This place is a dump everything needs to be renovated. The entire hotel is filthy and needs a deep cleaning. Everything is dingy.

Rude staff, very discourteous! The customer service you get from "corporate" isn't any better. They just don't know I'm a customer service supervisor and I will be taking my complaint higher.

Rude staff. I am handicapped. The elevator out of service. Put on the 4th floor. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all my belongings and a cooler. Front desk refused to help. When I notified him that he should really get someone to come fix it due to handicapped people. The front desk man literally started yelling at me and walked away.

My husband and I stayed at this location by the recommendation of the local hospital staff for my husband’s upcoming surgery. The room was large but it was not very clean! The bathroom was the biggest area of concern! See photo below, very disappointed!

Super nice hotel, very clean, comfy, pillows were a bit small but comfy. LOVE the make up area in our room great lighting and seating there! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and super happy.

Great place and nice staff. Thank you to Nelson (CSR) for accommodating us to a beautiful suite. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Was very clean, everyone was nice, coffee in the room was good, ample linens and the bed was comfy. Only had 2 issues. We had a suite and the whirlpool took an hour to fill and the shower was very small.

Had a two-double bed suite and loved the layout. It was nice for relaxing and socializing in after an evening out. Only minor issue was mini-fridge wasn't very cold except for the ice box, which was really in need of defrosting.

Desk service was great, very friendly. Location was close to other things, like stores and restaurants. The suite was spacious with an included refrigerator and microwave. The vending and ice machines are on every other floor. The pool is small and directly off of the lobby, which was a little uncomfortable. We didn't make it to the breakfast, so can't review that. There was an odd smell to the place, that was the worst on the 4th floor. We visited in the summer. The air conditioner was turned off when we checked in, so it was really warm in the room. There's only one unit for both rooms, so the living area never got completely cooled off. The room seemed clean, although I did find a hair in the sheets toward the foot of the bed and on the bathroom sink and mirror. I honestly expected the entire place to be a bit nicer, as others have been in the past, but it served it's purpose.

We stayed one night in a one bedroom king suite with one bathroom and mini bar area with microwave, fridge, counter. Mattress was amazing-we slept very well! Our room faced the highway, but we actually liked to hear the white noise of the traffic. The hotel is a bit rundown but seemed clean and safe. In our room, there seemed to be a bit of a stale odor of perhaps smoking even though it’s a no smoking hotel. We could only get one TV to work but we did not contact the front desk b/c we did not need the 2nd one-our son just watched with us. The breakfast was fine-very simple. I had to bring my own whole wheat bagel, but my husband and teenage son made a waffle which was okay. Coffee was good. It was very nice to have scrambled eggs and condiments as needed for waffle and toasted bagel. Front desk service both checking in and checking out was very good-kind and courteous.

The room was decent and the pool area seemed pretty clean. The service at the front desk was the only thing that really bothered me; we were shorted a blanket for our pullout couch and they didn't believe us at first. After we assured them we never had one, we were told to check with room service the next morning (after we needed it). It took some convincing for them to look for the blanket, but it was eventually found.

Hotel is very dated. Needs a face lift on the inside. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Inside pool was very small compared to other hotels that my wife and I have stayed at, and very crowded. Overall an ok place to stay.

My stay was okay but the service desk representative was not very help with sorting out our company rooms which had been mixed up. Instead of assisting us he gave us a paper with the room numbers which required us knocking on door to door to figure out who had been placed in the wrong rooms. Also our toilet was clogged during first use the next day and it took them 2 hours just to send someone up with a plunger in order to unclog it.

Literally dried vomit on the floor. Rust on all metal fixtures. Weave scattered on floor and on back of toilet. Cigar in pull out couch. Couldn't complain at checkout as clerk was MIA.

The room smelled. The pool was closed. The breakfast was not good. We didn't have enough towels. There was no shuttle bus service. Just not a good experience for the money paid. The only good thing is that the housekeeping workers were nice and generous.

