Glass on the floor in our room. Which my 11 year old autistic son stepped on. Thank goodness it didn't break through the skin. They switched our room but could have taken at least 1/2 off our room charge. … Update… I am very thankful for the the letter I received today from IP. They are giving me and complimentary one-night stay. And the offer is valid for one year. Thank you IP.

Came for an overnight stay to see High Valley perform. Pros — Expansive parking garage with easy access to casino. — Convenient location within a short driving distance of shops and restaurants. Close to both the 10 and 90. — Friendly staff. — Nice, clean and spacious room with a nice view of the water. — Studio A was a intimate and cozy theatre that probably gave every seat a good view. Cons — Very busy on the weekends as well as more expensive. *Didn't use the pool, casino, salon/spa services or restaurants so I can't comment.

I was here for National Pool league. Our stay was nice besides the pool being closed because of cleaning. The casino area was very smoky for non smoking but we only had to pass through the area. Over all the rooms were nice and the staff was pleasant. I felt comfortable with the security service as well.

Excellent place to relax, be entertained, eat, be pampered and win money! The pool is great. Concerts are great. Food is always good and has a variety of choices. Free gifts are nice. The rooms are comfy. We had an issue with our room, the AC went out, they sent bell service and moved us to a better room.

Great experience! Enjoyed family and friends at the pool and hot tub. It was crowded but it didn't seem that way because of the space available!. We. Ate at Pie Pizza. It was really gooood! The hotel service was great and goods very comfortable. Live music was my favorite. It was very enjoyable. So much to do!

I've no complaints about my recent three day stay. The room was clean and well stocked with clean linens and bathroom necessities. The restaurant food was excellent and the service by the waitresses exemplary. The buffet was superb, especially for breakfast as the women that made the omelets were congenial, friendly and good at their craft. The valet service was well organized and efficient and helpful. The security people were also very helpful, friendly and diligent. The staff that served our professional meeting were well organized and professional and added to the event's success. Ms. Haley should be commended for her professional handling of groups staying at the IP. Kudos.

Had a five minute wait at valet and a ten minute wait at check in, but it was worth it. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We got upgraded to a modern suite and it was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable and had ample pillows. The casino offered lots of gaming options. The buffet was satisfactory for the price.

The room was absolutely wonderful, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave it. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We didn't play the table games but we did try a few slots and they were fun. We also used the gym and I was pleasantly surprised by how much was available. Only cons were some of the casino machines were a bit dated and the smells in the hallways of the hotel were strange.

Short staffed. Stayed six nights and was very disappointed. Waited 40 minutes Friday night to drive street back to valet only to be told to exit again and get in another line to self Park because they didn't have enough staff to park all the arriving cars. Even on slow days it was usually a 15 to 20 minute wait to pick up the car and 5 to 10 minutes to drop it off. Food at the sports bar served cold and unseasoned. Buffet was okay, but prime rib tough and flavorless. High Tide Cafe food was better. Most dealers are flat and not engaged. Slots are tight. Room was dirty on arrival and TV didn't work. Management gave us another room without difficulty. Beds are comfortable which is the only reason IP gets 3 stars.

We had a good time and enjoyed our visit. We stayed for a couple of days. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were all nice. It's not close to any other places as far as walking like some of the other big casinos. You'd have to drive to the beach as well. Reply: Correct!   That's why I made sure to include "as far as walking" but, yes, you are a short drive to many other locations. Thanks again for such a great time!

Recent improvements to the slot floor have made for more pleasant gaming experience there. Not my favorite place for table games, but the buffet and food credits are usually decent. Certainly worse casinos on the coast to spend your time and money. Hotel rooms aren't bad either.

Stayed two night very easy check in. Super friendly staff. Also there was pubic hair all in our bathtub I had to clean it. Casino is kind of a rip off played a lot of money and never even got a bonus. Loosen up those machines. I know it's all a part of gambling but sheesh. Loved my room. Great food. Overall okay experience.

