Worst experience ever! Reservation wasn’t correct. Reserved two rooms with two queens in each room. Check in was at 3pm got there at 12pm, said rooms weren’t ready to come back for 3pm. Came back at 3pm and they said all queens rooms were booked and was given two rooms with king bed… had to put kids on the floor. Next day, Left at 830am with 5 kids in tow to head to the ballpark for tournament ball, came back at 1030pm. Room was not cleaned, bed wasn’t made and no clean towels. Tried calling the front desk no answer, walked down there and the guy was playing on his phone while the phone rang off the hook. Asked for towels he said they were behind and it would be an hour! We have been gone all day, that doesn’t even make sense, he shrugged. Are they behind on cleaning rooms too. Guess what never got towels! The lady came to the room the collect the dirty towels and was throwing dirty towels into a basket with trash in it. Disgusting! It’s currently covid going around and this is the cleanliness?!?!

Room key didn’t work, electric outlets in bathroom didn’t work.

First off I will say I have stayed here multiple time spent $1, 000s of dollars here. The front desk ladies are always pleasant, happy, and professional. They always go above and beyond. That being said a couple days after checking out on this last visit I realized I left my $300 Maui Jim’s on the night stand (my fault no doubt) but house keeping has no record of them. I hope management sees this and understands that if they have no conciseness over stealing these sunglasses they have no conciseness over stealing from you either. And that I called 3 times and they have not been turned in.

The hotel for the most part was okay, but the bed in the room must be either the cheapest they could find or 20 years old. It was so bad I actually slept on the little sofa so my husband could rest. Also, the treadmill in the gym was sticky and gross looking and had to be wiped down before it could be used.

My room was adequately sized. There was a wing backed chair in there that I did not sit in. Maybe it was a shadow, but it appeared to need a cleaning. I stayed in room 200 at the end of the hall. I heard no noises on the inside, but I heard all the traffic outside. All night long! That might have been because it was located right next to a McDonald's. There was also a Taco Bell located next door.

Decent stay. Loud air conditioning unti but other than that, you pay for what you get. Very friendly service too.

I had a good stay. It was quite and the staff was pretty good. They do need better pillows though!

Great hotel with super soft beds! Fridge (not full size but plenty of room inside), microwave and coffee maker included in the room. The 4th floor hallways are warm but the rooms are nice and cool! Outdoor pool with handicap lift available.

What a fantastic Hampton Inn, we had to stop due to our vehicle had a bad tire. Shop opened the next morning, the shop had to order a tire which wouldn't be in till mid afternoon. The staff at the Hampton Inn was so accommodating, they allowed us to have a 1:30 or longer check out since we were having to wait for the shop. I can't say enough about how nice they were to us. If you ever have the chance stop and stay there while passing through Mississippi. Great place! Tyler.

Very nice hotel for a stopover while travelling. Love the bathroom with separate area for the shower and commode for privacy. Great staff and clean nicely set up rooms.

It's a good place to pass. It is clean and they offer breakfast included in the room rate. It has a somewhat outdated style in its decoració but it is only a matter of taste. Otherwise you can spend the night there, if you just want to rest on a long trip.

This place is great. Awesome customer service and the bed is so soft. My only problem is, that I have to leave tomorrow.

Well cleaned and taken care of. Nice personnel working the place and convenient location for fast food. Comfortable beds. Reasonable internet (5MBPS comes with the room) for the are.

Great Breakfast was awesome. Coffee always available. Room clean n quite, was on top floor by the way. People very, very nice n professional. All vending n ice machines working.

I was having trouble getting in touch with a friend (she's a fall risk) who is staying there. I called the front desk and the staff was so incredibly nice. He went up to her room to make sure she was ok (she was). Thank you so much.

I did not mean to touch those stars and make it 5 stars. I have never been here and have no clue how this hotel is so I cannot recommend it or put myself in a position of saying is not recommendable. I was trying to delete the stars all together and ended up just putting it on 3 but it was better than putting it on one I guess.

It was decent but I didn't care for the location.

Had to stay at the hotel for a funeral. It is a nice hotel conveniently off the interstate. The hotel is a little dated and could use a little refurbishment but was clean and serves our propose. Always like Hampton Inn and this one is no different.

Worst hampton inn I've stayed at. If I could give 0 stars I wwould. Very dirty in the rooms. Found hairs in the bed mirrors and t vs were gross and it was not vacumed.