Very clean rooms, 2 nights were spent my wife and son spent the first one. Because I had to spend another night at St. Luke's hospital we all spent a second night in a different room. My wife loved the pillows and the complimentary breakfast was on of the better ones.

Breakfast was very good every morning. Conference room was well kept. Service was good. I didn't stay at this facility, but those that did said rooms needed attention. A lot of mold in bathtub at caulk seams.

They must have people who reside there. In the breakfast room I watched a guy fill a bag with a ton of food. Leaving almost nothing for the rest of us. Fillred a thermos with apple juice as well. Rooms were nice though.

The service that we received at the front desk was very encouraging and welcoming. The staff was incredibly awesome. I loved this hotel.

This location has a friendly staff, a great breakfast and clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason for four stars is because I am not sure they changed the sheets on one of the beds in the room. It was wrinkled and didn't look 100% fresh… everything else was good though.

I wouldn't give them any stars but in order to post my review I had to at least select one star. I made online reservations for an over night stay and received my confirmation number and was anxiously awaiting my short getaway. Days later I received a phone call stating that I could not stay at the hotel because I live within 30 miles. As stupid as I think that policy is I get it however my issue is that once I put in my address there should be something to notify me of this policy or it should be stated on the website or I should receive a call right away. Now I'm unalbe to find the same type of room for anywhere near the same price. I definitely feel discriminated against and I will NEVER stay at any of their hotels.

Loved our stay this Christmas. The beds are so comfortable. We loved the pool and gym. The staff were very friendly and the place was always clean.

This place is great. With is comfortable king size bed and whirlpool suite, it's my preferred place to go with my fiance to have some relax time. The breakfast in the morning is a major plus along with the Jacuzzi pool area. The staff is very helpful. Took the time to print out movie tickets even though the front desk was busy.

A very nice place to stay. The rooms are all suites. My job has put me here twice and I have been in some real dumps. This is a pretty clean place.

Awful. Truly awful. I arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night, was given a room that had a disgusting bathroom. It hadn't been swept, there was toothpaste spit in the mirror frame, and what looked very much like blood droplets along the thresshold and doorframe of the bathroom. There were also small smears on multiple walls. I took a damp white washcloth and wiped down part of the door frame — — it came back red-brown. It's not a crime scene, but it's certainly not clean. It is grimy and gross. When I call down to the front desk to ask them for a clean room, they tell me to come downstairs to swap the key. When I get down there, several people are in line, and the teenager behind the desk hands me a new key — — to the same room. (The other teenage attendant corrects her. ) So now I'm waiting several minutes for a new room, and during that time I call a different hotel. When I finally get to the front of the line, I tell them I just want to check out. They think I've already been up to the "new" room and back down, yet no one gave me the key! And when Roy, who identifies himself as "a driver" (very young guy) goes in to process the refund, he wants to know "if I've used the room. " I tell him I used the bathroom. He demands to know if I "used the bed. " I ask him how I could've used the bed in a room I saw for ten minutes, and he said, "You don't have to be rude. " Sorry if it's after nine o'clock and I have to leave the hotel because THERE ARE BODY FLUIDS ON THE WALL.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport with shuttle service. Clean spacious rooms and very hospitable front desk.

Work being done at front desk — sloppy maid left water bottles on the floor along the bedside & toilet could be cleaned better too. Whirling Tub Good for big bubble bath that was the plus. Small pool here also.

One of the nicest, cleanest, & quiet hotels in Milwaukee. The continental breakfast is very good as well. I certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Easy access on and off the interstate! Very clean and quiet! Huge room! Most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on! Staff is super nice and accommodating! Great breakfast! Pool and hot tub looked nice I just didn't have time to use it! There's always next time! This will be my go to hotel in Milwaukee from now on! It was under renovation while we were there and I am positive it will be absolutely more beautiful when it's done! Loved our stay!

