This place is a good place to stay at the pool is amazing the employees are very respectful and kind if you need a place to stay I suggest boarders.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly. The hotel is nice and fresh smelling not musty smell. Hallways are well lit. Room are very roomy and got alot of amenities like coffee pot, microwave, good size fridge, iron board and iron, 2 sinks one in bathroom one just outside of bathroom. All night coffee in their lobby. Very nice place to Stay.

What a great place to stay, friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Bed was enormous and very comfortable!

Quick, efficient, easy check in. Hotel was clean, and so was the room. It looks like it has recently been updated. Breakfast had lots of options from cold cereal to pancakes. They even brought out frozen gluten free waffles when the found out I was gluten free.

Great customer service, good breakfast, nice pool, warm hot tub… we decided to stay a second night. Highly recommend!

Very friendly greeting from front desk upon arrival. We accidentally booked only 2 night's instead of 3 and she was more than helpful assuring us a third night. Nice to have adult hours for the pool. Very helpful with directions to nearest Wal-Mart etc. Very nice breakfast and quiet location. Would book here again!

All the staff were courteous and helpful. Exceptionally clean rooms that were very spacious. The great room is beautiful and welcoming.

Excellent king suite with a jacuzzi will stay there definitely again.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. Wish they offered a longer time frame. The view of trailer homes from my window wasn't what I expected either. The hotel and our rooms were nice and clean. The pool was very dark making it hard to see the kids. I couldn't tell if the pool was dirty or not because it was so dark in there.

After you’ve checked out, so does customer service. I’ve called 3 times asking about lost and found because I left something important in the room. On the first call, I was told I’d have to contact the cleaning crew in the morning “… I don’t know, they come in around 8 or 9, maybe 10. ” I left my number, no call back. I called the next morning but the crew was too busy to talk, “leave a number and someone will call you. ” Still no call back. On the third call, “you’ll have to call back when the cleaning crew is here. I don’t know where the lost and found is. ” Who puts a person at the front desk who doesn’t know what’s happening at the hotel?! I know this wasn’t an answering service because the second guy put me on hold by setting the receiver on the desk and I heard ALL the interaction with a guest checking in. Then he forgot about me, so I had to call back.

Tidy hotel with a lovely lobby and an okay view for at least half the rooms. The free breakfast wasn't too bad and the automatic pancake machine was quite neat.

If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further! Best customer service ever! Seriously the staff goes above and beyond for you!

This is a nice hotel and the rooms were much larger than I expected. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the front desk gave her a complementary one. They serve breakfast in the morning too which is nice. The breakfast consisted of mainly high carb foods like pastries, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. They did have some hard boiled eggs as the only low carb option. I would stay there again, but I'm taking away 1 star for a couple reasons. The breakfast was just ok in my option, the beds were a little hard, the shampoo was shampoo and conditioner in one, and it was a little pricey.

The front desk was very nice, but I couldn't say the same for my room. The sink was broken in the bathroom, the drain plug. I was sleeping on the pullout bed and there was lots of strands of someone else's hair in my sheets and a couple stains on the sheets as well. Gross.

Service: 4 stars Front desk staffs were friendly when checking in. Room: 3 stars When entering the room, there is a terrible smell as if someone had previously smoked in there and they never tried to get rid of the smell after cleaning. Tried to open the windows for fresh air but they appeared to have been stuck. The sink in the bathroom was broken. You had to hold the piece where the water drain in order for it to go down. Luckily, there were about two other sinks outside the bathroom to use but hopefully we don't get charge for their negligence of not getting rid of the smell or fix the bathroom sink before placing their guests in there. Besides all of these then the bed was soft and comfy to sleep in. Continental breakfast: 2 stars Kind of wish the sausage gravy would have been warm if not hot to go with the biscuit so I wouldn't have to microwaved it. They also have an automatic pancake machine if you want any pancakes, some pastries, fruits and cereals.

Good room, Good pool area for small crowds, the lobby is great. Little loud at times, but staff is nice and for where I needed to go on business, this location was ideal and easy for an "out-of-towner. "

Located where the former main drag was, worth the detour. Getting lots of new carpet. Spa room really big and $110 tax included. Fair breakfast. Hot hot tub till midnight.

We had a great stay at the signature in. The renovations were nearly complete, and we got a great deal on the room. I was in town for a wedding in Duluth, and was worried that I might be a little far away, but it was quite an easy drive to downtown from the hotel, and easy to find on our way back.

We brought our 10 & 7 year olds. They thought it was the bees knees. I have very little to complain about. The rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and the rooms were a fair price. The pool could have been a few degrees warmer and while the continental breakfast was a lovely perk, it would have been nice to have a few extra fruit selections. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely return again. Even with the renovations, there were no inconveniences to guests… hopefully the sauna will be ready when we return! :)

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was below average, breakfast area only had 6 tables. Some staff was not friendly — some were good. We come to Duluth every year but we probably will not stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful! Rooms are huge and so spaceous. Location is lacking, but service and what you get makes up for that. Driving distance to everything.

Stayed the night before dropping son off at college. Clean and nice staff. Not fancy, but just right.

Staff was really nice, our room was nice and clean. Only complaint it had kind of a musty smell. Breakfast was okay, I was disappointed a bit, would of been nice if there was more protein. Eggs… bacon … yougurt would of been good. Nice and quiet.

Pretty standard hotel room, but happy it came with a large fridge and microwave. No coffee maker in my room which I thought was odd. It was very quiet, no noise from other guests or housekeeping. I actually got to sleep in! I will definitely stay there again. I prefer the quiet Superior side over noosy Duluth. Thanks for the great stay!

Super friendly front end staff was able to help me book a same night reasonably priced room. Room was clean and the Jacuzzi was a major plus. Breakfast was kind of an afterthought but at least it was free.

Room was clean and nice size. Bed was comfortable and location convenient considering road construction in area. We would stay there again. Good value.

The lobby and front desk area were resently remodeled. They still are remodeling rooms. The room we had was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel serves a Continental breakfast, pancakes, cereal, danishes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy. With coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The hotel is right next to a bar and restaurant, so no need to search for family restaurants. The hotel has a nice size pool and a hot tub that seats 8. The desk staff are delightful to interact with. When I come back to Superior, I plan on booking my stay at the Signature Inn.

Can't complain at all about this hotel! I have paid a lot more for a night's stay that were not nearly as nice as this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool area, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else!

Everything was wonderful. Great staff, welcoming, and so helpful. We had a birthday party for our kids and had lots of family come celebrate. The hotel was perfect. The renovations are beautiful. I would recommend this hotel!

We absolutely loved it there. Staff is friendly, eager to help however they can. Or just for conversation. Extremely clean, refreshing and total relaxation when you are here. Travis Tirner you are doing amazing great work. We are the ones with our puppy Winter. We stayed another night. Was kinda hoing for the weekend but the truck was fixed so off we go. If you are in the area this is definetly the place you want to stay at.
