Very clean very friendly outstanding place, reasonably rates❤️♥️

Enjoyed our stay. Very few complaints. Water pressure could use some work. Both phones in our room did not work. Last but not least, I was laying in bed at (10:00) AFTER we already called the front desk to extend our stay. I heard a tap, assumed it was My husband in the bathroom. Next thing I hear is our door opening… Thank God for the Safety Latch… I was NOT DRESSED! " CHECKOUT IS AT 11:00… GET OUT OUR ROOM!

All concerns were reported to Corporate Customer Relations. Front Desk staff were amazing!

The staff here is wonderful and the common areas are beautifully decorated, but the rooms are far from what I’d expect out of a Candlewood Suites hotel. As soon as I walked in to my first room, the smell was awful, the floors were sticky, and and the kitchen appliances were taken apart with screws left out on the counter. I quickly notified the front desk and the lady kindly gave me a different room. However with the second room, I discovered Hair along the edge of the tub, in the bed sheets, and on the pillows along with a snot stain.

Quiet and comfortable. Having a grill and patio to relax at was a plus. No pool to cool off with detracts what could be a great place. Unlike most places they only clean your room every 5 days and can get over looked if you don't get up to remove the don't disturb early because they usually only clean in the mornings so you can't sleep in.

Great Staff and a very clean Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was fully stocked with hardware and the full size refrigerator was nice. I will definitely be back here again.

Decent hotel, good location to shopping center. Staff is friendly & willing to help. If lite sleeper I'd recommend 3rd floor.

I was disappointed the next day I checke out and want to get breakfast not tell me when I check in that they don't serve breakfast don't worth it to me.

Clean room and hotel. Shower not good, poor water pressure and temperature. Staff efficient but not terribly friendly.

This was a steal… my rate was for a 3 star hotel but service, room amenities and property amenities were definitely that of a 4.2. Will be staying again when I visit.

Older property. Rooms were ok but looked aged but were ok lots of places to eat and shopping close by to stock up on food. It served it's purpose for my trip. I'd suggest getting the lamps with the plugs in them. That would be a good upgrade.

This is my home away from home. I first arrived in June and will be here until the end of January of 2018. Maybe even longer. I love it, the personnel here is so very nice and accommodating. I have a choice to pick another hotel or to stay here. I'm staying right here.

Stayed several times and never had a problem. Just make sure you reserve early enough if there is an event nearby.

Room was extremely clean, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen pots pans and tableware included. Very pleased. Staff I encountered were very friendly and polite.

Very nice and courteous staff. Room is very clean and nice for the price. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to easily run into town. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was mostly friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a candlewood suites for an extended time in college station Texas and that hotel was much nicer and the staff there were phenominal. I wish I could say the same for the candlewood olive branch, however, my overall hotel experience there was alright.

The front desk was very very nice and with all that was going on (storms) she gave us a room @ 11 am the minute a room was available. If you go and ask for towels or anything they will give it to you the second you ask. If you are needing a place to stay, I recommend this place. Safe hotel safe place. Overall amazing!

We stayed here traveling through to Florida and for just a place to lay our heads it was great! Quiet location right off the main highway to Florida. Customer service was excellent, very friendly. The room was clean and cold when we got up to it, which is how we like to sleep. The bed was comfortable, showers stayed hot for two people to take a shower without hurrying to save water. Google shows them having complimentary breakfast but they do not, however, they have a full kitchen in the room and appliances you can borrow out of an "appliance locker" so if you plan ahead you can have a homemade breakfast on the road. They also had on site washer and dryer. Definitely a great place to stay for the night!

17-19 yr old Piranhas Baseball team stayed here this past summer for the World Series tournament. Great rooms, great location!

I had amazing time while staying here it is a very clean and comfy place to stay if your looking for a good hotel this is it felt like home.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and lots of extras. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves so it's like a home away from home. The hotel has an indoor pool and extra items like games or helpful items like a blender that you can borrow from a locker.

I really don't know why candle wood Suites have a cheap feel to them, I love how much space I get for a great price! Upon arriving, I was greeted properly at the front desk. The room upgrade, however, wasn't as good. It has a stale smell throughout the room, maybe a lingering accent of cigarettes?

Candlewood in OB is a great place to stay. The hospitality was really great. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend staying there. The price was good, but the only thing that I would have liked, if they served breakfasts. There are some family's that is not able to cook there own meals when they are only staying for one night and have to get on the road home. Donuts, cereal for the kids would be nice. Beside that… a great place to stay☺☺

The worse ever! Where do I start? If it's a "Patel" MOTEL — forget HOTEL — you're about to get the lamest, cheap, NON — American experience in your life. This motel has a "free laundromat" BUT out of 4 dryers only one works and for weeks they never had any of them serviced. The clerks are not friendly unless you are flirting with them. The furniture, WOW, the furniture CUTS you because of the very cheap leather and they refuse to upholstery them. If you stay a week, they WILL NOT give you any service until FIVE DAYS! The maids looks like they're straight from prison or just coming out of a crack house. Save your $100 a night, there's much better hotels in Olive Branch for the same or less in price. Internet… what internet?! Their speed is 1 meg down or less and this is at ANY time not just peak time it could be almost empty and it's a crawl.

Horrible hotel! I stay in hotels all over the country as I travel with my job. This is the loudest hotel ever, even on the top floor. Been here 4 days and will be leaving tomorrow morning thank god. The Wi-Fi is non existent and the staff are not very friendly unless your like them*. Patels should explain that.

While the staff is very nice and the rooms are clean it reminds me of HUD homes meets hotel. The overnight price was not worth having a kitchen in the room with a small and unlevel bed. There is no breafast served nor coffee in the morning. I typically stay at the Hampton Inn and will not be staying at this hotel again. Suggestion get rid of the kitchen, add bigger beds, get rid of the nasty recliner, upgrade the furniture, hire a decorator, include a hot tub, offer breakfast and coffee in the lobby and I will be happy to return.

Absolutely the best place to stay. When I checked in Jasmine greeted me with a smile and a cheerful attitude. While I stayed there Saturday and Sunday nights the staff was always cheerful and always had a smile. When I checked out on Monday, Ashley contacted a cab company and made all the arrangements for me to go back to my company. After about 30 minutes the cab didn't show and Ashley took me to my company herself. Never before have I seen such a wonderful staff. I will definitely be letting my company know that this is the only place to have our employees stay when they are in need of a hotel. The room was clean, had a pleasant smell, was equipped with dishes, a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, soft towels and washcloths. There is a microwave and a little range, a dishwasher to do the dishes and a place outside if you want to grill something to eat. Grill and utensils provided. Excellent place to stay and a good price. I wish I could have given 10 stars.

I called 15 minutes ahead to book a room. Chris was so nice and courteous. He ensured that me and my family had everything we needed to be comfortable. I loved the complimentary laundry facility, gym, and mini-store with a little bit of everything. The room was beyond our expectations and the price was reasonable.

The BEST staff. Bar none! Great location. And they take CLC :) Its our home away from home when we are working in Memphis.

Only hotel in area that takes pets. Good quality for price. Would recommend. Room had full size fridge with freezer. Clean. One bed a bit sprung. Designed for longer stays but nice for one night. Nice touches.
