This Best Western has been the best I have ever stayed at. Friendly service and the room was like walking into a cruise. The room was extra comfortable and clean. Felt very welcoming. Will stay here every time I am in this area.

My husband and I travel often, and we're no strangers to Best Western and their consistent quality. However, this location is the best we've seen.

You guys need to give Pablo a serious raise, because he is making so much out of a usually nice but simple hotel.

I stay here every year in March, for very many years… it just gets better and better every time. Heck, the desk clerks treat me like their favorite Uncle. I book well in advance and get exactly the room best suited for a biker.

The mattress was so very comfortable. The entire experience here was surprisingly good. I didn't believe it could be so for the low price paid. I say don't hesitate to stay here!

This Best Western is the “Best”. The room was a nice size and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was more than polite and gracious. I will definitely stay here again. A definite plus.

First time at a best western and I’m hooked. The girl at checked in was very sweet and answered all my questions. The room was comfy and very clean. The hot breakfast was perfect. The girl at check out was just as sweet and helpful. Thank you Best Western for a great night of rest.

The receptionist was wonderful to my child and myself when we checked in and was equally nice to the other patrons checking in before myself. The hotel aspect was very pleasing and the room is spacious. However, the housekeeper who prepared my room, 208 for a June 23-24, stay, left 2 conditioners but no shampoo for two guests. Also it was wonderful to have a recycling can in the room, but it was full of the previous guests' recycling: yuck! The housekeeper forgot to empty the recycling. I moved my rating to 4 from my initial 3 stars because the room towels were in animal shapes for an inexpensive hotel; which is an amazing extra touch, but the housekeeper needs a checklist so he/she doesn't make obvious mistakes like leaving no shampoo and failing to empty the recycling container. For once I did not leave a tip for the cleaning staff.

Our cooling/humidifier and phone was not working in the room when we checked in. I informed the staff and she quickly got us another room without question.

I found the staff to be the most friendly I have experience in any hotel/motel. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating. If I own a hotel/motel I would certainly want her on my staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Most of all I felt very safe there being a single woman.

I spent 2 nights at this motel. An older motel but well maintained. Very quiet and slept on a wonderful mattress. Probably will stay there again on my next visit to that area.

It's been years since I've stayed at a Best Western hotel and "Wow! " is all I can say… they've upgraded everything. This particular Inn is real value for your money. Comfortable bed, large room, big television, large work space with a nice comfortable chair, and very clean. The Front Desk gal was exceptionally nice and helpful to me and the cleaning staff were all friendly smiles. There's plenty of places to eat right around me, and a conv store right behind the Inn. 5 stars might be generous, but they've hit the mark on everything I care about — comfort, value, friendly, helpful, A+ room — good job guys!

This is a great hotel. Very pleased with the healthy breakfast, and that there are sugar free items for my diabetic needs. The bed is very comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The room was awesome. Big comfy beds, bathroom tub was super clean, LG 50' tv, breakfast was ok. Staff was super friendly would Defiantly recommend this hotel.

This was a god send! Had an oversize load & had to shut down for the Christmas holiday. The staff was great, room was very clean & the bed was amazing! Will stay here again if back in the area. Hopefully, it won't be during a holiday & the Mexican place across the street will be open!

This hotel was great value. We had a large room, comfortable bed and free breakfast. Best Western is trying hard to be the best! Staff is always so friendly and helpful. We like them so much that Best Western is our go to place when we travel!

A very affordable and clean place to rest for a couple nights. The rooms are clean and smell fresh, no strange smells that most (from experience) hotel rooms seem to have. A pond arrival we checked the bedding and it was spotless, no hair or dirt. Room came full stocked with towels and rags to last a family of three 2 days. It is also pet friendly! Overall, this has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I love all of the Best Westerns I have been to. They are all amazing. This one was SO clean, friendly, accommodating, and comfortable. The experience here, and at a couple more I have stayed at, made me a Best Western customer for life.

Excellent rooms, very nice and clean. Very comfortable, staff is very friendly and professional! Extremely happy with our visit. We are staying 2 nights and would for sure use this hotel again. Great experience. Great staff. Wonderful and professional housekeeping and security on hand. Will stay here again for sure. In spite of the fish factory smells coming from down the way, this Best Western provided a wonderful service to my family and I. Will stay again.

