The perfect blend of hotel and Airbnb. Amazing rooms with high ceilings and exposed brick. Walking distance to good restaurants. Easy parking. Love the shared kitchen and common room. Perfect for a girls weekend or to celebrate a special event with a group. Beds are very comfortable! Looking forward to coming back!

The common area was perfect for our ladies group to mingle, eat and play games. The place was very clean. I loved the Nespresso! It's a great location and walking distance to yoga, coffee shops, and fantastic restuarants. Complimentary pastries were delivered each morning and were delicious. — с Cori Beiersdorf Wicklund.

Gorgeous place with spacious rooms. Checking in via email and text was really convenient too. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Milwaukee.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Kinn Guesthouse a few weekends ago with my daughter. What a peaceful and tranquil environment ❤️. One can tell lots of love and hard work went into every detail of this beautiful home away from home experience. I absolutely loved all of the local artwork and pictures hanging throughout the common area and rooms. And… this beautiful Gem had a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival to welcome us❤️. Take a look at The Kinn people… it’s truly a Diamond in the Ruff. We will be back in the fall. ❤️❤️❤️

A lovely location to land. Lots of character. We’ve been twice and stayed in different rooms. Both rooms were charming. Within walking distance of many local boutiques and restaurants. A fun, laidback neighborhood.

Kinn is beautiful, and located on a quiet part of a street filled with shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and very well decorated, and the kitchen area included snacks and wine! I was right next to the common areas so the noise was a little bit of an issue, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. If you're more sensitive to sound just rent a room further down the hall. Perfect for groups!

This guest house is so comfortable and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The rooms are large and and so comfortable and clean. The shared kitchen area is such a nice place to have coffee in the morning or to convene and meet other guests. The property is located in proximity to down town and many wonderful shops and restaurants. It is a perfect location for a bicycle weekend trip as it is so close to the oak leaf trail. I would not hesitate to recommend the Kinn Guesthouse as an excellent choice in Milwaukee.

I had a hard time at first with the code system but ended up really liking it. So simple for each couple to have a code. The common room was awesome especially since all the rooms were filled with our family. We had great visits there each evening and morning. Enjoyed the coffee, wine and popcorn too. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience.

We had a great stay at the Kinn Guesthouse… charming mod room, delicious food in the restaurant downstairs, easy access parking and into the hotel itself, met a nice fellow guest in the common room and had a super chat, funky retro neighborhood that’s easy to walk with cool shops and diverse restaurants and it was close to all the other charming MKE neighborhoods. The guesthouse owner was awesome and flexible when we wanted to downsize our room due to a change in our plans. We will stay again for sure! Bonus… the Vivian Maier coffee table book in our room made us come home and watch the documentary about her and her photography!

Staying here was such a treat. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and designed so well. Very comfortable beds and the bathroom was fantastic. There is a communal kitchen/living area that came in handy. We felt so comfortable going in there and using it. The hotel was in a cool part of town — I wish we could have stayed longer to explore it more. The communication with the owner was very easy — he went out of his way before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so nice to stay in a place that didn't feel like a big, corporate hotel. This felt like staying at a friend's weekend home — but better!

AMAZING FIRST-TIME EXPERIENCE! Looking forward to spending more nights at the Kinn. The room was comfy and very homey. My only suggestion is to include hangers in the room (at least one! ). Otherwise, it was a restful night. (BTW, don't miss the opportunity to have dinner at the Kindred (downstairs). You will not be disappointed. )

I can’t say enough about how terrific The Kinn is. Not only did we feel like we were at home in a comfortable welcoming clean hip place, we fell in love and can’t wait to visit again. Charles is a warm and gracious host and was very available when needed. Top of our list when we visit Milwaukee. Cool vibe and fun urban neighborhood.

Stayed two nights here and loved it. Great neighborhood with restaurants, bars and lots of vintage shops. Room was spacious with comfy bed, exposed brick, nice furnishings; bathroom was big with great walk-in shower. Our room was just off the stairway and kitchen so a little noisy as guests came and went, but waking up to the smell of fresh coffee was a perk. Will definitely be back.

I had the opportunity to stay at The Kinn with some family who were visiting from out of town this past weekend and I basically cannot stop talking about the experience. As someone who has lived in Milwaukee for many years, and is fully aware of how spectacular (and underrated) the city is — I could not have been more excited to show my out-of-town family a truly Milwaukee-an experience at The Kinn. The space itself is beautifully redone and everything from the check-in/check-out times, to the wonderfully curated displays of local artwork, to the fresh local pastries and home cooked bacon in the morning were thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and happy space. Moreover, Charles was great — communication was clear and the process of checking in/out was seamless. My favorite way to travel is to be given an opportunity to take a moment and live like a local, and The Kinn does just that for those who visit our Midwestern gem of a city.

We just spent the weekend at Kinn guest house. It's an amazing place. The kitchen was fabulous, the lounge was comfortable. Close to shops and great restaurants. Our private room was perfect in every way. And it's really nice to get to know other people by sharing the Kitchen & Lounge with them. I think this place is an incredible idea. I will not hesitate to stay there again, and I will recommend this place to all of my friends. Charles the owner was fantastic he helped us out even though it was almost 11 p. M. At night you get true Hospitality at kinn.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kinn. Having lived in Milwaukee ten years ago, I knew the location would be great, but even more has popped up in the area now and it really is a prime location close to all the Bayview shops and restaurants but also a very quick drive in to downtown and to Brady, etc. The decor and furnishings were hip and modern (and comfortable! ) and I loved the high lofted ceiling and big windows. Charles was very responsive and solicitous during our stay, and we loved being able to make our own individual cups of coffee each morning. My only wish was for more bathroom privacy (the sliding barn door looks great, but leaves little to the imagination). But everything else was great.

I was blown away by this incredible addition to Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood. The rooms are decorated with such attention to detail, the artwork, furniture, color scheme, everything is just perfect. It's not every hotel that offers full size shampoo in the shower, really nice touch. The shared common are is anything but common. This spectacular room has a huge kitchen with state of the art appliances and all you need to make a meal. I loved the oversized windows and cozy fireplace, the cool blue leather sofa is a perfect place to chill. Thanks Kinn Guesthouse!
