talking with Jennifer and her being so kind decided to spend 2 nights here. However The daytime clerk was not friendly at all.

Slightly updated from the photos found online. LCD TV in rooms, updated bedding and carpet. Unfortunately room was not cleaned thoroughly, as I found adult diapers (unused, thankfully), and items in the fridge left over from previous stay. Breakfast included cereal, muffins and juices, no warm food.

Location is good, rooms are so so. Could of been cleaner. People were friendly.

Room was clean. The ac worked. The staff was friendly. We slept well. Decent price. No complaints.

Service is quick and efficient. Room is standard, clean, but nothing fancy. Perfect for sleeping and showers before heading out to the casino.

Room card kept needing reactivation to open the door. Bathroom door didn't fit in doorframe properly meaning you couldn't shut it all the way. Bathroom door handle was coming apart. Bathroom vent was loose and coming down from the ceiling. Bed was mostly comfortable. No fridge in room. AC worked well.

I only put 5 stars so it wouldnt be erased. I checked in Friday June 24th. When I returned to the room Saturday after they cleaned. We had no towels and no shower curtain. I asked the front desk and she said the daytime crew must have taken it and she doesn't know where it is. This was the worse hotel I have ever been to. The workers are disrepectful and just don't care. I'm a disabled veteran and I ask for my military discount and the receptionist said we add $10 then discount it. I mean what is this world coming too when you treat guest that way. We stayed here in May and it wasn't too bad so we tried it again. Will never stay at a microtel again!

Our room was on the first floor, so the fact that the elevator was inoperable didn't affect us but our room air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room as expected. We were satisfied with the room based on the cost of our stay. Will stay again.

Only needed a room to sleep for the night after the casinos. Was clean and everything was good. Old box tvs though. But didn't matter since all I did was sleep!

The front desk person was very sweet and the rooms clean. I would stay here again!

The room was clean. The hotel has no vending machines. No sodas, no bottled water… no kind of food vending. note. Bring your own. Never seen this in a motel/hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. the remote and the t. V. Are outdated. could not get a good signal. And remote would not function.

I was very pleased with our whole stay. The room was very clean and big. The location was close to our cheer competition.

Stayed there Sept 24 and 25th 2010 for the Delta River Car Show at Sam Town. The rooms was very clean and a nice size. The air condition could have work a bit better as I like it cool in the room to sleep. The wireless connection was not very good with a weak signal in my room. Sometime you could get corrected and some not. The Continental Breakfast was very good. The room rate is much better than any of the casino's for the weekend with just less than a mile to Sam Town. I plan staying there for the 2011 Delta River Car Show.

Travelers beware! do not stay here unless you can lose alot of money. “To call this a ‘fleabag’ hotel would be an unconscionable insult to both fleas and bags everywhere, ” The rooms are not at all anything desirable, even for a budget and economy standard these rooms are poor. I had a room with 2 twin size mattress' and one of them was dented in on one side. $52.00/ night, I really shouldn't expect much right? Ok, so I roughed it out for 2 nights. On the day of check out, much to my surprise the room flooded. How did this happen? Management has no idea, but apparently it's my fault because the room was rented to me. So this cheap $52.00/night hotel that I figured I would just rough it out rather than get my money back because yes this is one of those hotels that does not have "Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back", yes this cheap dirty hotel ended up costing me $700.00, because they later took out another $500.00 from my checking account for water damages. They took money from me to restore their crappy hotel as if it was my fault. Never again will I stay here and I highly advise everyone else to stear clear of ANY Microtel Hotel & Suites affiliates. I have hear of hotels running scams to charge people for their rennovations, but unfortunately I actually experienced this time around.
