Room was not properly prepared. After explaining the discrepancies we were offered to move after we had unpack. Not an option. It is become very apparent to us that the Choice hotel properties are declining rapidly.

My stay at the Quality Inn/ Choice Hotel @ 7049 Enterprise olive branch Mississippi was unpleasant. The smell when you first walk in, the stairwell was unswept. Holes in the wall, stains in both the curtains, blankets. The smoke detector was not secured to the wall there was water damage on the ceiling. The outlet in my room had no cover on it. The only pool was not clean at all. And when I went to use the phone in my room it didn’t even work. This is my first and last time stay at the Choice Hotel/ Quality Inn.

Had a week long stay the employee were very friendly and helpful they kept my room clean and breakfast was always ready on time.

Smell of mildew walking up the stairs. Rooms are sub par with upkeep. Breakfast was average. Hostess was not the most professional in her choice of words but to me that’s not a big deal since I cuss like a sailor.

Our room smelled like mold. The air vents had not been dusted. The cable was about 6 channels. We had to make a complaint for them to give us access to the children channels. The phone and alarm clock were unplugged and/or did not work. The bathroom light made a loud buzzing noise which drove my kids nuts. However, they do permit same day check in. They have complimentary breakfast which had a good selection of food including waffles, apples, tangerines, yogart, cereal, etc. Oh, and they served lemonade which was really good. Lastly, their customer service agents were great over the phone and in person.

Ok in a pinch, and on a budget. The rooms are a bit musty from the humidity. The a/c units seem to draw all the moisture from outside into the room, so you get cold and damp or warm and damp. That aside, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable and the location is good.

The bed was comfortable. I only had one issue when I woke up after my nights stay I had ants crawling on an empty can of soda. I made the front desk aware of ants in the room and they were very apologetic and offered to move my room.

Better off at the comfort suites down the road for any extended stay. Good for in and out short service only. The manager made a delicious breakfast and was very nice, but I would expect the price to be way lower compared to the more lavish experience we had with Comfort Suites.

They charge your card kind of weird. Once you understand what they did and why, it all makes sense. It gets put on hold until you check out, then it is released back to you. Unfortunately, a debit card can go psycho on you and keep debiting everyday you stay. On this particular night, our groups cards, both credit and debit, kept getting charged for incidentals and just some random charge. So suddenly, a 148 dollar room just went up to 600. The weekend stay is now going to cost 900. We'll get it back, no problem, But if you're budgeted out, you can be in a mess. This happened Friday night, Saturday at 12am we were charged again. We won't get our money back for 5 days. Manager says since we used Choice Pay, which is owned by Comfort Suites et all. They're not responsible for the charges. Baloney! It's their service. The toll free customer service number is great. They will handle it instantly. All in all, once the smoke cleared everything was fine. Nice hotel, good location, nice staff, there was a glitch in the system, once Customer Service found it, it was resolved instantly. Just understand the charges, keep an eye on it, and it will be great.

Couldn't check in. Their computers were down. I waited for 30 minutes and they couldn't even tell me if they had any rooms available. And they refused to honor my corporate discount even if they could find me a room.

The experience was good until I exit the second floor, the garbage smelled immediately when getting off the elevator. My next experience was the room, the restroom were nasty, hair all over the floor, the toilet was nasty as well. Vicky Durbin the hotel manager said they had new housekeeper and this would be dealt with. She seem really unconcerned about this situation but never the less so did Corporate, Taylor the supervisor wasn’t any help has well. I’ve learned my lessons, I’ll stay with Marriott anytime because they care about there customers.

I stayed at this hotel from 3/15-3/18. I chose this hotel because I am a Choice Privileges mbr. I had to chk out early because I woke up, Sunday morning, to something biting me. The bites appear to be bed bug bites. If I could show you the pics I took of the bumps and the red spots I have, I would. Today is the 21st and I'm still a bit itchy and uncomfortable. They gave me a refund for one night, but that will not suffice. I'm now waiting to hear from the manager as I left a msg on his voicemail. The room I stayed in was 206, btw. If you decide to stay there, please have Raid bed bug spray.

Hotel is what you would expect for this price point. Room was clean and the breakfast was good for free. When it states double beds it does in fact mean a full size bed, not queens. This was more my fault then the hotels but just a FYI. Would stay there again.

Old and not easy access. Kind of run down, over priced for rooms, weak breakfast, but there is a new Comfort suites in town that is awesome at same price. Stayed there 4 weeks before, and thought this was same one. Disappointed.

