The casino part was ok. It wasn't the best. The food was horrible. The hotel was just wasn't too great. Now don't get me wrong it was nice looking but it was hot in the room. We had the ac on 64 and was still sweating. The water pressure in the shower sucked. The bed wasn't all that comfortable. We only booked 1 night. The check out time was 12pm but we woke up at 8am and left bc it was so hot in the room we couldn't sleep. We won't be booking another room here again. I don't recommend either 🤷

They give horrible comps and they have 2 little restaurants with the same limited menus. This is the worst Caesar's casino out of all of them. Also, the rooms are dirty. I think we are pretty much done with Horseshoe Tunica.

So first of all place is very dirty. From the parking garage to hallway carpet. We had a great time playing slots and the action was happening on the floor but when we got back to the room the ac was struggling to cool. We survived the sweaty night but the next morning we didn’t have any hot water. Not sure what’s going on here with the maintenance and cleaning crew but I was really disappointed.

Room is great! Friendly staff. All good so far. Do miss the Roadhouse.

I will never stay there again. The worst I ever been too. No microwave, no coffee pot the basketball game was on and didn't have a bar to go to and sit and watch the game. On top that the pressure in the shower socks. Nothing for the disable to get around in. Sad had to walk to the end of the hall so legs swole up so the rest of my trip was in bed. I ask housekeeping to just give me clean towels and rags I didn't receive them until I called back the 2nd time at 6pm and finally got them. Do better.

Great casino. Lots of slots to choose from. Clean bathrooms. Masked are required unless eating/drinking. Smoking allowed only when playing or sitting at a machine. Drink service from the slot area was SLOW. Server was rude. I ordered a pepsi & when she finally brought it, I took a sip & it turned out to be pepsi & Jack Daniels. I immediately told the server that my drink had alcohol in it which I didn't order. The server mumbled something through her mask about not being the one who made the drink & walked away, leaving me standing there w/ the drink.

She should have taken the drink, apologized for the mistake & said she would bring me the right drink. Instead, I was left standing there w/ an alcoholic drink that I didn't order while the server ran off.
I understand that mistakes happen. I don't have a problem w/ a mistake. My problem is the server's attitude & response to the mistake.

We showed up at 4:15pm to check in and have yet to receive a room 2.5 hours later. We were told we had 35 people in front of us to check in… The front desk staff was not helpful at all and they offered no accommodations while we wait. I’m just hoping to get a room soon b/c this is absolutely ridiculous. We’ve stayed at numerous Caesar’s properties and this is by far the WORST!

Good place to relax. Just wish the rooms had a TV channels Guide and a overall guide about the hotel.

The worst experience from the very start, the most unhappy rude employees. I work in customer service so I always think some people are over dramatic or just sensitive but this is not the case. From the door man to the slot attendants to never even getting a drink served to the bartender hiding in the back so he didn’t have to talk to us or make us a drink! I’m a bartender so I tip very well and I know how it should work. 915 we try to go get a steak dinner they told us they were closed but it said they were open till 10. So we leave ASAP at 7am starving and the security guard not even by the casino Harasses my husband about his ID when he was going to Starbucks by the way he’s 40 years old. I should’ve listened to all the other reviews it was trash!

Nice and friendly dealers and they take your bet no matter how much it seems to be without the attitude about the bet and you feel comfortable at all times even with the virus they doing a great job!

Great time… clean friendly staff. Handicap parking, lots of regular parking as well. Rooms nice and clean. Pool, nice and clean. Will definitely return. Close to Graceland if looking for something to do besides gamble.

The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. The buffet dinner for the Seafood spread was pretty decent, the crab legs were nicely boiled and very sweet. The gaming floor was clean, drinks were delivered and removed quickly. Any time I needed assistance {I don't really gamble} the workers on tjw floor were quick and ready to help.

Valet parking was spot on. Checking in was quick, easy, and painless. Received Starbucks vouchers as there are no coffee makers in the rooms — Starbucks is in the lobby area. Getting a rewards card for use on the casino floor was so simple. Gambling tables were active, slot machines were all operable, and overall the whole place was pretty darn clean for a casino. Definitely going back!

