Great experience! Didn’t have a reservation but had plenty of rooms available. Ensured I was on a floor that would be quiet as there’s was a full girls and boys soccer team here and that’s exactly what I got, a quiet nights rest.

My husband & I stayed here for our Anniversary getaway. The staff was very nice and the hotel was beautifully decorated.
Definitely recommend this hotel. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was professional & polite! the rooms are spacious & amenities are great. Perfect location near food & shopping & abt 10 minutes from the beach.

The hotel was nice, and clean, close to interstate and restaurants; However the staff was not extremely friendly AND as a travel specialist I use a booking engine to book my room per my company policy when we go to check in they want to charge me a $250 dollar room to charge my card which I ended up paying but not happily. The staff said that it was a new policy that they just started this month. I kinda loudly let it be know that they needed to update their information! Because, honestly of I had known that I would not have booked with h them. I am ok with a small deposit but $250 that's a lot.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean I really enjoy staying here the only hotel I stay at when Im in Gulfport.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel! We only stayed one night, but the front desk staff was very sweet and helpful. We left a cell phone in our room on the way out and they gladly dropped it off at UPS to be shipped to our house. It was very easy and stress-less. The room and hotel was very clean and spacious. Thank you all for your help and our wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful Hampton Inn! It is conveniently located. The rooms and breakfast area are well appointed and spotless. The entrance is very welcoming. Melissa greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I wish who ever manages this property would take over the Hampton Inn on Galveston beach. It needs saving!

Great hotel, clean rooms, quality service, really nice people. Best part is the heated indoor pool even in the summer time for us people who are cold natured. Great place to stay.

Extremely friendly hospitality. I mean come on, it's in the south. Always a pleasant experience when traveling down here. Front desk very very helpful. Rooms are what you would expect. Clean. In order. Good to go for a nights sleep. Free breakfast in the morning tops it all off. Couple of places in walking distance to eat dinner.

The location was good. Close to the airport and not to hard to find. The rooms were really nice. Clean and luxurious. Service was top notch. Everything I expected happened I a timely manner.

Clean and friendly the employees here are well trained and offer plenty of hospitality my room was immaculate, and very fancy for a Hampton Inn. The star rating is based on My overall experience not the hotel star system I know that can be confusing.

This is a very racist area. I’m the coach of a youth basketball team and the boys and I traveled to Gulfport to enroll in a 3 day weekend tournament. The first night we stayed at the Hampton we were get harassed my a white female employee named Tina. Tina made false complaints about my kids running the halls and knocking on doors and warned us that we were going to be asked to leave. I was in the room with the boys at the time of this complaint so I know it wasn’t my boys. The next day at 12pm we left to play a game at 1pm and 4pm. Later around 3pm, I received a call from Tina telling me we had to get our things and leave because one of the rooms were dirty and we were going to get charged the full amount for both rooms even tho we only stayed 1 night including a $250 cleaning fee. Knowing I placed a “Do Not Enter” sign on both doors, I asked Tina in person, why did she enter that room even tho I had a sign on the door but she just Threatened to call the police. So we had to forfeit the tournament and drive 5 hours back home later night because the hotel already charged out account.

Awesome personal and professional accommodations. Suite was very clean, bed was comfortable and the remote work accommodations were great! I had everything I needed. I wish there was in-room dining. Great hotel… would highly recommend!

We stayed here a couple weeks ago for a busy tournament. We couldn’t check in until late since we had games all day and they couldn’t give us a sofa bed or roll away bed for my big family. Even though when I booked — they told me I would. The ladies up front were very friendly and professional though and tried to accommodate the best they could — I appreciated it. The rooms are really big and spacious and I really enjoy that. They were really clean as well. The small inside pool smells of lots of chlorine so it was hard to enjoy it. Wish they had an outdoor pool. The breakfast was not good — my kids didn’t even eat anything. We travel a lot and was surprised about the breakfast. Didn’t have much variety. A manager was suppose to call me back about not getting the room I was suppose to get but I have yet to hear back. This reason alone is why I wouldn’t stay here again. We visit here often for sporting events so their loss. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean and conveniently located near lots of restaurants and the highway.

Great Hampton Inn with all the amenities and service you'd expect. On I-10 and next to a mugshots and buffalo wild wings which was great for getting some dinner. Other shopping amenities close by as well.

Morning staff super friendly and helpful, night staff not so much. Acted as if we were an inconvenience. Nice rooms. Don't bother with breakfast it is horrible! Your choices several days old stale breads/pastries or warmed over frozen items.

They were over the top helpful!. Ever took my husband to pick up a car at the airport because ours was in the tire shop up the road and we were there on Sunday and no one had a tire so we had to stay the night waiting for the local dealership to open. Very accommodating! Sweet people!

We booked a double queen. The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. The employees are friendly and efficient. The beds are just HORRIBLE. Their queen was MUCH smaller than our queen at home, in fact, if I had to guess, it was a double. I ended up getting out of bed with my husband in the middle of the night and sharing with my daughter, because it was so small. The beds are also hard, uncomfortable, and just not what I want when I'm paying $$$ or using big points for my night's stay! I want to be rested, not exhausted.

