Run down and shabby looking!
We have stayed at several Quality inn's on this 12 day vacation but this was so disappointing,
Pretty sure the room was used shortly before we got there. TV was on, shower was recently used, strong cologne smell.
only saving grace was sheets were clean and after being on the bike for 9 hours we could not go any further.
We will not be back.

Our room was not clean. Bed sheets were dirty. Used condemns in the bed. Staff was very rude and did not care. They laughed and said it was a church group that used the room the night before. They are understaffed. Do not stay here.

I would love to say nice things, but I can't. Between the trash in the room from previous guests, and the pubes in the bathroom with the moldy doorway, and the giant patched crack in the ceiling, I wasn't sure if I was in a hotel or a dumpster. It is very obvious they dont clean or keep up with anything. stay only if you like ratty towels and dirty rooms. 0 out of 10 for me.

They over charged us after saying all rooms were 64.95. We made reservations for ours and we noticed they charged us 106.99 for one night. We went there do to the hurricane and no power. And since there were so many people coming from mobile to there to rent a room they stated they uped the rate 10 minutes after we made the reservation. The manager stated nothing she could do she would not give us the money back, that we had to pay the 106.99 even though we were told 64.95 plus tax. And she uped the price to 99.99 just because alot of people were coming from mobile to Mississippi because of power outage. I do not recomend them, manager was a bit** and so was the young girl working that night who rented us the room that had her kids sitting in there with her while at work. Which that doesn't matter but just so you know if you go in and kids are there that's her. Comfort inn close to there is cheaper and better they were just sold out of rooms that night.

Room's Were Clean staff was great great stay.

Roaches lots of them would never stay in quality inn again this place needs to be condemned want pictures I got them. Nasty.

I called the front desk and asked for some clean towels and the woman was rude. She came to my room and told don’t call up there with a do not disturb sign on my door when I told her she can bring them to my room. And then as she walked away from my and dial ZERO next time. we didn’t have a phone in our room to dial ZERO. And I told her that when I called up to the front desk! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! will never stay here again.

Yes the staff waz awesome room large and air conditioner was very cold.

Horrible experience! Do not stay here! Dirty rooms with damaged old furniture! Loud, noisy drunk people standing outside of rooms and management has not responded to contact.

We are in town for a USSSA softball tournament, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the hotel! The rooms are very nice, especially for the cheap price! The fridge is bigger than most other hotels we’ve visited, with a decent size freezer! The wardrobe is spacious and would be great for someone here for extended stay, or with nice clothes that need to be hung up. The hotel is sold out tonight and it is still a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere! The front desk agent was very polite at check in. We can’t wait to try out the breakfast in the morning!

Disgusting rooms, broken TV, had to move once and still gross.

This has to be one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Checked into room, only to find plaster from the ceiling on the floor, one towel in the bathroom, and could not get remote to work on tv. Went to front desk to complain and manager was very helpful. Gave us another room, much nicer. Went out for the day and came back and key cards would not work. Maintenance came and fixed the problem, and no… the remote still doesn't work on the tv. Just to many problems. And breakfast was not worth mentioning. Will not be staying here again… 0 stars for me, do not recomend.

The employees were GREAT. They could not have been more attentive. The facilities were worse than sub par. We had stains on the wall right by the door. A 1 foot drip 9fnsomething dark. The touletbwas not stable. Every time I sat on it it rocked. The grout in the tub was falling out. You get what you pay for.

We stayed here and were wonderfully surprised! The staff was GREAT! Asia checked us in, gave us the extra pillows we asked for and was the same person who checked us out two days later. She presents a big smile and lots of manners. Couldn't ask for her to be nicer. Our room was super clean. Very nice. Breakfast was hot, extensive and good. I just can't say enough good about this place. Don't hesitate to get a room here.

We had a small issue with booking but it had nothing to do with this hotel or the staff. The hotel was clean and well lit so we felt safe. The staff was great. We were there for two days. They treat the guests like family! Big shoutouts to Gabrielle, Lurie, Asia and Gina you guys are CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was surprised at how nice the room was. But the location was as shady as the people who hung out there once the sun went down. This spot was apparently "The Spot" for all suspicious activities! The staff apparently doesn't mind. I must admit, it was amusing.

Awesomeness, and free ice cream… Well I have to redo my review, ice cream is not available any more,,, breakfast sucks now, pool is disgusting, only thing nice here anymore is the one housekeeping lady, front desk ppl are rude, so is the lady that does breakfast… I'm so disappointed. If they don't get better management in, the meth heads, and, crack heads, are going to take over… sadly disappointed in what this hotel has become.

The breakfast wasnt bad, waffles, muffins, sausage, eggs, apples, oranges, yogurt, juices, cereal. However, this motel was sketchy, I worried about my vehicle all night. The floors was so dirty when I walked barefoot an unknown substances stuck to the bottom of my feet. I swear I could smell vomit the whole night as I slept. Such a lovely aroma to awaken too. Other than that it was cheap, I think we paid 52 dollars for the night and close to the highway.

