Who doesnt love an amazing breakfast, a clean room, and a comfortable bed? Ad the water pressure inthe shower was PERFECT! Staff was friendly, and the location was great.

Lost an HDMI cable in my room, even though I was sure I had left nothing behind I didn't have it with me. Asked for it on our return visit and they had nothing saved from that room. TLDR lost item was not recovered.

Stopped in late. Got a room. Check was easy and the lady was super helpful. I did not try breakfast although it looked yummy. The one part I didn't like was that it wasn't easy to know where to turn in.

Check in was easy, our dogs were welcomed, our room was huge! Unfortunately our room had a really musty smell (I understand how hard it is to avoid that, ) and our floor was sticky. The bathroom layout and lighting was weird but not awful.

This was the worst service ever. "D" at the front desk who wouldn't give me his name wouldn't accept my triple A because it was a digital copy even though it's from the triple A website. My room smelled like dog pee on top of that. I'll keep staying la quinta but this o e probably needs to restaff if this is how they do elite members.

I dont recommend this LaQuinta. Garbage is overflowing in every garbage can in the breakfast bar area, to the outside ones. Cold breakfast is no good. And even eating a bowl of cereal you can't enjoy because they have no remote control for the breakfast area TV, so you are stuck watching an infomercial channel. Watching the owners walk right past full garbage cans with garbage overflowing is a site to see. Shows that they are strictly in it for the money, basically a slumlord for the hotel business. Dont stay here!

I'm normally very cheap when it comes to staying at hotels. But I will always choose a La Quinta if one is in the area. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always professional and friendly. And you just can't beat a free breakfast with fresh homemade waffles.

I would not stay at the LaQuinta inn in miss point miss. They are not truthful about their bed sizes. I booked a room on 3-10 2018 for two nights and I ask the young man for a room with two queen sizes beds. He told me that the room has queen beds. I ask him twice if the beds were queen size. He said yes. We went back to the web site and noticed that the beds were full size. I called back on we'd to check what I was told about the room. The lady I spoke with informed me that all their rooms has full size beds except for the rooms with king beds. I ask could I speak with the manger she said she was not in. I ask for her name and when would she be back in she said tomarrow and her name is Toni. I call back and spoke with Toni the next day. She said their was nothing she could do but the room I rented only had full size beds. Toni told me the general manger rented me my room. Well you would think a general manager would know what size beds are in the rooms. If he was a general manager for me I would tell him he needs to learn more about his job. But come to find out it was Tom's son that took my call and lied to me. Toni did not act like she cared if we got a room or not. We are comming down for a family's memorial on sat and we needed queen beds. Thank God we found a room for us at the comfort inn. Comfort inn will get my business from now on. Y'all need to get rid of laying Toni. ☹☹☹

Room smelled musty and of a cleanser. Carpet felt damp and vinyl floor felt "oily". Little items in limited supply — soap tissues pen/notepad one trash can. Otherwise the usual great bedding and overall cleansiness. Will probably try to stay at another LQ on our next I-10 trip.

We arrived at around 10 am and the gentleman at the desk got us a full room temporarily until we could get our king size room. Very helpful and very friendly.

The worst experience. Arrived at location at 8, pm, the room had a funky smell, the toilet didn't flush, the front desk told us we needed to move to another room, which we did that room had a body odor smell, one of the bed the linens were not changed, the fire alarm was ripped out. Called front desk, she came to check it out, and said she needed to find az room, by the time we settled in it was 10:30 pm… stayed at many La Quinta because we travel with our pet, but by far this was the worst experience.

La Quinta is a reliable chain that allows my small dogs to stay with me at no charge. This is an older property that needs renovation, but it is clean and safe.