We checked in for a concert with another couple who also booked a room on our anniversary. As soon as the manager heard about this she immediately upgraded both of our rooms to suites and put our rooms right next to each other. This was so awesome. Will always recommend people go to this hotel.

This was my girlfriend and my first trip together to Mississippi with our children. Not only was the hotel very petty andclean, everyone from the desk to cleaning staff were so nice. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast. My son and I did homework together one afternoon in the dining room, and the front desk clerk brought us bottled water just to be nice, that's the kind of service that will make us return.

This place is amazing! Me and my family loved it and any time we are in town we will be staying here! Forgot my wallet they have some honest people here got a call so I could get it! Great for young children as well.

We stayed here for a quick 2 days. There are a couple of restaurants across the parking lot (Mugshots and Texas Roadhouse) that we're tasty. The staff at the hotel we're very friendly! The rooms were clean and of adequate size for myself and my husband. Breakfast was good, but crowded. The hotel is very attractive! We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Gulfport!

We were having a hard time finding a decent hotel in New Orleans, so we drove on to Gulfport and were pleasantly surprised with this little jewel. I can’t say enough nice things… super clean, friendly staff and breakfast was the BEST! Highly recommend!

What a great staff! Went out of their way to facilitate a stay for a large group of us. The General Manager even helped coordinate rooms for us. Super comfortable beds too!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful hotel! The hotel was easy to find and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived to check in and they had been short staffed on housekeepers and didn't have our room quite ready for us yet so we ran some errands and came back. When we returned, since they didn't have the room ready earlier they upgraded us to a King Suite. It was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean! We will definitely be staying here again.

Easy check in, friendly staff, and there were actually carts readily available to bring in luggage. The room looked great, appropriately soft bed, and soft towels (not the wiry barely absorbent ones). Location is near I-10 which made for easy travel and the location is near several shops and restaurants. I definitely plan to stay again if I have another event in the area.

Me and my family were in town to visit Gulf Islands Water Park. I had originally reserved 2 rooms to stay at the Motel 6 due to price, however it turned out to be a horrible hotel and I had to find somewhere else to stay. I calked around and couldn't find any hotels with handicapped accessible rooms until I found this location and called. I spoke with Emily who was very professional and warm spoken, she told me she had accessible rooms and gave me directions. Upon arrival my walkin quote was different from the regular rate which I wasn't complaining after where I had just left. My stay was above and beyond my expectations, clean and spacious rooms. Great complimentary breakfast and awesome customer service! I even got the water park tickets at a discount! When we visit again I will definitely be staying here!

Unless you were with the many Beta club school groups last night, you not only didn't get sleep, you got a massacred breakfast buffet. Never again. Go stay at the island view casino they advertise on their room water bottles — zero kids!

Clean comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast. Didn't get a chance to use the pool since I have a toddler and there were larger kids jumping into the pool. Felt really unsafe for younger children.

The lobby and rooms are well appointed. The complementary hot breakfast was a tremendous value for our family. Although the pool was indoors it was way too cold for us to enjoy.

By far the most customer driven friendly and hardworking hotel staff on the coast! Planning a meeting and the day before the meeting room fell through they helped get us space and then went above and beyond helping get small items during meeting that I had overlooked when purchasing supplys. Lisa at the front desk takes customer service to new levels she makes you feel like a guest in her home and you can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for everyone!

Very nice hotel for business trips to the Gulfport area. Conveniently located near the airport and very clean. The free breakfast isn't gourmet, but it's good. I've stayed here several times and more than likely will again.

Great place to stay! This is the best Hampton Inn I've been to, anywhere in the country. Friendly staff, new building, clean (huge) rooms, tasty hot breakfast, great rates (Christmas week 2015). I have severe allergies, and this building has NO allergy problems. My only complaint is that the bathroom area was obviously built by and for a tall skinny person, and I am not either — — but I'll trade that for a good night's sleep any day!

Great! we stayed over night at this hotel on yesterday. Upon check in we were greeted by two wonderful employees Robin and Dalton who made us feel very welcome and even gave us tips on a great restaurant to have dinner. When entering our room we were so impressed, it was so spacious and smelled so fresh. The linens on the bed was snow white and crisp and the bathroom was the same lined with snow white towels and smelled so fresh "sigh" the bed was so comfortable we didn't get up to eat the free breakfast. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel but for a great price. This hotel was just like the pictures online, not disappointing like some of the hotels we have stayed in before where you are shown something entirely different in the online pictures, not this one everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again. This is a five star hotel because of the employee who do a fantastic job from the front desk to the room attendant who really know how to clean and present a room.

I arrived there fri before Easter and stayed through out the week this place was awesome, the front desk starting with ms robin was awesome ms robin was so nice and it was genuine she really wanted to make you feel at home we were so grateful. The kitchen staff was awesome and so nice. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool it was lovely, the Hotel was so nice and clean always and quiet. Not one staff member ever walked pass us on our stay without asking was everything ok and if we needed anything. This place totally rocks, ms robin made our stay pleasurable and we will not stay anywhere else. … ps one of your kitchen breakfeast staff who has family in North Carolina I forgot her name but she was a great person and always went beyond the call of duty.