I love this place I don’t go there to gamble, I go there just to EAT AT THE BUFFET! It’s AMAZING BUFFET! They got over there I love to go every Friday to the buffet because they have Crab Lags every Friday! Love it! Love it! Love it!

It is a nice place, it is however aged. We had a great time. The buffet is very nice for the most part. The bread pudding is fantastic! It is one of the nicer casinos in Tunica but not the best anymore. Things are super pricey so bring drinks and snacks for your room unless you want to pay 3 dollars plus for a 2o oz soda. Side note, take plenty of smokes otherwise you will pay 12 dollars a pack. Overall great time but they need an overhaul or remodel. I would also remind them they don't have to gouge the customer for water and such.

Slots are pretty loose here, particularly on the weekends. This is the place to go if you're a poker player. Huge Poker Room. Free drinks, of course. 2 nice hotels, which are easily comped if you spend a decent amount of time there. The staff is super friendly and it is by far my favorite casino. (Bring bug spray in the Summer)

We had a great stay at the Horseshoe. We got an email saying our room was ready before the usual 4 pm check in time. Used the mobile check in, it's fast and easy. Room was clean, with a great view of the Mississippi River. We enjoyed our overnight say and will definitely be back.

The room was good and clean. The bed comfortable. But not having a coffee make in my room was very disappointing for me. Yes they gave us one coffee voucher each for each day we had reserved. But I don't want to get dressed and go downstairs. I like to drink coffee and lounge around. And I am an early riser (4am is normal time I get up) Starbucks did not open til 6. So by 6 I had a headache and was ill so we left that morning a day early. Other than that I loved the hotel/casino. Love the idea of adult only pool! That is a big plus if we stay there again I will bring my coffee pot.

The staff was helpful and fun. The poker tables are the best in Tunica. The drink service is outstanding. I would recommend this casino if you like great food and poker. Huge buffet and a great steakhouse.

This is my second trip for business. I HATE how long it takes to get to your room. Apparently you have to check in early to get a room anywhere on the first 2 hallways. I detest the smoking in the casinos. They need specific smoking areas, if at all. The smoke infiltrates the restaurants also. No coffee in room. What the heck? I'm going to research and see if I can't find a better place to stay when doing business in the Tunica area. Front desk needs better training.

Had a great time! Room was clean and comfortable, the pillows were amazing as well. My fiancee and I both agreed that the 3 1/2 hrs of sleep (6am-9:30am) were the best recharge ever, wether it was the bed or the pillows, I don't know. We will be back this next weekend. Oh and e won enough money to pay for all of it and brought some home.

Haven’t been yet. But I was making res this morning and room rate was reasonable. Got sidetracked and went to finalize res three hours later and room rate is more than doubled. In three hours! Give me break! That’s unreasonable. And I’m using the most polite word I can think of.

If you like casino buffets, this place is pretty good. However, you have to walk through the stinky, smoke filled casino to get to the restaurant. The smoke is enough to ruin a person's appetite. Also, the guy dishing out crab legs is an ass. I followed everyone else in line, but when it was my turn, he yelled at me to put my plate down. He didn't tell anyone else that. Not exactly sure why he singled me out. Needless to say, he had me in tears and ruined my anniversary dinner. I probably won't be back.

Even though it's a bit of a drive to get to Horseshoe and the closest town is like 17 miles away I do like how this casino is nestled in between two other casinos so you don't have to travel anywhere if you get bored and want to bar hop. Staff is always polite and it's nice how they have made it extremely easy to order drinks by touch screen at each and every slot. It's nice not having to spend hours tracking down a server to get one drink that will take another extended period of time to get to me seeing as the server has to do that same search for me usually. Oh, did I mention, all non premium alcohol is free, as long, as you are playing at a table or a slot. That's my favorite thing about Horseshoe!

