Great place, lots of room in the room. Tonight we had a nice view out our window, a winter wonder land scene. second time would come back.
Comfortable accommodations. Close to town. Friendly staff. Very clean. We've been coming for about 25 years and are never disappointed.

Overall I would recommend Pheasant Park HOWEVER, Cindy at the front desk is a very rude person and talks to you like you are 5 years old. We have been staying here for 10+ years, my mom stays there AT LEAST 4 times a year and she has given them so much business by having her sisters and friends stay there so the way Cindy spoke down to my mom when we were checking in is unacceptable. Show some respect Cindy, you are in the customer service industry. Such a shame that you get away with treating people like that.