1. Property was in need of serious landscape, overgrown bushes blocking sidewalks, weeds, unkept. 2. Inside front desk & common area looked clean 3. Room 134 was okay, but ceiling was peeling, no toilet paper holder, wall paper in bathroom was coming down, closet door was beat up & the leather bench was literally on its last leg… almost to a danger point. 4. Should you be concerned for your safety? ABSOLUTELY! The side door is always left open with a rug blocking it. Final thought… I forgot my phone charger in the room. We checked out at 12 noon and I went back at 4pm to retrieve it. The front desk said they throw anything away that was left in the room! Who does that? Seriously, so I guess a lap top would be tossed in the garbage… right? Theft is what we call it… They have made NO EFFORT to get it back for me… sad place, NEVER AGAIN. ’

Great location and ok breakfast. A little dated but seemed clean until BED BUGS found! 2 stars because of good location. Cant rate higher because of bugs!

I made an online reservation for February 27-1 March 2018. When I arrived I noticed the parking was littered with fast food bags. I checked in and drove around to the west end and found the entrance opened. I also notice the lock was missing. I went back to the desk and asked to cancel my reservation. I was told I could cancel but I would be charged for one night because I did not give 24 hour notice. I explained I did not feel safe because of the broken door. I was told well no one else has ever complained. I checked out anyway and was charged for one night. This place is a mess and I will never stay there and do not recommend it to anyone. When I travel I always stay at a Choice Hotel usually a Comfort Inn or Suites. I drove west to the Comfort Suites located at 7075 Moore Dr Southaven, MS which gets a 5 Star rating from me.

Very comfortable but breakfast lacks.

Needs a good cleaning. The hot breakfast was not good. Eggs and sausage made me sick you stomach. I've stayed in three different Comfort Inn in the last two weeks and this one needs work.

The hotel has a smell from the dirty carpets, the exhaust vents in the bathroom are so dusty I don't even think they are working. The socket for the TV is broken and looks like a fire hazard. The lamp shades look like someone ate from them and stained them, the furniture looks like they let the dog chew on them! The hall carpets are stained terribly bad! : — (

When we checked in for one night, we couldn't have experienced a more personable lady at check in. She even introduced us to Corkys BBQ. We will stay here on our way to Florida next year too!

The service was excellent and the room was nice. Just a bit modest for my taste but certainly a nice, quiet place to stay.

I give it 4 stars because it is clean. The room was nice and clean but it did have a musty smell (It wasn't so bad I had to change rooms). The breakfast area was very clean and the food was ok. There was a few different choices but overall it was good. The staff seems to be polite as well as the other guest. If we come back to the area I would stay here again.

The hotel seems to have been updated fairly recently. It could still use a good cleaning. Our bathroom exhaust fan was caked with dust. Our room has a musty mildew smell. The staff is friendly. Overall it's not a bad place for the price.

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean. Older hotel, so the A/C in common areas can be a bit underwhelming in the summer. Room A/C worked fine. Rooms are furnished nicely for a 2-star type place. Bedding/pillows are average. Roomy room with suite space available. Nearby restaurant options leave a bit to be desired, but you should already expect this if you are staying this far away from Memphis.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I always stay in Comfort Inn hotels and have never had a bad experience until last night. Upon arrival I noticed the room was very dusty, the air conditioner didn't work well and was also covered in dust. There were hairs on the pillows and in the bathroom sink. The towels in the bathroom were just tossed on the shelf and the bathroom was not very clean. There were obvious stains on the bedding, lamp shades and pretty much every cloth service. The neighbors we had were very loud after 10pm when we were trying to sleep after two long days of driving. The air conditioner kept making a high pitch noise that made it impossible to ignore. The neighbors got so loud my husband went to ask for another room. The only option was on the other side of the noisy neighbors. She called and asked them to keep it down but they got louder. So we packed up and demanded our money back and left. I had to call this morning for the refund and the girl at the desk left no note of our encounter. The lady I spoke to this morning gave us a refund (takes 5 days) but did not apologize or try to make this right in any way. Poor customer service. Dirty rooms. Stay at your own risk.

We reserved a room here for the night since we were passing through town and needed a place to stay. The room was musty and had an off smell. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was a constant high pitched noise that we were unable to find the source of. There were stains and hairs on the sheets. The last straw was that our neighbors were obnoxiously loud, and when I requested a new room away from them I was told "We only have one room left and it smells real bad. " We demanded a refund and left. No apology from staff, and we were told we would see our refund in five business days. I will never book a room in that rat's nest again.

The lady at the front desks was absolutely wonderful. She listened to our situation and she made us feel as if she cared. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was much better than we expected, the room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you!

Needs updates bad. Staff was friendly. Not sure room had really been cleaned. When I got into room toilet lid was up and no kleenex. TV screen was way to small. Plugs didn't work and extention cords were in several plugs. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