I've stayed at many LaQuintas and this was by far the worst one I've stayed at. The room had a musky smell and the shower in the bathroom was messed up. It also seems really old and outdated. The room was a nice size and the staff was friendly. The housekeeper was friendly. However, they offered continental breakfast until 9:30 on Saturdays. I went downstairs at 9:10 and was informed by a woman that I was not able to use the waffle maker because she already cleaned it and they didn't bother to put out any food. No forks, napkins, out of all the food basically. The woman didn't bother to help either. If it supposed to be until 9:30, don't start cleaning at 9am. That isn't fair to those staying, especially when close to 100 dollars was paid for the room and these features. Beds were decent; however, I would never stay at this hotel again.

We stood here on our way to Florida and was very pleased with the stay. The lobby was inviting, clean and the staff was friendly on arrival. The room was clean, spacious and all items in the room worked. The morning breakfast had a decent selection and the coffee was great!

Stayed for a night. Friendly during check-in as during our check-out. Was told they only served continental breakfast but to my surprise the had eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, & waffles. Room & bathroom were great for the price too. No complaints.

The hotel is really nice considering it is pet friendly. The room was clean and there was no smelk. Breakfast is pretty awesome in the mornings too.

Tammy at the front desk was a wonderful hostess. She made us feel very welcome. She's great at her job!

Needs help, place looks like it needs some tlc. Paint is fading and falling off building, there is not a real business center, so if you are here on business bring your on laptop, and printer. Breakfast is slim. The hotel stinks of either mold or raid bug spray…

The hotel is difficult to get to because it's entance is next to a neighboring hotel instead of in front of it. The rooms are large but the entire hotel feels run down. The pull out bed in my first room had springs ripped out. When I asked for a new room they gave me the one across the hall. I did not check out the pool. The breakfast was normal for a hotel waffles and make your own egg and sausage biscuits.

Had a very nice stay. The employees were very nice! I noticed it is a pet-friendly place, and while I wasn't traveling with pets, it's nice to know that they are. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean.

It was a very comfortable room! They had very good breakfast choices. Very nice atmosphere, and it is pet friendly!

This Hotel Sucked! Light fixture was acting stupid The bathroom door won't shut Soap was hard to find NEVER AGAIN! I'm staying at Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Suites! I Hate La Quinta.

Love that they are dog-friendly BUT STAY AWAY! The hotel lobby LOOKS nice but smelled stuffy and like it had been fumigated. The first room smelled like mold and I couldn't bare to be in it for more than 1 minute, I am severely allergic. They switched us to another room, not AS bad but still stuffy and beginnings of moldy smell along with the underlying scent of some kind of bug spray. The AC barely works, filters and vents are filthy, cobwebs on the ceiling, trash can hadn't been emptied, the fridge barely keeps anything cool and needs to be cleaned and the toilet seat was completely beat up and needs replacing. I called the front desk to let him know that I was still having issues breathing due to poor air quality in the room and he basically didn't care. He said that was all they had, no apologies, no mention of having someone to even come up and check the AC. I asked him if another room would become available and he said that's all they have. Moldy or almost moldy. I am sitting here with a makeshift mask over my face because we cannot find another hotel closeby that will accept our dogs and that isn't a total flea bag, it's a holiday weekend so we are in a total bind. I am so disgusted (and on the verge of wheezing! ) I am beyond pissed and trying to keep from taking a visit to the local ER!

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel within the last 2 years. Everyone here is so awesome. We enjoyed our stay so much the last 2 times we wanted to come back. The only issue this time was the smok alarm started beeping throughout the night due to a faulty unit. We called the manager about it. And within the hour he went to Walmart, bought a new unit, and installed it. Looking forward to staying here again soon.

Clean rooms. Horrible service at breakfast. No coffee, no bagels, no eggs, no sausage. The lady in charge refused to put things out unless all the guests stepped out of the serving area. Utterly ridiculous… all the guests were grumbling to each other about this bizarre behavior.

Very Clean! The hotel was very clean. We had one issue, and it was taken care of by staff immediately. Check in was very quick and professional. However, we felt that a staff member was constantly following us. Not sure if it was a safety check or being nosy. The breakfast was filling. Hot waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, juices, and cereals. The pool was nice, but needed cleaning. Enjoyed our stay!