A large casino with lots of slot machines as well as open table games, a high steaks only room, and live music in the evenings through the week at well as weekends. There is smoking allowed in most areas so if you have health concerns, be forewarned. There is a nice hotel attached (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the prices are double what they are through the week) as well as a live performance theatre (shows are B/C list and usually on weekends. ) The buffet is quite large with lots of options, though the food is only marginal in quality, there are two restaurants and a burger place inside if you are looking for better quality food. Make sure to use your Total Rewards card at the buffet, it's a free loyal card and will save you $6 a person.

I was booked for a whole week, but was only able to stay 2 nights. It was a great room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and even though it was a smoking room, I couldn't tell. Granted I got a 50$/night rate for the week and 90$/night for the poker tournament special. Definitely recommend it.

Great food lots of different tables games very decent hotel rooms. Just don't think you should have to pay a resort fee if your rooms are complimentary. And very nice inside environment.

This casino has always rested near the top of local offerings, but due in part to it's own rise, and others fall, it now sits at the apex. While offering little that you can't find elsewhere, it still manages to stay a step ahead of the competition, even it's own. Nice rooms, good machines, gr was at good, a Starbucks, and a few novelty offerings (jewelry, gifts, photos, etc. ). Would highly recommend giving them your business, as they seem willing to show some level of appreciation for such.

I be always liked Horseshoe Casino. The variety of slots and table games is nice. I love that buffets assortment of food is great. But what keeps me coming back is the drink orders from the slot machines and getting comp rewards by email within a few days of my visit. The hotel rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

Never have I ever made a reservation & was not allowed to check in at check in time. In this case check in time was 4:00pm. We were in line to check in at 4:15. There was a long line to check in. When it was my turn to be checked in I was told the room was not ready. When I asked why my reservation had a check in time of 4pm then why wasn't the room ready? I was told "as you can see we have a lot of people checking in" was told they would call me when the room was ready. Here we are an hour later & no phone call. Never will I ever stay here again!

Good food and excellent desserts.

They always let me leave with a little! But this was the only casino I ever hit the jackpot on twice within 2 days! Nice alcoholic beverages which can be order from your machine and the service is quick! Nice cozy place to visit!

Good atmosphere and easy to order drinks.

Our room is clean, smells good, and is very spacious. The bed and furnishings are comfortable. Room service is reasonably priced. They furnish plenty of coffee, which is so great to get me going the next morning. Will stay here again.

Why don't I get any promo comps, no free rooms, no free slot play and no free meals of any kind? All the other casinos offer me those comps and I spend a couple hundred dollars (sometimes more) at each casino. Horseshoe sends nothing. However, the buffet is nice. And there is a cafe next to the buffet that serves breakfast and they have good pancakes.

Stayed for one night and they only had a smoking room for us. They did offer to spray a deodorant for us. Upon getting to the room I found my door keys didn't work and had to go back down and get new ones. Finally getting to my room we found the room not to have too much odor and settled in. The real issue was that the room was dusty beyond belief and that the vents looked to be covered in dust that accumulated for months. Too tired from the road to even muster the energy to complain to the apathetic staff we went to bed and woke after only a few hours not wanting to be there any longer. If that is what a 3.5 star resort hotel casino has to offer in Tunica you can rest assured we will never again visit that hotel or town again! However a sincere thank you to the efficient bellman who helped me to leave post haste, you are a hero!

Staff extremely friendly, but the hotel and casino are extremely smokey. It really needs better ventilation. Stayed here 4 nights and had to shower twice a day just to get the smell off. Too much smoke in the poker room as well.

Casino was fun as always. Everyone is friendly and polite. Dinner buffet was great. Hotel room was clean and we'll stocked. Overall my wife and I had a wonderful time while visiting.

The buffet at the horseshoe casino was one if the best I've ever had. It's pricey but if you sign up for a member car for the Casino (which is free) they will give you a free buffet coupon. Everything I had at the casino was delicious from the chicken pesto to the prime rib to the salad bar. The deserts were very good too and they were constantly bringing out new dishes.

We booked the room on line for $48. The room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed time both at the tables and on the slots. The service was top notch. We were comped a buffet for downloading an app. The buffet was fabulous! Definitely coming back!

