Clean rooms friendly staff nice place to stay pretty good breakfast bar quick and easy.

Great place to stay! Comfy beds, mini fridge, microwave, sandlewood scented bath set, work out room, laundry room, public computers w/ internet if you don't want to use the Wi-Fi & a killer breakfast both hot and cold items — everthing you can think of. Most of all a VERY friendly staff. Stay here!

My wife and I stayed there this past week hotel is wonderful clean we had one small issue and the management team stepped right up and took care of everything for us the hotel is good the management team is great.

The room was ok, but the A/C had a bad smell when it was running. Access tothe hotel was a little inconvenient because of the location. Staff was friendly. Stay was ok overall.

Very clean rooms very nice staff as well as a very nice indecent location. This hotels located in a very safe area as well as in the center of a lot of good restaurants as well as shopping. My experience staying at Sleep Inn & Suites was very pleasant as well as very affordable. The staff whom works there are extremely nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites!

Very close to the airport and freeway entrances. Rooms include refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Free Wi-Fi, though it can be sluggish sometimes. Sufficiently clean, though not comparable to high end hotels. Bring toothbrush and toothpaste (front desk may have those as well, but I had brought my own).

Staff is super friendly, and helpful. Room is amazing, great temperature control, very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed over a week after moving from another hotel in the area. Breakfast had bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, doughnuts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, 4 types of cereal including frosted flakes and fruit loops. Walls were a little thin, but to be expected. What gives it 5 stars is the staff. Super awesome staff! The are nice and say hello and good morning. Have my hotel booked for next week when I'm back down here!

We had a great stay here clean room and bathroom, great service, nice staff, 5 miles from the beach, and all the major stores surrounding the area of the hotel which was perfect, but the only problem I had was the fact that our pillow cases had old blood stains on them, and that getting to the hotel was difficult because it has no front entrance from the main road causing us to have to pass it and drive a mile and a half pass the hotel to be able to turn around and come back to the hotel and drove around the surrounding area of the hotel until we found our way in through the back of the hotel (which by the way is the only entrance in/out) other than that we loved it and would stay again. There was also free breakfast included with our room but we never got up in time enough for breakfast which I think is like from 7 or 8 a. M. To 10 or 10:30a. M. But we heard that the breakfast is great here.

Comfortable beds. The hallway appeared to bed unkept but the room was great!

Great drinking water and beautiful view of the highway. All in all air was clean and jets taking off and landing are my favorite thing to hear and watch.

Stayed here after hurricane Irma. Nice and clean. The breakfast isn't good. Don't bother.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news I Was in Gulfport Mississippi 3 weeks ago and stayed At this location In Room 303 and 315 There was a bed bug problem I moved from Room 303 to 315 In still had that problem They move me down stairs on the 2nd floor Where I Slept with the covers off and departed that Morning The place was nice and clean unfortunately that was my problem Staying there I did get a full refund It was just the inconvenience Of everything That was my 1st time experiencing something like that Especially having my grandbaby with me I also have photos I just don't know how to upload them … I've sent a email to corporate and still haven't got a response.

A great place and convenient to the entire I 10 corridor. All the amenities you want nearby.

This hotel was awesome! Not only did we get a great price but the maid service was amazing going the extra mile. I believe her name was kesha, she took the time to make our room look amazing while showcasing how thoughtful she was considering we had a small a child in the room. Loved the motherly touches! And Renee the receptionist was amazing as well have great advice on what could be done in town and answered any questions we had in no time at all! The only downside was getting to the hotel but the more than make up for it in service!

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Only complaint is accessibility to the hotel itself, and the blinds didn't block out much light.

Relaxing stay and close to movie theater, restaurants, and stores! The only issue is that the entrance to the hotel is a little inconvenient. That is small matter but it is worth staying here. The price is perfect for any budget.