Great night sleep! Loved the biscuits and gravy at their FREE breakfast! Also the best price we found! We will stay there again when we are traveling thru!

Pets allowed with $20 extra/night. Smoking room, ground level, poolside was clean and comfy. Parking around hotel accommodates truck with boat trailer. Walked across street for mexican food.

Very pleased. On arrival the front desk staff, Charis, was very pleasant and helpful. She had a room ready for us and had made sure to accommodate my room request. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked as did the refrigerator. Overall I was very pleased and will stay at this hotel again next time I am traveling that way.

Very nice room. I was travelling with my brother, who is a disabled Vietnam veteran. We asked for and was given 2 side by side drive up rooms. Rooms were clean and breakfast bar was one of the best I have had at a motel. Would definitely recommend this motel. There are a lot of truck stops near this motel but in no way did it disturb us. Staff was pleasant. Definitely a good stopping place for senior citizens.

Clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed at this property numerous times in the last 9 months and have had a great experience each time. My daughter attends the University of South Alabama its only a 30 min drive and a lot nicer and cleaner than the motels close to the college. It is centrally located to Biloxi MS and Dauphin Island as well as Mobile. They have recently updated the outside and completely redone the pool area.

Super nice and helpful staff and clean and comfortable room, but they're in the midst of a major construction project and it's extremely noisy from 8 am to 6 pm. We're waiting for RV repairs so we're kinda stuck here til that gets done and there's not really anything close by. Great location for travelers though with a Pilot, Waffle House and a Mexican restaurant in walking distance.

Was a pretty mediocre experience. Location was okay, but was near a very busy road. Room lacked toilet paper. Service was decent.

We stayed in room 143. Ut was a smoking room and was the last one available. The hotel was decent. Nice size fridge. The mini duel coffee but was not in a good place tho. Right next to the sink. I happened to knock it over into the sink. Oops. The bathroom ceiling in the shower looked like it needs some repair but the beds were very comfortable. Id stay there again.

Perfectly clean rooms parking lot pool front office… employees well groomed and friendly and courteous… Love it … wish all motels would follow this protocol… Faxing and copying provided. Good deal… computer in main lobby for people who need it. Will recommend highly… From a Picky former motel employee … awesome.

Toilet seat loose, front curtain doesn't close, (hold closed w duct tape), front door deadbolt doesn't work, TV controller doesn't work correctly, real hassle. Bathroom outlets (both) don't work. Bathroom vent, constant noise, can't shut off. Shower curtain too short/flimsy, need to wet it and stick it to tub to stay/drain inside tub.

I love it. Very peace and quiet. And when I came to check in the lady at the front desk was so wonderful. I think this will be my stay each time I make a trip down here.

I cant find anything negative to say about this place. Staff from check in to check out was awesome. Had a situation on my first morning due entirely to another guest (s). One half asleep phone call to the front desk nipped it in the bud and quick! Halfway through my call to complain had the attention of the front desk attendant. I appreciate that they value their customers! Felt secure, there was never a feeling of unease. Despite my late nights getting back after my day out, I always had reasonable parking in proximity to my rooms. I hate hotels with bad parking. The layout of this hotel might seem odd, but I think it helps in guests finding that decent parking space. This, mind you, included dually trucks, vehicles parked with trailers attached, and even tour buses. Rooms were ridiculously clean. I am a smoker but chose a non smoking room because I booked two and wanted a room next to or near my kids (despite my late check in AND no vacancy when I arrived, they accommodated two adjacent rooms). This room was CLEAN. No indication of sneaky smokers. And don't get me started on how comfortable everything was. My 16 year old and I both wanted to steal the beds! Absolutely cannot beat the comfort or proximity to essentials as well as easy off/on I-10 and less than 10 minutes to US90. I would've paid double the price for these rooms. A good choice if you need to stay in the area.

I enjoy the nice clean room I got with a king bed, mini fridge and microwave for 60. Great deal would recommend to anyone traveling.

Out of the three hotels we stayed in on vacation two being Best Westerns, this one was the best! Clean spacious rooms, very nice staff, and a great continental breakfast with lots to choose from. Wish it was closer to home so we could stay more often.