Beautiful Rooms, with Jacuzzi style tub, we had conjoined rooms for the kids. It was great, the rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside was they do not allow anyone under the age of 18 in the pool anymore. The kids were disappointed, and we didn't found out until we got there.

Went for the Thanksgiving buffet and found it to be exceptional. Arrived early and parking was easily available close to the entrance so there was no need to use their valet service. The gaming area is laid out well and slot denominations are clearly marked. Had a good time.

The ladies at the counter where you receive your cads are very rude. Stood in line forever and they let people go in front of us because they had a certain card. That's stupid. And you wonder why no one comes to your casinos anymore. I'd go far and beyond to make sure the customers are treated special. Not make them wait in a long line. And somebody with $$$$ comes up and they ask you to get back in line to wait. Stick your casinos up it! Will never be back. Ever.! Thank you.

We stayed here during a recent road trip. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was clean. However, when taking a shower the water quickly rises as in well above your ankles while showering. That I didn't like. Sort of grossed me out. It is quite a long walk to some of the rooms but not a deal breaker. The pool was closed for the year and the outside area where the pool is located is also locked and closed off. I've stayed in many hotels when the pools were closed, but guests were still granted access outside to enjoy being outdoors. That was not the case here. The hotel/casino has a Starbucks inside which makes life a little easier for me. There were some issues with correct orders but I needed good coffee so I was still happy to have it. The slots pay about as well as to be expected. When one hits, get off, move on to another one. We found many did hit, but if you continued to play on that machine it just eats your money like any other slots in any other casino. We were there for fun so we enjoyed it regardless. The drinks at the bar were perfection! There were many table games and you could see some were pretty serious games. I did LOVE the feature on the machines that allow you to order a drink right from the machine. No need in watching for a cocktail waitress or taking a walk to the bar unless you want to. That was a nice touch. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was full as was the casino floor. We had a small meal at a little cafe just off the casino floor.

Along with Goldstrike, Horseshoe is a great, lively environment on the weekends. Tables are relatively full. Slots pay normally. Being able to order drinks from the machine is a nice bonus, and service tends to be reasonably quick. Definitely easier than trying to flag down a waitress. Restaurants are solid. Music is usually good. It's as good a place as any to hang out in Tunica. Check it out.

The staff is very upbeat and friendly. I enjoy going to Horseshoe to play poker. We have stayed there multiple times and never had a complaint. I even hit a jackpot there! All in all, it's a great casino.

Only casino with a poker room in Tunica to my knowledge. That being said it's the best poker room in Tunica. Fairly large poker floor. Dealers are polite and keep the game moving. Haven't explored to much more of the casino other than craps and a little black jack but primarily poker. The casino has clean restrooms and the 8 oz Burger Bar sells decent food for what it is. A little overpriced but to be expected in a casino.

My husband and I chose to take a getaway here, Sept 12-15, 2017. The staff was very nice. We have no complaints about our room either. The house keeping staff was so delightful, everybody speaks to you when passing by. We ate all over the casino and all the employees was so nice to us. They made us fee like they new us. One particular employee, Yolanda that worked at JB's was a very good waitress. We ate breakfast every morning there because of her.

Ate at the Village Square Buffet for all you can eat seafood. They have a variety of foods from different cultures and I love crab legs. The crab legs were plentiful but my first batch was cold. Besides that, everything went well.

Do not play here. I play here all the time, well as of tonight use to play here a lot. I live 2 1/2 hours from here. I came in to play some, and I did exactly what they wanted me to do. I drank, gambled (lost by the way), and lost track of time. It was 1:30, I had a free room. So I figured I would stay, (I do not bring my debit card with me). That night I lost $400 in their casino, and because I didn't have my debit card I was forced to sleep in my car. Switch I explained to them, that I would be sleeping in my car because I did not feel safe driving. Their response and body language was oh well, that's policy. I know they can override the system, because they have done it before. Just feel like they don't have any concern about their player safety, or truly care about their players.