Staff was rude, kids running and yelling down the hallway. They put us next to a room with a new born. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable! But what tops all this. We were charged $200 for a no show, when we had been checked in. I just happened to check my account balance and noticed. Had I not done that I probably wouldn't have known. They gave us credit for no show, just now they charged us room rate again! I Had prepaid for room since May 12th. Nightmare from HELL. Still arguing with them!

Family of four stayed overnight. Rooms were nice, closet and bathroom were pretty spacy. Walking distance to some decent restaurants.

We got bumped up to a suite at no extra charge due to an over booking issue. It had a very spacious shower. And bed. And they actually had a pretty good breakfast. Nothing fancy. Just plenty to choose from and it all seemed very fresh. Coffee could've been better.

Furniture in the room looked good but the room was in desperate need of a paint job. First sign of this was the door to the room which was painted but the didn't bother to cut in around the handle and peep hole. Once in the room we noticed that all the walls had black smudges all over. There were what looked like soap stains all over the wall in the restroom by the mirror and switch. Also a water stain right above the toilet. Next to the desk there were some gouges on the wall from the chair and a piece of joint compound had been chipped off. The overall attention to detail in the room was not good. The beds however, did feel clean and comfortable. In the morning I went to get cereal for my daughter and it was so bad that it would barely come out. I got two clumps of curdled milk. So I took the lid off and it looked like solid cheese in there. Bad bad! I told the receptionist about the milk and left. Hopefully these things are fixed and some more attention to detail is done to really make it what it could be. We will not be staying at this location again.

Great place to stay. Loved the room. The people there was amazing. We ordered pizza and they called us first before they let the guy come up.

The front desk was very kind and helpful! The rooms were very comfortable. I slept very well. My only complaint was that there was a lot of loose hair in the bathtub.

We stay at this hotel bi-weekly for work. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Last night one of the employees, Miss Swan, went above and beyond to insure that our stay was exceptional and we really appreciated the effort. Thank you so much for making a potential bad night one of the best stays so far!

Super nice staff. Lady at front desk let me reserve a room and check in early. Got upgraded to a king suite because I asked for a room on front side of building. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

Not as good as normal. Just about every time I get away for a quick weekend vacation I stay at a Sleep Inn. This one was a little below par with all the little annoyances adding up. It starts with the lack of an actual entrance to the place. You have to use a service road behind the place that legally you can't left turn into instead going up to the next light and making a u-turn. The room itself was much noisier than usual not blocking hallway sound or even next door through the wall noise very well. I constantly thought it sounded like someone was walking to and opening up our room. The thermostat was a little weird and hard to achieve the desired temperature consistently. We had to adjust in the middle of the night both nights because it was too uncomfortable. The sliding glass shower door was not level and would not stayed closed. Lastly, not that you pick a room to sleep in based on the TV but it was the smallest I've seen in this modern era of great hotels and renovated places. 27 inches and only some very basic cable channels. More local and news stations than anything. Hard to hear it too which probably leads to the thin wall feeling between rooms. Other than all that it was the normal nice Sleep Inn and Suites that is normally a fantastic place to stay. Normally I rate Sleep Inns and Suites 5/5 and we have a few that we book regularly at least once a year. Unfortunately I can only give this location 3/5 and won't be looking to stay here again.

I arrived on a Friday night at 10pm. When I arrived my two rooms were not ready. After going to eat and then coming back to the hotel my rooms were still not ready for check in. At this point my family had to sit outside for 30 min waiting on the rooms to be ready. When the rooms were ready we were on the first floor and the third floor on complete opposite side. The rooms are very small compared to pictures. On Friday and Saturday I asked for a roll away bed and was told there was none left and was give a pillow and 2 sheets and was told for the extra person to sleep on the ground. On Sunday I then ask another time for a roll away bed at 1 p. M. At 7 p. M. My roll away bed was still not in my room. When then I went to the front desk and 10 min later it was delivered. The front desk ladies were always very rude and anytime I had a question I was told to wait till the next morning and talk to the DM. Services was horrible and I would not recommend.