Clean facility, large room, nice hotel in a great location.

Tv didn't work because it was overcast. Toilet constantly was refilling the tank which is extremely loud. Door didn't shut unless you hulk slammed it. A. C. Was the loudest I ever heard. Woke me up all night. Bed seemed soft but woke up in pain. Pillows turn to paper in a matter of seconds.

The room and everything was great. I did not want to leave. Excellent breakfast also.

We were so pleased with this hotel. In the middle of our long family road trip with a 8 year old, 2.5 year old and a 7 month old, we needed a break. I'm so glad we picked this hotel. Very clean rooms with lots of conplentry items just in case your forgot them. Free Wifi for the kids tablets. The free breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were thankful they had actual filling hot GOOD food for our picky eaters. The service desk was great also, very helpful. All in all, this hotel made it easy for our family to get some rest and get back on the road.

Bed bugs, mold on wall, wet carpets. Very disappointed. They gave us a new room that was clean and refunded our money so they made it right. Just beware.

Good clean hotel with a friendly staff. Free breakfast is standard, good quality I have come to expect from the Hampton Inn chain. A fair variety of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again when I head across I-10.

The Hampton Inn is located right next to I-10 in Moss Point, Mississippi. It's very conveniently located next to Mcdonald's, Taco Bell and Ruby Tuesday's. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel experience I've had. The front desk and the staff were amazing. They would go out of their way to accommodate anything you asked. Safe and clean made this a no brainier.

It is a standard Hampton inn. There is an overwhelming smell of fish in this area that is hard to get over. Will skip this location next time we are headed to Florida.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at while breaking up our drive to Florida. We usually stay in Biloxi, but found this hotel while searching last minute. The beds are super comfy and big! The bathrooms are spacious and very clean! The breakfast was perfect. This will be our go to place to stay from now on!

Convenient to restaurants, clean and well kept, easy access from interstate and quiet.

It was affordable and a nice place to stay as we were coming home.

Place looks good, the breakfast was bland and repetitive, and it was not as well kept as the week of my stay there were a lot of workers so the maintenance was not that great.

Very nice establishment. My family came into town for a funeral and Hampton Inn accommodated them nicely.

The hospitality here far exceeds hotel norms. The staff is professional, courteous, and so very accommodating! My visit to Moss Point was a very enjoyable experience thanks to Hampton Inn Moss Point.

Friendly staff, rooms were musty, at times the lock on the doors would fail, and the breakfast was fair.

Extremely wonderful place to stay super friendly staff and they go the extra mile to make your stay a good one. At midnight My son needed milk and since it was raining they provided some at no charge so I wouldn't drive in the rain all the staff needs a good pay raise they are wonderful! A+ thank you guys!

This hotel is our "go to" for accommodations when we visit family and friends in Pascagoula. It is conveniently located near the interstate, several fast food restaurants and service stations are close and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is a very clean hotel and that is a plus. There is also an unusually good Ruby Tuesday's within walking distance. A second plus. However, as a veteran business traveler, I do have some suggestions for improvement. 1) The in-room A/C — I give it a gold star for having a button for fan only. Most business travelers like the white noise, no matter what the temperature is. The problem with this unit was that it went 'thump' every time the a/c cycled off. It was loud enough to disrupt my sleep pattern. 2) The breakfast environment. The food was good but it seemed like the TV and the in-house stereo system were having a noise war. Both were playing at the same (loud) volume in the dining room. Not good for the digestive system nor is it a relaxing way to start your day. 3) The temperature in the dining area was probably close to 80 degrees. Much too hot for an enjoyable breakfast. They should err on the cool side because one can put a sweater on if needed. Miss Manners would probably frown upon stripping down to one's T-shirt in a situation like this, no matter how desperate one may be. mho. It's sad that hotels like this do so many things very well but have no clue when it comes to the little things that make a guest feel really comfortable. This is usually a result of management's tragic mindset that in-depth employee training is not important and thus not required.

They do not give you your rewards points multipliers when hhonors runs them. Other than that it's a nice hotel for sorry old moss point.

The rooms are beautiful and up to date. Front desk very helpful and nice would stay again.

We stayed here and received the typical Hampton Inn care. Milk for the little one just before bed, and a delicious continental breakfast in the morning.