Front desk rep rude… my husband and I were in line. He stepped away to park the car. I was told I couldn't check in without him. Note I had his wallet and I'd and credit card. Our first room had food in the fridge and tub was dirty. The second room given by the first rep had a leaky toilet and water running from the top. Hopefully our third room with we sufficient to get some rest after 5 hour drive. We thought it was a great deal and would be fun to stay overnight at a casino. I just want to get some rest. Okay Derrick came through. He got us in a nice clean room. Thanks so much… we just want to get some sleep. Changing my rate…

This casino and hotel are very hard to navigate. They make it hard to find your way out of the casino (by design of course) without walking a long way. The casino itself is average at best. They need to do a lot of updating and start to get with the casino program. I understand it's not Vegas but they seriously need to upgrade. The pool is decent and the staff is friendly.

Only stayed one night. Hallways and room we stayed in had a smokey smell which I thought was strange because it was a no smoking room. Casinos were great. Definitely visit the bar called Chill. Awesome bartender and feel for the place. Was a bit confusing finding which elevators to use. And there was a TON of security. Don't know if it made me feel safe or not. Lol.

We ate at the sit down restaurant. Prices were middle of the road between the cafe and buffet. Food was good but they were short of kitchen staff, so it took awhile to get our food. The casino part is somewhat difficult to find, but they have a wide variety of games. My wife won $90.00 off a $2.00 bet, so I would say the slots are decent. Table minimums were mostly $10.00, but I was able to play Let It Ride for $5.00.

Very nice place. They took good care of my mother-in-law when her husband fell seriously sick and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. They comped her three extra night stays so she was able to be close to the hospital. All around service is about 8 out of 10 employees were very polite and well mannered, something you don't see very much of these days.

Great hotel! The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool area is to die for. Outdoor pool and bar. Outdoor hot tub is so relaxing and larger than most! Great place to stay while visiting the biloxi, ms beach area.

The room was really nice, had a king size bed, fridge, and decent sized tv. But who's there to watch TV anyway? All of the staff were really friendly. The two bartenders (Bo and I think Dave) at the Highlights Sports Bar were amazing and funny. Great people persons and sense of humor. The casino was really nice. Had a great selection of slots and card games.

Very nice hotel for the price.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Very nice bathroom.
The deco is neat and there is the necessary.
Board and iron iron, dry hair, fridge, coffee, chest, beautiful view of the sea.

Slots need to be looser! The staff is wonderful, very prompt with any requests. Our room was clean, and very functional. My only regret was the pool wasn't opened yet, and the spa and workout rooms didn't open until 8am. By that time, I had already walked and we had eaten breakfast and on with our day. They do have meeting rooms here and I can't believe they wouldn't have the workout area open by 6am. Oh well, still had a great time. Restaurants were busy but had great staff and food was fresh looking and tasting.

I normally don't post comments, but my experience at IP was not a good one with it being my first time staying there. It was my anniversary. We went with another couple (Tiffany Gordon) that's who name the rooms was in. They asked for king size and got double beds, and put us in a king size room which is what we wanted but it was a smoking and it was a handicap room. We took it as long as we could with the smell, so we asked if they had any other king size rooms available they didn't all they had was double beds. I told my husband that is fine as long as we didn't have to smell the smoke the whole night. They accommodated us with 2 free buffet for the inconvenience of not having any more kings size available. I really did enjoy the concert. Chrisette Michele was awesome… It'll probably be my first and last time staying there. Thanks stayed there the weekend of 2/16-2/18.

Had dinner at the high tide and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The service was fantastic in the sandwich was extremely delicious. And had a little bit of a honey sweet taste with the heat of cayenne. The bun was delicious and the soups on the salad bar were an excellent topper on the meal.

We love visiting this casino. They have a decent sized playing room with new and old games. The drinks are good and free if your gambling. We travel in a rv and they have a side parking lot (free) with plenty of room for big rigs! The buffet is reasonably priced with plenty of options from prime rib to sushi as well.