I spent an hour cleaning & disinfecting our room. Room was nice size for a double queen, but very, very dirty. Dog hair on carpets & furniture, dog food found several places in room, under sleeper sofa was large partially eaten dog bone. Room reeked of air freshener, I'd rather not have smells covered up. My cats fur smells like that air freshener, and we put rugs and towels for our cats to lay on due to carpet being so nasty. Air conditioner / heater disgusting! I washed out the pull out filters, full of dust and pet hair. Outside of heater was thick with greasy grime and pet hair. Furniture had been sprayed with something oily but not wiped off, could see the spray, with pet hair stuck to it. Bathtub moldy, cracked as was sink. Pulled out sink stopper, about puked — black slime, plus hair and gunk on sink. Nasty toilet, thank goodness I brought my seventh generation disinfectant wipes. Dryer in laundry room too disgusting to use. Did not want my cats walking on carpets in room. Side door key reader not working well. Had to scrub & disinfect walls in bathroom near where we put litter box, didn't want my cats rubbing up against filth, washed walls near dresser where dog had eaten or possibly pissed, drips down walls. Microwave & fridge disgusting, had to clean before use. Had to use lint roller on floor due to pet hair. My cats meow when they smell other animal piss, and they smelled a lot of it in this room.

The management there is Indian and they are racist! We were going to check in to the hotel. I was following behind her and told my girlfriend she could not use their restroom because it wasn't a public restroom. They didn't even bother to ask us if we were checking in. They were very racist. I w.

Have stayed at the particular La Quinta Inn many times! Always great service, clean rooms very nice place to rest! Rooms are normally clean, a/c will freeze you out! Of course there is always things that need updating or cleaning to each hotel you stay but atleast this hotel attempts to keep it updated as much as it can! Will stay again!

I recently read a review that said the Lady that handles the Breakfast Buffet and I have to say that this person is not and has never been rude or Racist in my opinion. I have stayed at and /or visited this PARTICULAR La Quinta on more than 20 occasions and I will and can attest that the former comment HAS TO BE OUT OF CONTEXT.

Clean, but the cook In kitchen was rude and prejudice against blacks. She was rude to black guests but over friendly wioth Caucasians also food was lousy especially the microwaved sausage. Get a new cookl!

I stayed here overnight in March 2015. I loved it! They don't charge you extra for a pet and it was the cleanest room I had during my road trip! The staff were nice too.

I've stayed here twice for dog shows and so far have been really happy. For the price I paid I thought the rooms were really big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was better than most La Quinta's as they had eggs and sausage along with the normal stuff all La Quinta's offer. The staff has been exceptionally nice and the a/c has been good. The internet is spotty so wasn't always great but it was ok. There is adequate amount of grass to potty dogs (but they need outside trash cans).

We've stayed here on many occassions. It's always clean and quite. The staff friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was old and tired, but generously sized. Our dogs found plenty to sniff at, but my human nose detected no untoward odors. At first blush, the mattress seemed to be unusually saggy, but turned out to be comfortable enough. Basically a bunch of bad first impressions, but no real complaints after staying in the room overnight. On the plus side, it is quick and easy to get to from I-10 (with surprisingly little road noise! ), we had a new 42" TV, the staff was friendly, and there was a reasonable amount of open space nearby in which to walk our dogs. Also, there is evidence of ongoing updates to the property, so I expect that the cosmetic issues will be resolved soon. It should be noted that unlike other La Quintas, this location does not have receptacles for pet waste.

Horrible stay the owner was rude dirty room. carpet was sticky, someone pee in the bathroom tile and never cleaned that area there was no smoke detector in the room not even that there was BED BUGS. we could not stay did not get refund.

Bugs in the room moved twice to find a room that was clean and did not smell reallly really bad bathroom smelled and tub did not drain.

I love the room service. And the spacious size room that they provide.

The rooms are big. It was clean for us. We was in room 305. Great place to stay.
