Very cozy. Like a home away from home. My room had a king sized bed, a desk, an L couch, a two-person kitchen table, and a full kitchen with utensils, plates and glassware. Someone else's hair was in the bathroom, which made me wonder how well the place had been cleaned, but other than that it was a delightful stay. The sink and vanity were outside of the bathroom in a nice little area that included a closet and a floor to ceiling mirror. Breakfast is served in the morning, I came down for breakfast late, so I may not have gotten the full experience. The staff was pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Would never recommend! Used priceline… and the teenage manager decided not to up hold the price quoted… had to take the super expensive room price from him cuz of my very poor health… I needed th o get outta t car n lady down. Rooms were clean n nice sized but my stay was tainted cuz of t front desk!

Very good stay. No complaints. Can get pretty crowded at breakfast. Great folks. Room was excellent. Stayed 3 weeks.

Our room was enormous and impeccably clean. There were two easily accessible outlets on each side of the bed, and more on the desk. The front desk staff was friendly and checked for an available room even though we were early (which is more than we could say for our other stops on this trip). We will absolutely stay here again if we return to Madison.

I have spent over 4months at this hotel. The rooms are nice, the hotel is nice. It's true charm though, lies in its staff. The employees are what make this hotel special. Melissa, and Aubree, at the front desk, always greets you with a warm hello, and takes the time to get to know you. Charles and Malcolm know all the local hot spots, and restaraunts. Dee always makes sure the place looks perfect. And Myreah, oversees it all. She's always good for an intelligent conversation. All the employees love animals, and will work to make you and your pet feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel itself is just a hotel. The staff is what truly makes this hotel great.

Best hotel pillows ever! Normally hotel pillows are fluffy but ultimately provide no support but these are amazing. I normally sleep with three hotel pillows but here one or two is plenty. Nice location and decent breakfast. Lost star is for not being able to block the outside light by the blackout curtains. That’s most likely because it’s right outside the window. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

Overall great experience! Rooms were clean and fresh. Staff was nice and helpful. Upstairs was a bit too easy to be heard though.

This has been the best experience I've had at a hotel. I am traveling with 4 kids and a pet due to pumbling issues at home and everyone has been very helpful and shows great customer service The c. S rep Malcolm was very helpful and has able to extend our stay without a issue. The breakfast is amazing and Carmen the breakfast attendant was awesome will recommend anyone to stay here.

Room was spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. People were a great help in the middle of the night. One of the best places I've stayed.

Conveniently located near the Interstate, East Towne Mall and other shopping and dining options. The hotel has large rooms with comfortable seating and bedding. They provide hot breakfast, with a good selection of options. We enjoy staying at this property and will definitely do so again!

Great staff! Very clean and friendly hotel. We were happy with their pet friendly policy and thought it was a decent price for the accommodations. Breakfast was great and we were very pleased with the overall service. We will stay again if we are in the area for sure!

Most of the staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. However, the GM employs some sketchy housekeepers. To the point where we overheard two housekeepers talking about a rat that they were going to pop a cap into with their 9 mil. We did make a report to hotel and police however one of them is still on staff. Seems they are not concerned with the safety of their guests or other staff members.

It is a very nice place to stay. It is like renting a small apartment. I was in room 300 and there were a couple of unfortunate things that happen. The lights from the parking lot shine behind the black out curtains and affected my sleep quality. It was also quite windy out and there was quite a bit of clanging sounds, I believe from a flag pole. Other than that, it is a nice stay. Very nice staff and nice breakfast.

Great rooms. Some decor around the hotel was a little dated but outside of that, great service. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay clean room and comfy bed! The staff was polite and friendly. They do the social in the evenings Monday-Thursday I believe, they offer beer and wine as well as different foods every night. Which is great if you wanna just stay in for the evening.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Full kitchen was also very nice to have. Full hot breakfast was good. Hot sausages and scrambled eggs, both regular and egg whites, were tasty plus fresh cut fruit was a nice touch.

Great customer service. We had notified the hotel we would need a crib and one was brought immediately to our room upon our arrival. The room and beds were comfortable. A hot breakfast was available in the morning which is always nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here the first weekend in May and had an amazing experience. Special thanks to Krystal, Melissa and a young man who's name I don't recall. I was greeted by all 3 when I arrived. It was my birthday when I checked in and Krystal, without me asking, offered to upgrade my room! The next day all 3 asked if I had a good birthday! The young man provided me with info on local events I could check out. When my car wouldn't start, Krystal helped by jump starting my car. Talk about going above and beyond! Overall had a great stay, which was largely due to the amazing staff at this location! Will definitely stay here again!

Clean room, very friendly staff and desk agents. Breakfast was great, plenty of hot food. Definitely will stay again.

Specifically asked for pool and hot tub… was never told hot tub was broke AS WE CHECKED IN… who doesn't want a HOT TUB!

They hold little "events" like a waffle wine night in the lobby. All complimentary. As well as other little things throughout the week to make your stay feel that much luxurious. The TV in the room actually allows you to connect an HDMI and play content from your own players.

The staff is very friendly. The amenities and service is satisfactory. At 5 miles from downtown not a bad location either.

GREAT customer service! I asked Dave and Kelsey at check-in where I could catch dinner and my Caps hockey game on TV. They went above and beyond to call a bunch of local bars/restaurants until they located one. They had also anticipated my desire for a specific room type and it was ready for me before I asked. I live in extended-stay hotels upwards of 150 nights per year and this was one of the very best welcoming experiences. I'm proud to be a Platinum Elite Member and appreciate great accommodations and wonderful, personal service. Thank you!

Very noisy hotel I was woken up after midnight two nights in a row by guests staying in the room above my floor. After the first night, I complained to the hotel staff and was promised to get a new room the next day but they didn't keep the promise. It isn't just the poor sound insulation between rooms, the noises also pour in from roads outside because the hotel sits very close to major traffic.
