Great hotel! All of the staff was very friendly & helpful! Because they were so nice at this hotel, we stayed at Comfort Suites for the rest of our trip. You should be very proud of your hotel, & it's staff! It was a great experience at a reasonable price!

While checking in the lady at the front desk was more worried about me having a dog in our room. And insuring that I was responsible for any damages to room. Than telling me about the amenities of the hotel. Had to ask her how to get to our room. Did not even tell me about their breakfast features. Will check out other hotels next year.

This place feels worn down and a bit lacking for a professional traveler. Paid $99/night. Comfort Suites is more of a $69/night. Place. Front desk was a bit unwelcoming at sometimes of the day. Clean rooms, but If you you like a modern and professional feeling place, go elsewhere. Overall, not the place you'd want to stay for a week. Additional comment: The gym is a joke. No free weights, the weight machine is broken, and treadmill is barely functional. On the treadmill you have the 'choice' of 3mph, 5mph, or 8mph with 'auto' speed buttons. The +/ — speed and incline buttons don't work. When I called to voice my dislike for this I was told by one person that it was the fault of kids messing with it. The manager who I next talked to was aloof about the problem and said people use it all the time… Any way you slice it, since they don't prioritize on keeping it up and functional they shouldn't be advertising they have one. Just my honest $. 02. I think a lot of these 5 stars are either fake or from those just stopping by for a one night stay.

The room was nice, but the service was horrible. Extremely unprofessional and very combative. All I wanted to know was why my credit card was charged before I even checked-in. I was overcharged and the entire experience ruined my daughter’s graduation. This was the worst hotel experience in my life.

Clean, courteous and helpful. Stayed two nights. Coffee terrible. Breakfast not good. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Just bring own coffee. Great room!

We had a great time. Room was wonderful. Service was great! Everyone who worked there was nice and friendly.

Rooms were decent but were not worth the $153 I was charged originally. That price was quoted to me by the clerk and that was included taxes. After checking my account a few days later, I find out I was charged an additional $50 stating I checked in early. Why was that price never quoted. I was willing to pay what I needed to but don’t charge my card behind my back. That was so unprofessional. The room wasn’t worth $180 at all. I will never stay at this location again.

Great place to stay. Comfy, clean, quiet, great breakfast, and easy access. Same price as old comfort inn but new.

The place was clean and quiet. There was some light food served in the afternoon along with cookies for the guests. It is well decorated. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked very well and had no code to put in. The shower was close to perfect. The thermostat in the room worked very well. The only issue was that, evidently the breakfast lady did not show up and there was no hot food at 6:30 in the morning on my first day. Had to get the desk lady to wash a spoon so I could have cereal. Second morning there was a breakfast lady, but they ran out of the stainless ware and I had to get another spoon cleaned to have cereal.

Only problem was coffee machine broke in dining area. Coffee machines in room don't have good directions and are quite messy. Otherwise great breakfast and stay.

The place is very nice and clean, excellent service at front desk. Breakfast was very good, I would like to see some cut up fresh fruit, I would strongly recommend this hotel. I stay here every time I come in town. Staff is super friendly.

Nice, clean and tidy. Would stay again. They didn't acknowledge my stays which results in giving me a gift at check in. But a nice place.

I don't normally do surveys but I had to for this hotel. This hotel is so exceptional that I will always have this hotel in mind whenever I travel. They treated me like family and are so friendly. I love talking to them and they seem to know how to treat their guest. Fantastic service. This hotel should be a DIAMOND start hotel!

Breakfast was amazing especially with the ceramic plates and the assistant manager Shivam, did a wonderful job checking me in and making sure everything was perfectly fine. Bathrooms and rooms are very clean. Beds and sofas are comfortable and the light in the rooms is very bright so you can see everything! They took good care of me on Saturday and seems / appeared like they know how to do their jobs. Again great hotel chain!

Elegant big rooms and prestigious breakfast. Splendid & helpful staff! Love the way they treat you like you have known them for years and they have been waiting for you to come say hello! I love how they treat me and I can't wait to come back again!

Extraordinary & helpful staff. Very clean and up to date. Love how big and spacious the rooms are! They recently painted the rooms. THEY HAVE 50in TVs IN THE ROOMS! I love this hotel and will always come back!

Let me start off by saying this hotel has marvelous breakfast and the beds in the rooms are VERY COMFORTABLE. I had to ask the staff what type of mattresses they use because I had to buy the same kind. I don't think I slept this well in a long time. The staff are so friendly and caring! Shiv, was the one who helped me check in and also told me about what to do around Memphis while I was in town. The housekeeping staff are also very cheerful and clean the rooms very well. I am very OCD about my rooms and they cleaned it very well! I will stay here again for sure!