Awesome hotel/casino. Rooms are nice and have an awesome view, though sometimes it depends on which direction the room is facing. Had a room with a view facing out towards the bay. They offer free rooms and food based on how much you gamble, so you may not hit the jackpot, but they still give plenty prizes such a through raffles and drawing. The staff is friendly, security is always on watch and they constantly have different events and awesome performers. Food in the casino/restaurants/bars varies from buffet and baked goods to fine dining and finger foods. All delicious and reasonably priced and you can even use points you acquire for food purchases. There is plenty to do in and around the hotel for families, couples and even a solitary visit. Would highly recommend and continue to go. Just visited during their 12 Days of Winning for their Christmas event and had an awesome time.

Very nice casino, top notch entertainment and free parking and security for our RV! No hookups but clean level parking right across the street. Super friendly staff and management. We came for a couple days but ended up staying a week! Great place to try your luck on that jackpot! We will be back! P. S. Avoid the Boomtown casino RV park!

I have been coming to IP since they first opened. I always enjoy my stay. Rooms are clean. I play table games mostly and love the dealer's I hate when one of my favorites retire. Love when you sit down at the table and they remember your name. I especially enjoy Danny, Pam and Brad. Dennis is a character. Going back in the spring. Can't wait!

Nice hotel. Good restaurants. Plenty of slots and table games… enough for you to find your favorite. Great loyalty card benefits once you reach Emerald. Slot machine payout could be better. The employees and staff are generally very cordial and nice.

Best casino I've been too! The staff were friendly, beds were very comfortable, and the food was to die for! The drinks were awesome but sometimes it took them too long to come around and ask you if you needed another but it was awesome I’m definitely going back soon!

We are locals that like to have a drink at the bar on the ground floor and then eat at the buffet. Always a warm, friendly, experience! Great service at the bar and buffet and the buffet food is always very good. They have their regular dishes and add different things each week. The dessert bar is awesome!

Love the buffet here! I always save room for dessert when we go. I'm not a gambler, so I look forward to the dessert buffet and the gym. The little coffee place in the lobby is convenient and open 24/7. This is our go to casino for a one or two night getaway.

Just here for an extended weekend vacation with the family. My second time visiting the IP resort and I've found more to do and see. The staff is top of the line professional and courteous. Can't wait to come back and see what else I have missed!

I really enjoyed my stay, I didn't want to leave. It's very quiet in the halls and the rooms are very nice. Entertainment everywhere and I won $40. The lunch buffet was so filling and something for everybody. I WILL be going back! Can't wait!

Attended the hotel for business. Conference room are on a separate side of the hotel so you have to be up early to walk to the other side if the hotel. Cigarettes are permitted throughout the building. That was a minus for me I smelled like smoke during my stay. Staff are nice. Rooms are a bit nice. I liked the lounge live band who tried to sing different genre. Effort was appreciated. Free buffet with player card sign up.

Visited the Casino as I was in town visiting some family. Casino was very different in lay out from what I am use to. However it was a very fun experience. The variety of games was great in the general area but the non-smoking section was limited. The waitresses were very busy but not very attentive. There were multiple waitresses throughout the casino who would offer drinks to the people next to me but would not offer me one. The people I was with got drinks multiple times however in the few hours we were there I only was able to get one drink.

I posted a picture where our restroom had little paper when we arrived. No one serviced our room the third night when we got back. Didn't realize we had no amenities. At 8:45 after breakfast my husband and I needed to utilize the restroom before departing. When I asked a maid she stated she would refill on her rounds and since we where going to be checking out soon there was one on the way out. So we had to lug our luggage into a restroom instead of enjoying the last hour of rest and food settling in our room.

Very nice casino and hotel. Food was very good and the comps they give you are pretty nice too. Went as a surprise for my birthday. They upgraded our room to a suite, put balloons in the room, and gave us free dinner that evening all because it was my birthday. I was thrilled and really enjoyed my time at the IP casino.

IP offers an excellent buffet. We celebrated my granddaughter's 21st birthday with lunch and a short visit to the casino. I gave her $20. To put into a slot machine. She left with $30. Along with a memory and a smile.