Very great Value hotel. Needs updates that they are doing. I was approached one day by person asking for directions that made me uncomfortable but their security staff and manager Charlie sent him on his way. Very good for me and the person. No other problems with security but I felt safe knowing the security manager and Charlie were on duty. Staff friendly. Best breakfast. Room service was friendly and room clean. Hallways and outside need those updates they are making but overall a great value hotel in a good safe location.

I've stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years when in town got Irish Fest in Milwaukee. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the festival grounds. Comfortable rooms and beds. The staff is incredible and definitely stands out.

Nice place to stay, the room was very nice and the hotel overall was very clean. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety and check in and out went without any problems. I would for sure recommend staying there to anyone either flying out of Milwaukee or going to a Brewers game!

Pros:
The suite we got was nice. Separated bedroom, bathroom/hallway and living room. Bathtub was large enough for a soak after the game. Cons:
The shuttle would of cost us $30 to go to the game but no return trip ("that's fucking stupid" as said by another guest). Keys didn't work and had to go down to the lobby twice. Wifi kept disconnecting (except by the lobby, which sucks when ur on he 5th floor). Breakfast sucked. Coffee was watered down, eggs/sausage was terrible. He breakfast area was so small it filled up in 10mins of sitting down at 7:30am. The pool area had a strange smell so no time was spent there. The "bar" was so small that if u had 3 ppl in there ud be shoulder to shoulder.

It is reasonably priced and very well kept, The parking is a bit odd. It is close to restaurants, airport, and freeway. The public areas and the room where very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower took about 5 minutes to get hot, but it did get hot. We did not eat breakfast but it did look pretty good. There was very little to no noise in the room. Staff was very friendly.

Ideal location near airport and road network. Comfortable hotel with good sized room and friendly welcome. We only stayed one night but staff assisted us in finding something to do as well as helping us to source local transport. If in the area again we would return.

Adequate but very tired old hotel. Everything is worn. The staff is attentive. The phone in our room didn't work and someone came very quickly to fix it. It is well located with easy access to downtown and the airport. The room was very spacious and as clean as you can get for a worn out room. The TV was very difficult to figure out. One for turning the TV on and off and changing volume and another for changing the channels. You also had to have the correct source selected. But for a night or 2 it was fine. Parking is a big problem. If it is full there are not enough spaces. We got the last open space. Breakfast was typical meh but included. There are better hotels near the airport if that's where you are going but often more expensive. Anything closer to downtown will be at least twice as expensive.

There were no good things about this place. The room we got had this horribly unpleasant smell the entire time we were there. The second day we got locked out of our room with both key cards and had to get a new one. Lastly they had turned off all power to our TV's in our room the second day when we got back after a long day of being out. My husband and I were so displeased with it we left a day early. I do not recommend this to anybody.

This place is disgusting. I booked a suite with 2 full beds in one room and a sofa bed in the other because I was traveling with teens. The sofa bed was filthy with stains on the mattress and sheets, crumbs and coins under it and the frame was broken. The mattress was so bad you could feel the springs through it. I ended up sleeping on the lumpy mattress on the floor because the frame was so badly broken. The hotel was also EXTREMELY noisy. There were people slamming doors and yelling in the hallways the whole time. I only got about 3 hours of sleep the 2nd night we were there, I called desk at 1 a. M. And got no answer. When I complained to staff in the morning I was told "yeah there was a party and it was super loud" So the staff are aware of and condone parties? A partial refund would have been nice but at the very least I expected an apology. In addition, the "bar" they show online is just a room full of construction equipment, and the pool is tiny and dirty. Not to sound snobby but this place was CRAWLING with scummy people. People smoking directly outside the doors, yelling and drinking in the parking lot and pool area. This place was just an all around filthy dump.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. The desk workers know nothing about the hotel or its on goings. I asked three individuals working the desk what conference room a meeting would be held in the next day. None of them knew. (forgivable) I also asked them how to connect to their Wi-Fi. Again no helpful answer I understand that not everyone is a computer expert, but I had to search for and call the company that supplies their internet to receive any kind of help with connecting my pc. (I was here on a business trip and needed internet). During one of my meeting breaks I sat in the lobby on one of their couches, because it was warmer and the news was on a near by tv. The site manager came up to me and said you cant sit there because guests might not like it… I am a paying guest… rude but ok The rooms are dirty, dimly lit, and outdated. Their air and heat unit looks like a fire hazard. The rooms smell bad, and some of the rooms clearly had people smoking pot in them (maybe not the best location for children). The lack of hygiene over all was disturbing. One particularly memorable situation is walking to the bathrooms and seeing a used toilet plunger wedged in the top of the door to keep it propped open. (high potential to have feces drip down the front of the door) Please be safe, Keep your family and friends safe. Stay away!