Wish I could give this hotel 0 stars! The customer service is non-existent. Had a room booked there for one night as a stop over for a long journey. The hotel called while I was driving and ask for my credit card number. I told them I was driving and it is dark so I can not give my card numbers at the moment. I was told to give them the card info or they would cancel my reservation even though I would have been there in an hour to give them the card in person. Felt very bullied so I told them to go ahead and cancel it. Found out days later they charged my card (even though they claimed to not have my card info). Manager has refused to reverse the charge even though they cancelled me. Stay away from this hotel!

Cheap rate. Stayed 2 nights. Told housekeeping not to clean room just trade out towels. They took dirty towels. Got out of shower next morning to no clean towels. Hand towels not so good. Told front desk they acted like they didn't care. Then my credit card was charged twice! Get what you pay for.

Overnight stay on our way to Atlanta, was a great hotel! Room was clean and there wasn't anything bad to say about the visit. Would definitely stay again!

You get the most for your buck at this place! Rooms were clean and renovated, staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good (real scrambled eggs, not the imitation, sausages, bagles and more). I'd definitely recommend for anyone who's on a budget and wants to stay at a nice place! The owner was very friendly also. Top notch service!

They have ice cream! good hotel rooms are decent. Beds sit a bit low and tvs could be updated. Maintenance should check room ac converters to see if they work, my first room it didnt second room did, other then that nice hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing. We make frequent trips down here to see my grandfather. We stayed here and the staff were absolutely lovely. Due to the huge drop in temperatures the week we were down here we were having issues with our door for our room. But the staff were very helpful and kept apologizing for the issues even though they couldn't really control the issues that are temperature related. My family and I have already discussed and this will definitely be our new hiding place when we come to visit mainly because of the staff and just how friendly and delightful they all were.

People are extremely friendly. The room is clean. Not much to look at but the staff makes you want to stay. Ice cream at 11 popcorn at 3. Full all out breakfast. The coffee is good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and pretty good. The lobby was kept clean and neat. Unfortunately, in the room everything felt damp and unclean because the A. C. Was old or maybe underpowered. The only options were pretty much on or off. There was someone else's hair in the sheets and the bedding was threadbare.

Staff was friendly and the room with breakfast was overall a good value for a pet friendly hotel. The room was very wet and humid for some reason with no notice but was tolerable enough that I didn't make a complaint.

Were there during Cruising on the Coast. Employees were very nice and helpful. Informed us of popcorn time and ice cream time which were included along with free breakfast. Room was great. Only complaint is the bed. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

The room is always clean fresh smelling. It has plenty of towels and wash cloths. A TV to watch and a phone. The check in is easy. I recommend this motel to everyone. The beds are very comfortable. I wouldn't stay any where else.

Very clean, super nice staff full breakfast soft towels soft pillows and firm beds coffee in rooms with plenty of cream and sugar. Price is perfect and pet friendly. If ever going through this area will be staying here.

Haven't been here but a couple of hours. So far everything great. Clean updated rooms. Desk Personnel very helpful and friendly I'll update when I leave in the morning.

Beds are really uncomfortable and the rooms had somewhat of an old smell to it. However staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms did have a lot of room and a great layout.

Very nice rooms omg ice cream machine till 11 popcorn too the breakfast was so good everything was on point.

Me, and my daughter go there a lot especially during the summer. We enjoy staying there, and my daughter loves there continental breakfast. Not as much as she loves the pool though, because she really loves there pool. I'd definitely here again.

Great hotel! Excellent staff, clean rooms, great breakfast! You can't go wrong with this place. Save yourself from paying an arm and a leg at the nearby expensive hotels. This place is the all you need!

It's a nice clean place to stay they have breakfast they have ice cream the beds are a little hard but no biggy, and there is a Ruby Tuesday restaurant right next to the hotel in walking walking distance very convenient good waitress good food the drinks.

My fiancé and I stopped here, just outside of Alabama (which was nice). We arrived in the evening time and the lady at the desk was really helpful and really nice. There was plenty of parking and the room was nice, didn't have any problem with anything. Bathroom was clean and had everything needed in place. Breakfast was decent as well. I recommend getting to breakfast early because we arrived 30 minutes before the breakfast clean-up and the waffle batter was empty and the biscuits were hard. I liked that they had regular waffle batter and then cinnamon waffle batter. It was a nice option to those guests who got to breakfast early. The eggs were pretty good and the bacon was alright. They also had selection of muffins and bagels along with different selections of toppings including cream-cheese (in the mini-fridge), honey, grape jelly, strawberry jelly, and I think a mixed fruit jelly. It was a decent selection along with beverages (milk, orange juice, coffee, apple juice) and some yogurt too. Overall our stay at this hotel was wonderful. I would have liked to have had waffles for breakfast, but they ran out of it on the dispenser and I couldn't find someone to ask to put in more 30 minutes before cleaning up the breakfast area. Overall really nice place.

Good price, room was good size and clean. King size bed was hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. Breakefast bland and not very good, sorta on the cheap side. Staff very nice.

I bought my husband up here for fathers day weekend and we had fun the front desk (Christy) was always so cheerful and helpful and the other staff always speak when they see you we will return again.

Great place. People are realy friendly. Clean rooms, nice accomodations. Been here 3 weeks, lovin it.