The rooms were nice. Beyond that, the smoking was pretty heavy. To get to the non-smoking part, you had to walk through the smoking section. To get to the pool, you had to walk through the casino, which meant constantly getting carded. The pool was very nice, but closed so early that it was hard to even enjoy. No breakfast either, you would have to do the buffet and pay.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL/CASINO! The rooms are very nice with soft, clean sheets and towels. Housekeepers are always friendly and ask if anything is needed. The casino staff is also friendly as well as the restaurant staff.

The IP is very clean Casino. They have a complimentary Drink Machine that has a hot chocolate that is to die for. Their tables are very nice and the slot machines are laid out really well. The wait staff is quick and courteous when bringing drinks on the casino floor. They have a few great restaurants in the casino that are excellent. Their pool is very nice and has a very large screen TV at the end.

The IP is a nice casino resort but truly they are on the lower end of the scale in the area. Food is so so except for 32 (restaurant on 32nd floor) which is outstanding and the coffee bar is really good. Most rooms are ok but some need some serious work (we literally had part of the bathroom sink counter fall apart). There isn't alot of shopping and unfortunately like most they're over priced. All in all I would give the IP a grade of C+ to a B-

We went to IP and had dinner at 32. It was the best dinner we've had in a long time and the service was wonderful. We also ate at the buffet and it was all so wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly.

As for the hotel itself it was was standard for it's price, and the late night activities such as bar and casino are fun! However, the the gym, spa, and pool class a little early for my liking, as well as the hotel itself is a labyrinth. Would I recommend it? Yes overall my stay was enjoyable and I would come back however it wasn't the highlight or my vacation.

Not a bad place, they need to open for tables, you will spend a fortune on good food if you eat here. The worst part was the Valet I waited 36 minutes to get my car… even the busiest casinos in Vegas are faster…

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort during my road trip from Kansas City to Tampa. The rooms are HUGE and very well appointed. I did have an issue with my TV not working, but an engineer came up quickly and was able to get my TV up and running without having to change my room. My only complaint is in regards to parking. The parking garage is massive, but there is VERY little handicap parking. This is of a huge concern, since the garage is a long way from the guest elevators. I did not want to pay to Valet my car, so I had to walk a long way.

Rooms were okay. Pool is very nice. Drinks at the pool are overpriced. Staff was friendly. Casino is okay but could have better, more up to date slots. Club was okay but the band was not so great. Entertainment could be better.

The rooms were clean but the non smoking floors still had odor the gambling floor was lacking some of the newer things expexted from other casino. No digital roulette or crappy and minimal food options were our main issues. The staff was friendly and location was easy to get too but overall bit impressed.

Plenty of tables available with bets starting at $5 which is pretty nice. The rooms are your basic casino room, but they do have no smoking floors that are better than smoking floors. The reward program is pretty decent if you like promo chips, free play and free rooms. The pool is pretty decent and a great option for those days you break from gambling. It isn't the top star resort in town but their amenities and service make it a very good choice especially depending on your betting preferences.

The rooms are wonderful and comfortable. The restaurants are all enticing, have delicious food, and can accommodate to most every taste. The only thing I'm not fond of is the casino floor layout. Usually you'll find different credit amount areas but here it is all thrown together. But all around, a very wonderful place to stay at but I'll be gambling somewhere else.

This is a great place to stay. I like their spa facility. There's a co-ed are and a co-ed steam room. It also has a lunch menu. If you have time, you can spend a day inside. The buffet is good. The first floor Italian restaurant has good food. A reservation maybe needed if you plan to go there for dinner during the weekend. The upscale steak house on the top of the building is definitely a must try: great food and view. However, the restaurant I like the most inside IP is Tian, an Asian restaurant has wonderful Korean BBQ. It also has a great service. Watched two shows inside IP. Both times were great. Also, there's free coffee machines and soft drinks available for free on the casino floors.