There was construction in the lobby, which wasn't a big deal. Our room was nice, but the more I looked around the more I noticed it wasn't cleaned. I found a random sock, makeup on the walls, and hair ties on the floor. None of that bugged me until the billing. I checked out, got my bill and we left. It took them a week to take the money out of my account, they even put in $50 into my account! Why? I don't know. So, they finally took the $100 out of my account, but they also took back the $50. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

We were there for medical reasons. They have an agreement with St. Luke's to provide rooms at a discount. Our room was perfect. The staff was exceptional.

The customer service was beyond poor, and extremely unprofessional. Room was dirty and the ice bucket had mold on the bottom. Far better places to go I would not recommend this place!

Starting from the lobby that was under construction and a mess the hotel seems dated, the windows will not open and are screwed shut. The shower handle fell off in our hands, and the temperature was ether cold or scalding hot. The breakfast area needs manor attention, the coffe creamer bowl had human hair in the bowl.

Early check in / check out guy was incredibly rude. Arcade room was out of service. Rooms could be cleaner but ok. Breakfast was mediocre.

Although the room itself was comfortable, there were some cleaning issues that should be addressed… mainly the toilet. Great bed though, and nice deep tub. As for the other guests at this hotel this past weekend… yikes. I got the impression that this property is frequented by a certain kind of unruly, disrespectful, noisy, difficult type of guest. I would NOT stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

My mom and I were in Milwaukee for 5 days due to my sister having major surgery on her brain at Aurora St. Lukes Hospital. I cannot say how nice our stay was at Quality Suites Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was so friendly it was breath taking. They work with all family who has a loved one in the hospital. Great rates, delicious hot breakfast every morning and always a friendly staff member wishing you a wonderful day. You can see St. Lukes from the hotel so in a couple minutes you are with your loved one. We ended up being released a day early so when we went to check out, they gave us our nights fee back in full with no exception. We were not expecting that since they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are heaven forbid having to go through what we did, stay here and you will not be disappointed. Ignore anything under five stars! Thank you from the U. P. Of Michigan!

The hotel is clean and well lit. Service is very good for anything that I needed. The breakfast is served early and contains good variety. I will plan on staying here again on future business trips.

I rented the King suite with the 2 Person hot tub for my fiancé and I. We enjoyed our stay. Our toilet wouldn't flush but they plunged it for us at 1 am and fixed it. Other that the hot tub was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's very quite and well worth the money spent. I even got 20% off my next stay for the toilet issue. This was on 9/12/2015

It was awesome my family and loved it it was the best best best hotel ever. NO hotel cAn beat it but I have 1 problem, I wake up late and I am a heavy sleeper so do u mind to extand the breakfest to 1:00 pm for the late wakers and make it start at 5:00 AM for the early wakers and so your service was amazing you guys were very nice. It's a bit rundown staff is nice and accommodating cleanliness is poor. The first night I stayed there the bed was not made but they moved us to a different room. Heat in the last room was blowing out cold air. I turned it all the way to 80 and it finally got warm.

Love the fact that they have wonderful handicap rooms. The restrooms are wheelchair friendly! Breakfast is changed everyday so you don't end up with the same thing each day! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Never had a problem, always kind, very responsive to problems.