This hotel has the best staff and offers amazing amenities! They gave me the best service and also they have coupons for nearby restaurants! I am so glad I stayed here and will always stay here in the nearby future. I know they are doing renovations in the near future so this property will look even better! ALSO THE MASSIVE TVs IN THE ROOMS ARE SO AWESOME! Their breakfast is something that I love going to in the morning with their good coffee, pastries, and waffles! THANK YOU COMFORT SUITES STAFF FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE!

The Olive Branch Comfort Suites is centrally located and offers a clean relaxing environment. Many stores and several restaurants are just minutes away. The Olive Branch Comfort Suites has a peaceful landscaped setting.

I just started working here and it a great place it is like a family atmosphere… great full breakfast clean very comfortable and relaxing a spa indoors a fitness center with TV and a outdoor pool handicapped​ excessable.

Very nice. Hidden gem just off the main drag. Nicely appointed rooms at budget prices. Breakfast included. Clean and comfy for road warriors.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower curtain rod was in need of repair, but still functional. Staff members were polite and friendly. My only complaint was the breakfast. The eggs were not good, and the other options were a little lacking. I would stay here again if passing through.

My experience with Comfort Suites was wonderful. We arrived and we're checked in promptly. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast could use some help though. Not much of a selection to choose from. We checked out and we're thanked for our visit.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay at this particular facility. I requested it specifically for my business trip. This time, not so good. So far, both mornings, the breakfast was depleted and not restocked by the time I got there. Today, 5 minutes BEFORE they supposedly started serving. I was stuck with biscuits and gravy, and the gravy was cold… and some thinly-sliced items vaguely resembling bacon. I told the desk clerk who was messing with the coffee machine while people were waiting for eggs, and she simply said she'd "tell the manager. " She went on messing with the coffee and did NOT refill any of the food. Also, certain little things are not longer in the rooms. Paper and pens, bath floor mat, etc. This may be my last stay at this place. I should say that the rooms themselves are nice, the beds comfortable, and the staff is generally courteous. On a previous stay, when my safe didn't work, they were up the next morning and it was fixed.

We will never stay in this Choice Hotel Property again. As diamond elite members of Choice Hotels, we have stayed in the best and the worst! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, EVEN BEATS THE ANT FILLED ROOM IN PANAMA CITY BEACH! My husband agreed to stay at this property for one reason, the outdoor pool. We actually had business closer to Memphis, but I wanted a pool. When a 5 year old child complains because the pool is nasty, you know it is bad. I am not to proud to use a net and skim the pool and politely asked the desk clerk if the pool pump could not be turned on and if she could get me the skimmer net. While she came out and tried to help, no net was to be found and she was unclear as to when the pump was to be turned on. She did offer to get me some ice because the 1st and 4th floor ice machines were not working. This pool was nasty! It smelled nasty! The excuse that the previous weekend had been a holiday weekend and business was good is NOT an excuse! And where were you safety devices? No life hook, no life ring, no posted notices! Your lift machine uncovered and a small child playing with the control cord on the deeper end of the pool! The next morning I once again asked someone about a skimmer net and she assured me she would return. She obviously was with management because she was interviewing a potential employee. What management school did she attend when the guest does not come first? Among other items, no ice bucket liners for 2 days.

The location was not hard to find. Our room was very nice; the bed was comfortable. We had no issues while staying here.

Everything was clean and nice. I stayed there for one night but everything was in tip-top shape. Beds are extremely comfortable! And everyone is quiet. I would stay here again.

It was pretty good but our room wouldn't lock. They don't have maintenance at the hotel so we had to wait a whole day for a random guy to come in and fix the door. When we called the front desk, no one ever picked up.

Amazing motel great service amazing beds and extremely clean that hot tub was nice need to turn the heat up a bit with it getting cold over all great stay highly recommended to stop in.

The employees are alway very polite and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and cleaned well every day. The hotel is located right by a major intersection for quick access to the freeway.

Horrible hotel. Although the décor is renovated the smell of gas in the lobby was awful. The gas fireplace in the lobby was not lit so not sure where the gas leak is causing the odor. Regretfully, I proceed to check-in only to find a room REEKING OF MOTH BALLS! Seriously? What hotel in the 21st Century uses Moth Balls for ANY reason?! I called the front desk and she confirm it was in fact MOTH BALLS in the rooms. I was tired, needed to crash for the night, but the SMELL was so OVERWHELMING I could NOT STAY! I requested a credit back to my charge card and she said it would take 3 days. I told her that was ridiculous as my previous hotel (Hampton Inn) charged a credit back no problem. She then printed out a receipt showing a ZERO charge for that room. I get home only to find the room charged anyway. So the $120 charge on my card will apparently be there until SOMEONE decides to credit my account. I have DISPUTED this charge to my credit card company. This explains why this hotel had so much availability… no one wants to stay there. It's a last resort option! note to management: fix the gas leak in the lobby and get rid of every moth ball on the premises. There are alternative ways to rid your hotel of bugs and pests… it's called an exterminator. The smell is offensive and distasteful. try airfresheners throughout the hotels. :)