Went to see Raheem DeVaughn phenomenal concert. His voice was better than the cds and he was soo down to earth. Signed autographs and took pictures till last person left. Not to be forgotten Ro James of the silky smooth song"permission" was just the same. Had a very talented painter on stage during entire concert great show.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. There is a variety a eating options. I'm not much for gambling, but it appears the casino is par for the course. The staff is nice and the rooms are nice. My only suggestion would be more massage options.

It was clean and fun. Drinks were great. I got a free birthday t-shirt as well. I will definitely return. I did not stay in the hotel. Overall a very fun day.

I attended the 3 Doors Down concert in Studio A and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service at the bar was fast. The place was well kept, very clean and the concert facilities were superb. Really enjoyed the sound and lighting. Thanks!

Great weekend getaway with my family and friends and I have been lucky a few times on our past visits. The rooms are nice and the people are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I don't like is the food.

Have been coming here for years, but it has changed, no longer have rv parking, food is horrible, staff is not friendly will not be back ever again mgmt dont even care when you complain so sad also beggers are in parking area as well as prostitute s hanging around the big rigs everywhere with their engines running all the time undesirable people trying to sell you drugs computers jewelry and whatever will not go back and definitely would not recommend, security also was the rudest staff their. Rooms are nasty with smoke smell, stayed at motel 6 in Texas that was much better, including the staff. This I a real review, not a paid one, like most of them are on here, was not offered any freebies, there are many much better places to stay in Biloxi. … this casino, hotel staff, is extremely rude, and non caring my worst experience in Biloxi by Farr save your self alot of headache, book and stay somewhere else. One star was the lowest rating I could give, should be a minus 5 star rateing…

Stayed here during spring break of 2016. Seemed okay… the problem I'd have was a noise in the restroom by the shower area. It would scare my 8 yr old son whenever he would use the restroom. Next… woke up early this morning… used the restroom and flushed and next thing I know water was going everywhere! Flooded the entire restroom out, into the hallway in my room, into the hallway out my door and into the room across from me. It took maintenance every bit of mins to come after I made the call to the lobby. I explained on the second phone call they might want to hurry up because water was going everywhere! Needless to say… I'm in room 1706 and now they have to machine here to suck up the water. The logical thing to me would be, ma'am we will move you into another room. Hell no! Now I'm quite disappointed!

We visited the IP on out way home from Gulfport. Decided to stop in to play at the casino. We started playing the slot machines, which there were a ton of, of all different denominations. The best thing about the IP, in my opinion, was there level of table games. We had been to other casinos in the area and they all failed in comparison to the IP. Not only that, but the staff and the other patrons were super friendly and when the wife and I walked up to a game and didn't quite understand it, everyone was more than willing to help us figure it out. The next time we go back to Biloxi/Gulfport this is most definately the place/casino we are staying at.

This place is terrible. It doest matter if you get a smoking room or non smoking room. All the rooms smell like an ashtray. There is a SMALL shower, a small tv, and the fridge is basically the same temperature as the room. Does not do its job. Terrible. Once again… there is no such thing here as a non smoking room. They all smell the same. Stay here if you like the smell of a hookers basement that is ridden with the smell of ashtrays, death, burnt corpses, and the distinct yet putrid odor of a sour, rotten ape fetus anus. Oh and the vallet. Terrible. Took over 25 minutes to get my vehicle…

Love the sea food buffet. All you can eat crab is divine. Prime rib roast over all large selection. Waiting time is usually pretty speedy depending on time of day. Can't get that much seafood for 30$ any where on the coast. Staff are nice and polite. It's our go to adult night special.

So far everything is up to my expectations! Vallet Parking is always a +. They brought my Luggage Up to My room; We Love our Deluxe Rooms! The Highlights Sports Bar food was great! We will check Out the Spa shortly! STAFF IS VERY MUCH HELPFUL! GREAT SERVICE.

I visited the IP for my birthday and had a fantastic time! We arrived one evening and spent time gambling and listening to live music. The service was so fast and they actually had the beers we liked. The room was very comfortable and we were able to grab a delicious breakfast just downstairs at the café. Afterward, we went to the spa for massages and spent the remainder of our time in the sauna, arctic snow room and steam room. It was a fantastic birthday!