We were there in June and loved it. We went back in August for our anniversary. There is so much to do we stayed 3 days longer than we had planned. Rest, relaxing and gaming. Great trip! They are so helpful and really strive to make your visit special. We also love taking our fur baby with us.

The food was delicious. However, it took a very long time to get our beverages. We ordered Mist Twist and twice received it with no syrup so it was only soda water. I informed both our server and a manager about the issue but neither of them checked before bringing it to our table. Our server would be gone 15-20 mins at a time so getting refills was difficult. We did not have enough napkins or silverware either. The experience really changed really changed my perspective about Horseshoe. There were several others with me who had never been to horseshoe before but came at my recommendation. They were somewhat appalled at the service we received, I don't think they'll return.

Nothing is cuter than the Horseshoe Hotel. It has a very classic 1800's vibe but also upscale. It was adorable. The attention to detail was great. The casino has a good variety of games. We wanted to eat at their restaurant but it is closed on Mondays.

The line to get in went very fast. I really enjoyed the quality of the crab legs. They were easy to crack, full of meat, and very sweet. The other food items were very good as well. Service was excellent. I really enjoyed my dining experience.

Front desk is extremely RUDE! It felt as if I was unconvincing them when I first checked in. Waited over 45 mins for check at the restaurant and food was bad news! Room was decent but not well cleaned around the edges and casino personal were nice but the horseshoe casino across the way is much newer environment.

I used to work here if anyone want comfort and. Good service you can surely be happy here they are one of the best casinos I admire. Take time and enjoy the best things in life.

I won my first big cash here at the new (digital) roulette table they have near the parking garage entrance. I sit there for about 5 hours and make lots of money. That's definitely the payout machine.

I'm a poker player. My experience was great. I've also stayed at and played at Harrah's in Tunica, and I would choose the Horseshoe every time. Friday and Saturday night hotel rates are a bit stiff, but this is definitely the better of them. Room was clean, very comfortable and staff was excellent. Poker room is well run and game play is lively. Harrah's was older, worn felt on tables and the room was filled with stodgy regulars. If you are a poker player under the age of 55, skip Harrah's and play at the Shoe.

THE CASINO Too much smoke!. Now that that is said. We had trouble entering the casino because my Asian friend's ID was supposedly expired. He is 37 years old and does not look like he would be under 21 years old. The security guard requested his ID, and refused to let him enter because she claimed his ID had expired. Don't get me wrong, I understand that the security guard was just doing her job, but if the purpose of checking the ID is to verify age, and the ID shows that the person is many years over the required age, then what difference does it make if the ID expired last year? Does that make the individual any younger? She called all the other security guards and informed them that an Asian male in a grey shirt was trying to enter with an expired ID. We went to another entrance and immediately received a "HOLD ON you are the one that tried to enter with an expired ID at the front entrance! " Well, as it turned out, the ID was not expired. I put on my glasses and verified the date and the ID expires in December of this year. We lost an hour complaining and trying to talk to various employees about how unfair it was for him not to be able to enter the casino. When we brought it to the attention of the front entrance security guard that she had made a mistake, she accused my friend of presenting a different ID previously. While in the casino, I felt as though I were being watched. Yes, I know that everyone is being watched in any casino.

Disappointed — I booked my room on the Horseshoe website and received a GREAT deal, but the room was so far from the elevator and I even asked for one closer. The room cooling system is noisy and doesn't even do a good job. All the numbers on the remote control for the television are worn off, and most don't even work. The sleep button especially didn't work. Bathtub is tiny and old. You can just tell the room needs a face-lift. They spend the money in the casino and lobby area, which are nice. I have stayed at the Tunica Roadhouse and prefer those rooms for the same money. People at both casinos are very helpful and pleasant. Horseshoe casino is much nicer. Staying at any of the above casinos or at Goldstrike will put you in aplcae where you can walk back and fourth between the 3 casinos and have everything you need. Don't buy Starbucks late afternoon at Horseshoe. It was horrible and must have been sitting for quite awhile. I couldn't even drink it.