Jan 29th 2016 — stayed in 1503 — when I was getting ready for bed, I noticed that when I rolled all the blankets dwn, and climed in bed it was cold, and getting colder, I thought it was the mattress pad, so I pulled it off and there were three towels laid out under the pad soaking up pee. The towels were soaked. So I called house keeping, they came up took pics, took out the old matt and brought in a new one. How lazy can you get. Thats a crappy house keeper to do that. Not even report it just lay towels dwn. Hhead house keeper said she was sorry… it took 30 minits for them to compleat the task. I love the IP, but the house keeping needs to have a meeting. Theres no reson for that. And thats all that they could say was sorry. Really… im giving three stars on this stay. P. S. All rms should have a microwave and refiderater, and the coffee pot is barbi size, I had to bring my own coffee pot, and I bring my own coffee, your coffee is stale.

The IP is one of the better casinos in the area. Alot of good performances are held there. Good food. They have areas that are geared toword young patrons (The Chill) and areas for us a bit older patrons. All and all I enjoy the IP.

Always have a great experience when I come to IP. Get to see some friends I haven't seen in a while and the games are the best on the coast. Only negative thing I would say, is when a good amount of people are still at The Chill trying to hangout and drink don't cut the lights on and say time to go!

The IP Casino Resort was very clean and the staff were warm and friendly. Smoking is allowed but the smokiness was not nearly as bad as it is at other casinos. The hotel rooms were nice and the beds are very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again.

I love this casino, my family & I make yearly trips and it's outstanding. The rooms are clean & plush the service is over the top! The overall experience here is top notch I would recommend to anyone … I'm here now writing this survey I would write more but I'm on the poker table!

The rooms are alright and the prices are good. Never had a problem at the tables and this place seems less smokey than the others. They have really really good shows here though. Joe Bonamassa has been know to play here and I promise that's a good show.

The IP Resort in Biloxi is amazing. Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and a lively casino. Don't forget to check out the Chill Bar for great love music!

Recently remodeled the IP has nice rooms either overlooking the scenic Biloxi back bay, or a series of pawn shops and liquor stores depending on the side. Either way the buffet is good.

My favorite sports bar in Biloxi. Many TV's, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Parking limited to ramp with heighth restriction that limits 4 wheel drive vehicles and parking lot across street south of location.

Absolutely loved it! Granted this was my favorite trip to Biloxi I really enjoyed it. The hotel was very nice, service was great, and the casino took my money! Well I guess I'm not very good at gambling but sure had fun doing it! Will rate everything 5 stars without a doubt. Loved it!

I stayed at the biloxi IP casino. The room and service was great. The slot machines weren't paying out at all so I ended up back in the room early. Live band sounded really good and drinks were consistently served throughout the night.

While traveling through, were looking to stay at your "run of the mill" casino for a decent night's sleep and a little gaming. What we found is an upscale resort with plenty of amenities. The price was fair and a free buffet with the sign up for a players card made the stay very reasonable. The only downside to our experience was don't expect to check in like a standard hotel. We were pretty confused as to where to park to check in and even though there are several check-in clerks, there was quite a line in the evening. Once you figure out their system, it is a very enjoyable stay. Come back? You bet!

Horrible. If you are younger than 50 I suggest you not come here. Rude employees. Boring atmosphere. Not worth $299 a night on any night.

My stay with IP Hotel was great. I slept good. I enjoyed my stay. I will go back again.

DO NOT COME HERE EVER This hotel checked my family and I onto the smoking floor, WHICH we did NOT ask for… Also the smoking room did not have a refrigerator which the front desk agents knew and we weren't informed of. ALL rooms are supposedly equipped with them, but this one did not. We were moved into another room which was worse! The rooms front door didn't open close correctly, also refrigerator wasn't placed in correct area, and had a lean to it.

I went to the IP on a recommendation from another casino/hotel because they were sold out. Check-In went smooth, but there is a $100 deposit. Room rate was really good compared to others. I was on the 11th floor and had a view of the back bay. It seems that anything higher than the 10th floor will give you a view of the water. The room was clean, had a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The staff was pleasant. The casino — pretty good with table minimums lower than Hard Rock and Beau Rivage. Drink service was difficult while playing. They could double the amount of servers and still not have enough (this was during the week, it COULD be better on the weekend).

Pretty good casino. Well designed, great amenities, good Wi-Fi and customer service. The hotel has decent rooms with comfortable furniture. And even though the pool is on top of the parking garage it is very nice, with great esthetics. Very relaxing and a fun environment. One downside is the parking garage, it is an aggravating place to park and navigate.

I love this place, modern up to date and great staff. The rooms are nice and the comps seem to be better then most of the other casinos. I will definitely be back.

I would not go back here if this was the only place in the world. They have very few drink servers in the casino and when I finally do find one they ask to see my ID when I ordered, of all things, a PEPSI. No alcohol. The Beverage Manager Mr. Walter Quinn is the rudest employee in the world. They do not care how I feel as a guest, no one contacted me in response to my complaint. I am one 23 year old who will be taking my wallet full of $$ to other Biloxi casinos! NEVER GO TO THE IP.

We absolutely love IP. Every hotel and casinos going to have positives and negative. Theycant make everyone happy, but IP gets Damon close and they make a true effort. We went there three times, once was during cruising the constants when everyone else wanted $375 for a room, IP comp' d us one. I love staying at IP.

Great Food. Also a movie theater! Left with more money than what I showed up with.

I like the ip hotel! it has a pool and a TV outside where you get to swim and watch TV at the same time.

Went to the sports bar to watch the game and have a little food. I ordered a hot fudge brownie Sunday. Not expecting to have caramel on it because I am I not allowed to have it. Over half way through my dish I realized my food has caramel on it. After spending 20 minutes in the bathroom getting sick. I come back and talked to the manager to be laughed at in my face! These people are nuts and rude. Kept asking the staff for a napkin and wound up having to get it off of another table! I will not be coming back here because they add stuff to the food that is not supposed to be on it! And the service was horrible! Then when you ask to speak to another manager over the casino they want to refer you to the security to have you removed instead of dealing with their complaints! Thanks IP casino now I'm spending my Sunday sleeping because I have to go to the hospital and get a shot.

This was not a great place to stay at. The rooms we'er like a motel 8. We did have a smoking room and there were no fan's in the room, so you had to have the bathroom fan on at all time's or keep your door open to get some air in it. But you can get a fan a (box) fan for $8.00. The carpet had stains on it and would not walk barefoot in the room. The bathtub was slippery NO bath mat. We did ask for it but never got one, My husband had hips replacement and was not comfortable getting in it again. The food was not all that, (coffee was so weak). We did try the pool out but it was a little uncomfortable, you had to walk through the Casino to get to it, Then they try to give you flat coke (had no CO) The staff at the front was not friendly, not happy to help you or say Hi to you. But the maids were very nice and polite. WE will not stay there again. The Millers 09_21-14.

ALL TIME FAVORITE SLOT MACHINE! THEY HAVE THE MICHAEL JACKSON MACHINE and I've won every time I played! Great comps, if you play often, and the staff, hotel, and all around atmosphere is fabulous at the IP CASINO RESORT and SPA. I would visit the SPA if I could get a really good discount as their rates are a Tad bit out of my price range. Other than that, I love visiting and playing there.

April 2014, My 84 year old mother and I needed to get out of Wisconsin and I chose the IP Casino for the location and price. The best thing was the surprised look on my mother's face when she saw the accommodations and the casino and restaurants. She was very pleased. We enjoyed the casino all three days, ate in 3 of the restaurants, enjoyed free entertainment at Chill and even dancing. The casino offered a non-smoking option which appealed to my Mother. The hotel was clean and offered everything we needed at a Great Price! I plan to take my wife for a visit and stay at the same place. Highly recommended by a Cheesehead.

An excellent hotel, with an excellent service at an excellent price read. (the meal if it is expensive).
